Loving You In Secret Chapter 791-It was the photo taken from the front camera, so their faces were close to the camera.

Tyler had a reluctant frown on his face while Vicky smiled brightly with her arms around his.

The second photo was her kissing the man on the cheek, and the third photo was her in Tyler's arms. In the fourth photo, she was seen in a garden with Tyler, and the fifth one was of her and Tyler underneath a Ferris wheel.

The photos after that were all of Vicky. Some were taken by herself, but most were taken by someone else when she was playing the piano.

As Vicky flipped to the last page, Vicky froze and dropped the album.

The woman in the photo had her back facing the camera as she played the piano.

It was a familiar photo as she had once seen it in Tyler's study.

She once thought that the photo was of Tyler's first love, and when she first saw Gloria, she mistakenly thought that it was Gloria in the photo. Never had she imagined that it was actually a photo of herself.

Since that was the last photo, Vicky picked up the album and placed it back.

There were not many items inside the bookshelf. Apart from the photo album, there were the wallet, rings, and pen she saw before.

In the end, she spotted a document file made with leather.

She opened it and found a medical report with her name written on it.

She glanced at the date and saw that it was dated on her last birthday when she ran into a car accident.

The medical report described her condition at the time, and as she went through the pages, she found a consent form for surgery that was signed by Tyler.

As her husband, it seemed normal that he would be required to sign a consent form for surgeries that she had to go through. However, she was told that Tyler had not shown up once throughout her time in the hospital and that he was not even aware of the accident.

'If I woke up on the twentieth day, what happened to the remaining ten days that I don’t seem to remember?’ she thought as she reached the end of the report.

She searched the bookshelf again but could not find anything valuable, so she left the room after putting everything back in place.

At 10 that night, the bedroom door opened when Vicky stepped out of the bathroom.

Vicky did not know what time Tyler returned home the night before and was shocked that Tyler returned home early.

The thought that Tyler had captured Alex caused her heart to sink.

He glanced at her and walked into the bathroom.

Sometime later, he stepped out and walked straight toward Vicky.

Since she was in her fertile period, she instinctively knew what he wanted.

As expected, he pressed his body against hers as soon as he approached her.

She had not shown Tyler any care lately and would either ignore him or act distant, so it was rare for her to behave so obediently.

"I probably slept too much in the afternoon."

Tyler was never a talkative man, so he simply hummed in response and enjoyed the rare silence.

Suddenly, Vicky broke the silence. "How is Gloria doing?"

The look in Tyler's eyes darkened. "She is still undergoing treatment."

"Is her condition that severe?"

"It's hard to treat depression."

After a moment of silence, Vicky asked casually, "Why didn't you visit me in the hospital when I was in a car accident a year ago?"

Tyler lowered his gaze to her and asked, "Why are you asking about that all of a sudden?"

"Gloria has depression, and you go to the hospital every single day. I was in life-threatening danger after the car accident, yet you hadn't once gone to the hospital to see me..." Vicky only said so to not raise his suspicion, but she realized how bitter she sounded.

Tyler was slightly taken by surprise at first, but his lips soon curled into a smile. "Jealous?"

"No." Vicky turned her face away. "I just want to know why you didn't visit me when I was about to die."

"I didn't know."

She stared at him and said, "The hospital must've called you when I was in an accident, right? Did you really not know?" "I was on a business trip at the time," he said.

"You were having dinner with Sheila, weren't you? How were you on a business trip?"

"Who told you that Sheila and I were in Stoneford City at the time?"

Vicky was instantly rendered speechless as the news had not mentioned that the two were seen in Stoneford City.

None of that mattered, however, because Tyler lied.

She stared at his face and was instantly overwhelmed by the urge to ask him why he lied. She desperately wanted to ask if he was responsible for her amnesia and the accident, but in the end, she held back the urge and lowered her head quietly.

It took Vicky some time to process the information and she muttered, "Nothing...happened that day? But then, why didn't you..."

