Kenneth acted quickly, instantly taking his wife to Michigan with a luxurious RV. He then called Alex.
An hour later, at the president’s suite of yesterday’s hotel, Alex met Kenneth’s wife.
She was bald, pale, and thin to the bones. She couldn’t even speak. It was apparent that she was gravely ill and not far from death.
“Master Alex, this is my wife. Her name is Alice Clark. She has throat cancer, so she can’t speak. Please don’t mind her,” Kenneth said.
“Yeah, that’s okay.” As Alex spoke, he looked at Shamus and the others who had come together. Thinking that they were the medical team that Kenneth specifically hired for his wife, he decided not to ask about them.
Wendy anxiously asked, “Big brother, can you really cure my mom?”
Alex took a look at Alice with his Third Eye, then felt her pulse. He smiled and nodded, “Rest assured, your mom’s situation isn’t too bad. She’ll be fine by tomorrow. You might even see her hair grow.”
“That’s great! Big brother, if that really happens, I’ll surely repay you. I’ll even be willing to marry you.”
Hearing these words, Shamus became furious and jealous. That was because he had a son who was coincidentally around the same age as Wendy. He wanted his son to pursue Wendy. Since she was an only child, the Sunders’ enormous assets would then belong to the Wilsons as well.

Alex looked at him. He finally realized that these people weren’t on Kenneth’s private team.
Looking at his expressions when he spoke, you could tell that his main goal was to make Alex look bad. However, Alex’s personality was that if someone made him look bad first, they better be ready for a real diss.
He calmly smiled. “I’m not a graduate from any medical school, nor do I work at a hospital. And well, as for my achievements in oncology, I’ve healed patients with stage four cancer. Does that count as an achievement?”
“Hahahaha!”
One of the female doctors under Shamus laughed uncontrollably. “This has to be the funniest and most ridiculous joke I’ve ever heard! You’re barely thirty, have never been to medical school, and have never been a doctor. Based on what abilities did you heal stage four cancer? With your mouth? Or were you dreaming? Mr. Sunder, I’ll swear on my life that he’s definitely a liar.” The woman looked good.
She was wearing a pair of black stockings, high heels, and only a mini skirt covered her behind. One wouldn’t think of her as a doctor at first glance, more like a PR for the head of the hospital. As she talked, her expressions were mean and taunting as she looked down on Alex.

If you’re smart enough, kneel immediately to Mr. Sunder and apologize. Admit you’re a liar, or I’ll have you know that going to jail would be the least severe outcome.”

Just as the woman finished speaking, Kenneth slapped her right on her fair face. Not only did the hit cause her to fall onto the floor, but it also bent her fake nose.
Kenneth furiously roared, “Who gave you the nerve to talk to Master Alex like that! Swear on your life? Is your life even worth anything? Let me tell you. Your life doesn’t even compare to a strand of hair on Master Alex’s leg.”
The slap left the woman stunned. She covered her bloody nose, shaking and upset Shamus didn’t expect Kenneth to use force. He felt even more foolish.
‘Why would Kenneth believe this young man? Is he that desperate?’
He quickly said, “Mr. Sunder, please don’t be angry. What Karen said is true. This is for your wife. Just look at him. Does he look like someone who could cure your wife of her sickness? To be honest, none of us here believe him. If he really can, I’ll have to resign from my position as the hospital’s dean. I’d be thoroughly embarrassed!”
Alex finally spoke up. “Mr. Wilson, was it? Since you said so, why don’t we make a bet? If I can cure Mrs. Sunder, you’ll hand over Mercy hospital to me. Deal?”
“Don’t be ridiculous!”
“If you don’t dare to make such a bet, then get lost. No one invited you over.” Wendy immediately started chasing them out.
She knew that Alex had cured Freya’s illness last night. Hence the father and daughter were confident in his abilities.
Shamus’ face went pale, yet he still didn’t believe that Alex could cure Alice’s cancer. In the end, he agreed loudly. “Fine! Let’s make this bet then! But what if you lose?”
Alex raised his index finger. “I’ll give you 100 billion dollars.”

