Ch. 6..10: I Will Never Be Yours Chapter 6-10

Chapter 6

Kian pov

I was in my office when I got a mind link I needed to go down to the cells right away.

Getting out of my office I headed over to the cells and are met by Declan and my father standing outside and talking.

Walking by them I hear them coming behind me.

" what's wrong?" Declan asks

" I just got a mind link I needed to go down here right away," I tell them and open the door down to the cells.

It doesn't take me many steps before I smell this mouth-watering scent. Coming closer to a cell where a guard is standing outside and waiting, the scent is stronger.

The moment he opens the door I recognize the scent and the chock I get when my eyes fall on her heavy beat up body on the floor and Cannon my gamma standing over her with blood oozing out of a wound on his chest.

I hear her soft voice speaking and everyone around me gasps in shock when she reveals she's my mate.

I keep standing there when she turns her head back and look up the sealing before I see her cough out blood and have a hard time breathing. I don't move! Just standing there and looking at my little mate dying on the floor in front of me.

Declan rushes by me and bends down to pick her up.

" stop !" I bark out to him when I see him scramble up on his feet and walk over to me.

" that's your mate! Either you rush her to the hospital or I will pick her up and carry her there right now!" He starts yelling at me. I look between him and my mate on the floor.

I see her lips turning blue and slowly walk over to where she is laying on the floor. I won't be taking her up! Don't want her body close to mine.

"Take her to the doctor's room in the castle and have a nurse and doctor over!" I tell him and he quickly walks over and bends down to pick her up. I get a pang of jealousy when he picks her up, and have to push the feeling aside when he rushes out of the cell.

" son it might not be enough! She needs the hospital!" My father says and I ignore his words. Looking over at Cannon he just stands there.

" I'm sorry Kian! I didn't know she was your mate!" He says

" Why don't you heal?" I ask him. I see him looking down at his chest and hands.

"It doesn't matter!' He answers and my father comes over and grabs my arm.

" we can talk about this later. Right now we need to go after her and Declan. Now!" He says before he starts walking.

I sigh and start walking behind him. Cannon walks beside me but doesn't say a word the whole way. I know he has a lot of questions and will probably start to apologize again.

When we come inside the castle I hear my mother yelling at the nurses and I drag a hand down my face. She is the last person I want to deal with right now.

Standing outside the doctor's room I see several nurses and a doctor hooking up her body to different machines and fluids going in her system.

She looks so small and fragile in the bed, a part of me wants to be close to her. Keeping her out of harm's way. At the same time as I hate the fact, that she is that small and fragile.

"Kian it would help her if you gave her some of your blood" my mother comes over and talk to me, turning my head to look at her I just shake it no!

I will not help her!

" For fuck sake she is your mate!" I hear Declan's angry voice.

" We don't know why she is here! All we know is that she was with the rogues and I won't be helping an enemy!" I just state the fact before I turn around to walk over to my office.

Coming inside I hear Declan walking behind me.

" if she doesn't survive we can never ask her what she did with them" I just ignore him. She wouldn't be there if she wasn't with the rogues.

Inside my office, I walk over to my desk and take a seat, my father and mother with Cannon come inside. I guess they want some answers.

" When did you meet her and why haven't you told us about her?" My father asks the moment he comes inside my office.

I sigh and take out her folder from my drawer, handing it over to him I see he and Declan start to look at it.

A moment goes by before he speaks up.

"you're telling me this is her? The girl who disappeared three years ago!" He says with an angry voice. Looking over at him I guess he is prepared for hearing something he doesn't like.

There is no point in hiding it from them anymore, telling them the truth I see them all looking at me with anger.

I didn't expect anything else.

" Kian! How could you? We didn't race you up like this!" My mother says with anger in her voice before she starts walking to the door.

" I'm really disappointed in you!" She says before she walks out and slams the door shut behind her.

I just look at the other three in the room. My father points his finger at me for a moment before he shakes his head and walks out of my office.

I will have to deal with them later.

" I don't get you at all Kian! This is your second chance mate and you tossed her away! " Declan says and sits down in a chair.

