Ch. 201..210
Chapter 201
No Place Left for Her
Summer frowned, thinking she must've misheard.
Suicide?
Leona was worried Summer wouldn't believe her, so she explained it in detail.
"It's true. Mr. and Mrs. Stewart have been arguing a lot recently. This morning, they had a huge fight. After that, Mrs. Stewart didn't say a word-she just went into the bedroom by herself. She was in there for a long time. It wasn't until we were cleaning that we found her in the bathroom. She'd cut her wrists. If we hadn't found her in time, she would've lost too much blood."
That's when Summer realized how serious things were.
Julia was the kind of high-society woman who didn't even do cleaning, and she was terrified of pain
If she went that far, something truly devastating must've happened.
Summer glanced at the towering Graham Group headquarters just ahead of her. After a moment of hesitation, she turned the wheel and headed in the opposite direction.
Thirty minutes later-
Summer arrived at the Stewarts' mansion.
After getting out of the car, she went straight through the living room and up to Julia's bedroom.
She pushed open the bedroom door. Julia was lying in bed.
She looked completely washed out, her lips bone white, like she'd aged ten years
a single night. The slash on her wrist was right there-raw, red, and impossible to ignore.
Two family doctors were giving her an IV.
Summer walked over.
One of the doctors filled her in. "Mrs. Stewart attempted suicide by cutting her wrists. Thankfully, we found her in time. If we hadn't, she wouldn't have survived today."
Summer stared at Julia. "Alright. You two can leave."
Julia was lying in bed, her eyes blank and empty, nothing behind them. It was like all the life had drained out of her
And then, when she heard Summer's voice-
Her eyelashes twitched, and almost instantly, tears welled up and spilled down her face.
Seeing her like this, Summer couldn't help but feel a twinge of sympathy.
She sat down on the stool next to the bed.
"What happened?" she asked quietly.
When Julia heard that question, she went from quietly sobbing to crying
uncontrollably. She was crying so hard she couldn't speak-
Summer reached out, wanting to offer some comfort, but her hand froze in the air.
After everything-years of cold shoulders and distance from Julia-
After crying for a while, Julia glanced up at the papers in Summer's hand: Her eyes swollen and red, she rasped out, “That's the divorce agreement Jasper gave me. That bastard transferred all my shares, property, and assets behind my back.”
Summer flipped to another page-there was a DNA report.
Julia's voice cracked as she burst out, "As if that wasn't enough-he. he lied to me. Harvey-Harvey's not even mine. He's that mistress's kid!" She started beating her chest, sobbing harder. "I'm such an idiot. I spoiled another woman's son and daughter like they were my own-while pushing away my real daughter. Someone like me.. I don't deserve to live. Summer. I'm sorry, I really am. Let me dic!"
From her broken, scattered words, Summer finally pieced everything together
So this all started the last time Jasper wanted her to use her connections to get to Fraser.
She didn't play along-and that pushed him over the edge.
And he took it out on Julia. He even started bringing the other woman into the Stewart house, over and over, like it was nothing
Julia couldn't take it and ended up getting into a fight with the mistress.
But that woman, full of herself because of Jasper's favoritism, didn't back down at
all.
In fact, she straight-up said Harvey was her own biological son
Julia couldn't handle it. She had it investigated, and when she saw the truth, she lost it. She tried to confront Jasper.
But Jasper didn't care anymore. These days, Jasper had no use for the Chapman family. He'd lost all patience with Julia.
He slammed the divorce papers down and made it clear-he was cutting her off and kicking her out with nothing
Even though Summer had long stopped caring about the Stewart family.
Hearing all of this now made her furious. Jasper was beyond shameless.
Julia kept crying, losing control more with each word.
Still in tears, she tried to climb out of bed, wanting to drop to the floor in front of Summer and beg her to forgive her.
Then, completely overwhelmed, she suddenly grabbed a sharp object from the room and tried to end her life again.
The family doctor heard the noise and rushed in, immediately giving her another sedative.
Summer told them to take good care of her.
She slowly walked out of the bedroom. Standing at the door, she looked back at Julia lying on the bed, completely lifeless. Her emotions were tangled-heavy and hard to describe.
At the door, she ran into Harvey, who had just come back from outside. Harvey glanced into the bedroom, his expression cold and unreadable. With a trace of disgust, he said, "This is pathetic. Since Julia raised me, I'll turn a blind eye this time. But once she's done with her breakdown, you need to take her somewhere else. If she wants to die, fine-but not in this house."
Chapter 202
Blood on Her Hands.
Summer glared at Harvey, her stare ice cold.
Finished
Harvey sneered. "What are you even looking at? I've already said it-there's no way someone like you could be my sister. Do you think we share blood? I'm the rightful one in the Stewart family. You and your mom? You don't belong here. Get out. People like you aren't welcome in this house. Neither of you is."
He turned and started heading upstairs.