When Alex was in trouble, the Stoermers helped him immensely with their power since they were part of Michigan’s upper-class and were among the eight royal families.
Hence, there was no way that Xyla wouldn’t know about this. In reality, she had been looking for Alex and Phoebe with all her might as well. She was present when Alex came home yesterday.
Now that the Sky Tower project was set in stone, they had to start blocking out all the entrances. Both Xyla and Waltz were in charge of distributing the work to their employees throughout this entire process. That was why Xyla was next to Alex when Kenneth called. So she tagged along.
Xyla was currently wearing a silky white top, a black pencil skirt, and a pair of black heels with red soles. Her figure was tall and elegant.
She walked into the room with perfect posture and stood next to Alex.
Glancing toward Shamus and the others, she said, “Mr. Rockefeller, you own thirteen percent of Thousand Miles Conglomerate’s shares. Rounding up the numbers, according to how much they earned last week, you already have over 130 billion from their earnings.”
“Moreover, the ownership of Global Traders Hotel has been transferred to your name. That is worth about five billion.”
“According to the latest market price, Lush Cosmetics is worth around 100 billion as well. With Rockefeller Group, they are worth around 500 billion dollars in total. Besides that. He slapped harder than the last, knocking out two of her teeth. “You are absolutely ridiculous, woman! If you don’t know anything, then just shut up. Do you even know who she is? She’s the youngest daughter of the head of the Stoermer family in Michigan! She’s an actual princess in this country, yet you call her a scammer? You really do have a death wish, don’ t you?”
“What?”
“The princess of the Stoermer family of Michigan? You you’re Miss Xyla Stoermer?’
Long Beach wasn’t far from Michigan. Hence Shamus obviously knew about the Stoermer family of Michigan. He knew who Xyla was as well. He couldn’t even get the chance to ever suck up to such a legendary and elegant woman, let alone get to know her.

Xyla continued. “If Mr. Rockefeller wants to place a bet of 100 billion, it would pose no problems. So, a deal is a deal, right?”
Shamus started pondering. Now that Xyla had stepped up, the odds were beginning to go against him. However, the 100 billion that Alex offered was enough to catch the greedy man’s interest.
More importantly, being an oncologist himself, he knew that no one in the world could ever cure Alice’s stage four cancer. This was why he still had hope in his knowledge.
Shamus nodded profusely and said, “Alright, should we sign a contract then?”
He was worried that Alex would go back on his words.
‘100 billion! Even if I still had Mercy Hospital, it was worth 3 billion at most.’
“Deal!”
After placing their bets, Alex smiled cockily as he took a glance at Shamus. He then took a pill out of his pocket and fed it to Alice.
As Kenneth watched him with confusion plastered all over his face, Alex explained, “This is a rejuvenation pill, normally used on fighters or cultivators. It can help one stay alive for another ten years, so it’s more than enough to cure your wife’s cancer! Besides, it can heal what the chemotherapy has done to her body.”
One of the professionals that Shamus brought along couldn’t help but scold Alex. “That’s simply atrocious! How could such medicine possibly exist? If this were real, then it wouldn’t be medicine from this mortal realm. It had to be from the Gods!”
“That’s right! We don’t know what this medicine is, and neither do we know of its side effects! How could you just let the patient take this? What do we do if something happens to her? It’ll be impossible to save her then,” another professional spoke up as well.
However, Alice started coughing, spitting a small pool of blood onto the ground.

Thinking about how he was about to be pocketing 100 billion dollars, Shamus couldn’t care less about Alice’s well-being.
Just then, Alice exhaled deeply.
She then kneeled before Alex and spoke, “Thank you for saving me, Dr. Rockefeller. I won’t ever forget your kindness and generosity.”

