Ch. 136..140: Rebirth_ Dancing In My Destiny Chapter 136-140
Chapter 136: A Problem (2)
"Ladies and Gentlemen..." The chairman of the committee tried to calm all the fuming people. He smiles calmly before continuing his words after the room is silent again, "Don’t worry, we will give you time to complete the documents. The document should be submitted no later than tomorrow, but because of this change, we will be open for 2x24 hours, starting from now...." The chairman of the committee smiled and closed today’s event.
Rose’s gaze darted to the owner of the Global Group, who had now stood up from his chair. He approached the chairman of the committee, who had just stepped off the stage. She was increasingly convinced that this auction of Rapid Realty wasn’t as simple as she thought from their familiar speaking style.
She remembers well in her previous life, this short and bald guy, the owner of Global Group, became crazy rich after he bought Rapid Realty. In a short time, his company’s shares soared so high and made Global Group into the ranks of companies with the largest market cap in this country. If she remembers correctly, Global is in tenth place.
After seeing the room was empty, Rose stood up from her chair and left the room. Followed by Oliver and Sam. She hadn’t said anything since the announcement. Her mind was busy figuring out how her company could still participate in this auction, no matter what route she took. Or, as the old adage says, by hook or by crook.
As Rose drowned in her thoughts, Sam felt strange about this sudden change. Previously there was no notification, but why did such a rule suddenly appear?
"Lady Boss... Now we are in trouble! Wilson Group does not have a branch office in this city as a condition to be able to participate in this auction." Sam, following Rose into the parking lot, whispered to her.
Rose didn’t answer Sam’s question. Right now, she was thinking of a quick way to set up a branch in this city. As she sat in the car’s back seat, she glanced at Oliver sitting beside Sam.
"Oliv, were you able to get the company permit for the Vale city branch? I just need the permit for the address, no worries about that." For her, the place does not matter. With money, she could quickly rent an office space. For staff, she can ask Danny to send a new recruit to be placed in this city.
"Boss, of course, I can get all the documents out right now. But the thing is, the insiders seem to have bribed them too...." He already found their evidence. How could these people dare to do this?
Sam, who was driving the car, listened silently to their conversation. Earlier in the city hall, Sam was confused by the reaction of his lady boss, who seemed calm after knowing there was a change in conditions. Like the problem is nothing to her. He guessed that Lady Boss already knew. And just now, Oliver said that there were participants who bribed the committee? How could that be?
"Boss, maybe you can ask Boss Evan. I think Boss Evan can help you with things like this..." Sam joined in after hearing them talk about the fast way to establish a new branch in this city.
Simultaneously Rose and Oliver looked at Sam.
"Are you sure Boss Evan can help?" Oliver asks.
"Of Course he can..." Sam said proudly to have a powerful boss. Things like this are peanuts for his boss.
Rose pats her forehead lightly. How could she forget his lover? She quickly took out her cell phone and pressed the speed dial. On the first ring, the phone was immediately connected. She can hear Evan’s gentle voice greet her.
"Evan..."
"Are you done?"
"Yes! Now I’m on my way to the hotel. But..." Rose paused to take a deep sigh. "I have a problem. Seems like I need your help, Evan." Rose’s voice sounded low, making Evan alert on the other end.
"Tell me, what happened?" Evan, sitting in the study room, reading something on his laptop, suddenly stood up. His hand gripped the phone tightly as he walked out of the study room.
He stopped his step right into the living room with a shocked expression. The room had changed since this morning. Gavin finally did what he asked.
"Well, this is not a big problem, but the problem is I don’t have much time__."
"Rose, say it short!"
Rose gulped when she realized she had been so slow in explaining to Evan. She continued, "I need to open a Wilson Group Branch here, but I don’t have time. We need the address and permitted tomorrow...." She took a deep sigh after telling him what was bothering her. "Evan, can you help me?"
This company is essential to her. She will use any means to get it. Even by asking her boyfriend for help. Something she didn’t want to do in the first place. She tried to stand on her own two feet to build her company, so she could be more confident standing next to Evan. What’s more, knowing that Evan’s father doesn’t seem to like her.
Well, it’s no secret anymore. The noble families in this country will never choose a daughter-in-law with a complex family history like her. So as much as possible, she will prove to Evan’s father that she can be successful even without Evan’s help. She will build her empire with both of her hands.
