Ch. 356..360: Rebirth_ Dancing In My Destiny Chapter 356-360

Chapter 356: Research Result (2)

Before Rose could answer Evan’s question, she heard Randy say something. With a frown, she looked at him.

"Boss, why not cooperate with the Spencer Group? They are big players in the mining industry, and this company belongs to your family...." Randy then looked at Evan before continuing, "As for Dream Inc, we don’t know them. As far as I know, we’ve only worked on a small project with them. Well, maybe the Wilson Tower renovation project wasn’t considered by them...." Randy gave a small smile.

"Yes, boss. I agree with Randy. I would prefer... if we worked with the Spencer Group. At least you know who owns it; your family! The Spencer Group will not trick us who have no experience in the mining business, right?" said Danny in concern.

Oliver chuckled at Randy and Danny’s words. These two stupid lads! How dare they say that in front of Evan? They are courting death.

"I agree with Evan. It’s good for us to cooperate with Dream Inc. Although they are not big players in the mining industry in this country, they are the ones who have advanced in technology. They are led by young people who are competent in their fields. And they share the same vision as the Wilson Group." Oliver explained seriously.

He did not choose Dream Inc because it is owned by Rose’s husband. However, he is more comfortable working with a new company with the same vision. While the Spencer Group, they are big player, too big for the Wilson Group to collaborate with, even though the company was owned by the Rose family. But the one running someone else, not her uncle.

"Oliver, but we don’t know them. I can guess you guys are not familiar with the CEO of Dream Inc, right?" Randy’s brows furrowed before continuing his sentence, "What if that company swindles us!?"

Rose "..."

Oliver "..."

Sam "..."

Evan shot his sharp gaze at Randy as if he wanted to send him straight to his coffin. But still, he refrained himself not to make a move on Randy because he was only accompanying his wife in this room, not an employee of the Wilson Group.

"Randy, I know the owner of Dream Inc. You don’t have to worry..." Rose grabbed Evan’s hand under the table, trying to calm him down. She could see how dark his face was now, like wanting to kill Randy with his eyes.

"Really!? Y-You Know!?" asked Randy, surprised. Since they were in college, they wanted to know who was behind the success of Dream Inc. "How close are you to the owner of Dream Inc? Can you introduce him to us?" His eyes beamed, waiting for her answer.

Rose almost choked at Randy’s question. "Well, very close...."

"Damn! Really, Rose? Who? Who’s the man behind Dream Inc?" Danny was also shocked at Rose’s words.

"The guy next to me, my husband!"

Randy and Danny were utterly shocked. They stared at Evan in disbelief.

Is Evan the man behind Dream inc? The company they often discussed in college...

"Shit!! Rose... please don’t prank us!!" Shout Danny.

"Watch your words, Danny Lewis!" Threaten Evan. Another man he wanted to send to the coffin. How dare he say a nasty word before his wife?

Danny "..."

"Rose, who would believe it? We know Evan only owns Starlight Investments!" Randy calmly asks Rose, ignoring Evan, who was now intimidating Danny with his sharp gaze.

Freed from Evan’s glare, Danny turned his gaze to Sam, "Tell us, Sam... Rose was just kidding, right?"

"My Big Boss is the owner of Dream Inc. The current CEO is his best friend who was appointed to run the company..." Sam’s explanation could make Danny and Randy gasp in surprise.

At the same time, they both looked at Evan with envious eyes.

How could God bless him with such wealth? He already had the Starlight Investment. One day he will inherit the Collins Group. And what made them even more envious, Astington’s dark horse company, Dream Inc, belonged to him.

God really favors Evan Collins.

And they envy it.

"Wife, if you agree. I will ask Marvin to come here. But let me talk to him first. After that, you can meet him to discuss this project collaboration..." explained Evan.

However, seeing that they were all still staring at him, Evan smiled. Then he says, "As Oliver said earlier, Dream Inc has mining locations in several other cities. But, you guys might not know they also have mines in several countries. So you don’t have to doubt their capacity as a mining contractor."

