Ch. 506..510: Rebirth_ Dancing In My Destiny Chapter 506-510

Chapter 506: I Believe You

Her calm expression suddenly collapsed at his words.

Now, she was sure this man was really Dustin Moses!

"Y-You... Who are you?" Her voice sounded shaky. She can’t hide her emotions anymore. If this man is really Dustin, she is in doom.

She will never escape from his hand any longer.

This man must have come for revenge because she knew who had reported this man to the authorities. It was Evan.

"Babe... I told you, I’m not Willard Harper. You should know by now I’m someone else... the man you fell in love with, Dustin Moses." His gentle smile framed his calm face, but Rose stared at him in horror, as if the man before her was a prince of darkness who had just stepped out of hell.

During this crucial time, she suddenly lost her ability to speak after hearing this man confirm her doubts. He is Dustin Moses!!

"Now, you believe me, right!?" Dustin Moses’ laughter sounded eerie in Rose’s ears. "We were meant to be together, Rose. Even though Evan took you away from me, God gave me a second chance to return to you..."

Dustin’s eyes became unusually gentle, but there seemed to be a boiling emotion in that gentleness. He suddenly pulled Rose into his arms. Without giving her a chance to resist, he lowered his head and covered her rosy cherry lips. He was stunned at how soft and sweet her lips were.

Everything happened so fast, so it was difficult for Rose to avoid him. But she tries hard to push him.

"NO!! Stop it..." After breaking away from him, she stood up and ran towards the door, but Dustin chased after her and blocked her way. She had no choice but to retreat near the bookshelf while threatening him with the fork in her hand.

"Stop it. Don’t come closer!!" She snapped.

Dustin chuckled at the girl’s angry expression. She looked so hot in this state and made him turn on. Their brief kiss was still imprinted in his mind. He wanted more.

Rose stopped when her back touched the bookshelf. She still couldn’t ease even though Dustin was no longer coming near her.

"You’re the vilest and most asshole man I’ve ever known, Dustin!" Her bloodshot eyes glared at him in anger.

Dustin’s lips curled up into a faint smile at her insult.

"Hahaha, you look so cute, babe. Well, let me remind you... it was you who fell in love with me, baby."

Rose gritted her teeth in annoyance. Back then, she was foolish and could fall in love with this damn man.

"Maybe God wanted to unite us in this life, so he sent me back to live in Willard Harper’s body. Rose, this is the second chance for us to be together...." He said while touching his lips to remember the taste of her sweet cherry lips.

Rose felt as if something had lodged in her chest. She felt her breath become shorter from anger at his words.

"Second change? Fate to be together? It’s all bullshit." She won’t hold back anymore. She will wake up this delusional man for what he has done to her in her previous life.

"You asked me before, do I believe in reincarnation?" She paused to wait for him to nod. She continued, "I believe. I believe in reincarnation. Why did I believe in you so soon? Because I’m just like you..."

Dustin’s calm expression suddenly faded, replaced by one of surprise. "WHAT!?"

"Though it’s not exactly the same. I came back from the future. You know how this reincarnation happened, right?"

"Rose, please don’t say those ridiculous words..." Dustin still couldn’t believe this girl had come back to life after she died.

Ignoring Dustin’s words, Rose continued, "You know how this ridiculous thing can happen, right? We only came back to life after we died in our previous life..."

A forced smile appeared on her face. "Just like you, I’m dead too." She said softly.

"Impossible! How could you die?"

"You want to know how I died? Because you killed me!" Her eyes blurred as tears slowly dripped from the corners of her eyes.

Seeing how shocked Dustin was now, she continued, "In my previous life, I chose you, Dustin Moses! We got married, but what happened after that? You dumped me. You cheated on me and..." Rose paused.

Her body suddenly went cold as the memories hidden in the depths of her mind erupted, nearly blowing her head open; she had a son. Adorable boy, the source of her strength to survive with this jerk.

The pain in her heart tormented her even more. Notably when the image of her son slowly returned to her mind. She couldn’t hold back her tears any longer. She cried so hard.

Dustin was shocked beyond words. How could he do that to this lovely and graceful lady!? How dare he do that. No! He will never do that to her...