"Do not worry. I will help you. Let Sam talk to Gavin..." Evan smiled with relief after hearing the problems his girlfriend was facing. Previously, his mind had been traveling everywhere, worried that her situation was more challenging than it looked. The kidnapping incident made him unable to calm down.
"Really?! you can do that?!" Rose shouts with delight, making Sam and Oliver surprised to hear her loud and happy voice. "Alright! I’ll be there soon. Have you had lunch?" Rose glanced at her watch.
"Not yet. I’m waiting for you. Don’t buy any food, okay. I already prepared food for us...."
After Rose ended the phone call, she immediately told Sam what Evan had said. She believed in Evan. Her man definitely could help her.
Not long after, Sam’s Car arrived at the hotel.
Chapter 137: Propose (1)
Rose went straight up to her room while Sam and Oliver continued to another place, where they would meet Gavin.
When Rose entered the hotel room, she was stunned. For a slight moment, she just stood there motionless. Her eyes were mesmerized to see the floor was covered with white and pink rose petals like a flower carpet that led her to enter the room. After sinking into the shock for a while, she could finally move her legs slowly.
She walked, following the flower petals. Afraid to break the flower petals, she walked carefully. So slow. After a few moments following the flower carpet, she finally arrived at the living room area. Once again, she is stunned when her eyes capture the man she loves. Evan stands looking at her with her gentle eyes. At that moment, her heart starts pounding like crazy.
Rose notices Evan still wears his outfit like this morning. What makes Rose dumbstruck is the white wall behind him, now decorated with red and pale pink roses that rise up to the ceiling. Many balloons in gold and white colors also candles were arranged in the small stage area where her man was standing.
"How could this man decorate this room so quickly?" This is the first question that pops up in her mind.
Rose was just standing a few meters from the stage. She forgot to say anything. Just looking at his deep blue eyes made her touch. She could see the man’s gaze, radiant love. Her mind could tell what Evan was doing now; he wanted to propose to her. This fact shook her heart wildly, and her knee felt weak.
She doesn’t know why she reacts like this. Shouldn’t she be jumping for joy? Like she used to see in dramas? This is not right. Her knee really betrayed her now. She forced herself to step forward toward the man who waited for her on the mini stage
Her courage arose to look him in the eyes during her step to him. "E-Evan..." Her voice was so soft calling his name when she finally reached him. She could feel Evan’s warm hands hold her hand. Instantly her cold hands felt better now.
"Rose..." Evan’s charming low voice made Rose’s heart tighten. Her eyes were still on his as he continued, "Sorry if I’ve been saying all along that I want to register our marriage without properly proposing to you. I feel really terrible now to have skipped this significant step...I’m really sorry, Rose."
Rose listens in silence, but deep down in her heart, it feels like she wants to stop Evan from doing this. No need to propose to her again because she had agreed to marry him from the start. This kind of procession was not crucial to her. But, what can she do now!? She couldn’t stop him because, at this moment, she was utterly speechless. It is complicated for her to string words.
The moment Rose saw, Evan began to kneel in front of her. At the same time, her heart started to beat even more. Her tongue was getting more and more groggy to say something. She could only cover her mouth with her hand while screaming in her mind, "Oh my god!"
Rose saw him take a tiny black box. And when he opened it, she saw a beautiful sparkling diamond ring lying in the box. The ring is gorgeous and not overly artistic. It’s precisely the type of jewelry Rose always likes. After looking at the ring, she turned her gaze to Evan’s eyes. She immediately drowned into his deep blue eyes.
"Rose Wilson, will you marry me?" Evan knew Rose would accept him, but somehow doing this made his heart beat erratically. Like when he did hell training in the army a few years ago. Worried that this girl would reject him. Or even protest because his proposal did not meet her expectations.
Well, Evan wanted to propose to her grandly tonight. In a fancy restaurant that he booked just for the two of them. Evan has also prepared the country’s best orchestra to accompany him to propose to Rose. And of course, he also summons the best chef in the country to serve them dinner.
To make his proposal perfect, he even brought in a fireworks expert from France to lift the fireworks outside the restaurant. However, all of his plans have changed. Tonight he was going to meet Captain of The Black Eagle with Rose.
Now he is worried because his impromptu proposal this afternoon is very far from the dreams of women. And looking at his girl’s eyes slightly red. No. His girl now crying made him even more worried that this proposal would fail!