Rose was happy to hear that. She gestures to Oliver to confirm it to meet with Marvin. She prefers to work with Dream Inc than with Spencer Group.

"Mr. Collins... I mean, brother-in-law, please arrange a meeting with Mr. Sanders, so this project can proceed quickly." Oliver wants the cooperation process between the two companies to be finished soon. So that they can immediately work on the land.

"Sure. But can you send me all the information about the research results? Also, about the location and infrastructure on site?" Evan casually asked. Actually, he already knew everything because his people were guarding the mine site at the moment.

He also knows that 90% of the infrastructure on the site was built by the previous company—the corrupt one.

In other words, the mine is ready to operate. It’s just that because the old owners were deceived by people who wanted to take possession of that piece of land, they knew absolutely nothing about the land that held priceless treasures.

He didn’t know how his wife got her hands on Rapid Realty, and a piece of land on paper was just empty land—she knew about it, or it was just her luck.

If Oliver hadn’t asked Silver Phoenix for help, perhaps the Wilson Group would have been wiped out by those evil people.

Oliver immediately asked his secretary to send all the details to Evan.

It wasn’t long before Rose and Evan left the Rapid Realty building. They went straight to the hotel owned by Dream Inc, where they would stay while in this city.

Chapter 357: Reluctant

Next day.

The sun appeared on the horizon as Evan and Rose were awake. But they didn’t wake up right away. They do what they always do in the morning, cuddling and chatting before starting the day’s activities.

"My dear wife, I’m so sorry I can’t go with you to visit the mine site. But I’ll try to pick you up once the meeting is over." Evan hugged Rose tighter while kissing her forehead gently. Rose happily smiled as she buried her face in Evan’s sturdy chest.

After she was satisfied inhaling his unique scent, she looked him in the face before saying, "No problem. The meeting with Marvin to discuss cooperation with the Wilson Group is much more important than for you to come with me to the site and you don’t have to pick me up there because we won’t be there long."

Rose and the team agreed to work with Dream Inc. However, as the invisible owner of Dream Inc, Evan still has to meet with Marvin Sanders. He needs to discuss and arrange a few things before the two companies’ management holds an official meeting.

On the one hand, Dream Inc is his company; on the other, the Wilson Group is his wife. He wanted Dream Inc to provide a cooperation offer that benefits not only him but also his wife. So this morning, Marvin flew to Vale City to meet Evan.

Meanwhile, Rose and Oliver have made an appointment with researchers to visit the mine site. They will depart from the Dream Hotel, where they are staying, to the mine, which is almost three hours away by car. It is far from the city and the road there is not as good as the city. Because they will pass by a road that has not been wholly paved for about 5 miles to get there.

Today’s journey to the site will be pretty long and tiring. That is why Rose and her team would leave early in the morning and will get back to town before nightfall.

"Hubby! I have to get ready now. Or I’ll be late and if I’m late then I won’t be able to get back to town on time." Rose explains while glancing at the clock on the nightstand.

She still had forty-five minutes to get ready but Evan still hugged her tightly as if he didn’t want to let her go.

"My dear wife, I know... I know..." His voice was low, but Rose could catch the reluctance in his tone.

She chuckled slightly.

"Alright... then you have to let me go. I need to take a shower and have a quick breakfast..." Rose said while pushing him slowly, but his body didn’t move. She seemed to be going against an iron wall. Gosh!

Evan took a deep breath before saying, "Wife, Listen... you have to be careful. That area is quite far and away from civilization. Make sure Sam always stays near you...." Even though in the area there were his people from the Silver Phoenix, he felt reluctant to let her go alone for some reason. He felt like he wanted to be there with her.

"Geez... husband, you’ve said that a hundred times since last night." Rose couldn’t help but laugh hearing that her husband was like a child who didn’t want his mother to go to work.

The corners of Evan’s lips curled up to form a small smile hearing her words; it was true he couldn’t stop reminding her.

