Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 671

After taking the flash drive, Nathaniel repeated it multiple times.

Although it was just an audio recording, he knew Lily was aware of his meet-up with Henry the other day. She watched their every move, and they let her slip under their noses.

Thinking back, Nathaniel felt a layer of cold sweat forming on his back.

He used to think that he was stealthy while she was naive. He thought that he could slip past her and she wouldn't notice. Little did he know that she had eyes everywhere.

He had to be more careful.

However, Nathaniel reassured himself with the fact that Lily did not know much about his deal with Henry. As of now, Wilfred's cause of death had yet to be determined. After listening to the recording repeatedly, the only part that piqued his interest was how Lily managed to "poison" Henry.

As it was just an audio recording, Nathaniel couldn't see what was happening and could only make guesses from the voices.

Henry sounded like he was poisoned or that Lily managed to strike him a blow. From the clip, it sounded as if she could slip toxins into the fragrance if she wanted to.

If that was the case, it was downright scary!

Although Nathaniel wasn't a perfumer himself, he had been involved in his industry for years. Lily wasn't the only perfumer he had under his wings, and he would often drop by the laboratory during productions. However, he had never heard of any toxins that could be added to a fragrance that would poison anyone that smelled it.

Did such a thing exist? Was there such a possibility? Whatever the case was, it could be put to good use once Nathaniel got his hands on it.

A perfumer that could make perfumes containing toxins... once it was released to the world would definitely shock everyone. Lily could be held responsible as someone that was endangering society. This could be his revenge!

Even if this incident were fake, it would still cause panic. No one would dare to buy or use any future perfumes she created.

Nathaniel pondered until the crack of dawn. He wanted to ensure that he did not miss anything, and once he determined that this audio was safe to be leaked, he took a deep breath and stretched.

It was no wonder Arianna told him to listen to it carefully. It seemed like she was thinking the same thing.

Once the police had collected their statements, a group of people was released. After all, there was no conclusive evidence so far, and they were waiting for the forensics department's final result.

Lily and Justin sat in the same car and were extraordinarily quiet. It had been a while since the two rode together like this.

When she was a child, she spent most of the time at the Lodge family house. As the eldest grandson, Justin would follow Wilfred everywhere. Back then, Lily would be envious of Justin, thinking he could go out and play every day without being forced to practice.

Only after she grew up, she saw that his burdens were more significant than her own.

Justin would start his practice before dawn, and each time he went out was not for fun. Instead, it was part of his training, and he kept it all

to himself. Although he had a cold demeanor, his heart was anything but.

"Is everything settled at the company?" Lily asked to break the awkward silence.

She knew there were still things that had yet to be dealt with, but she didn't know exactly what it was. After all, she wasn't a part of the company's affairs and couldn't do anything to help.

"Everything's fine.” Justin was still as calm as ever.

Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 672

It was clear he put in a lot of effort to solve them. He would have spent less time if it were as easy as he said.

Lily slowly looked out the window and said, “Reporting this matter to the police will definitely affect the Lodge family’s reputation.”

“There’s nothing more important than Grandpa.” He said word by word.

This incident would significantly impact the Lodge family if exposed publicly, but both of them had the same consensus on this matter.

Justin was a taciturn person and not very good at words. Lily said a few words and could not continue the conversation further, and silence befell them once again.

The car only took a short time to drive back to the Lodge family residence. The entire house was shrouded in darkness and seemed gloomy after the turmoil of the past few days.

“Something's not right!” Lily soon noticed something was out of place.

She raised her eyebrows and focused on her hearing, sensing that the overall atmosphere was not right. The Lodge family house was usually quiet, and the disciples were scattered all around, but she felt very uncomfortable as soon as she got out of the car. This was her sharp instinct as someone who practiced martial arts.

There was an overwhelming sense of oppression in the air. It was as if there were enemies hidden in all directions. She could feel it, and so could Justin.

Justin frowned and glanced in a direction casually. He felt the wind blowing and a figure suddenly attacked him from behind.

There were two separate assaults. Justin and Lily were each attacked from behind by two attackers who acted aggressively and swiftly.