"R-Rose, please say something... huh!?" Evan asks again after the girl only stares at him with tears starting to flow down her cheeks.
Why is she crying? Should she be excited now?
Does Rose not like this ring? Evan suddenly regretted not choosing the most giant Diamond ring when he ordered this unique ring for her.
"Rose, if you don’t like the ri___."
"Yes! Yes... Evan. Let’s get married!" Rose is finally able to say something. She couldn’t describe how happy and moved she was right now. Her teary happy eyes looked at the man and put the ring on her finger. And in just a second, she is in his embrace. Slowly she lifted her hand and wrapped it around his waist.
They hugged each other in silence for a while, their hearts still beating so loud that Rose could hear. It made her smile widely, too happy with this moment.
"Thank you, Rose. Thank you for saying yes...."
Rose hears Evan’s charming voice on top of her head. She still couldn’t believe that now Evan had proposed to her. This man was her fiancé, her future husband. Only one step left, and they will officially become husband and wife. She felt thrilled with what would happen after this.
Once again, she closed her eyes and hugged Evan tightly.
"I’m also thrilled to spend my life, my adventures, with you, Evan. I love you!"
Chapter 138: Propose (2)
"Evan, since when did you prepare all of this?" Rose had only been gone a few hours, but Evan was able to alter her beautiful hotel room. And she was also surprised because this man had prepared the engagement ring. How could he know her finger size?
"Well, it’s not a big deal, Rose...." Evan smiles as he brings her to the dining table. It was past lunch time worried her lover would starve.
Soon a few hotel staff in black uniforms beeline into the room. They bring several dishes for their lunch. Rose’s eyes are beaming, looking at a hot steak and other delicious foods in front of her. They also serve red wine in crystal wine glasses. After the hotel staff disappears from the room, they start eating.
"Did you like the dish?"
"Hmm... this is delicious. The best kind of food to eat after any marriage proposal...It elevated an already happy mood. This should be common knowledge." Said Rose with a funny teacher-like face as she tried to humor Evan, who looked too cool and nearly humorless.
"You’re right. The food fits with the mood. It elevated the one with whom you eat. Like now, I eat with the beautiful Angle...." Evan smiled.
Rose speechless. She regretted saying the wrong words to lure this man into his sweet talk. She almost drowned in his honey trap again.
"S-So...I was right?" Said Rose nervously, disbelieving her joke was taken seriously by Evan.
"Ooh, Wifey... you’re not just right. You are also spot on!" Shouts Evan, finally with a big smile on his face.
Rose thought the hotel staff would leave after being served their lunch. Still, a few minutes later, two men staff entered the room again with a two-tier white cake decorated with roses. It looks so gorgeous. And when she saw the cake brand, she was surprised. This cake is only sold in one of the famous pastry shops in the capital.
Did Evan fly this cake from there?
"Evan, this cake is the one I like..." Her eyes sparkled looking at the cake.
A few days ago, in the capital, she asked Sam to buy this cake for her because, in her previous life, she didn’t have the luxury to buy this cake brand. She always felt envious of the people who review this cake on social media. And when Sam successfully purchased a few slices for her, she tried it. And she falls in love with the cake. No wonder the cake shop is so popular. The cake is tasty. Heavenly delicious.
Rose complimented Evan while giving a thumbs up, looking at the two-tier cake in front of her. She was touched by this man. He was really detailed in planning his proposal.
Evan just smiled. If only Rose knew what he was preparing for, she might be shocked.
After they finished eating, Rose wanted to monitor Sam and Oliver’s progress. She follows Evan to the study room.
While Evan sat at his desk and continued his work, Rose sat on the sofa. She’s also working on her laptop in her lap. She immediately calls Oliver after she reads the last text from him.
"Oliver... how’re things there?"
"Hi, Boss. Everything is alright here! So far, nothing to worry about. If there are no problems at 10 AM tomorrow, we will meet the relevant officials to register our new branch here."
Rose felt relieved. She had been so worried about this matter, but after her man helped, things went so smoothly. She glanced at the man who was busy reading the document. He looks so freaking handsome when he’s serious like now.
It seemed she still couldn’t believe that they were already engaged. Though she felt so happy with her new status as fiance, there was a tinge of worry in her heart because Evan’s father didn’t like her yet. And she hasn’t met his grandfather either.