"Rose, I will never hurt you. Not now, not even in our future. I can’t believe what you’re saying, Rose!" He said and walked forward. Seeing her cry made him want to pull her into his arms.

Rose avoided him. "I’m not going to force you to believe me. But you should know this is not our fate, Dustin! This is not our second chance. God sent you back here to make right what you had done wrong. To make you a better person, not to come back with me!" Rose says.

Her hand was still gripping the fork tightly and pointing it at Dustin.

"Rose, listen..."

"No! You stop! Don’t come any closer. I will choose death if you force me again." She would rather die than have to live with this man.

His body stiffened as Rose directed the fork at her smooth white neck. His steps suddenly stopped. He remembered this girl meant what she said. Just like before, without hesitation, she slashed her arm.

"Alright... Alright... I’ll stop. But let’s talk first, shall we!?" Dustin raised his hand like he was giving up and wouldn’t force her. He smiled to reassure her that he meant what he said. For now, he would not force her.

Rose’s tears slowly stopped hearing his sincere words.

"Please, Dustin, just let me go. I promise I’ll ask Evan to forgive you. You can normally live with your new identity, but you should never show yourself in front of Evan or me again." She begged.

Chapter 507: It’s Time To Stop

"Please, Dustin, just let me go. I promise I’ll ask Evan to forgive you. You can normally live with your new identity, but you should never show yourself in front of Evan or me again." She begged.

Seeing how red her eyes were now, Dustin felt hurt. He didn’t want to hurt her. He just wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.

"Alright! I’ll let you go... But you have to put the fork aside. It could hurt you, Rose!"

Dustin’s voice was soft, making Rose falter a little. Then, she slowly lowered her hand and placed the fork in her pocket trouser.

"You have to promise to do it... set me free!?" She asked again to make sure this man didn’t lie to her.

"Yes, I promise you. I will never hurt you, now or in the future!" said Dustin. He still couldn’t believe what she said about her death, even when they were face to face, like right now.

He would never do such a terrible thing to her; Kill her? Insulting their love? How could he do that!? He would never do that, not in this life and the future.

"You know I love you, Rose. I would never hurt you..." He smiled lovingly at her. "Come here..."

Rose didn’t move. She just stared at him. Seeing Willard Harper smile so lovingly could put her agitated mind and heart slightly at ease.

She just realized this man, Willard Harper, was so handsome. He can captivate so many young people and even old people out there.

His image out there is immaculate. He has never been involved in a scandal since his debut. And because of that, he became a top movie star with the most fans in Astington.

Seeing him walking towards her, she didn’t move. She just stared at his tall stature looming before her. His gentle smile was like cold water making her burning heart cool down and calm gradually.

"I won’t hurt you, Rose..." He slowly pulled her into his arms and hugged her tightly when he felt this small posture girl was not resisting.

"Promise me you won’t do it!!" Rose didn’t move in his embrace, but her hand slowly took the fork in her pocket.

"Hmm... I promise you. But, I’ll never let you go, Rose Wilson..." He whispered in Rose’s ear and made Rose’s body stiffen.

Without blinking, she stabbed his neck using all her strength. In a second, she could smell the pungent smell of blood wafting into her nostrils, and her hands were drenched with his fresh warm blood.

"YOU!!!" A scream deafens Rose’s ears, and at that same time, her body flies and hits the bookshelf behind her — she can’t believe Willard still has a lot of strength to kick her.

Cracking sounds were heard behind her back, but she didn’t care because her body was slammed hard into the cold floor at that moment, and several fallen books almost buried her.

Rose was curled up in pain, trying to endure the pain in her back. It was hard for her to move. She could feel her bones cracking. Her heart pounded as she felt her vision also begin to blur.

Damn!! This was not the plan she wanted. She had not expected Willard to have such powerful strength that made her fly like a piece of paper.

Fresh blood spurting from the corners of her lips — She knew she was deeply injured.

"You can’t die here, Rose! Be strong!!" She tried to get up and see that bastard’s situation.

She was slightly happy that more blood was coming out of his neck — she managed to stab his spinal artery. This bastard would bleed to death if he didn’t get help soon. So now the plan, she would not let this man leave the room.

A glimmer of hope appeared in her heart, giving her new strength. And it is enough to get her up. After she found her fork, she forced herself up from the floor. Some parts of her body were hurting, but she was not minding it.