In the eyes of Justin and Lily, their swift actions appeared slow. They were able to dodge the assault and launch a quick counterattack. Justin spun around and moved to his adversary's back.

Justin struck him with one hand while blocking the opponent's arm. Justin grabbed his throat with the other. “Who are you?!”

The opponent was forced to bend over. The two of them did not say a word. Justin and Lily looked at each other and knocked out their respective opponents at the same time.

The air of dread that had surrounded them remained and even worsened.

“Clap! Clap! Clap!” The sound of applause could be heard.

Henry walked out of the house. He returned to the house before them and brought a storm with him.

“My nephew and niece have good skills.” He smiled smugly and stood in the middle.

He said with the attitude of the house’s patriarch, “Do you think anything will change if you called the police? I want to resolve this matter peacefully, but you’re unwilling and want to fight to the end. You can’t blame your uncle for being cruel... since it was you two who were being stubborn!”

He leaned forward and smiled smugly.

“Are you finally showing your true colors? Is grandfather’s death related to you?” Justin asked coldly. He failed to understand how Henry played a part in Wilfred's death as there was no evidence. The timing was not right for Henry to commit the crime as he had not returned when Wilfred passed away. How could he have the opportunity to do so? Henry's return was a coincidence, but that was impossible.

Justin hoped that his grandfather's death was not related to Henry. Wilfred would be sorrowful if his son were the one who killed him.

Henry coldly laughed, “Hahaha. Why are you questioning this right now? You should worry about yourselves instead. I'll take back everything that the Lodge family owes me today! ”

His expression became ferocious.

Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 673

Henry waved, and Lily immediately felt people surrounding her and rushing toward her from all directions. She instinctively bent down, quickly attacked one of the men who approached her from her side with a whirlwind kick, and sent him flying.

After that, she punched her opponents behind her. Three to four people were lying on the ground when she finally landed. She quickly glanced at Justin's side and noticed he was also fighting. She did not have the time to look at him for too long because more opponents were rushing toward her.

Their skills were not as good as Lily's, but they were one level higher than the Lodge family’s disciples. It was not because they had better foundations but because their moves were ruthless.

The Lodge family had a long tradition as an ancient kickboxing family, and in their principle, practitioners must first cultivate their virtue before learning kickboxing. Therefore, they learned to be benevolent when using their learned kickboxing skills. Their moves were a combination of attack and defense.

However, their opponents used extremely vicious and deadly moves in all their attacks. That was the first time Lily had met such opponents. She learned kickboxing when she was young from her grandfather and only exchanged blows with members of the Lodge family.

In short, she did not need to fight in this peaceful and prosperous time. The last time she fought was when Nathaniel threatened her in an alley. That was the first time she used her skills over the past few years.

Lily blocked a few moves, repelled a few people, and divided her attention to look at Justin's side. She saw Justin was also blocking and repelling his share of opponents. Justin did not seem to be in danger at the moment but was overwhelmed by attacks.

‘This can't go on!’

Their opponents kept coming at them. It looked like they also needed to fight back and not merely defend. If not, their opponents would exhaust their stamina over time. Then Lily and Justin would lose even if they had better skills than their opponents.

Lily made her decision and no longer dodged. She caught her opponent's fist in front of her and stopped his momentum. Her opponent's strength was shocking, but Lily did not even budge. After that, Lily angrily twisted his wrist and broke it.

Crack!

Acrisp sound echoed, followed by the man’s wailing.

Lily flipped his arm and body over and unhesitantly kicked the back of his knee the next instant, causing him to kneel on the ground. Another crisp sound echoed. The man was lying on the ground when she let go of his hand. He seemed unable to move anymore.

Her actions were seamless and perfect. The other opponents were stunned. Even Henry, watching on the sidelines, was equally stunned and speechless.

‘H-How is this girl so powerful?! ’

Henry may have abolished his kickboxing skills, but he could identify Lily’s skills to a certain extent by observing her moves, speed, and skills. After all, he had learned it before and had the foundation.

Henry had not taken Lily seriously before, as she was only a little girl in her eyes. However, he needed to re-evaluate her. Her aura seemed to change in a short period. Her moves were decisive, neat, and precise.