Summer's fists clenched, then loosened, then clenched again. Her eyes locked on the vase nearby. She grabbed it and. without a second thought, swung it straight into the back of Harvey's head.
Summer didn't even know how she made it back to Ravenshire Boulevard.
Her mind kept replaying the scene of Harvey's head covered in blood.
After she hit him, glass shattered all over the floor. With a heavy thud, Harvey collapsed and passed out, landing right on top
of the broken shards.
The family doctor heard the noise and rushed out to treat him, then had him taken to the hospital for emergency care.
Just before he was loaded into the ambulance. Harvey's eyes snapped open. He locked onto Summer with a dead, furious stare and growled, "You vicious bitch. This time, I'm not going easy on you. I'm done playing nice. I'm going to make sure you and your mom never come back from this."
Even now, the feeling of Harvey's blood on her hands hadn't gone away.
She turned on the sink and started scrubbing.
Over and over.
She didn't stop until her fingers were stiff and numb. Only then did she turn off the water.
Summer knew she had lost control.
But she didn't regret it.
It was just the firs
first time she'd ever attacked someone like that.
She couldn't stop shaking. A deep chill ran through her, and a wave of fear settled in her chest.
She grabbed her phone and made a call.
The cold, robotic ringing on the other end made every second drag.
Finally, someone picked up.
"Hi, this is Mike, Mr. Graham's assistant," the voice said.
Summer hesitated. "Is Fraser available?"
Mike looked through the glass into the conference room. Fraser was still in the middle of a meeting.
"He's in a meeting right now. If there's something urgent, I can relay it."
Summer lowered her gaze and paused for a moment. Then, once he's done, please ask him to call me
She hung up
Blood on Her Hands
She grabbed the remote, turned on the TV, and cranked up the volume-Just to break the silence
A news anchor came on, reporting on something about Gralian Group).
Her eyes drifted toward the screen.
Fached
"In Oblistan, a fire broke out at Graham Group's biggest factory, the anchor said "The company's stock has plummeted, with an estimated 8.4 billion dollars in market value wiped out. Reporters have gathered outside headquarters, waiting for a statement from Mr. Graham. Was the fire an accident-or was it intentional
Summer bit her lower lip.
Even if she didn't know all the details, she could tell thus was bad. Really has Her phone rang
She answered.
Fraser's voice came through-calm, but tired. "Hey, Summer, What's going on? Why'd you call me out of nowhere?
Hearing his voice made a wave of emotion rush up in her chest.
She sniffed quietly, not wanting him to hear it. "I saw the news. Is everything alright at your company?"
Fraser leaned back in his chair, rubbing his brow
He'd been in meetings all day but called her back the moment he saw her number.
"It's under control," he said. "But I need to fly out to Oblistan."
The fire at the Oblistan factory had been no accident. Brandon had taken advantage of Maximus's illness and deliberately stirred up trouble. It was a mess that would take time to fix
Summer wrapped her arms around her legs. "Is it bad?"
I wish I could do something to help you.
Fraser r gave a faint laugh, “Didn't expect you to worry about me. Say that again.
but Summer didn't joke. She spoke clearly and seriously. "I hope you get through this quickly,"
Fraser narrowed his eyes just a little. His expression shifted.
She rarely ever called him first.
"You still haven't told me-why did you call?"
Summer didn't want to bother him at a time like this. “It's nothing. I just wanted to know if you were coming home tonight."
"Clingy today, huh?"
Despite how drained he felt, Fraser smiled. I'm flying back tonight. Wait for me.
But before Fraser came back, Summer ended up seeing Maximus instead
The Graham family estate.
It had been a while since Summer last stepped foot in this place.
Chapter 203
The Deal Before Goodbye
The Graham family's estate was still grand-classic, historic, and untouched by time.
The second you walked in, you felt like you had to be on your best behavior.
In the living room, Maximus and Helen sat in the primary seats-fine Oblistan- made sofas-calmly drinking tea.
Led in by the butler, Summer walked in and took a seat across from them.
Finished
Helen's wrinkled face showed no emotion. Her presence was commanding, and her sharp eyes swept over Summer. Her voice was low and firm. "Ms. Stewart. It's been a while."
Summer's lashes flicked slightly.
She had been forced to come here today-escorted by bodyguards.
"The situation at
Graham Group-I'm not sure if Fraser told you but it was Brandon. He planned the whole thing. It's not catastrophic yet, but it's serious. And it's just the beginning. The reason we asked you here today is simple. While Fraser's under pressure, what do you actually have to offer? What can you bring to the table to help Graham Group? The Lynstone Group in Oblistan is a different story. That family is actually on our level.
Summer's expression turned stiff. The words stung more than she expected.
Helen looked at her with contempt, then suddenly snapped, "You and your mother are barely hanging on in the Stewart family. You can't offer anything. Worse, you're dragging him down. Do you even realize that?"