Leaning back in my chair I look up at the sealing. There is no point in trying to explain to him my reasons.

Chapter 7

Kian pov

I was left alone after everyone left my office, I know they are angry and I just let them be.I know none of them will see it from my point of view.

I have been sitting in my office for the rest of the day and when evening came I decided to go up to my chambers and take a shower, need something to avert my mind from knowing she is inside the castle walls.

When I leave my office her mouth-watering scent hits my nose and all I want is to go into her room, I start walking closer to her room and come to stand outside.

Can't make myself open the door and walk inside.

"can't stay away from her?"

Declan's voice comes to my ears and I sigh before turning around and seeing him leaning at the wall.

"Just wanted to know if she was alive!"

I say and start walking up the stairs to my quarter.

Hearing him walk behind me I just sigh, I know he will start to argue with me and try to have me change my mind.

Opening the door to my bedroom and walking inside I hear him close the door after him.

"she is alive but it's not because of you! I don't get you Kian.You got a second chance mate and you just tossed her away!"

I start to take off my clothes and walk into my bathroom, ignoring him when I turn on the shower and get inside.

My shower doors opened and I just roll my eyes at him.

"Why Kian?"

He looks angry at me while I start shampooing my hair.

"I told you! I don't want a weak mate.Already had one and look how good that went" washing off the soap I turn off the water and push by him. He is one of my best friends and he knows how feel about my first mate.

“With the amount of beating she got and still breathing she is anything but weak! And not to mention she has survived out there for years," he states and follows behind me out to my room.

Drying my body on a towel I take in his words.

"I know! But the fact still stands.She was captured with the rogues and didn't corporate with Cannon when he interrogated her.For all, I know she could be one of the enemies" I say and put on new clothes.

“Who can blame her after you ordered her out of this kingdom and away from her family.She was left alone before her first shift for fuck sake! Who wouldn't want to get revenge after that? Get a grip and man up Kian! She's your fucking mate and you owe her big time" he says with anger in his voice before he walks out of my room and closes the door with a bang.

I sigh and sit down on my bed, dragging my hand down my face.

I know what I did to her wasn't right but I don't want a new mate and I'm better off without her.

When I'm ready dressed I sit in my room for a while, I have no appetite for eating and I can forget sleeping.

I can't relax, knowing she is here under my roof and we have no idea why she was with the rogues.

Where has she been during all these years, none of us found any trace of her.

She has been gone for years and right now she turns up together with our enemy.

Is she one of them? Getting up from my bed I walk over to my door, just head down to the kitchen and make myself a cup of coffee.

Coming inside the kitchen I'm alone and grateful for it, I don't want to argue with anyone else tonight.

Leaning at the counter while I wait for my coffee to be ready I see her heavily beat-up body in front of my eyes.

She was more black and blue than the usual color, her legs were broken and I guess her back too.I couldn't recognize her face from all the swelling! If I hadn't smelled her scent I wouldn't have known it was her.

When my coffee is ready I take my cup and walk out of the kitchen, just going where my legs take me when I find myself standing in front of her door again.

Sipping on my coffee I can't make myself to open the door and walk inside.

I don't know for how long I have been standing there looking at the closed door when a nurse opens it up and finds me standing there.

"my king! You can go inside if you want.She is still unconscious but stable at the moment, I just going to get some more medicine for her!"

The nurse says and holds the door open for me, her scent hits my nose and I can't resist going inside to her.

The nurse closes the door after and I just stand there and look at my little mate laying on the bed with multiple machines hooked up to her body.She looks so small and fragile on the bed.

My feet start to walk closer to her and I can't stop from going over to her.

She looks better even if she still is swollen and badly beaten up! Taking my hand I pull some hair from her face and place it on the side of her face, last time I saw her she was beautiful.

I wonder if she will look the same once the swelling is gone.

My hand touch her cheek and tingles shoot up my arm, I hear a soft moan from her lips and I guess she felt it too.

Her eyes flutter and I take a step back, I'm just going to watch her from the side and wait until she wakes up.

Thave a lot of questions she will have to answer!

Chapter 8

Selena pov

I hear a steady beeping from far away and try to take in my surroundings.