With this, everyone fell silent, too shocked to say anything.
Wendy froze for a couple of seconds before snapping back to reality, yelling. “Morn! You can actually talk now? You… Are you really cured now? That was quick! That was amazing, just amazing! Big brother really did hand you a miracle pill!”
Kenneth was overwhelmed as well.
Alice used to be gorgeous. She may not be the prettiest of them all but was considered a one in a million. The couple knew each other since they were young, so their relationship was solid and stable. However, after she was diagnosed with cancer, she started withering away like a fragile flower. Chemotherapy had destroyed her looks as well, no longer the beauty she once was.
“Pffft…” Suddenly, Alice vomited another mouthful of blood.
There was a black blob within the blood as well, and it looked like a blood clot.
Shamus shook his head. “You guys are getting ahead of yourselves. She’s vomiting blood, for god’s sake! Do you still not see that her condition has worsened? She may be able to talk, but I don’t think it means that she’s better. She’s breathing her last breath! This is terminal lucidity. She doesn’t have much time left.”
Karen was cackling coldly as well. “What a bunch of idiots! You were absolutely tricked by these scammers. She’s going to die soon, yet you’re still so happy about it. Iwonder if you really are that nice, or are you just flat out stupid?”
Their words made the two Sunders panic. They immediately asked how Alice was feeling at the time, concerned about her condition.
Alice shook her head. “I don’t know, but my throat feels a lot better. It doesn’t hurt as bad anymore.”
Shamus shook his head again. “That’s because you’re bleeding. With extra moisture in your throat, it’s only natural that it wouldn’t hurt as bad. But your condition has definitely worsened! All I can say is, I’m truly sorry for your loss. If you had just listened to us and continued receiving treatment in the hospital, you would’ve been able to live another four or so years. Not even God could save you now.”
The Sunders’ expressions darkened.
Wendy turned to Alex immediately. “Big brother, what do we do? Would my mom be alright? Didn’t you say that you’d cure her without any problems?”
Xyla interrupted her. “Don’t worry, if he said that there wouldn’t be any problems, then there won’t be.”
“But…”
Alex smiled. “Calm down. It’ll be alright. Besides, she hasn’t vomited enough blood yet. Let me help.”

Turning back to her face, she no longer looked like a cancer patient. Her rosy cheeks and energetic eyes were back, no longer covered in wrinkles.

The father and daughter immediately rushed over to her and embraced the woman tightly.

Xyla smiled and turned to Shamus. “So how’s that, Mr. Wilson? You believe us, right? Now that the contract is signed don’t try to pull any tricks on us! I’ll bring someone along to take over Mercy Hospital in a week.”
Shamus looked as if he had lost his entire family, an exceedingly sorrowful look now adorning his face. However, he didn’t want to admit defeat this soon. “We’re not even sure if the cancer cells in her body have descended to the normal rate! You can’t see that with the naked eye, so she must go through a checkup first.”
“Looks like you’re not satisfied with the outcome, huh? Go ahead and check then!”
There were many hospitals in Michigan that could check the density of cancer cells in one’s body. Hence, the results were out within two hours. It would seem that everything was normal.
This indicated that Alice’s cancer was completely cured.

Shamus fell on his butt. He just couldn’t believe it.

The color drained from Shamus’ face.
He was sad that his precious hospital would now be in someone’s hands, especially after all the time and effort that he’d put into managing it. However, he knew that he didn’t stand a chance against the Stoermers of Michigan, hence all he could do was accept their terms. Just as Alex and the others were planning on leaving, Shamus called out to them. “Wait, that pill. The rejuvenation pill, I mean. Can you please give me one?”
Alex shook his head. “A rejuvenation pill can help prolong one’s life for ten years. It can even make one’s body turn ten years younger, and it can cure hundreds of diseases. Do you really think I’d just give it to you like it’s some dollar store candy?”
Shamus froze.
‘Right… Why would he give such a miracle pill away that easily?’