"Y-You’re such a bitch, Rose!!! How dare you stab me after I’ve been so good to you?" Dustin snapped at her as he pressed the wound on his neck, fresh blood still running down, and he started to feel dizzy. "You wait here!!"

With unsteady steps, he walked towards the door, but before he could get out, Rose ran from where she was and kicked him so hard; he fell with his face kissing the hard floor.

Dustin was nearly shocked to death. He couldn’t avoid her powerful kick when he wasn’t on guard. He cried in pain and turned to look at her, wanting to hit her but the girl knew what to do. She kept her distance from him.

He presses his neck with his shirt, so the blood does not flow too fast.

"F-Fuck you, Rose! Don’t force me to hurt you..." He said and tried to stand up, but another kick hit him in the head before he could stand properly. Instantly his vision blurred, and the pain he felt in his head was unbearable.

He cursed Rose in his heart as he supported his body to get up.

An evil grin emerged from the corner of his lips, and at the same time, blood spurted from his mouth.

This woman is really testing his patience. He can’t waste time, he needs medical help, or he will die at her hands.

"You think you can kill me with just your kicks?" A sinister voice could make Rose shiver. She moves away a few steps from him for a safe distance. Her eyes stared at the weak Willard on the floor sharply. She would kick him again if he moved toward the door.

"I told you to let me go!!" Rose said coldly. "Give me your phone! Now!!" She snapped.

"You think I will submit to you after you hurt me?" Dustin roared.

"Stop that nonsense! Just give me your phone! NOW!!" Rose said and stepped back when she saw Willard slowly stand up. His sharp eyes stared at her while erasing the traces of blood from the corner of his lips.

"Don’t try to use any other tricks!!" Rose pointed her fork at him. When she saw him take something from his jacket, she felt wary.

An evil smile framed his face as he took a gun and pointed it at her. "It’s time to stop!"

Chapter 508: Death

An evil smile framed his face as he took a gun and pointed it at her. "Now, it’s time to stop!"

Rose’s eyes stared at the gun in Willard’s hand aimed at her.

"Listen, Rose, I could hurt you if you make me do it. And hurting you is the last thing I want to do to you. So, please don’t force me, okay!?"

She could feel his words’ sincerity, yet she remained silent, not even moving an inch.

"Now! Throw away your fork and head down there, sit obediently, and wait for me to return. I have to clean up the wound you gave me, Rose!" His tone sounded like an order, but she remained motionless. She just threw away the fork in her hand.

"I won’t hear you, Dustin! You can shoot me if you want. I’m not afraid to die..." A half smile appeared from the corners of her lips. "You killed me once. If you want to kill me again, go ahead!"

"You damn woman!! What do you want!?" Dustin couldn’t hold his calmness any longer. This girl tests his patients, and now, his patient is running out! He wanted to treat his neck immediately. He could feel his body getting weaker now.

He walked towards her with one hand he held tightly to his gun and pointed it at her temple, but he stopped when his cell phone in the desk drawer rang. He frowned. It’s an emergency phone, and only his bodyguards outside knew the number.

Why do they call now?

Without waiting, he walked straight to the table while still aiming his gun at Rose, "If you move, I’ll shoot you, Rose!"

Rose glared at him and kept a safe distance from him. Her mind was busy looking for an opportunity to steal his gun. A few months ago, her grandfather taught her how to steal a pistol, and she mastered it in just a few weeks.

But she had only practiced all this time without ever experiencing a situation like now. Obviously, this was much more challenging than when she was training.

"What is it!?" asked Dustin, annoyed. His sharp eyes stared at the girl still staring at him without moving.

"Sir, there is movement from the north..."

"What!!? Are you sure?" His hand was trembling. He was too shocked to hear that. How could someone know their position?

"Yes, sir!! They are not our people; they come not only with one ship but maybe more than ten. Sir, please tell us what to do?" The man on the other end asked.

"Use all our defenses. Do whatever you can. Just kill everyone who forces their way in." Dustin hung up, but before seeing Rose, the gun in his hand disappeared.

"What!?" Dustin is screaming as his eyes stare in horror at Rose, now pointing a gun at him. "H-How did you do it?"

How could that girl steal his gun without his notice!? He was confused.