Summer knew everything Helen said was true.
Her own life was a disaster.
And for the first time, she truly saw it-she was dragging him down.
She tightened her grip and looked Helen in the eye. Her voice was steady. "The 30 percent stake in Stewart Group you promised me-does that still stand? I want it now.
Helen raised an eyebrow, speaking slowly. "So you've finally made up your mind?" That 30 percent of Stewart Group stock had been promised to Summer before.
But it wasn't official until it was finalized through a lawyer.
Summer already owned 30 percent of Stewart Group on her own.
If she added Helen's 30 percent, she would become the largest shareholder in the company.
That would give her the power to kick Jasper and his family out for good.
And Summer knew exactly what that meant.
She gave a quiet nod.
Her heart clenched, and a wave of numbness spread through her body.
She knew what she was about to lose.
Helen had someone call the lawyer to bring the paperwork.
She looked at Summer with a faint smile. "Ms. Stewart, I'll give you this-you must have something, getting Fraser that attached. But like I told you before, you'll
never have a place in the Graham family. Still, compared to walking away from him with nothing, at least you were smart enough to take the deal"
The Deal Before Goodbye
you don't-I can't say what I might do."
The lawyer arrived.
All three of them sat down and finalized the deal.
Summer's hand was trembling as she signed, but she didn't stop.
Helen took a sip of tea and asked calmly, "Ms. Stewart, how do you really feel about Fraser?"
Summer had already made her decision. There was no turning back.
She was never going to be accepted by this family.
So whether or not she loved him, it didn't matter anymore.
"I don't love him."
In the car, she stared at the share transfer agreement on the seat beside her and
gave a quiet, bitter laugh.
Her phone rang. It was Yvette calling.
"Summer, did you ever get the truth from Fraser?"
Summer's voice was light. "No."
Finished
Yvette was surprised. After seeing how quickly Summer ran off to find Fraser
that day, she figured the two of them were seriously involved.
That's why she'd given them space and waited a few days before calling. "Why not?"
"It doesn't matter anymore."
"What do you mean it doesn't matter? What if he really does love you?"
Summer lowered her gaze.
"Even if he loves me, there's no future for us. His family would never accept someone like me. What's he going to do, give up Graham Group for me? Please. He's better off with someone from his own circle."
Yvette had warned Summer not to get too attached from the start.
She'd always been worried about families like the Grahams-wealthy and
powerful. And in the end, she'd been right.
Summer looked down at the signed transfer, then gave a dry, self-mocking laugh.
"If I've got to walk away, I might as well walk away with a payout. It doesn't feel like a loss to me."
Summer drove straight to Stewart Group.
Because of her former position there, no one stopped her.
She made her way up to Jasper's office without delay.
Without knocking. Summer pushed the door open.
Chapter 204
Power Shift
Finished
When Summer walked in, the first thing she saw was a woman in her forties, wearing a sleek designer dress, sitting right on Jasper's lap.
She was holding a spoon and feeding him when the door opened. Startled, she flinched and dropped the spoon into the bowl with a sharp clink.
Jasper frowned. "You barge in without knocking? Where are your manners?"
Summer shut the door behind her and stepped inside.
Jasper patted the woman's shoulder. "Evelyn, give us a minute."
Evelyn stood up right away.
Summer gave her a quick glance. "So this is the woman you've been sneaking around with? You're really divorcing my mom for her? Transferring all her assets too? You really went this far-for someone like that?"
Jasper hadn't expected Summer to come at him so directly. His face darkened. "Summer, this is between your mother and me. Stay out of it."
"I'm not here to get involved," she said coldly. "I just wanted to see how shameless you two really are."
Jasper snapped, "I'm still your father. Show some respect. You should be calling her Ms. Evelyn."
Summer laughed. "You're not my father anymore."
Not long ago, Jasper had begged Summer repeatedly to introduce him to the Graham family.
But she ignored him and kept pushing back, challenging his authority every step of the way.
Left with no choice, Jasper had gone to Madam Graham himself.
Only to be told the Graham family didn't even recognize Summer as Fraser's girlfriend.
So what was the point?)
A daughter who disobeyed and had no value to offer

useless now,
That's when Jasper finally turned on her.
"Summer, I still think of you as my daughter. If you behave, I can arrange a proper match for you. You'd still be the Stewart family's heiress."
Summer's smile was cold. "I'm not interested in being the Stewart family heiress." She took a step forward, holding out a document. "But are you sure you're still chairman of Stewart Group? Because as the company's majority shareholder, I have the right to remove you."
She tossed the signed share transfer agreement onto his desk.
Jasper's face went staff.
For a second, he didn't seem to understand what she meant.
He frowned and picked up the paper-then froze. As soon as he realized what it was, his face went ashen. The truth hit him
full force
"You-how do you even have this? That stock wasn't yours. I only gave you 30 percent!" Jasper's voice shook as he stared at the document. "Summer, you forged this, didn't you?"
summer's expression didn't change. Her voice was calm, almost cold. "What part

Jasper's mind suddenly flashed back.