Where am I? I hear more than one machine and it smells like disinfection and blood.

Trying to wiggle my fingers I feel every finger and they have healed up, moving my body I still haven't any feeling of my body below my waist.

Nothing happens when I try to move.

Did he break it beyond repair? I can't move my toes at all! Fear starts to creep up my spine, I need to heal up properly.

Searching for my wolf but still feel cut off from her, whatever they have been giving me into my system hasn't gone out.I sigh and try to keep calm, my head hurts and it only gets worse if I'm upset.

Slowly opening my eyes I try to adjust my vision to the darkness.

How long have I been unconscious? Everything is dark around me! Taking a big inhail his scent hits my nose and I now I'm not alone in this room.

Slowly turning my head and scanning the room with my eyes I don't see him at first.

I hear a deep growl from the other end of the room, snapping my head in the direction.

My eyes get contact with his glowing amber eyes and I sigh and put my head back on the pillow again.

Closing my eyes I have no energy left in my body to deal with him right now.

Hearing him slowly moving closer to where I lay on the bed I try to ignore him, keeping my eyes closed and just breathing.

His face comes closer to me and I feel how his breath fanning my face.

I have nowhere to go right now even if I could move I'm his prisoner.

"Why are you here!"

He growls out to me and a shiver runs down my spine, for a moment the bond wants me to reach out to him.

I push the feeling down and try to ignore him.

His hand comes to my cheek and he forces my head to face him, sparks shoot out from his touch and I gasp from the feeling.

"Open your eyes!"

He barks out and when [ still don't open them he forces his alpha command over me.

I try to ignore it! Sweat starts to form on my forehead and my stomach turns from the pain of trying to ignore his command.

Since he is the Alpha King he can order whoever he wants with his command.

If I only could reach my wolf he would get to know a thing or two.

The pain only gets worse and I can't fight him like this right now.

My body is already heavily beaten up and my energy is running low.

Opening my eyes I come to stare right into his beautiful eyes, anger radiates out of him and I have to take a breath and try to push every feeling away.

"I told you to never set your foot on my land again!"

He spits out at me and anger starts to boil under my skin.

"does it fucking look like I'm here by my free will?' I spit back at him and see how he is surprised by my answer at first.I try to swat his hand away from me when his grip on my chin only tightens.

"Don't touch me!" I say through gritted teeth.

He looks deep into my eyes but doesn't let go.

"I will touch you however much I want! You're mine!" He says and it only adds fuel to my anger.

"I will never be yours!" I spit out to him.

I see his eyes glowing and his face comes closer so our lips almost touching.

His grip on my chin is firm and I can't get his hand off me.

"that's not for you to decide!"

He says I try to push him off me but he won't let go.He look me deep in my eyes and his lips almost brushed mine.He stays like that for a moment before he rises.

Pushing his hand away from me I breathe heavily from him being this close and making the bond stir to life.I want away from him and start to feel how my bladder is full, maybe I will feel my legs again in a few hours.

But right now I need a bathroom.

Turning my head I see I'm hooked up to several machines and start pulling them off me, some needles are deep and when I pull them out it starts to ooze blood out of the wounds that are left.

"What are you doing?" I hear him say and he grabs my hand from pulling the last one out.

"need to use the bathroom!" I say and snap my hand from his grip and pull the last one out.

"And how do you plan to use the bathroom when you can't walk!" He says with mocking in his voice.

Well, he will se! I just need to come down to the floor and I can drag myself in there with my upper body.

Tossing the quilt off me I take my hands and drag myself up before I start lifting one of my legs over the bed.

"Stop! I'll help you" he says and grips my arm, I snatch it back from him and lift the other leg over too.

"I don't want your help!"

I say and adjust the shirt I have on me before I push myself off the bed and end up on the floor with a thud, pain shoots up from my spine and I bite my lip to prevent myself from crying out.I hear his feet moving and he comes to stop beside my body on the floor.

Keeping my eyes closed and wait for the pain to subside.He squats down beside me and tries to lift me.

Opening my eyes I start fighting with him to get his hands off me.