The most critical point was that she had a solid foundation, apparent from the strength of her punches and kicks. Justin even seemed slightly inferior when compared to her. Lily’s attacks intimidated the others, and they stayed frozen for a moment. No one came forward to attack for a while.

Justin had defeated his opponent and was slightly surprised to see Lily's attacks. He once heard his grandfather mention that Lily was the family's most talented and skillful kickboxer. However, he never took his grandfather's words seriously or to heart.

Justin and Lily rarely had opportunities to practice together due to their different training methods and time. They had only exchanged a few blows. When they fought a few months ago, he only thought her movements were a little unorthodox.

He thought it was because she neglected her practice. However, just now...

Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 674

At the moment, Justin thought he never truly knew Lily.

“W-Why you...” Henry was extremely shocked as he had never expected Lily to be so powerful. He took a few steps back and shouted,

“Attack! Attack!”

Lily felt a cold and harsh wind before she stepped forward. She also felt something sharp flying toward her.

“Watch out! ” Justin yelled.

Lily furrowed her brows and turned her body slightly to avoid the oncoming threat. Her feet moved around quickly in a circle, and her opponent's movement was equally as fast. Two figures moved around quickly.

“Henry Lodge, you colluded with others...” Someone attacked Justin before he could finish his sentence. Justin had no choice but to fight back immediately. There was one opponent on the left and another on the right. Both sides were fighting ferociously as the newcomers had much better skills than the ones before.

Lily calmed down and concentrated on her battle. She finally saw how her opponent looked after dozens of moves. Her opponent had a beard, a large body and looked highly vicious. Lily had kicked him a few times, but he did not even frown. It was as if he did not feel anything.

On the other hand, Justin's opponent had a clean and tidy appearance and looked more like a weak academician than a thug.

Different from his look, his moves were highly ruthless. He also kept a smug smile on his face. Justin seemed helpless against him.

The bearded man, Apollo, wore black clothes wrapped around his body, showing his prominent muscles, while the academician, Creed, wore white clothes and looked thin. If Lily guessed correctly, they were the famous ‘Light-Shadow Killers* in the kickboxing circle.

Kickboxing was seemingly declining in today’s developed society since there was not much news and achievements about the ancient kickboxing families. However, it was far from the truth.

The kickboxing families were not in decline or had disappeared. On the contrary, the ancient kickboxing circle had its own prosperity. It was just that everyone had a different direction of development.

The Lodge family, for example, only accepted a few disciples and practiced kickboxing for personal development. They mainly engaged in business. From the perspectives of outsiders, they looked like they were in decline, but in reality, they had just shifted their focus toward the family’s livelihood and development.

Another type of development gradually disappeared from the public's eyes and moved to relatively hidden places such as islands or mountains. They gradually lost contact with the outside world, and in the eyes of the public, these ancient kickboxing families had disappeared in the sands of time.

The ‘Light-Shadow Killers’ belonged to the Riggs family. The Riggs family had gone missing for many years, so Lily never expected to meet these two legendary people and even fight with them.

‘Does this mean the Riggs family are Henry's supporters?!’

Lily got distracted as many thoughts passed through her mind. She almost got hit on her left shoulder. Fortunately, she returned to her senses immediately and quickly avoided his palm. She was shocked.

Her shoulder bone would likely fracture if his palm hit her just now. This rumored top kickboxer was terrifyingly strong.

“C-Capture them, quickly!” Henry, standing on the sidelines, shouted anxiously. He could see and differentiate their fight before this, but now the situation was indistinguishable as both sides were fighting intensely.

Initially, he ascertained his victory but had become a little unsure.

‘No, it can’t be! I deliberately borrowed Apollo and Creed for this. Nothing must go wrong!’

Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 675

When Henry shouted, Apollo and Creed’s moves became swifter and more violent.

Justin never expected them to be here, so he could only fight with all his heart as he was shocked. They had fought with hundreds of moves, yet there was still no clear winner.

Henry's shouting distracted Justin for a while. Looking back, Justin saw Apollo and Creed’s feet were already in front of him. Justin hurriedly dodged but was still a step late. His chest instantly became stuffy, and a mouthful of blood spurted out of his throat.

