His number was not available to the public, and his calls usually meant something urgent was going on.
He answered but did not speak.
The person on the other end also stayed silent. Just as he frowned and became impatient, a voice came.

“I won’t tell you!” Charlie shouted.
Anthony stared out of the car window with dark eyes. “Is there anything you want with me?”
“Can I meet you?”
“I want to talk to you!”
Anthony raised his eyebrows. “What are you talking
about?”
“Can’t we meet first?”
Anthony, who manages all kinds of things every day,
would never waste time dealing with troublesome kids.
In the end, he did not refuse.
He instructed the driver to go to the school gate.
When the driver went to negotiate, the guard would not
let the kids go.
Anthony had to go out in person and stand in front of the
guard, who was shocked by his presence.
The guard gave the school a call. “Yes, it’s the father of the triplets.”
Who else would he be if he was not their father?

“If you still want to get married, we are going to play tricks on you during the wedding!” Charlie said.

“Why don’t you marry the girl on the fifth floor?” Chris
suggested.

“Then why do you want me to marry Anne?” Anthony

Lucas stopped him, turned to the waiter, and said, “Give us three more to take away.”
“What about these?” the waiter asked.
“No.” Lucas pushed up his glasses. “They‘re all melted.”
The waiter took the three ice creams away, and the three little kids looked hungrily at them.
Lucas sat down in the opposite position, looked at the three little kids, and began to educate them. “Didn‘t I tell you not to stay away from strangers ? Didn‘t I tell you it might be dangerous? On the first day of coming to school, we talked about safety awareness. Don‘t you remember?”

“Do you remember what I said today?” Lucas asked.
“We do!” the kids responded.
Lucas saw in the rearview mirror that the little guys were sitting properly, in the same sitting position, holding ice cream in their hands, and with the same eager eyes.
Their cute appearances made him smile silently.
“Daddy, can we eat the ice cream?” Chloe could not help
asking.
“We don’t want it to melt!” Charlie said.
Lucas looked at Chris, who did not speak.
Chris mumbled, “My saliva might overflow if I speak.”
Lucas laughed out loud. “Go on.”
“Absolutely!”
“Be careful.”
“We will!”
After eating the ice cream, the car entered the school.
After the children were settled, Lucas, who walked out of the school, called Anne.
Anne was packing the three little kids‘ clothing on the sixth floor.
The children grew up fast, and some clothes were already too tight for them.
The phone rang. She glanced at it and answered,” Principal, what‘s the matter?”
Lucas told her what had happened just now.