I don't want him near me! I hear him sigh before he pulls me up in his lap and his hand comes down to my nose and cuts off the air so I can't breathe through my nose.

Chapter 9

Kian pov

I can't believe how stubborn my little mate is, she rather crawls her way over to the bathroom than takes my help.

Looking at her in pain on the floor I sigh and pull her body into my lap.

I can't have her like this! I need answers from her! She tries to fight me off but there isn't much she can do, even if I like her feisty mood.

She is still small, not bigger than a child in my arms.

Taking my hand over her nose and cutting off her air her eyes shoot up and look at me, I guess she knows what I plan to do.

"No! No! Let me go" she screams to me.

I just ignore her.

Biting on my wrist I see panic in her eyes and she growls at me.I would love to see what she would try to do if she were healed up.

Taking my wrist to her mouth she closes her lips and I just wait for her to run out of oxygen.

She scratches me on my face but nothing she does can get me off her.

It doesn't take long before she has to open her mouth and my blood starts to pour down her throat.

I feel how she starts to relax in my arms and take my wrist from her hand and bite into it again.

She doesn't try to fight me off when I place my wrist on her lips again.It takes just a moment before I hear a soft moan and she holds my wrist close to her lips.

Since I'm her mate and the Alpha King my blood will help her body heal up quickly and the euphoria she feels is from me being her mate.

"You got five minutes!"

It's all I say and leave her in the bathroom, closing the door when I walk out to the room again.I have a lot of questions I need answers to.

Hearing her flush the toilet a nurse and Declan comes walking I — inside the room.

I see Declan take a sniff in the air and look at me with questions in his eyes.

"is there something you need to tell me?"

He says and looks over at the bed.

Following his eyes, I lean back on the wall.

“no!"

It's all I say and look over at him.

Seeing him eyeing me up and down I just raise my eyebrow at him.

The door opens and my little mate comes walking outside slowly, the nurse rushes over to her and helps her get in the bed again.

When she's in the bed the nurse starts checking her over.

"you're healing up real fast now!"

The nurse says and my little mate snaps her head and looks at me.

A low growl comes from her lips and I tilt my head to the side.

Dare her to continue.

I see her press her lips in a tight line and avert her eyes.

"Well, that's by force!"

She says with venom in her voice.

I can't help but chuckle at her, so feisty! "you're going to be all healed up in a couple of hours!"

The nurse says and I hear my mate's heart beat faster in her chest, whatever she plans and hopes for I will find out.

Something is going on with her and she can't escape under my roof.

When the nurse is ready she and Decland leave the room, he mindlink me when he is about to walk out.

He will be standing outside and guarding if we need some time alone.I just roll my eyes at him, I know what he is implying.I'm only here to get some answers out of her and whatever way I need to use to get her to tell the truth I will use it.

She won't be able to escape from me!

Chapter 10

Selena pov

I can't believe what he did! His blood in my system is the last thing I want.

Hearing when the nurse and the other man which I guess is his beta walks out of the room and leave me alone with him.I sigh and lay my head down on the pillow, waiting for him to start interrogating me, I know it will come! Right now all I want is to take a hot shower, I guess the nurse cleaned me up when I was brought in here unconscious and dressed me in a shirt.

But I feel dirty anyway.

Hearing him slowly walking closer to me I just lay there and wait.

He stops by the bed and I feel his presence right next to me.

"Where are you from?" He says and I just sigh.

This question again!

"from here! If you have forgotten"

I snap at him, only for his hand to come up to my chin and hold a firm grip on me.

"Open your eyes!"

He growls out to me and I open them to find his face right next to mine.

"Do you want me to get my Gamma back in here to continue what he did before?"

He threatens me and I just keep looking defiant in his eyes.

Moving my face closer to his so my face is only inches from his.

"Bring him in!"

I spit at him and look right into his eyes.I will rather take his Gamma in the same room as me than him here.

He keeps holding my chin and his breath is fanning my face when he suddenly lets me go and takes a step back.I don't take my eyes away from him when he takes a step back and start to unbutton his shirt.

What is he planning to do now? He takes his time and slowly starts to peel his shirt off him.

I feel a shiver run down my body for what he is planning.