Evan slowly let go of his arm and sat on the side of the bed as his eyes saw his wife walking toward the bathroom.

"My Wife, you must remember what I am telling you."

"Oh! I remember...."

"And, the road to that location is not as good as the road in the city; small and lots of rocks, so make sure Sam isn’t speeding."

Rose stopped her step as she turned to see Evan still sitting at the end of the bed staring at her, "Don’t worry... Sam definitely knows what to do. Have you forgotten that Sam is the capable man you assigned to look after me? If I’m not mistaken, Sam once said that he was the strongest person you had, right?" A soft smile graced her face.

"Yeah! I know. I just..." Evan knew that, but somehow he felt annoyed that he couldn’t follow his wife to such a dangerous place. If Marvin could fly all night from the capital, he wouldn’t have to be as anxious as he was now.

"Don’t worry, we’re going to be okay. Nothing will happen to us. Everyone knows you had my back, and anyone trying to hurt me will hurt themselves." Rose tried to reassure him again.

Evan couldn’t help but take a deep breath. While his mind was thinking about something, When the partnership with Dream Inc was final, the first thing he would ask Marvin was to build a helicopter pad so his wife didn’t have to go to the site by car. She just needed to fly there to make it faster, easier and safer.

"Okay! Let’s take a bath together," Evan stood up and walked toward his wife, who was blushing.

"Hubby, I would love to shower together, but not today, please?!" Rose immediately rejects him. This man wouldn’t let her take a shower if he went inside. They will end up making love.

"Wife, why not? Have you forgotten that you once told me that we should conserve water, right?" He said as he pulled her into his arms. Rose glared at him. "And showering together will save more time, don’t you think?" He continued with a slight smile.

Rose, "..."

"Promise me, we just took a shower!? You can’t touch me...and do anything else but shower..."

Rose couldn’t stop him from taking a bath together. She could only make him promise not to touch her. She doesn’t have time, and this guy always takes a long time to make love. She would be late if they did it now.

"Oh, I will..." A sly smile appeared on Evan’s face. Unfortunately, the girl did not see it.

Chapter 358: Oversleep

An hour later.

"Damn, boss! You know we’re late..." Oliver was annoyed when he saw Rose getting out of the elevator. But before he could finish nagging, he saw Evan walking right behind Rose. Instantly he shut his mouth and led her to their car, parked at the main entrance.

They should have left fifteen minutes ago, but the lady boss didn’t show up either. Oliver tried to contact her cell phone but could not connect. Even when he called her room, the phone was not picked up. If only Evan hadn’t been with her, he might have banged on her room door long ago.

Oliver’s glimpse at Evan. Seeing his beaming-looking face while Rose looked exhausted could make Oliver chuckle in his heart. What did they do? Why are they late?

Oliver found it odd that it was the first time he’d seen Rose late; This girl is famous for always being punctual.

Since Rose was late from the agreed time, Oliver had to ask the research team, Randy, and the others to leave early. Meanwhile, he, Rose, and Sam were about to catch up with them.

Rose ignored Oliver’s grunts; she just looked at him with a—I’m not interested in talking about it—expression.

She was too tired after making love with her beast-husband. Even though last night they did it until early in the morning. But still, this man wanted more. Gosh!

If Evan didn’t remember she had to go to the mining site, maybe he wouldn’t have let her out. They would end up in bed until lunchtime.

Because she was late, Rose decided to skip breakfast. She would ask Sam to stop by the rest area to buy her breakfast.

Before Rose got into the car, a hand pulled her waist and turned her body. She was stunned when her head bumped into Evan’s sturdy chest.

"Why are you in such a hurry? You haven’t kissed me yet?" Evan softly said as he smoothed her hair.

Rose was utterly speechless. But not wanting to waste time, she tiptoed and kissed his lips quickly. She felt her cheek turn warm, too embarrassed when she saw a few people in the lobby staring at them.