A while ago, he had mongaged 30 percent of his shares to secure funding for a major expansion. He planned to buy them back once the project paid off How the hell did she end up with the
The realization made his blood boil in a blind rage, he grabbed the glass ashtray from the desk and threw it at her.
She flinched and ducked just in time. The ashtray smashed against the wall and shattered into pieces.
You
ou ungrateful little brat! I'm your father-how dare you turn on me like this
“I told you—I don't have a father like you. Summer said coldly. “Starting today, you're no longer chairman of Stewart Group And if I remember right, the Stewart family villa is under the company's name. So you, your son and your mistress can pack lup and get out."
Jasper's face darkened, his expression almost frightening. The shock hit him so hard that he couldn't catch his breath
Evelyn realized what was happening and rushed to him, patting his back in a panic "Jasper, are you okay? Don't scare me like that-calm down."
Summer stood there, watching them with cold eyes.
The office door swung open again.
Harvey stood in the doorway, his face tight with anger.
He'd just gotten out of the hospital a few days ago..
He'd only been out of the hospital for a few days. The moment he heard Summer was in the building, he'd come upstairs ready to seule the score.
"Dad, what the hell is going on? And you," he snapped at Summer, "bow do you even have the nerve to show up here? You're not welcome at Stewart Group." Summer pulled out her phone, made a quick call, then looked right at him I'm here to make sure you, Jasper, and the rest of your family are out of Stewan Group for good."
Harvey face twisted in rage. "You've lost your damn mind. What kind of joke is this? You think you're taking over? Don't even dream about it!"
Just then, someone knocked on the door.
It was Alexander Roberts, Director of Stewart Group's Legal Department.
Before coming here, Summer had already notarized the agreement. Alexander walked mm, his eyes scanning the mess in the office.

Harvey, still recovering from his last hospital visit, felt a sharp pain shoot through his head again. "Owns most of it? That's impossible!" he shouted.
Summer stepped forward, her voice cold. "Harvey, I'm just returning the favor. Remember what you said to me that day? Now it's your turn-get out of the Stewart family"
Evelyn, still holding onto Jasper for support, felt the shock hit her hard. She started to tremble.
For over twenty years, she'd swallowed her pride, waiting for this moment-finally becoming the rightful Mrs. Stewart, Her son had been acknowledged. Everything was supposed to fall into place.
But just like that, everything flipped in a single day.
The shock was too much. Her body went limp, and she collapsed.
Jasper lost his balance without her and nearly fell as well.
Harvey rushed forward in panic. "Mom-Mom!"
Summer watched it all with a cold smirk. “That was pathetic"
Security quickly arrived to escort them out
Jasper was gasping for breath, all his usual arrogance gone. His hand trembled
as he pointed at Summer. "You ungrateful brat... I never should've let you into this family."
Harvey fought against the guards, shouting. "Get your hands off me! I'm the young master of the Stewart family-who do you think you're laying hands on? Summer, I swear I won't let this go!"
Too bad for him-seven or eight security guards had shown up, Some held them back; others dragged them out. One way or another, all three were forced out of the building.
Just like that, Jasper and his family were out of Stewart Group.
Summer didn't waste a second. She called an emergency board meeting.
She stepped in to take charge of Stewart Group.
Over the next few days, she quickly got a handle on the business and began running things herself.
At night, she stayed with Julia.
When Julia found out that Jasper had been kicked out, her emotions gradually settled,
She looked at Summer, who sat beside her, slowly cutting an apple with a small knife.
She hesitated for a moment, then finally asked. "Summer... how did you get that 30 percent stake in Stewart Group?"
Summer's hand paused for a split second.
Julia pressed again. "Did Fraser give it to you?"”
Summer thought for a second, then replied softly, "No."
Julia had been a high-society woman for years-she knew exactly how families like the Grahams operated.
The Takeaver
"Summer, if you did this because of me. I don't want you giving up anything for me."

Summer placed the sliced apple onto the plate. Her voice was flat, without a trace of emotion. "It wasn't for you. He and I were always going to end-sooner or later."
Julia looked at her daughter's calm expression and felt her chest tighten with pain. She was her only daughter, yet she'd never really received her love-not as a child, not ever.
And
now, even as a grown woman, she was still struggling when it came to love.
"Even if it ends, Julia said gently, "I wanted you to leave him with your head held high. Not like this. If you took something from them, people would twist the story. Even if it's not true, they'll make it look like it was all about money."
She knew exactly how these things worked.
She understood how ugly things could get when love got mixed up with power and money.
To the outside world, it would look like Summer had only been with Fraser for the Graham family's name and influence.
Julia couldn't bear the thought of her daughter being judged like that.