"Pfft..." He fell, hurt.

Seeing that Justin was injured, Henry sighed in relief and became less nervous. He raised his voice, "Don't kill them! I want them alive!"

He returned to the Lodge family to hold the family’s power and get back what he wanted. However, Henry also wanted to avoid causing too much trouble.

After all, they were members of the Lodge family, and it would be non-beneficial to him to cause death. Henry only needed them to be obedient, and they would be fine if they were willing to do so.

“Justin, Lily, why do you have to be so stubborn? Why won't you listen to me? When I become the head of the Lodge family, I won't kick you out. Look at you guys. I can't bear it either when you are injured!” While speaking, Henry dragged a chair from the side and sat in the middle to watch the fight.

Initially, Henry was not confident, but when Justin got hit, he felt everything was under control. Henry knew it was the right thing to do to invite the Light-Shadow Killers to help him. He sure would fail if he relied on his useless thugs.

Henry squinted and looked up at the sky. "It's getting late. If you agree to me being the head of the Lodge family, promise to listen to me in the future and treat me respectfully. If so, I'll tell these two to stop. How about that?"

Although Justin was injured, he did not stop and continued fighting. After hearing Henry's cruel words, Justin refused immediately. “In your dreams!"

"Tsk tsk, since you all are so disobedient, then as an elder, I can only teach you a lesson. Let's do it the hard way!" Henry sighed and seemed sympathetic, but his expression showed he was determined to win this round.

Bing-bang!

The loud sound, coupled with an earthquake-like concussion, stunned everyone. Even the fight between Justin and Creed stopped temporarily.

Everyone saw Apollo fall to the ground with a palm print on his chest and his shirt ripped. Everyone was dumbfounded and looked at the woman who walked out of the dust cloud.

Lily walked over unhurriedly and massaged her wrist casually. " You have excellent skills!"

Apollo only groaned in pain while Justin and Henry were dumbfounded.

Creed, on the side, screamed sharply. His voice was extremely harsh. Henry was at the side watching the fight and could not help raising his hand to cover his ears.

Creed’s sharp voice seemed capable of piercing one's eardrums.

Lily frowned while Creed rushed in front of her in the next second. One of his hands shaped like an eagle claw and grabbed directly toward her throat. Lily raised her hand to block, stopping the move, and turned around. However, Creed reacted fast and turned his wrist over to grab her wrist instead.

Lily's arm swayed as she easily swayed past Creed’s seemingly impossible grab. No one saw how she injured Apollo, including Apollo himself.

Initially, Apollo felt he had prevailed over Lily, but his opponent's movements were much faster. It was so fast that his eyes were dazzled, and he could not see clearly. When he could finally see, he could not avoid the palm coming toward him.

Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 676

Apollo had confidence in his skills and strength to withstand this move, but as soon as it fell on him, he heard the crack of his bones and roared in pain.

Justin stood by at first, ready to rush in and lend a hand. Then he took a deep breath, assessed the situation, and realized Lily was fine.

He was shocked since he did not know when she had developed such advanced abilities. Given the circumstances, though, this was a good advantage.

Henry was hunched over, staring nervously at the action. The situation had become much more dire. He had begun to doubt his chances of victory and was clinging to the chair's arm for support.

“Can't you even take down a little girl?! With your skills like this, how would you explain yourself to your master?!" He screamed furiously.

Henry sensed something was off as he watched Justin extend a hand headed straight for him.

"Justin, Justin..." Henry stood up in a panic and stepped back. He knocked over the chair, tripped, and stumbled back.

Henry did not fall as Justin grabbed his arm and pulled violently, with the other hand moving to grip Henry's throat. "Tell them to stop!"

“You! How dare you! I’m your uncle!" Henry shouted in a panic.

"Uncle?" Justin sneered as his voice was ice cold, "Sorry, I don't have an uncle!"

“Justin, you...”

"Tell them to stop, or I'll break your neck!" The strength of Justin's fingers increased as he squeezed Henry's neck harder.

Henry's throat was being squeezed so hard that he felt like he would suffocate. He felt Justin's finger pinching an artery in his neck. A little more force and his neck would be broken.