"Boss! Anything you want to ask again? If not, will I end this call?" Rose heard Oliver’s words on the other end made her gasp in surprise.
"No. Nothing... Alright, see you tomorrow!" Rose said after that, she ended the call.
"Is everything alright, Rose?"
Rose is surprised to hear Evan talk to her. She looked at him. The man was leaning on the back of the chair casually and staring at her with his loving gaze.
"Yeah. Everything is fine there..."
"Smile, please. Because...you shouldn’t be too worried. Your company will definitely be able to enter the auction." Evan chuckled slightly before continuing. "Well... if you make me a shareholder, surely people won’t dare mess with Wilson Group!"
Rose laughed, amused seeing Evan so serious about investing in her company. She just shook her head as she read a few documents about her other project. Rose didn’t buy what he said. She can tell Evan just casually said that. After all, her company is so small that his team in Starlight Investment will laugh if they know he invests in Wilson Group.
"I mean it, Rose!"
Rose lifted her head again and saw him in the eyes. She was stunned when she saw the seriousness in his eyes become more apparent.
"Now...now...Mr. Collins, my company shares are costly. I’m afraid you won’t be able to buy the shares..." Rose casually said that. She never had plans to add investors to her company.
"Really? Now you’re enticing me even more. Tell me your price." Evan rises from his seat and joins Rose in the seating area. "Well... just for your information Ms. Collins, your Hubby is freaking rich. So, whatever number you say, he will definitely be able to pay it...."
Evan almost laughed when he saw the girl’s face turn red. He crossed his leg to follow her play. He knows this girl’s reason why she is not willing to accept his offer.
Rose was utterly shy hearing this man calling himself ’hubby?’
"So how much? Tell me?" Evan asks again.
"E-Evan..."
"Hubby! From now on, call me Hubby."
Rose’s eyes widened as she was surprised by his request. She thought Evan was joking, teasing her by saying ’Hubby’, but he insisted on making her call him that.
"But, we’re not married yet?" Rose said in her soft tone. It felt weird calling him that. Other than that, they weren’t married. She wasn’t used to it.
"You have a problem with that? When we return to the capital, we will go straight to the marriage registry office. Wait for a few days. Your name will become mine, wifey! So you should get used to calling me, Hubby?" A gentle smile frames Evan’s face, making Rose even more speechless.
Fine! You win, Mr. Collins... "A-Alright!"
"Alright, what?"
Rose was speechless with his determination to make her call him Hubby. Damn this man! After a deep sigh, she finally dared to call him as he wished, "H-Hubby...."
"That’s even better, wifey!" Evan smiled with satisfaction hearing his lover call him ’Hubby’ as if there was a feeling of pride in making this girl his wife. He really can’t wait to return to the capital. And finalize their marriage documents.
"Now tell me the price!"
"Evan... I mean... H-Hubby, I’m just kidding. No need for you to invest in my company. I will ask you for money if someday I need more funds. After all, who will dare to mess with my company if we are getting married?"
Rose already thinks about this one. Wilson’s group is her pride, and she won’t let Evan get involved in this. Because with the Wilson Group, she could be a match with this unusual man. The man who will one day rule this nation with his wealth and power.
Chapter 139: Dinner (1)
Beachside Restaurant.
Rose is surprised to learn that Evan took her to a seafood restaurant by the sea and asked her to wear formal clothes. She thought they were going to a fancy restaurant in a hotel or downtown. Luckily she was wearing her casual dress, not a dress that would attract many people to see her.
The vibes of the restaurant that night were quite lively. Many young people were having dinner with their partners and friends.
They didn’t stop to sit in the hall like most people. Evan brings Rose to the second floor.
On the second floor, there is no table like on the first floor, but many doors facing each other like walking in a hotel corridor. They walk deeper thru the red carpet.
Later, Evan stopped right before door #222. But before Evan opened the door, Rose felt the need to go to the powder room.
"Evan, I’m going to the powder room first..." Rose looked around. She felt weird, she didn’t see any powder room on this floor, and it seemed she had to go back downstairs. It felt troublesome, but she had to go, or she would be uncomfortable during their dinner.
"There’s a powder room inside...." Evan said as he opened the door. Rose immediately followed and headed straight to the powder room without realizing that other people were beside them in the VIP room.
After seeing Rose closing the powder room door, Evan looked at the long dining table in the middle of the room. He saw a tall man with tan skin standing looking at him with his curious gaze.