Evan smiled lovingly and let her go, "Wife, eat your breakfast and sleep after that. The journey is quite long. You have plenty of time to sleep." He whispered in her ear. "I love you..."

Rose could only nod and get into the car. But before she could fasten her seatbelt, Sam handed her a breakfast box with hot coffee in a black tumbler.

"Huh! You prepared breakfast for me?" Rose accepted it.

"Big Boss instructed me to pack your breakfast."

Rose happily smiled as she waved to Evan, who was still watching their car go; she was deeply touched by his small action—he was too sweet.

Without delay, Rose ate the fruit sandwich. But amid her eating, she could feel the piercing gaze of the man sitting beside her. She ignored him.

"I can’t believe you were late when we were supposed to leave on time, Mrs. Rose Spencer..."

Oliver continued his nagging after being interrupted by Evan’s presence. He couldn’t scold Rose when Evan was around; that man always suppressed him with a solid invisible aura.

His piercing eyes stared at the girl who was munching on her sandwich—ignoring his words. It made Oliver only laugh bitterly. Soon, his heart slowly softened as he watched her eat.

"Tsk! Evan Collins is so mean. After keeping his wife up all night, he doesn’t even feed her? Damn it, that beast!" Oliver could only curse Evan in his heart. He let her take her breakfast.

Oliver tries to sleep for an hour during this trip. But just as he was about to fall asleep, he heard Rose ask him.

Rose saw Oliver close his eyes with his arms crossed in front of his chest. He looked casual in a light blue slim-fit shirt and black jeans. He also wears sneakers, just like her. They were going to visit a mine that wasn’t 100 percent finished, and they were asked to wear casual clothes.

"Didn’t Randy and the others come along?" Rose asked after finishing her sandwich.

She didn’t see any other car following them.

Did they cancel because she was late?

Rose Instantly felt guilty.

"They left early," Oliver answered with his eyes still tightly closed. "Why are you late?"

Rose pondered for a moment before replying, "Oversleep!"

Oliver chuckled before he slowly opened his eyelids. He turned his gaze to her. "Hahaha... My guess is right, Sam. Your big boss was tired of his wife last night, well, maybe they just went to bed before dawn, so they woke up late...."

Rose, "..." almost choked on her saliva at Oliver’s shameless words.

Sam, "..." Why did Oliver drug him in this conversation?

Not wanting to talk about such a taboo subject—early in the morning—Sam ignored Oliver. He focused on driving the car as if he didn’t hear his words.

"Bloody hell! Why do I suddenly need a wife to warm my bed?" Oliver said again.

Sam is speechless to hear this shameless Oliver still talking about it.

"Mister Oliver Hester... if you keep talking about this. I’m gonna kick you out of this car. You can find another car to get there..." Rose had the sudden urge to slap him.

How dare she talk about something vulgar in the morning when her husband wasn’t around? Now, she was imagining their wild activity last night.

Instantly Rose’s cheeks felt warm as the image of their wild night filled her mind.

"Why are you mad? I’m just kidding, okay!? I’m trying to cheer up Sam; afraid this big guy will be sleepy driving long distances..."

Sam, "..."

Rose didn’t answer him. It would be a loss if she had to spend all her energy talking to this ridiculous-shameless man.

Not hearing her answer, Oliver smiled before saying, "Okay! Let’s talk about business then."

Oliver reported to Rose about the results of their meeting yesterday after Rose and Evan left Rapid Realty.

Rose listened in silence.

Chapter 359: Accident (1)

After some time, Oliver finishes his report.

"You said Randy and the others went to the mine site together with the representatives from Dream Inc?"

Rose is surprised to learn that Dream Inc is moving so fast. Even since yesterday, Marvin has been discussing it on the phone with Oliver.

"Yes. Marvin Sanders asked his people to come along. Boss, your husband is very rich. I just discovered that Dream Inc is also strong in the mining industry. So far, I know they are small players in this country, but I was wrong because they are big players abroad. They have mining companies in several countries, especially in the Middle East, East Asia, and Australia."