Henry could not be stubborn anymore at the juncture of life and death. He clenched his teeth and said, "Stop!"

However, no one listened to him. With renewed vigor, Creed fought even more aggressively. When Apollo was injured and lying on the ground, he fought through the pain anyway. Lily was fighting alone against both of them.

"Stop! Didn't you hear me when I told you to stop?! Stop fighting! " Henry roared.

Still, no one listened!

It was as if the three of them had physically separated Justin and Henry into a separate space and disregarded him. Henry was just as taken aback as Justin was.

Henry never thought that the people he brought here would not listen to his orders at all.

“Apollo and Creed, did you hear me? If you don't stop, I will let you ... uh!"

Instinctively, Justin lifted a hand to block it, and there was a loud " clang." A tiny, concealed weapon slid to the floor, revealing a needle-like dart. At that moment, if Justin had not intervened, Henry would have received a direct hit to the mouth. Henry's face whitened with fear, and he no longer dared to shout.

It was not until this moment that he suddenly realized that the Light-Shadow Killers did not obey him, as if his words had no power.

Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 677

Justin also realized this and let go of Henry as it was no longer necessary. Henry had no power to threaten anyone himself. Now that he had lost their support, he did not pose any threat.

“Why, why would this happen...”

Frightened by the dart coming toward him, Henry was shaking like a leaf. He became weak and slid to the ground as Justin withdrew his hand. He sat on the floor with his eyes wide open as he could not recover from his fright.

The dart just now almost cost him his life. Henry's eyes fixed on the dart on the ground. The incident was still revolving in his mind as he almost faced the reaper!

His hands clenched into fists, and his heart was full of anger, but he did not dare to speak again as he stared fiercely at the direction of the fight.

The three were entangled together, but Lily was not panicked. She seemed to be able to handle it with ease. About ten minutes later, crashing sounds were heard as Apollo and Creed fell to the ground. Apollo, who was already injured, was in bad shape as he could barely get up.

"W-Who are you?" Creed asked in a shrill voice.

"Go back and tell your master to deal with your own family’s business!" Lily said coldly.

Both did not care about Henry as they helped each other up. They glared at her fiercely before they disappeared without a trace.

Looking them left, Lily walked unhurriedly in front of Henry. She lowered her head to look at him. "What else do you have to say?"

"You..." Henry looked at her, and although he saw it with his own eyes, Henry still could not believe it.

Was she the soft little girl he knew? Even if he had been gone for some time, how could this girl acquire such expertise?

"Are you okay?” Justin asked.

Lily nodded. Apart from being a little tired, she did not feel uncomfortable. As for the sense that filled her body, it was not a big problem for the time being, so she did not think about it.

Justin was also surprised by her skills, but now was not the time to ask this.

“Henry, when grandpa kicked you out of the Lodge family, he hoped you could reflect on yourself. I didn't expect that after so many years, not only did you not repent, but you returned to the Lodge family to make trouble! If something bad happened at home, how can you be worthy of the ancestors of the Lodge family?!" Justin asked angrily.

"What do you know?!" Henry was exposed anyway. He was not afraid to show his true colors.

“The Lodge family was meant to be mine. There's no reason for someone to pass their inheritance on to their grandchild rather than their son. I knew in the past Dad favored you. Do not just stand here and insult me, Justin. If you genuinely cared about the Lodge family, then won't you just leave them in my care? You're to blame for the chaos because you won't let go!

“You called the police, right? Wasn't it you who ruined the family’s reputation?” Henry said without any sign of repentance.

Taking a step forward, Lily looked at him and asked, "Does my grandfather's death have anything to do with you?!"

Henry looked up at her, a complicated expression on his face, but he said nothing. He stared at her without responding, not confirming or denying her suspicions.

“Is it you? Did you put the poison?!" The voice gradually became sharper as Lily desperately wanted to know the truth.

The hand behind her was clenching. Lily tried her best to control her emotions. She stared at Henry, not letting him avoid it.

“It doesn't matter, as you've made up your mind that it was me!" he said disapprovingly with a sneer.

Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 678

“I'm asking you if you did it!"

Lily reached out and lifted Henry's collar, pulling him off the ground. She glared fiercely at him.