"Summer, I'd rather be kicked out of the Stewart family with nothing than see you dragged into this. Forget Stewart Group. Give those shares back."
"Mom," Summer said quietly.
It had been so long since Julia had heard her call her that.
Just one word-and Julia's eyes immediately filled with tears.
Summer's voice was faint, almost detached. A slight tremble ran through it, just barely there.
"Maybe I'm just not the right one for him. And maybe... I never really loved Fraser that much. That's probably why I could Turn it into a deal. A woman like me isn't someone he should hold onto."
Julia closed her eyes and let out a long, aching sigh.
Summer found out from Mike that Fraser was flying back today.
She drove straight to the airport.
The private jet terminal sat just next to the main commercial airport.
Summer arrived early and waited in the corridor near the tarmac not too far from
where the plane would land.
She hadn't told Fraser she was coming
She wanted it to be a surprise.
There was one werk left in their three-month deal, and she didn't want any regrets.
She just wanted to enjoy the time they had left.
The weather in Havenbrook was perfect-clear skies, bright sun.
A sleek A780 private jet touched down and pulled into position.
The cabin door opened, and a tall man stepped down with quiet confidence.

Summer raised her hand and waved in that direction. Fraser spotted the woman not far away, dressed in a flowing black dress with a cream-colored knit shawl draped over her shoulders. A section of her calves was exposed, and she wore low-heeled brown loafers. Without her usual heels, she looked more petite than usual. Waving her hand, she smiled gently, a sight that struck him right in the chest.
Fraser's deep gaze flickered slightly. He smirked as he picked up his pace, taking a couple of casual yet deliberate strides forward until he was standing in front of her. Lowering his head, he locked eyes with her, his deep voice carrying a hint of amusement. "Smiling so sweetly the moment you see me? Trying to seduce me as soon as you get back?"
Summer looked up, meeting Fraser's eyes, which held an almost teasing look. "Which eye of yours saw me seducing you!"
They were standing so far apart. And with those oversized sunglasses, how could he even see clearly?
Fraser raised an eyebrow slightly. "It's crystal clear from here."
Summer was speechless.
The next second Fraser grabbed one of her hands and pressed it tightly against his chest. The strong and steady thumping of his heart could be felt, sending warmth through her entire body
They hadn't seen each other for nearly a week. The heat of his touch made Summer momentarily dazed.
Just then, Mike and a few assistants, all dressed in suits, approached from behind. Summer's face heated up immediately, and she quickly withdrew her hand as she was not used to such intimate gestures in public, especially in front of his subordinates.
Fraser arched a brow, then, lowering himself to indulge her for a moment, turned and gave a few brief instructions. Mike nodded and led the assistants away in another direction.
Once they were gone, Fraser turned back to Summer, who was still pretending to study her shoes. A mischievous smirk played at the corners of his lips as he stepped forward and gently took her hand. Without a word, he led her toward the waiting Rolls-Royce. The driver stood by the door and opened it. Once they were inside, the car started moving immediately.
Despite being a stretch Rolls-Royce, the space inside still felt somewhat confined.
Fraser leaned back lazily beside her, his presence strong. The familiar scent of his cologne filled the space, making Summer's palms sweat slightly. So this was what people meant by "absence makes the heart grow fonder. For the first time, she truly understood the phrase
Fraser rested one hand against his forehead, tilting his head slightly to the side as his gaze landed on the woman beside him.
His tone was unhurried. "What's the occasion today, hmm?"
Summer blinked. "What occasion?"
"You came to pick me up.
Summer deliberately acted nonchalant. “I just happened to finish work and had some time."
"You missed me that much?" His husky voice filled the car, which sounded so sexy.
Summer's ears turned red. She hesitated for a moment before nodding honestly. Fraser's fingers reached out, brushing against her earlobe. "Summer, when you're this honest, are you hoping I'll do something?"
A faint blush spread across her cheeks. She bit her lip and glared at him. "Then I take it back."
Fraser chuckled softly. With a single tug. he pulled Summer into his arms. Her forehead landed right against his firm.

It was hard to tell whether it was her heartbeat or his, or perhaps the two had melded into one, sending an inexplicable tremor through her.
Catching sight of their reflection in the rearview mirror, Summer panicked slightly. "What are you doing? The driver is right there!"
No matter how luxurious this car was, any excessive movement in the backseat was still noticeable.
The driver, a man with a tanned complexion, silently flushed red. Despite trying to focus on the road, he couldn't help but sneak a glance at the rearview mirror, only to meet Fraser's cold stare. He immediately averted his eyes, sitting rigidly upright, eyes locked on the road ahead.
A moment later, the partition between the front and back seats silently rose.
"He can't see now," Fraser said.
Summer tried to push him away, but his lazy, amused voice came from above.
J'Im very happy that you missed me."
Fine, be happy. But why did he have to pull me into his arms?
"Fraser, let me sit back.
"No."
"This position is making me feel like I'll fall over.