"Stop playing with that gun! You could get hurt, Rose!!" He said as he stepped closer to her.

Rose didn’t dare to shoot him, afraid the guards would hear the gunshots. She didn’t respond to Dustin’s words, but as soon as the man got closer, she sent her powerful kick to his chest.

She knew this man was already weak. His face was pale as paper, and his hands trembled to press against the wound on his neck.

This time, she didn’t want to make a mistake. After seeing that man stumble backward, she dashed at him and kicked his knee. To make sure this man couldn’t walk.

His screams in pain made Rose’s heart beat fast, but she didn’t give him a chance to get up.

She picked up the iron statue on the bookshelf and struck him hard on the head, his body slumping on the floor with blood spurting from his head.

"Y-You dare to hurt me?" His voice sounded shaky while trying to get up, but Rose hit his head one more time before he could stand. His body once again slumped to the floor. But this time, not a word came out of him, not even a whimper.

She stood there motionless, but her hands tightly gripped the statue and gun. Her mind was horrified at Willard’s body moving erratically on the floor like a fish thrashing on land.

"Sorry, D-Dustin... I hope our encounter ends here. If God gives you a chance to be reborn, please don’t look for me again. You have to find your happiness..." Rose said while tears slowly flowed from the corners of her eyes, and her hands shook.

The statue in her hand fell because Willard’s body was no longer moving.

"I-Is he dead!?" Her voice trembled as she covered her mouth, trying not to make a sound.

She felt a thrill but, at the same time, relieved. Because this man would never hurt her again.

"Everything was over... You will be fine, Rose!!" She said, but suddenly her knees felt weak. She slammed on the floor while her eyes were still on Willard Harper, who was motionless, not far from her.

After making sure the man was dead, she took Willard’s cell phone and dialed Evan’s number, but his phone was off. Likewise, with Sam’s phone.

"W-why did their phones turn off!? Are they on the plane?" She muttered.

Even though her knees were weak, she forced herself to look outside through the window, but she saw nothing. She could only pray that the people breaking through this island would be Evan.

Even though that bastard was dead now, she wasn’t completely safe. There are still many guards out there, and her energy is running out. She could feel deep wounds on her chest and back. The pain was unbearable, and she couldn’t move freely.

She couldn’t fight the guards even though she had a gun. For now, she would rest to restore her energy and hope that Evan could read the text she sent and find her location.

After she locked the door, she could feel her eyes blur, and her head hurt. She huddled behind the couch to hide.

Only now did she feel that her chest was painful. Every breath she took was like a dagger slicing through her heart. This nameless pain made her want to lose consciousness...

Chapter 509: Rescue

Outside the house.

All guards head North — behind the Villa — to deal with intruders attacking the island. They foolishly almost brought their team to one place. And just left a few people guarding the post in front of Villa.

The remaining guards were unaware that in front of the Villa, several men in black with small oxygen cylinders in their mouths and automatic weapons hanging on their backs came out from the water very fast and invisible.

In just a few minutes, all the guards in front of the Villa were killed. They did not know who attacked them.

"All clear, boss!" Said one of the men in black.

"Good! Let the speedboats prepare!" Evan instructed while checking his surroundings. His eyes landed on the large Villa in front of him. A fierce murderous aura immediately emerged from him.

"Boss, they took our bait! They left this location and headed North." Sam was back at Evan’s side after sweeping the conditions around Villa.

At the same time, on the other side of the island. The sound of gunshots broke the silence of the night. The atmosphere was so tense and chaotic.

Evan felt relieved. The team led by Sean was now dealing with the guards.

"I’m counting on you, brother Sean! Take care of them. I’ll save my wife..." Evan muttered.

Then Evan looked at the man beside him, "...Sam, have the others stand guard around the Villa. If they run into anyone, kill them all. Leave no one behind!" Evan said. Then, he looked at the thin man on the other side, "Have you checked inside yet?"

Looking at a palm-sized monitor in his hand, Oscar looked at Evan.

"Aye, boss! There are no guards in the house. However, the unarmed staff is at the back of the main house." Oscar said, then he turned his gaze to the monitor, which displayed a human and firearms silhouette.

"Bring a few people and take care of everyone. And Sam followed me..." Evan walked forward without saying a word. His sharp eyes stared at the Villa in front of him with killing intent.