Justin watched beside her, stunned, as he did not expect her to have such great strength. When he was about to say something, his phone suddenly rang.

Justin looked for the source of the sound as his phone fell in the courtyard during the fight. He walked over to pick it up. Although the screen cracked, it was still working.

Justin was unsure who was calling but answered, "Hello?"

While listening to the other end of the phone, he seemed distracted. He raised his eyes to look at Lily.

Henry was almost breathless, saying, "I didn't expect that my plan that I've been working on for so long would fail because of you. If I had known earlier, I should've..."

Before Henry could finish speaking, he coughed.

At the same time, Justin ended the phone call. He put down his phone, walked to Lily quickly, and said, "The call was from the police station. The forensics department has conclusive results.”

Lily took a deep breath staring at him, and said nothing.

Understanding her feelings, Justin continued, "The final result of the forensic examination is that grandpa died of illness. In other words, it was a natural death instead of a murder."

His statements stunned not just Lily but Henry as well.

"Natural death? Natural? Hahaha..." Henry looked up to the sky and laughed as his body fell back to the ground.

Unable to recover from the extreme astonishment, Lily had unconsciously let go of her hand as Henry fell. She muttered, " This...how is this possible...how...”

“I'm surprised too, but it’s true. We can get the report anytime, you..."

Justin had not anticipated this outcome.

Justin suspected Lily of being the one who put in the poison. All of them had suspicions about who killed Wilfred and why, but they were still waiting for the report to reach a conclusion.

However, nobody had considered that it was not even a murder and that Wildred had not been poisoned. There was no murderer. That meant all this was a farce?! Was it just a joke?!

“Hahaha...natural death...hahaha...”

Henry was lying on the ground. He raised his head and laughed, bursting into tears.

“That means it's not him?" Lily came back to sense from his laughter. She looked down at Henry and said suspiciously.

“No.” Justin shook his head. "Anyway, this chaos has been for so many days. It should have an end. We should discuss and arrange grandpa's burial!"

Lily did not speak. This incident was too much for her to accept.

Was grandpa just sick? Was his illness that serious?

"Somebody!" Justin raised his voice and called his subordinates, “ Lock him up, and don't let him out without my permission!"

Whether Henry poisoned his grandfather or not, it was indisputable that he conspired with outsiders trying to disrupt the Lodge family.

Justin also had to figure out who Henry had interacted with in the Riggs family.

Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 679

Lily returned to her hotel shortly after.

Too many things had happened in the Lodge family residence over the past three days. She felt traces of her childhood and Wilfred’s shadow everywhere when she stayed with the Lodge family residence and could not help but feel upset.

She used to think there was an estrangement between herself and Wilfred, that their relationship was not that strong. However, now that her grandfather had passed away, she realized she was missing him.

Lily's parents passed away when she was a child, so she grew up with her grandfather. She resented Wilfred because she thought he was always too strict. She only realized when she grew up that her grandfather did whatever was necessary for her good.

Lily would have injured herself numerous times without his care. However, her grandfather would never return now. She wanted to avenge her grandfather, but after all her efforts, she only got the result of "natural death.” She did not even have the chance to avenge Wilfred.

"Still not sleeping?" After taking a shower, Alexander saw Lily sitting in a daze on the bed.

Her legs were bending as her hands wrapped around her legs. Her chin was resting on her knees, and her eyes looked straight ahead without any expression.

Alexander felt upset seeing his wife in this state. He had never seen Lily so absent-minded since they met. She had never felt so helpless, even when she had trouble with Nathaniel or went to Alexander in desperation to make a “deal.”

Alexander wiped his hair with a large towel, sat down next to the bed, put one hand over Lily’s shoulder, pulled her into his arms, and let her lean on his shoulder.

"This result might be a good ending for you and the Lodge family.”

He also received the news and was very surprised. After all, everyone had been investigating this case for so long, and the clues pointing toward the murderer had never stopped, but they did not expect it to end up this way.

Looking back, Henry probably just wanted to use Wilfred's death to set off a storm and seize power, but it was not him who poisoned Wilfred. So, from another point of view, at least Henry did not murder his father. At least, it was not that cruel for Wilfred.