She was confused as to why he did not tell her the truth and lied to her instead.

He nibbled on her ear and mumbled, "It's your punishment."

It was the punishment for Vicky's attempt to run and push him toward another woman.

His breath caressed her skin, and she instinctively moved away from him. "Why are you telling me now, then?"

He silently stared at her lower abdomen and said, "A bad mood isn't good for a pregnant woman."

Vicky froze.

There was no telling if she could get pregnant, yet he was already starting to consider her pregnant.

"Tyler Hart, I'm not pregnant yet!" she gritted out.

"I know," he said expressionlessly. "But a good mood will promote the chance of getting pregnant."

"..." Vicky wanted to correct such nonsense, but she noticed how his eyes darkened.

After being married to Tyler for years, she knew exactly what that look meant.

"Tyler, you—mph!" All her words were swallowed by his lips.

Just as Tyler was about to deepen the kiss, his phone on the nightstand started vibrating.

Vicky took the opportunity to push him away. "You're getting a call, Tyler."

It was past midnight, so no one would call Tyler if it was not urgent.

Tyler wanted to ignore it, but the phone would not stop vibrating, so he could only let go of Vicky to reach for his phone.

"Sure," she mumbled as though she was about to drift off to sleep.

Tyler lowered his head to kiss her on the forehead and turned off the lights on his way out of the room.

As soon as the door was shut, Vicky's eyes opened abruptly.

In the hospital, Tyler heard the sound of something shattering as soon as he reached the outside of the door.

He then heard the doctor attempting to calm Gloria.

"Miss Shaw, you need to eat something. You'll collapse if you refuse to eat anything."

"I'm just missing a meal or two. It's not like I'm going to die because of that," Gloria said coldly. "Have I lost the right to refuse eating now?"

"Miss Shaw, it's bad for your health..."

"It's my health and my body. Even if something goes wrong, it's none of your business."

"But, Mister Hart said-"

Gloria sneered at the mention of Tyler's name. "He is no one to me, so what rights does he have to make the decisions about my life?"

The doctor was at a loss for words.

Just then, the door was pushed open, and Tyler strode in. He glanced at the shattered glass on the floor and asked," What's going on?"

The doctor was relieved to see Tyler and said, "Mister Hart, Miss Shaw won't eat her food or cooperate with treatment."

"Clean the floor and bring food in again," Tyler said.

"Sure thing. I'll get right at it." The doctor and nurses immediately cleaned the floor and darted out of the room.

10 minutes later, another set of dinner was sent in again, but Gloria threw the tray on the ground as soon as the tray touched the table.

The food had gone to waste more times than the doctor could count, and the doctor could not help but shoot a look at Gloria, thinking, 'This lady looks gentle, when really, she has a horrible temper.'

sarcastically. "Vicky, why do you think Tyler married you and refused to divorce you? Did you think that he loves you too much to let you go? If that's what you think, you can't be more wrong! His true intention is-"

"Gloria," Tyler interrupted her sternly. "That's enough!"

Gloria shot him a half-smile. "Tyler, if you don't want to say it, I don't mind being the villain here. I can say what you

can't. If you want to stop me, why don't you tell her yourself?"

The look in Tyler's eyes darkened.

Vicky did not know what they were referring to and remained standing quietly.

Gloria did not say anything else after that, and after some time, Tyler broke the silence. "Vicky, go home."

Vicky stared at Tyler, who kept his eyes trained on Gloria.

Vicky narrowed her eyes, and after a long pause, she turned and walked out of the room.

'True intention? Does Gloria know why Tyler married me?’ Vicky thought.

The elevator stopped on the first floor, and Vicky walked out with her head bowed. Absorbed in her thoughts, she ran straight into someone.

"Sorry," she blurted out.

"Vicky?"

Her voice and the person's voice rose at the same time.

Vicky looked up and found herself looking at a devilishly handsome face. She was unsurprised. "Harvey, are you here to see Gloria?"