Sam follows him silently. He was equipped with an automatic weapon in hand and a night vision device. He’s ready to slay that bastard Willard Harper who kidnapped his lady boss!

Even though the house was dark, there wasn’t a single light downstairs. Still, they could see clearly with the help of a night vision device, usually used by the military.

The two of them searched the area quickly without difficulty.

They already knew the Villa’s layout from Oscar, making it very easy to find Rose’s location.

Evan motioned for Sam to shoot at the door where Rose was being held.

When the door opened, Evan’s heart sank as he smelled the strong scent of fresh blood that filled the room and shabby furniture.

With one glance, anyone could tell there was a fight in the room, and he was shocked to see a man lying on the floor with blood all over his body — he was sure the man had already died.

"Boss, this man is Willard Harper! I guess Lady Boss killed him..." Said Sam squatting near the man who died miserably on the floor. He turned his gaze to Evan, "...but Lady Boss isn’t in this room!"

Sam was starting to worry. Without being told, he immediately surveyed his surroundings to find another door. Perhaps, the lady boss had already run away after killing Willard.

Evan didn’t say anything, but after looking around, his eyes stopped in a specific direction—a trail of blood in the sofa area.

He walked quickly to the sofa. Instantly all the blood on his face seemed to disappear when he saw his wife lying on the floor motionless, her face as white as snow. He could also see that in several parts of her body, there were traces of blood.

She is injured!

His heart nearly stopped as he held his wife’s cold body in his arms and exited the room without looking back.

After a few hours...

At Promise Hospital in Vale City.

All the Spencer and Collins families were now waiting tensely in front of the surgery room. The atmosphere in that place looked so eerie and tense.

No one made a sound, only the occasional sob of Molly Wilson could be heard, and words of comfort from Doris made Molly feel better.

Old Spencer and Old Collins, along with Anthony Collins, sat on the other side of the waiting room with sullen expressions.

As for Evan, he was standing in the corner of the room dimly, as was his current mood.

Evan had been silent since Rose entered the operating room, accompanied by her father.

However, after three hours inside, there was no sign of the surgery being completed. His heart was getting restless. Worried that something was wrong with his wife’s surgery.

Even though she wasn’t severely injured on the outside, she was seriously injured on the inside. He got the news before surgery that his wife had a broken bone and was bleeding inside a particular part of her body.

He was so afraid to imagine what would happen to his wife. He could only remain silent and stare at the operating room door. It was still tightly closed, like he was ready to bark in case anything happened to his woman.

Shortly after...

The surgery room door opened, and his feet stepped towards the female doctor who came out of the room to approach her mother and mother-in-law.

"Ms. Doris Stearn, Ms. Molly Wilson, I have something to report..." Doris and Molly, busy comforting each other, gasped in surprise when they saw the doctor standing before them.

They immediately stood up from their seats and faced the female doctor.

"Yes, what is it!?" Doris felt strange because it wasn’t Nicholas Spencer as the head doctor who came out.

Is the surgery not over yet? Or Failed... to make Nicholas unable to come out and tell them!?

Instantly Doris’ legs felt weak.

Chapter 510: She Will Be Fine

Instantly Doris’ legs felt weak.

She couldn’t hold her body and fell down. However, at the same time, Anthony Collins appeared at her side. He grabbed her by the waist and pulled her from falling to the floor.

Everyone was surprised to see Doris’ pale face. Making everyone there conclude; Something happened to Rose!

"H-How is my daughter? Where is my husband?" Molly asked frantically. She didn’t hear what the female Doctor said to Doris, but seeing the look on Doris’s face that seemed to have lost her soul made Molly very scared.

"Doctor, what about my wife? Please tell us what happened?" Evan stood in front of the Doctor with a worried expression.

He didn’t want to imagine a bad thing happening to his wife. His heart and mind only know one thing; Rose Spencer, his wife, will be safe and sound.

The female Doctor was shocked to see the anxious and agitated expressions of the people in front of her. Not wanting them to misunderstand, she quickly explained.

"T-The surgery is still ongoing. And the overall progress is well handled by Dr. Spencer, don’t worry, as long Dr. Spencer is leading the surgery, nothing will happen to Ms. Spencer..." She smiled to reassure them.