Of course, Lily understood this, but there was a difference between understanding and sadness. Human emotions were more challenging to control.

"By the way, I saw a bruise on your arm. What happened?" Alexander pulled her arm over as he said, trying to pull up the sleeves of her clothes.

Lily shrank her hand and avoided him grabbing it. Still, she could not avoid him and was already in pain when Alexander pulled her like this. She hissed, "Ouch..."

“Does it hurt?" Alexander was even more nervous now. He pulled up her sleeves involuntarily and saw the mark on her arms. It looked like a bruise, but fortunately, there was no torn skin or broken bones. It was as if Lily had merely bumped into something, so Alexander felt relieved. Even so, he dialed the hotel concierge’s number and asked someone to bring a first-aid kit for Lily's bruises.

Lily did not refuse it and let Alexander be.

After a while, the hotel staff brought the first-aid kit up to them. Alexander sat down again with the first-aid kit and carefully rubbed some medicine on her bruises.

Lily lowered her head and looked at the bruise on her arm. She knew the injury was from her fight against the Light-Shadow Killers at the Lodge family residence. As for when she got it, she had no idea.

Spoiled by Mr. Russell Chapter 680

Lily was fair and slender. She did not look very strong, but at that moment, the energy that burst out of her body surprised even herself.

The situation was urgent, and others might not have seen what had happened. Lily knew from her fight with Apollo that she was at a slight disadvantage from the start and did not take much advantage of him.

Although she had practiced kickboxing since she was a child, it was mostly for self-defense, and she had no choice but to learn it. She was unsure of her own capabilities. She had gotten older and stopped training after she entered college. Besides practicing the moves with her peers, she only fought with Justin. Even so, it was just a few moves, so she felt her skills were inferior.

The last time she fought was when she got kidnapped in Westwood. At that time, she was also a little surprised. After thinking back, she speculated that facing a grave threat had stimulated her body, but did it happen again?

"What are you thinking about?" Alexander looked up and noticed Lily was in a daze.

"I'm thinking about what Justin will do with Henry," she replied, faintly sighing.

In terms of family, Henry was her maternal uncle and Justin's paternal uncle. When Wilfred was still alive, he expelled Henry from the Lodge family. However, Henry had returned to cause trouble again. She had no more words to explain how she felt about it.

Since poison was not the cause of death for Wilfred, the authorities did not consider it a criminal case, so Henry would not be convicted and sentenced to prison. Henry had returned to the Lodge family to settle other affairs, and he even brought outsiders into the family residence, trying to seize power. However, these were part of their family’s business.

‘What will happen since no one got convicted?’

After thinking about it, Alexander said, "If it were Justin, he would send Henry abroad."

“Just send him abroad?"

"If not, would Justin kill him?" Alexander smiled and shook his head, "He won't, and you won't either.”

"How do you know I won't?" It was disgusting to think of Henry's arrogant appearance. He even tried to frame Lily and make a pawn out of her. If the unwarranted crime were convicted, it would completely change Lily and Justin's lives.

Alexander noticed Lily's unconvinced expression and smiled, "It's because I know you're a softhearted person.”

Lily was tough on the tongue. It was easy to be ruthless toward her people, especially her relatives, Henry and Justin. It seemed to be a commonality of the Lodge family. All except for Henry.

"What about you?" Turning around, Lily faced Alexander, looked into his eyes, and asked, "If it were you, what would you do with Henry?"

She blinked her eyes curiously, purely because of Alexander's "if it were Justin" just now. That was to say, Alexander analyzed and considered things from Justin's perspective and personality, not from his own.

"Me?" Alexander raised his eyebrows and gently caressed Lily's cheek. He said warmly, "Do you really want to know?"

Lily nodded vigorously while Alexander's smile deepened. He thought about it seriously and replied, "If it were me, I would let him stay in Sapphine forever and never leave. Only in Sapphine. I will leave a place for him on the boundary of the land, and he will stay there for the rest of his life."

Lily never expected that answer, "I thought..."

"Why? You thought I'd cut him into pieces instead?" Alexander said half-jokingly. He knew what the public was saying about him. Lily could not help but laugh, "Y-Yeah!"