"That girl!?" The man muttered, looking at the powder room door. He remembered the girl. "Why the girl with Evan? Do they know each other?" He looked at Evan, who was now sitting in front of him.
"Thank you, Bro!" Evan looked at Sean, captain of the Black Eagle Special Forces. Evan’s eyes flashed sincerity as he expressed gratitude to this man who saved his beloved wife.
Still confused looking at the girl he helped yesterday appear in this room with Evan, he is even more curious by Evan’s words.
Why did Evan suddenly thank him? The word thank you was the sentence he rarely heard from this man.
"For what?"
"For saving my wife...."
"WHAT! Your wife? Since when have you married?" Sean stood up from his chair and covered his mouth with his hand, surprised to hear this good news. No. The fucking shocking news!
Since when did Collins throw such a big party and not invite his family? Or at least this man should tell him, right? But he didn’t. Knowing this fact hurt his pride. Because he already thought of Evan as his little brother. His best friend.
"Hahaha, you must be kidding, right, bro?" Sean asks again as he sits back on his chair. He was so shocked that it made his throat feel dry. He drank the water in the glass in one gulp.
Evan remains silent, looking at Sean. It was clear from the look on his face that Sean didn’t believe his words.
"I’m not kidding! She is indeed my fiance, we will get married soon. Well, you are the first person who knows about this. So don’t say anything until I invite you officially to our wedding." Evan still doesn’t know when is the right time to celebrate their wedding. He needed to discuss this with Rose.
"Wow! I can’t believe you finally decided to get married since the incident...." Sean stopped his words when he saw the look on Evan’s face suddenly turn sour. All this time, Sean thought Evan would never be in a relationship again. But it turns out he was wrong. This man heals faster than he thought.
"Why do you guys delete the CCTV footage?" After an awkward silence, Evan asks Sean about the incident.
"Sorry, I can’t tell you this time. Anyway, I’m happy to help my sister-in-law. If I know she is your wife, I will introduce myself properly to her...."
Sean knew the woman’s name and was stunned by her beauty and courage. Amid a dangerous situation like yesterday, she looked so calm about the situation. Not in the slightest, she cry or screams incoherently, as other women would if they were in her position.
What surprised him the most was that the girl understood sign language and offered him a strategy to escape that dangerous situation. She looks like a police agent or soldier disguised as an ordinary woman.
In the first place, Sean wanted to get to know the woman, but unfortunately, they were on a tight schedule. He didn’t even have time to take her to the hospital and wait for her to wake up.
"Well, actually, she is the one who recognized your unit and asked me to find you. She wanted to say her gratitude...." Evan said.
Evan felt that he didn’t want Rose to meet with Sean for some reason. But he couldn’t refuse Rose’s request. What’s more, Rose says that this is very important to her. She owes her life to Sean.
Evan didn’t want Rose to owe another man. He was forced to bring them together. He will try to trust Rose’s heart will not waver when she sees Sean.
"That’s my duty. No need to say thanks. But, earlier, you said your wife recognized my unit? How could it be?" Sean looked confused. What he remembered, yesterday they didn’t use any attributes. How could an ordinary girl know about the Black Eagle? In this country, only a handful of people know their existence.
Evan also felt strange. When Rose asked him yesterday, the girl already knew about ’Black Eagle.’ How did she know about that? While information about the Black Eagle never existed on the internet.
"Well, he told me he saw the Eagle embossed on your shoe. And I knew right away it must be your unit...." Evan lied because he didn’t want Sean to be suspicious of Rose.
Chapter 140: Dinner (2)
Sean nodded slowly. In his heart, he was even more amazed by the girl who could quickly observe her surroundings. She could even see the Black Eagle’s logo, which was so small before she passed out.
His eyes looked at the now open powder room door. Sean sharply looked at the girl walking over to the table. Seeing her face once more made him even more convinced that there was something attractive about this girl. He felt related to her.
"Y-You? Oh my god... the man in the black shirt?" Rose walked fast approaching the table when she realized the man in front of Evan was the captain of the Black Eagle. The man who helped her, her savior. She can’t help but smile widely, happy to finally meet him casually, not in a dangerous way like yesterday.
Rose reached out her hand for a handshake, and her smile grew even wider when the man accepted her handshake.
"Rose Wilson."
"Sean Spencer."