Oliver is increasingly convinced that Dream Inc’s assets can surpass The Big Four Family in this country. It’s just that Dream Inc chose not to be seen.

Actually, it wasn’t just Oliver who was surprised. Rose was too. But she was used to hearing stories like this.

Before long, they were getting closer to the site.

"Boss, this is the last rest area before we go through the long, empty road. If you want to stop by the restroom or buy something, we can stop by for a bit." Sam glances at Rose through the rearview mirror. He saw Rose was closing her eyes.

"No need. We’d better go straight there. Don’t let our people on the site waiting for us..." Rose didn’t want the others to wait for them because they were about 20 minutes late behind.

It wasn’t long before their car left the freeway. They headed to a much narrower road. It’s a two-line road but more like a half-line road.

A few moments passed. Rose was amazed to realize that the road was slightly extreme. The winding road made Rose feel nauseous and dizzy. Luckily Sam was driving slowly. She can still see her surroundings even though she feels uncomfortable. They also pass through many cliffs to go to the mining area on top of the mountain.

No wonder this morning, Evan was reluctant to allow her to go to the location.

But despite her nausea, Rose could still see a beautiful sight. Her eyes were spoiled by the green trees she rarely saw in big cities. The trees in this location were much denser and broader than those in Misty Mountain. It was as if this place had not been touched by humans. She could imagine this place must be very dark and eerie at night.

Rose did not see any buildings or houses all along the road. Not even another car is coming from the opposite direction, only theirs.

This place is very far from civilization. She became suspicious that this road was exclusively made for access to a mine created by the Global Group, the owner of this mine in Rose’s previous life.

Countless questions appeared in her mind; Since when did Global Group build the infrastructure here? Why did they acquire Rapid Realty through a tender? Why don’t they just buy it right away?

Rose found it odd that the Global Group didn’t buy the near-bankrupt Rapid Realty directly from the old owner. And stupidly, the original owners of Rapid Realty never found out that their company-owned land contained gold. They were stupid enough to be toyed with by the Global Group.

But her brain felt tired thinking about this question; Why does the Global Group allow this company to enter auctions regulated by local governments?

Why?

Were they too sure they could win the auction by bribing the authorities?

They are overconfident and unlucky. Never crossed Global Group’s minds that one day a girl from the future was reborn and snatched their company right under their nose.

Rebirth Rose knew that Rapid Realty, published as a bankrupt company, had a priceless hidden treasure. And the Rebirth Rose would not miss the chance to snatch it.

But, unbeknownst to Rose, the consequences of obtaining Rapid Realty were terrifying. If Oliver didn’t have the skills as a hacker, they would never know if this company wasn’t as simple as it seems.

They almost had a disaster if they were late. Most likely die. Because the Global Group did not hesitate to kill people who knew of the existence of the gold mine.

Just thinking about it all made Rose’s whole body feel chill.

Luckily now, they have used the services of Silver Phoenix. This secret organization helps them secure this location and suppresses people from the Global group who want to get this land back.

So far, the organization is so strong that the Global Group people have not dared to do anything since they became the legal owners of this mine.

But there is a high price to pay for their services that could make Rose spend so much money.

"How long will it take us to get there, Sam?" Rose was getting impatient to get there.

"About an hour. Boss, you can go back to sleep...."

"Yes! Go back to sleep." Said Oliver, who had just woken up from his sleep. He felt much fresher after closing his eyes for an hour.

Oliver glanced at Rose; she had closed her eyes again. He smiled as he looked at his phone. "Damn it! Even the signal in this place is unstable. I can’t even access the internet!"

"Yes, this area is remote. But don’t worry. We will get another signal approaching the mining. Because I know there is a telecommunication signal tower in that area," Sam said.

Sam wasn’t too worried about the signal because even though he didn’t have a cell phone network, he still had a way of communicating with their base. Each member of the silver phoenix is equipped with a communication device using its own satellite. However, they can use that line if they have to or if they are in an area like this, a signal-poor area.