Fraser let out a low, satisfied laugh, his lips brushing against her ear as he whispered, his voice deep and dangerously seductive, "Then hold onto me." Summer was speechless.
The Rolls-Royce sped down the highway. Perhaps the driver was nervous, because today, he drove more smoothly than ever,

Fighting With A Dog

Summer had no choice but to lean against his chest the entire ride, her slender
waist tightly secured by his large hand.
"Summer, say a few more words."
Summer pouted. "Say what?"
"Say you missed me."
Annoyed, Summer reached out and pinched his firm abs. "How's the situation with
the Oblistan factory?" she asked.
Fraser didn't seem to care much, giving a simple response. "It's fine."
Summer casually asked, "How did the fire start so suddenly this time?"
"You're that concerned about me?"
Summer said, I'm just worried that if the Graham Group goes under, you won't be the bossman anymore."
Fraser chuckled, holding her fingers between his own and bringing them to his lips for a light bite. “Relax, I'll still have enough money to take care of you."
Back at Ravenshire Boulevard, Pudding was there too.
Hearing the sound of their arrival, the dog barked excitedly and ran out, circling Summer over and over. The household staff came daily to feed and walk him on schedule.
Summer had been overwhelmed with work these past few days, handling the management of the Stewart Group during the day and keeping Julia company at the Stewart Mansion at night.
Now, seeing Pudding, she felt guilty. She crouched down, continuously stroking his soft white fur and pressing her forehead. against his. "Tm sorry, Pudding. I've been too busy these days and neglected you."
Fraser stood by the kitchen counter and drank water. With an unreadable expression, he let out a soft huff. "Funny, I don't hear you apologizing to me."
Summer looked up at him in confusion. "Why should I?"
Fraser replied lazily, "You ignored me too while I was on my business trip."
Feeling a little guilty, Summer shifted her gaze to Pudding and pursed her lips. "Pudding, don't you think your dad is petty?"
Woof wool woof! Pudding barked loudly. Not only is he pretty, but he's also jealous, and he loves to mess with me!
Summer chuckled, lifting her chin smugly. "See? Even Pudding agrees with me."
Fraser raised an eyebrow at her defiant look, letting out a scoff. Summer ignored him and got up, ready to head to her room to change into something more comfortable. Pudding followed happily behind her.
Fraser cast a sidelong glance at them as they slowly walked past him. After a moment, he set down his glass and followed at a leisurely pace.
Just as Pudding was about to step into the bedroom. Fraser lifted his long leg and blocked him.
Clicking his tongue, Fraser said, "You stay out here and behave."
Wool woof woof! Pudding puffed up indignantly. "I want to go in too!"
Fraser remained unapologetic. "She's for my eyes only."
hugged her curves, accentuating her figure. Looking toward the bedroom door, she saw Fraser and Pudding seriously arguing and couldn't help but laugh.
She stepped forward, grasped the bedroom doorknob, and smiled. “I think both of you should stay outside."
With that, Summer moved to shut the door. But in the next second, Fraser swiftly stepped inside. Reaching out, he slid his arms under her legs and waist, lifting her effortlessly and pressing her against the door.
Click. The bedroom door swung shut with force.
Fraser narrowed his eyes, his voice low and husky. "You've gotten bold, hmm? Trying to shut me out?"
Pudding stared in confusion at the closed door, barking in frustration. Not again. Every time the bedroom door closed, they completely forgot about me.
And every single time, he was left outside all night. Not only that, but he was also forced to listen to all kinds of soft sickeningly sweet moans and sighs from inside..
Feeling defeated, Pudding slumped at the door, licking his paw. At least leave me some food before you lock me out.
Inside, Summer kicked her legs in the air in protest. "Fraser, put me down!"
Fraser's gaze held amusement as he smirked. "Beg
When under someone else's roof, it was best to go along with things.
Summer was quick to catch on. She clasped her hands together. "Please, pretty please?"
Fraser lowered his eyes, pretending to think for a second before replying seriously, "No"
Summer was speechless! She asked, "Then why did you tell me to beg you?"
Fraser's eyes softened, a smile playing at the corners of his lips

Movements In The Jet
"Summer, I only told you to beg. I never said I'd agree.
Summer pouted. "Shameless businessman!"
"If I'm a shameless businessman, then what are you? The wife of a shameless businessman?"
The word "wife" caught Summer off guard for a second. She stared at Fraser's profile, his sharp features softened by the warm lighting. He said it so naturally, like it was just a remark.
By the time she snapped out of it, Fraser was already carrying her toward the bed. In the next moment, he tossed her onto it. The mattress dipped under her weight, then bounced back, making her skirt flutter up. The straps slipped off her arms, revealing her smooth shoulders, which was seductive and alluring.
Fraser casually shrugged off his black shirt and tossed it to the floor before leaning down, his lips grazing her shoulder in a teasing bite. A shiver ran through Summer's body, like an electric current sparking along her nerves.
