“Daisy’s too despicable! Dad only fell ill not too long ago, and she’s already starting to fight for power. I don’t know what she’s even thinking!” Linda said angrily.
“At least Daisy has a reason for doing all of that. She might be a bit selfish for helping Royce seize power, but it’s still better than having it fall into the hands of the second bloodline. I don’t blame her. Leon and Harold, on the other hand. The two of them have harmed me so much. I won’t let them off!” Gilbert said through clenched teeth.
Daisy was his wife. Even if Daisy betrayed him, it was still a family matter.

However, Leon and Harold were different. His hatred for Leon and Harold was a hundred times more than his hatred for Daisy!

“How would that be? I’m clearly the person Leon loves. Why does he want to get engaged to Cynthia?”
Iris paled as she stumbled, almost falling to the ground.
She already found out that Leon was not Cynthia’s boyfriend. She planned on going to look for Leon to get back together, but before she could even do that, Leon already decided to get engaged to Cynthia!
It was obvious how it would impact her!
At that moment, she finally understood why Leon returned Elegante to her, and even gave her a final
farewell!
Leon was actually serious. It was no joke at all!
Leon might have been too hurt by her, and planned on forgetting his feelings for her because of that, choosing to get engaged to Cynthia!
It was all her fault!
“No, I have to explain everything to Leon. I can’t let him get engaged to Cynthia!”
After snapping back to reality, Iris’s head was a mess. She wanted to go find Leon, but was stopped by Jacob.
“Jacob, give way!” Iris said angrily.
“You want me to let you go? Do you think that’s possible?!” Jacob sneered as he shot a look at the experts
behind him.
The experts understood, and immediately surrounded Iris and the others.
“Jacob, what do you want?” Iris held back her anger as she said.
“It’s simple. Gilbert is your father. Since he already agreed to the marriage, it doesn’t matter if you’re willing or not. From now on, you belong to me! Men, bring Iris away. I’ll consummate our wedding tonight!” Jacob said coldly.
At his order, two of them experts reached out and grabbed Iris.
“Don’t you dare!” Gilbert was furious. He lashed out with terrifying power as he quickly attacked those two martial artists, trying to stop them from taking Iris.
“Know your place!”
Marco, who was behind Jacob, scoffed. He struck with tremendous energy, stopping Gilbert’s attack.

After the clash, Marco did not move at all.
Instead, Gilbert, who was still on the wheelchair, was sent back several meters. His face paled, and he almost fell off his wheelchair.
Gilbert was only an advanced Supreme Master, while Marco was already a peak Supreme Master. The two of them were not at the same level.