Phoebe said coldly, “Fine, so be it, then. You’ll be taking responsibility for what you just said. I’ll make sure that I’ll have your business closed by tomorrow.”
Despite that, the chubby man replied nonchalantly, “Alright, I’ll wait!”
He then turned to the topless man and said, “Mr. Xenos, these two women are too hot tempered, so I can’t do much as a middleman. You guys would have to negotiate on your own now! Don’t worry. I will ensure absolute privacy. No one would be able to interrupt the negotiation.”
After that, he backed out of the room.
It was evident that the chubby boss was implying that the private room would be closed out, so these men could do anything they wanted there without getting caught.
The topless man chuckled. “Alright. We’ll be going deep into this negotiation, else we wouldn’t really know how deep we can go. So… Which one of you would like to go first?”
He stared at Cheryl. “I think I’ll start with you. I think you should be pretty “deep”, eh?”
Then, he ordered his bodyguards to pin Cheryl down. Since his bodyguard was a strong fighter, Cheryl knew that she couldn’t fight him with her current strength and skills.
“Stop!!!” Phoebe screamed. “I’m warning you. If you dare to lay even a finger on her, you’ll regret it! Do you even know who her boyfriend is? He’s a Divine Constabulary elder! None of you here could defeat him even if you went at him all at once!”
“An elder of Divine Constabulary? Oh my, I’m so scared!” the topless man cackled. He couldn’t care less. “It’s best if he doesn’t come today, ‘cause I’m taking his girlfriend right now. If he comes, all he can do is watch me toy with his girlfriend. That’s too cruel now, isn’t it? But I just… I really can’t help it!”
Another guy said, “So what if he’s an elder? Do you know who he is? He’s Lord Commander’s grandnephew! Do you even know who Lord Commander of Department Six is? “Nope!” A man’s voice chimed from behind them.
When Cheryl and Phoebe heard the voice, they were overjoyed.

Suddenly, Phoebe realized that her voice sounded slightly whiny, as though she was Alex’s girlfriend instead of Cheryl.
Hence, she immediately added. “That guy wants your girlfriend to sleep with him! Beat him up right now!”
“Sleep with him?” Alex raised an eyebrow and patted the topless man on the shoulder. “Really?”
The topless man frowned angrily. “What’s it to you?! Are you that elder from Divine Constabulary? Do you know who I am? Lord Commander of Department Six is my granduncle! Don’t tell me that you don’t know him. Not only did your girlfriend offend me, she even hurt my friend! That’s why I’m demanding them to sleep with us. Any opinions on that?”
Alex shook his head. “It doesn’t matter if I have any opinions. I just think that your little brother has something to say. Your little brother has probably stopped working in general. There’s no way for it to recover to how it was before.”

“What do you mean by stopped working?”
The topless man was Gill Xenos, Grant’s grand nephew. He had been extremely arrogant just because he had such a powerful relative. He would do whatever he pleased, no matter when or where he was.
Since Department Six was such a powerful organization, he indeed had the backbone to behave so cockily, not to mention that his granduncle was the head of this organization as well. Moreover, even if he did mess up, his granduncle wouldn’t need to help him out one bit. Others would be willing to help him handle the situation without hesitation.
Hence, this caused him to think that he ruled the world. Thus he thought he had the right to barge into someone’s private room at the hot springs and demand them to sleep with him.
“Gill, he… He’s talking about your… Which is like…” One of Gill’s friends whispered while pointing at his lower half.
Gill was enraged. “You f*cker! Yours is the one that stopped working! How dare you curse me? I’ll just have to break yours so you’ll no longer be a man… Oh no, you’d have to wait, though. Watch me as I toy with your girlfriend. Let’s see if yours has any reaction to that.”
Alex chuckled. “I don’t care. You’re not going to have a reaction in the first place.”
That was because Alex had used his spiritual power to destroy the nerves around Gill’s crotch when he patted him on the shoulder.
Since it was silent and didn’t cause any pain, Gill himself hadn’t noticed anything wrong with his body.
“Bullsh*t!”
“I’ll let you watch right now! I’ll make sure you know what it feels like to be self-conscious!”
Since Gill was extremely arrogant, he really didn’t care about any consequences at this moment. However, he suddenly realized that something was wrong. He couldn’t feel anything down there. He couldn’t even tell if it was still there, let alone a reaction. It felt as if all senses around that area had disappeared into thin air.
“What… What’s happening?” Gill was starting to panic, and he frantically grabbed his groin.
To his demise, it felt like he was just grabbing a ball of dough. More importantly, he didn’t feel anything when he touched it as well, as if it wasn’t attached to him.
Alex asked, “So? I was right, huh? Did it stop working? Hmm, I wonder how you can go around toying with women in this state? Women would probably be disgusted by you, huh?”
Gill was still panicking. He continued to stare at Cheryl’s back, fantasizing about every racy scenario he could, hoping to promote blood flow to that area. However, he was left absolutely disappointed. He didn’t feel anything down there at all.
“Xenos, are you okay? What’s wrong with you?” one of his underlings asked.
“I… I don’t feel anything. I can’t even feel if it’s attached to me or not! What do I do? How could this happen to me? I wasn’t like this before!”
Gill’s underlings froze.
One of them asked, “Xenos, are you sure that it was working fine before?”
“What the f*ck is that supposed to mean?”
Alex replied for the underling, “He’s asking if you’ve had this problem since you were young. Were you born impotent?”
Gill raged. “Of course not! I’ve been pretty normal up till now!”
Alex smiled. “Then you should be careful. If it just stopped working out of nowhere, that means something in your body has changed. You should head to the hospital for a check-up and cure this if you can. Don’t waste any more time, else all there’s left to do is chop it off and become a woman instead.”
Gill was terrified. Goosebumps sprouted all over his body when he thought about such serious consequences. His mood to stay longer had disappeared completely. He then immediately ordered someone to send him to the hospital for a checkup.
The remaining people left as quickly as they could too. Gill might not fear the Divine Constabulary, but his friends still did.
In a matter of minutes, Alex, Cheryl, and Phoebe were the only ones left in the room.