As Oliver was about to respond to Sam’s words, his eyes caught a large truck from the front speeding towards their car, "Huh! We finally passed another car..." He muttered under his breath.

"Yeah! You’re right...." Sam replied.

"Sam! Why is the car so fast?" Oliver sensed something was wrong with the car in front of them.

Rose, who was trying to sleep, opened her eyes abruptly when she heard Oliver scream.

Chapter 360: Accident (2)

"Sam! Get out of the way, Sam!!!" Oliver shouted as he quickly threw himself to protect the girl next to him.

"W-What happened?" Rose couldn’t see anything because Oliver was blocking her view as if he was protecting her from something. Just before she wanted to ask him, their car stopped suddenly.

Seconds later, Rose could feel their car reverses at full speed, followed by a loud crash torturing her ears. She felt her body being pushed forward violently, and her forehead hurt as she hit Oliver’s sturdy chest.

Rose was utterly shocked.

However, her shock was replaced with extreme fear when a car hit them from behind, followed by another loud crash that could strike her ears.

It didn’t stop there, she could feel the car starting to move again, but this time, the car slid off the cliff.

She was scared to death because the car she was driving was now sliding down the cliff. For a moment, it was as if someone was flipping through their SUV car, making their bodies feel like they were spinning.

The sound of a car hitting a hard object echoed and assaulted her ears. She tried to look around, but it was as if the world was spinning fast, making her suddenly feel dizzy. She closed her eyes tightly while protecting her head with both hands—protecting from hitting a hard object—but then she felt a strong hand pulling her.

She didn’t resist because she knew it was Oliver’s hand pulling her close to his chest.

For a moment, she felt safe. However, the violent impact and intense shock made her heart feel like it had left her.

Will they die in this place?

Die because their car slid to the bottom of the ravine?

Terrifying thoughts filled her mind, making her breath feel short.

It wasn’t just Rose who felt scared but Oliver too. He couldn’t think straight. But one thing came to his mind; how to protect the girl who was now trembling in his arms.

He could feel the girl frightened, and her voice sounded amidst a loud bang as their car hit a hard object, "O-Oliver... what... what happened...." She asks between her tears.

Oliver was silent because, at the same time, he felt unbearable pain in his shoulder. Like someone had just cut his hand with a sharp object. And the smell of blood that he hated so much filled his senses of smell. He looked behind to check, but suddenly his body shivered when he saw a branch the size of an adult’s hand stuck in his shoulder. His eyes felt dim.

He slowly bit his lip, trying to hold back the scream at the end of his throat. The pain cannot be described in words. Slowly he closed his eyes.

"SAM!!! OLIVER!!!" Rose called out to them when the car finally stopped after a few minutes of sliding down.

Slowly Rose opened her eyes and tried to look around her; there were only tree branches to the left and right. The back of their car was facing the rock wall. Rose thought their car got stuck in a massive tree, with the front of the vehicle pointing into a ravine.

She didn’t dare imagine the actual position of their car. Too scary.

Looking ahead, she saw Oliver’s body still in a strange position. He seems to be hanging in front of her. His eyes closed, and his face as white as paper.

"O-Oliver!?" her voice trembled when she saw Oliver’s face. She saw fresh blood dripping from the corner of his lips.

As the strong metallic scent entered her sense of smell, her body stiffened.

Whose blood is this? Thought Rose.

Spontaneously she looked for wounds all over her body. She could see wounds on her hands but only minor injuries.

"So, whose blood is this?" She murmurs under her breath.

She looked at Oliver again, who was still in front of her, when she realized there was something strange with him. Her body was shaking, and she could feel her head hurt.

W-Why is he just staying in front of her? Even though their car has stopped spinning!? He can turn around in his seat, right?

"Oliver? Oliver! What happened to you?" She calls his name again, but there’s no reaction from him.

"Sam..." Rose slowly turned her gaze to Sam sitting behind the wheel, right in front of Oliver’s empty seat.