Harvey nodded with a resigned smile. "Selene called me saying that Gloria is in a bad state and wouldn't eat. She's caught up at work, so she told me to come here and check on Gloria."

It was past midnight, and calling someone at such a time was rude.

He was certain that Alex would not be harmed because Tyler still needed Alex to cause trouble for Vicky when it was necessary.

Harvey glanced at the gloomy look on her face and asked," Vicky, what happened?"

'What happened?' she thought. 'It feels like something has happened, but I'm not sure.'

Vicky was at a loss for words, so she turned to look at Harvey. "Do you know why Tyler married me?"

He lifted an eyebrow. "Why are you asking that all of a sudden?"

He did not know much about the relationship between Vicky and Tyler, and Gloria-who knew more than most people- had not been willing to share.

Vicky looked outside the window and said, "Gloria said that Tyler married me with an agenda in mind.”

Harvey frowned at the mention of Gloria's name. "Vicky, Gloria isn't in the best state right now, so some of the things she says...should be taken with a grain of salt."

"But Tyler didn't deny it either."

Tyler had not denied the accusation and even sent Vicky out of the room, which made it seem like he was guilty.

"Vicky, I don't know what happened between you and Tyler before, and I don't have the right to make any comment, but from what I've found so far, if he has an ulterior motive, it's you. As for Gloria..." He paused. "If Tyler wants her, he would've dated her a few years ago."

"You don't know that for sure," Vicky said. "The grass is always greener on the other side. Gloria was the woman Tyler was initially looking for back then, so she has a special place in his heart. He treats her differently."

Sheila would have never dared to ask Tyler to divorce Vicky.

Harvey's expression darkened as he contemplated whether he should tell Vicky the truth.

There was no denying that Tyler would use Gloria to further his agenda without hesitation, but he would never leave Gloria to rot if something happened to her either.

It could be because Gloria was still useful to him, or that he had a soft spot in his heart for her since he ran into her on his birthday years ago.

Considering Tyler's character, he should have treated Gloria the same way he did with Sheila, and that was likely the reason why Tyler never told everyone the truth about who he saw in the garden.

Harvey knew that if Tyler found out that Gloria was not the one he searched for back then, and that he had not been mistaken, he would show Gloria no mercy.

Selene had the spare keys to Gloria's apartment and went over to find all of Gloria's belongings gone.

Vicky, Harvey, and Selene went around searching for Gloria, but she was nowhere to be found, which Selene did not seem surprised by.

"Maybe Gloria went off to be alone like she did four years ago. When she was diagnosed with depression four years ago, she ran overseas," Selene said.

Harvey fell into silence and Vicky asked, "Is something wrong?"

He turned to look at her. "What did you three talk about last night?"

"I told you everything. After that, Tyler asked me to leave, so

I don't know what those two talked about."

"Tyler?" Harvey lifted an eyebrow. "Looks like they didn't reach an agreement."

"What is that supposed to mean?"

Harvey stared at the screen that showed Gloria leaving the hospital to get in a taxi.

"You said that Gloria wanted you two to get a divorce, right? Tyler probably didn't want that, yet Gloria insisted that he does... Clearly, she didn't get what she wanted."

Vicky realized that Harvey was trying to say that Gloria went missing on purpose.

Vicky glanced at Selene who did not seem worried and understood that this was not the first time Gloria disappeared.

"Since Gloria wants to be alone, let's leave her be. She'll come back when she feels better," Harvey said.

"Yeah," Selene agreed. "Let's leave her alone."

Lately, Selene started to lose her patience in facing Gloria's madness.

Gloria was a great person when she was sane, but even Selene had a hard time dealing with her when Gloria became mentally ill.

Since the two people who cared most about Gloria showed no intention of searching for Gloria, Vicky did not argue.

At eight that night, Tyler returned home, and Vicky looked up from her book to stare at him. "Let's talk, Tyler."