Cheryl hugged Alex tightly. “If I knew that we’d be bumping into such people, we definitely wouldn’t have come here! The owner of this place is such a jerk too! He let those people do whatever they wanted! If you didn’t come in time, I would’ve been…”
Alex then slapped her back, causing her to yelp in pain.
“Hey, why did you slap me?”
Alex replied. “As punishment! You literally have the Immortal Doctor at your disposal, yet you don’t use him when it’s needed! With your current power and skills, along with the Galactic Protection Amulet, why were you even scared of those bodyguards?”
“I… I… I’m just not used to it!”
Phoebe spoke up, “Yeah! Cherry’s a girl, you know? It’s only natural for her to be anxious. How could you slap her? And you didn’t even hesitate! I’m going to make you pay for this! I’m going to slap you.”
“Yeah! Phoebe, slap him for me,” Cheryl echoed.
Phoebe smiled and placed her hand on Alex’s face. “I’m really going to slap him, alright?”
“Mmhmm! He was the one who slapped me first!” Cheryl didn’t even turn around as she continued hugging Alex tightly.
Just then, Alex froze when he saw Phoebe lean in and kiss him on the lips.
The kiss lasted at least ten seconds as well. Although Alex’s mind was in a blur, he still felt oddly excited.
Cheryl asked, “Did you slap him?”
Phoebe smiled. “Mhm! Your boyfriend has tough skin, so I was worried a slap wouldn’t work. If anything, my hand might end up hurt! That’s why I pinched him hard instead.”
As she said this, she pinched Alex’s lips harshly and winked at him.

A few minutes later, Alex stood at the side, watching the two gorgeous beauties in their black and white bikinis. Their bikinis perfectly accentuated their curves, making them look as if they were succubus.
Noticing Alex’s flustered and excited expression, Phoebe suggested. “Cherry, we haven’t really had a good time here. It’s not like we came all the way here just to be interrupted by some b*stards. It’s not worth all the trouble! So why don’t we go back into the hot spring? This place is closing tomorrow anyway.”
Phoebe was a woman of her word.
Moreover, that chubby man was inhumane, so she definitely wouldn’t let him off the hook this easily.
“But if those people come back…”

After that, Phoebe headed into the hot springs first. As Cherry walked in slowly, she turned around and asked Alex, “Do you want to come in too?”

Alex raised an eyebrow. “Of course it’s Cheryl. You’re far behind in comparison.”
After saying that, he took his clothes off and hopped into the hot spring as well. He never had the time to come to such places, hence he figured that it was an excellent time to relax and enjoy himself.
More importantly, he had such beauties by his side right now.
Although the hot spring wasn’t exactly large, a square shaped pool measuring a mere five by five meters, the water was milky white since they had added something into it. Hence one wouldn’t be able to see what was happening underwater.

The woman was flustered, yet she didn’t stop him. After quite a while, Alex could feel a foot sliding up and down his leg.
Initially, he thought that Cheryl was finally making a move on him; hence he grabbed her leg calmly and pressed it onto his body… Unexpectedly, Cheryl suddenly stood up and said she wanted to get some fruit for herself, walking to the side instead.