"Lady Boss, are you alright?" Sam, look back. He was surprised when he saw Oliver’s body right in front of Rose, and a large wooden branch stuck in his shoulder. The wooden branch entered through the windshield, which now had no glass.

"SHIT!!" Sam tried to unbuckle his seatbelt to see their condition. Worried that the wood would pierce Rose’s body as well. But, as soon as he tried to move his legs, he froze. His leg got stuck, and he couldn’t move. No matter how hard he tried to pull his leg, he couldn’t; The dashboard clamped his feet.

"Lady Boss, I need you to answer me! Are you okay!? Are you hurt?"

"S-Sam... I’m fine. I’m fine... but Oliver... he’s bleeding. His face was ashen. Sam, please do something. C-Call someone, anyone..." Rose stuttered to finish her sentence when she saw fresh blood starting to drip from the end of Oliver’s dangling hand.

She was scared to death. This feeling was more terrifying when Dustin nearly raped her. Also, when she was held hostage by someone in the city of Vale.

Rose was afraid.

She’s afraid that something might happen to motionless Oliver. Afraid their car will fall to the bottom of the ravine, they might lose their lives in this place if it does.

"Please, God... don’t take my life like this. After you brought me back to life, how can you give me death like now?" Rose couldn’t help but try to plead with God in her heart.

Her body began to tremble at the thought of leaving this world, leaving Evan and her newly united parents. She wasn’t ready to part with them yet. She had just tasted the sweetness of life, but she had to lose everything again!?

Just imagining all of that shatters her fragile heart.

When Rose was lost in her thoughts...

Sam finds his cell phone. Since their car almost hit the bottom of the ravine, there was no signal in that place. He changed his phone mode and used Silver Phoenix’s secure call, but it took a while to connect to the satellite.

He looked back to double-check Rose and Oliver’s condition. He saw Oliver still motionless and fresh blood dripping from his shoulder forming a pool of blood at the bottom of the car.

Sam was worried about his condition, but, as someone used to see wounds like this, he was sure none of Oliver’s vital organs could threaten his life. But Sam fears that if Oliver doesn’t get help soon enough, he could die from blood loss.

"Oliver!?" Sam was trying to make sure this guy didn’t die—He’s not that weak, right!?—since then, he hasn’t made a sound.

"Hmm..." Oliver’s low voice relieved Sam.

"You will be fine, buddy! Just try to hang in there...." Then Sam looked at Rose, "L-Lady boss, can you move away from Oliver?"

"I can. But Sam, this car looks like we’re stuck in a tree branch. I’m afraid if I move, we could fall again!?" Rose said without looking at Sam. She was observed outside the car.

She was too frightened to move. If she moved to move into Oliver’s seat, their car could slide back into the ravine. Just imagining what happened earlier made her feel like she was about to pass out.

Rose, who finished observing her surroundings, looked at Sam. And how shocked she was when she realized Sam’s foot was stuck between the dashboard and the driver seat.

Sam’s leg!? Is he injured too?

Just before she wanted to ask, she heard Sam talk to someone.

"Russell! Connect me to Big Boss. This is a grade S case!" Sam said it firmly but still sounded calm. Rose could hear him speak clearly without any stutter.

The person on the other end was surprised to hear Sam Russel’s request—a direct line with the big boss.

And when he heard Sam say ’S-Level,’ he suddenly stood up from his chair. He couldn’t delay. Immediately, he asked the help of a friend beside him to activate a secure channel to contact Big Boss.

Still in the hotel room waiting for Marvin Sanders’ arrival, Evan was surprised to receive a call from the Silver Phoenix—Sam asked to speak to him.

Why?

He frowned when he glanced at his watch.

Sam and his wife should arrive at the mine, but why did he contact him via the Silver Phoenix satellite?

Isn’t there a phone signal in the mining location?

"Sam!?" Evan’s worried voice came from the other end.

"Boss! Please send help immediately. We just had an accident...." Sam immediately reported their current situation.

Evan froze on the other end.