She couldn't help but let out a soft moan, until a faint scent of perfume drifted into her nose
A light, floral scent. She rarely wore perfume, so it wasn't hers.
In an instant, Summer's blood ran cold. Her misty eyes turned sharp and clear. She pressed both hands against his chest. stopping him from going any further. "Let go of me."
Fraser didn't stop, thinking it was just her being shy. His hand slipped beneath her skirt, the heat between them intensifying.
"Fraser, you go out and find women, then come back and touch me? Don't you find that gross?"
Her voice was ice cold, instantly extinguishing the growing heat in the air. The look in Summer's eyes was filled with pure disgust
Fraser froze at her words. Propping himself up with one hand beside her, he lowered his gaze, staring at her for a few seconds. Looking at her angry expression, he suddenly smirked wickedly. "As much as I'd like to, the plane would have to be able to handle the strength of my movements."
Summer blinked.
She'd jumped to conclusions just from a scent. Fraser had just returned from Oblistan after a ten-hour flight. If he had been with another woman, it would've had to be on the plane. And there were other people on his private jet.
Imagining the aircraft shaking wildly midair like a tossed-around toy, even she couldn't help but find it funny. "Then where did the scent on you come from?"
Fraser lifted his eyelids slightly, his deep voice carrying a trace of exasperation. "It's the sandalwood scent from the plane. If you don't believe me, I can take you there right now to check, so you don't falsely accuse me out of jealousy."
Summer didn't blink. "I'm not jealous. Any woman would mind something like this" "Sure, sure. You're not jealous. You just mind that there were
were women around
Summer tilted her head. Why did that sound so wrong? Fraser's hand slowly wandered over her body, and Summer's face instantly turned red.
"You haven't showered yet!"
by me!*
Fraser lowered his head and bit the delicate skin on her neck. "Are you disgusted by
Summer bit her lip, trying to hold back a sound. The next second, she blurted out, "I don't like how you smell
Fraser looked down at her, amusement glinting in his eyes as he smirked. Under that gaze. Summer's face turned even redder, practically dripping with embarrassment.

In her minil, she cursed Fraser that he was a beast, a couplete animal
Fraser, seemingly satisfied, picked up the hairdryer and patiently dried her darope, wavy hair

Her long hair, smooth as silk, danced through his fingers. Fraser's gaze was filled with tenderness as he stared straight at her, taking in Summer's flushed face and annoyed expression.
The emotions in his eyes were completely unhidden. "You bit me just as hard."
At his words, Summer's eyes lifted, landing on the red marks scattered across his
neck. She quickly turned away, refusing to admit it. "Not me!"
"Oh!" Fraser responded sexily. "Must be the dog then."
Summer then glared at him. Her eyes were bright and round, making her look innocent.
Fraser's eyes darkened once again. "I meant Pudding
Pudding, who was at the door, heard its own name and started barking.
Summer suddenly remembered Pudding, who had been pitifully waiting outside all this time.
She kicked Fraser's leg lightly. "Open the door and let Pudding in."
Fraser lazily lifted his eyes, his gaze filled with teasing as he slowly looked Summer up and down. "You sure you want to let it in right now?"
Summer had just come out of the shower, wrapped in a small white towel. It barely covered anything, leaving her legs completely exposed. Fraser wasn't much better-his robe hung loosely over his body, barely tied at the waist, revealing his. toned chest and abs. The air between them was still damp, thick with the remnants of what had just happened.
Even though Pudding was just a dog. It still felt a little embarrassing.
Summer was exhausted from the earlier chaos. Too tired to argue, she simply ordered, "Then bring me my nightgown."
Fraser's heart softened at her lazy, delicate tone. "As you wish, princess.
He retrieved a misty pink satin slip dress from the closet and handed it over. Summer reached out to take it, but the next second, his long fingers pulled it back.
T help you put it on.
"No need!"
If he helped her, she might as well not wear anything at all. Like the shameless man he was, Fraser swiftly stripped her of the towel and tossed it to the floor.
Summer was completely dumbfounded. Not again! She had no idea whether to cover the top or the bottom. Not that it mattered. He didn't give her the chance. Fraser pressed her down, and her nightgown remained untouched.
After another two-hour battle with him, Summer barely had the strength to keep her eyes open. Just as she was about to sleep, she heard Fraser's lazy voice whisper beside her ear, "I was on my best behavior in Oblistan. Hm? Do you feel it now? 1 gave it all to you."
Summer shut her eyes, swearing to herself that she'd never falsely accuse him again. In the past five hours, she could confirm that this shameless man definitely hadn't fooled around outside, because he had given every last bit of it to her.
The next morning, Summer climbed out of bed, sore all over. Her entire body felt like it had been torn apart together. She shot a deadly glare at the man responsible.