"Mr. Spencer, thank you for helping me yesterday... I couldn’t believe we finally met again." Rose sincerely thanks her savior. If not for this man and his team, that man in the black hat may have killed her.
"Rose! Have a seat..." Evan, who had looked dull since seeing Rose and Sean exchange words so warmly, was finally able to put the words together. He felt displeased to see them familiar with each other in a short time. It was as if they were old friends who had just met again.
Rose immediately sat beside Evan as she glanced at him. She was surprised, looking at how dark his expression was. Why is this man suddenly in a bad mood?
"Have you ordered?" Rose whispered to Evan. She thought Evan must be hungry, so he was in a bad mood.
"Not yet. I’m waiting for you..."
"I’m sorry, Evan, I took too long in the powder room and made you wait." She felt terrible when she received a call from her mother. She has no choice but to talk to her mother for a few minutes. Even then, she had to hang up the phone because she realized Evan was waiting for her outside.
"It’s okay. I’m not hungry yet..." Evan gives her the menu. "Choose what you want to eat."
"This is my first time at this restaurant. Can you choose for me?"
When Evan and Rose exchange words. Sean was deep in thought. He was busy remembering where he had seen Rose before. He was sure he had seen her somewhere. Either see her in a picture or meet her in person. He totally forgot!
Until Sean felt that maybe he saw the wrong person. Maybe not Rose but someone else. But somehow, something seemed to make his mind sure that the woman was Rose. Once again, he tried to look closely at her. After a few moments, he was still confident of what he thought. He saw Rose in the past. But the question is, when and where?
"Damn it, Sean! How could you have short memories when you are only a quarter-century old!?" Sean could only curse himself in his heart.
"Bro Sean, what do you want to eat?" Sean snapped out when he heard Evan’s voice.
"Anything. I’m not a picky eater." Sean answers then turn his gaze elsewhere to avoid Evan’s jealous-looking eyes. He can see clearly right now Evan wasn’t happy. Sean keeps silent as he plays with his glass. But not long after, he hears Rose’s voice talk to him.
"Mr. Spencer, can I know who is the guy who made me a human shield?" Rose is still afraid that the man is related to White Skull Gangster, who wants to take revenge on her.
"Rose, may I call you like that?" Rose nods slightly. Sean smiled before he continued, "Because you are my sister-in-law, you can call me Sean. And, I’m sorry, the information about the man who had tried to you is classified...."
Rose was surprised that Sean knew about her engagement with Evan. She felt happy and also shy to hear someone else call her sister-in-law.
When the food is served, Rose eats in silence while Evan and Sean talk about many things she had no idea about or was interested in. Like about their family members and other military topics.
In her silence, suddenly Rose realized Sean’s last name was Spencer.
Was Sean one of the sons of the formidable Spencer family? Gosh! Could he be Amanda Spencer’s nephew?
Rose can’t help but feel surreal. Since dating Evan, she has met several noble families in this country. Before she met Amanda Spencer, she also met the CEO of Dream Inc, Mr. Marvin Sanders, and now she met Sean Spencer.
She felt goosebumps every time she remembered the far social gaps between her and Evan’s circle. She comes from an ordinary family in an east city without her father’s name following her last name. As for Evan, she doesn’t have to repeat anything about his family. Everyone in this country will know him the moment his identity is revealed.
If she remembers correctly from her previous life, Evan’s factual background would be made public a few months after they graduated. So, Rose knew that in the next few weeks, the media would be an uproar by the news about the successor of The Collins business kingdom.
But Rose also begins to feel confused about the present and her past life. Since her rebirth, many people she had known in her previous life now have different paths, like Oliver and her genius friends from college. But there was something that relieved her a little. These are things that are directly related to her. While other things remain the same. Like the achievements of celebrities, it remained the same as what she remembered.
So is the business world. So far, Rose’s knowledge about the future hasn’t deviated much. She really hoped it would stay that way despite her intention to buy Rapid Realty, the land containing gold.
For Rapid Realty’s other business, she is not interested. Oliver said he would use that company to enter the property business in this country. She trusts Oliver; she will just support him to make the Wilson Group grow higher.
"Are you okay, Rose?" Evan looked worried when he saw Rose eating the grilled lobster so slow. Like her mind is now occupied with many things, or this dish is not tasty enough for her.
Rose snapped out from her deep thoughts. She looked at Evan with a smile. "I’m fine, Evan."