"Thank you, thank you, doctor..." Molly couldn’t help but take the Doctor’s hand, and she patted her hand gently.

Though Molly’s hands were now cold and shaking nervously, a hint of bliss flashed across her eyes. She heard the operation’s progress — she believed Nicholas would definitely be able to help their daughter.

The Doctor could only smile at the woman’s immense happiness. And because of that, she forgot to tell them her reason to meet them.

When Molly and the Doctor exchanged words, Doris felt strange. As a doctor, she never asked her assistant to meet a patient’s family during surgery. However, why did this Doctor do it? Was it because brother Nick didn’t want them to worry that he asked this Doctor to update Rose’s current condition to them!?

"Doctor, thanks for the info. Is that all you wanted to tell us?" Doris asked.

"Sorry, Ms. Stearn, I forgot to inform..." She looked at everyone before continuing to say, "...I was asked by Dr. Spencer to tell all of you that Ms. Rose Spencer was pregnant. That’s why the operation was rather long. Because they were so careful to do the surgery, to ensure the condition of the Mother and child remains unharmed..." she said, then excused herself to go back into the operating room again.

There’s a pin-drop silence in the waiting area after the Doctor left.

Shortly after...

"S-Sister Doris, w-what? What did the Doctor say?" Molly was the first to regain her sense, causing the others to flinch in surprise.

Doris’s eyes widened when she saw Molly, and a smile appeared in her eyes. "OMG! Sister, Sister... Congratulations! We are going to be grandmas. Our beautiful smart Rose is pregnant...." She grabs Molly’s hand.

"W-What? My daughter is pregnant!?"

"Yes... Yes, she’s pregnant... The Doctor said that."

Molly’s legs went limp as soon as she heard Doris confirm what she was here. She is happy but also worried about what happened to her daughter; she was kidnapped and has internal injuries.

Too scared of what had happened to her daughter, she looked up at Evan, who had the same expression as her, happy but scared at the same time.

"Evan..." Molly took Evan’s hand and saw his bloodshot eyes. Molly said, "...Congratulations, son, but... Will Rose be alright?" She asked worriedly.

She had no idea how badly injured her daughter was, but she heard her daughter had severe internal injuries.

At this moment, even his calm-looking face couldn’t hide the shocked expression on Evan’s face. He didn’t expect Rose to be pregnant.

Suddenly he could feel a nameless fire had risen in his heart, remembering the son of the bitch Willard Harper had kidnapped her. Luckily she was able to come back to him despite being seriously injured. He really wanted to torture Willard, but too bad, he was already dead.

"M-Mother..." Evan tried to smile, but the smile didn’t reach his eyes, nor did he know what happened to his wife later. However, he could only comfort his mother-in-law because this way, he also comforted and calmed down a bit. "...Rose will be fine, Mother. Father, will make sure she doesn’t suffer!"

"That’s good. That’s good..." Molly finally took a deep breath after hearing Evan’s words of comfort. She sat on the bench with Doris as they continued to talk about something.

Meanwhile, after his father and grandfather congratulated him, Evan dragged his feet into a corner. And at the same time, the first rays of the sun appeared on the horizon. He stared at the sky for a moment.

Somehow his agitated mind calmed down a bit watching the sunrise. Since rescuing Rose on the island a few hours ago, his heart hadn’t calmed down. Tired? Of course. However, he ignored all that. He will endure it until he sees her wife successfully complete the surgery.

"My wife, stay strong for our child and me..." he whispered softly.

When the sun fully came out, the operating room door opened again. This time Nicholas Spencer appeared from the room, still wearing his surgical gown. His face looked calm, but it was clear that he was tired, and his eyes were reddish.

After announcing that Rose’s surgery went well and Rose would wake up in a few hours, Nicholas immediately asked the elder to rest at the hotel. He knew that everyone here had not slept since arriving in this city.

Then he looked at his son-in-law, who was still standing alone at the back expressionlessly.

He smiled and walked towards him. He patted him on the shoulder, "She’s fine! Don’t worry. She will be healthy in a few months, and my grandchild is also healthy. So please smile! Don’t make my daughter worry when she sees your ugly face..."

After saying that, Nicholas took Molly to rest in the wardroom, leaving Evan alone in front of the surgery room.