Summer looked away, refusing to acknowledge his smug expression. She dragged herself to the bathroom. After freshening up. she spent a long time in the walk-in closet picking out clothes. In the end, she chose a white lace high-neck blouse and a pair of jeans. The blouse was tight-fitting, with delicate lace trim at the collar, which was perfect for covering up the marks on
her neck and collarbone.
As she finished changing, she glanced sideways at Fraser, stealing a few extra looks.
Fraser chuckled 'Summer, control the burning desire in your eyes when you look at me."
Summer rolled her eyes..dif
Today, Fraser was dressed in a tailored gray dress shirt, neatly fastened with a tie, and a pair of high-end custom trousers that it his long legs perfectly. Judging by his attire, he probably had a meeting. But the bright red bite mark on his neck glaringly obvious
Summer hestated for a moment before saying. There's a mark on your neck. Do you want me to cover it
it with a band-aid
Fraser raised a brow. "I don't mind. What are you worried about?"
"Suit yourself" She wasn't the one who'd have to deal with the stares.
As she stepped out of the bedroom she heard his lazy, teasing voice from behind.
"If anyone asks. I'll just say the woman at home is a jealous little thing who insists on marking her territory."

As soon as he said that, hurried footsteps echoed through the bedroom. A moment later, Summer grabbed a band-aid from the living room, ran up to him, and without a word, stood on her tiptoes and stuck it onto his neck.
Afterward, she kept a straight face and said seriously, "I think it's better if you
COVET İL
Fraser was at a loss for words.
The autumn sunlight wasn't as scorching as in summer. It cast a soft glow on the ground as a sleek black Ferrari sped down the road. Summer sat in the passenger seat. When she noticed Fraser driving toward Aspira Design Institute, she spoke up. "I'm going back to work at Stewart Group."
Fraser glanced at her briefly before slowly changing direction. His long fingers tapped lightly on the steering wheel. "Why so
sudden!"
Summer kept her eyes on the road ahead and explained simply, "I left Aspira Design Institute and returned to Stewart Group.
Fraser hummed with an unreadable expression. "When did that happen?"
"While you were on your business trip.
"Why didn't you mention it last night?"
"You didn't ask. Besides, he didn't exactly give her the chance to talk.
"Oh, so it's my fault now"
A while later, the Ferrari came to a stop right in front of Stewart Group's entrance, drawing a few curious glances from passing employees
Summer quickly opened the door, trying to get out as fast as possible. But before she could leave, Fraser called out, "Summer."
"Yeah?"
night
Fraser's dark eyes rested on her as he said casually, "Come home early tonight, We need to talk about what happened while I
was away.
Summer lowered her gaze, her fingers tightening slightly. "Im going to the Stewart Mansion to see my mom tonight, so I probably won't be back. Let's talk another day"
Fraser's lazy, indifferent gaze flickered across her face, but he didn't say anything. As soon as Summer shut the door, the car sped off
With one hand on the wheel and the other resting against the window, Fraser glanced at the rearview mirror.
She didn't even look back after getting out, and just walked straight into Stewart Group's building.
Fraser let out a quiet scoff. Leaving Aspira Design Institute and returning to Stewart Group? There was no way it was as simple as she made it sound. It would be easy for him to find out what happened-just one word, and his people would dig up everything
But he didn't want to do it that way. He wanted Summer to tell him herself.
Just then, his phone rang from the center console. Fraser glanced at the screen; it was Helen.
He tapped his fingers on the wheel for a few seconds before connecting the call through the car's display.
Helen had already heard from his assistant.
She knew that Summer had picked him up from the airport, which was why he didn't come back.

Her expression darkened slightly, but her voice remained warm and gentle. "Your grandfather woke up and found out what Brandon did at the Ohlistan factory. He's furious, Come back today."
The wind roared past as Fraser stepped on the gas, "Got it"
At the Graham Group, Fraser had been back from his trip for just one day, but back-to-back meetings had already filled his schedule.
During one of them, he sat lazily in the main seat, his eyes shifting from the presenter to the phone on the table.
Nothing. From morning until now, there was no messages or calls.
When the presentation ended, the meeting went into a break. Fraser picked up the latest investment report handed to him by an executive and flipped through it.
A few senior managers sitting nearby accidentally caught sight of the small band- aid on his neck.
They struggled to hold back their laughter, and they whispered among themselves.
"Did you see what's on Mr. Graham's neck?"
That's definitely a hickey! And he tried to cover it up""
"Looks like Mr. Graham had a steamy night."
"Mr. Graham is always so cold and uninterested in women. I bet ten grand that was a man's bite."
Tm in! I'll put down twenty grand!"
Fraser lazily lifted his head from the report, his dark eyes sweeping across the room.
"Oh I've barely been back, and you all have time to gossip about me?"
The managers who got caught quickly forced out awkward smiles. Even though their big boss was powerful and influential, Graham Group had always followed a more opened corporate culture
