Alex smiled. “It’s not like I’m never coming back. I’ll definitely come back within a month, alright?”

“If you don’t come back in a month, I’ll look for you,” she replied.

“Huh?”

“I’m your teacher. You may have got your graduation certificate, but you still have yet to get your graded assessment from my medicine class. So that means you haven’t officially graduated yet. That certificate is just something to help you go in and out of the academy.”

Alex grabbed her waist gently. “Alright. I like you, teacher.”

“Teacher likes you too, student.”

After catching the card, he decided to take a look. “The vice president of The Flames?”

“Hubert Fischer?”

Hubert said, “Mhm, that’s right. I am the Hubert Fischer. I think you’re pretty powerful, so follow me!”

“Follow you?” Alex froze. “Where to?”

“We’re going to The Flames clubroom, of course.”

“For what, though? ” Alex was even more confused.

Hubert replied, “You still don’ t understand? Newbies really are newbies, huh? What I mean is, you’ve been chosen by our club, and I’m here to recruit you. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, so just come along with me. After we get through with the welcoming ceremony, you’ll be part of the club from now on.”

If I wanted to, your entire family would have perished long ago… I wouldn’t have called off the accusations on you if you weren’t my cousin. But this time, you’ve crossed the line.”

Emma was terrified. She was really scared of dying. Crawling up and groveling to Dorothy’s feet, she cried, “Dorothy, Dorothy! I was wrong. I was blinded by greed. Please spare my life and let me go! I’m willing to be your slave!”

“Whatever!” Dorothy sighed, unable to do anything to her since Emma was still considered family.

“Get up.” She said softly and caressed her stomach. She figured that she should accumulate more good karma for her children.

“But this doesn’t mean you get away with this scot-free. I won’t put you in a difficult position, so I’ll just put a prohibition spell on you. From now on, if you ever dare to try… No, if you even think about harming my family in the slightest, this spell will kill you.”

Dorothy would no longer let these monsters go this easily. Even if she were to let them go, she had to restrict them to some extent.

Emma always compared herself to Dorothy. She wanted to be better than Dorothy in every single aspect. That was because the two were similar in age, and they were just a year apart.

Dorothy, however, had the absolute upper hand in the looks department thanks to her beautiful mother. When the two were still kids, people would naturally start comparing them as long as they hung out. They would compare their looks, their intelligence, and even obedience.

Hence, Emma’s obsession with defeating her had most likely started since then.

No matter the aspect, Emma felt that she just couldn’t win against Dorothy. Whenever they stood together, people only ever complimented Dorothy. It’s as if she was just a mere accessory, a leaf to a flower, a tool to show just how great Dorothy was.

After that, Emma changed.

However, it wasn’t for the better; she changed for the worse. She started giving up on herself. It wasn’t like any amount of hard work could ever make her better than Dorothy anyway… If they seemed close back then, they were in entirely different worlds now.

Emma was no longer anywhere near to what Dorothy is now. She knew that all she could do now is admire Dorothy from afar as if worshipping a goddess.

When Dorothy headed back, Alex was cooking while Claire helped him.

Back then, the two hated each other so much that they longed for the day they didn’t have to see each other anymore. Now, the two looked like textbook versions of a good relationship between in-laws.

Alex was cooking while Claire washed and cut up the ingredients. She even helped him carry some stuff over and brought up questions from time to time. She would ask him how much salt they had to put, how they should season the dish, or how long they’d have to cook it.

Dorothy was simply shocked to see this.

This was only because Claire would never check up on Alex whenever he cooked, let alone help. They would be lucky if she didn’t cause any problems for once. However, it was still very nice to see them getting along like that.

Noticing Dorothy, Alex turned towards her and used his Third Eye. She was indeed pregnant with quadruplets. It was just that the kids were still too small, hence there weren’t any obvious signs of pregnancy just yet. Despite that, this was enough to make Alex overwhelmed. He put down the frying pan and rushed over to give her a big hug.

Staring into her eyes lovingly, he said, “Darling!”

He was even this close to placing his hand on her stomach.

Seeing just how loving her daughter and son-in-law were, Claire couldn’t help but feel glad. However, she couldn’t help but burn up after thinking back to how Alex pressed down on her thighs,

“Mom, there are still two dishes left. You can cook them however you like!”

“I have to speak to Dorothy about something. We’ll be upstairs.”

Alex was so excited that he carried Dorothy and practically ran upstairs to their room, closing the door behind them immediately.

Claire walked out of the kitchen and looked to the second floor. She blushed, thinking that the two missed each other so much that they wanted to do it immediately after meeting up. However, she still had no idea that she was about to become a grandmother soon.

Even so, as young and beautiful as Claire looked now, many would definitely misunderstand if she brought children out with her.

In the room, Alex was caressing Dorothy’s stomach gently, smiling like an idiot. He could sense the four little children. He could even feel their Chi bonding with his through their blood relation. Although currently the size of peas, he could still feel their presence.

Dorothy asked, “Why are you back all of a sudden? Didn’t you say you couldn’t?”

Alex produced a graduation certificate.

Reading it, Dorothy was surprised. “It’s just been a few days, but you’ve managed to graduate already? Is it really that easy to get a certificate from Flying Eagles Academy? Or did you attend some kind of extreme training class?”

Alex smiled. “Of course not. Do you really think just anyone could get a certificate in such a short amount of time? I think I’m the only one in the entire academy to be able to achieve this!”

After that, Alex explained everything that happened within Flying Eagles Academy to Dorothy.

Rationally, he didn’t mention his current relationship with the Fairy Doctor. He even specifically mentioned the conflict he had with the Becks. He also omitted the parts where Phoebe was involved, instead directing the cause to the benefit of his master, Jade.

After a long talk, the two laid down on the bed. Dorothy then shifted her body onto his.

Alex froze. “You’re pregnant. It’s not fitting that you do this in the first three months.”

She smiled gently. “Are you dumb? Think I’m just the average person?”

“Uhm…”

“Don’t worry, I’ll form a circle to protect them. They won’t be hurt in any way. I won’t allow that.”

Alex gulped and thought to himself, ‘Placing a protective circle in her own stomach? She really is extraordinary, huh?’

Although he had spent the whole of last night with the Fairy Doctor, he had regained quite a lot of stamina. Moreover, the Chaos Tree within his mind palace seemed to be providing him chaos Chi energy and rejuvenating his body from time to time.

Within half a day, his energy had completely refilled itself.

After a short while, Claire was done cooking, and she headed upstairs to call them down to eat together. Just then, she heard noises coming from Dorothy’s room, followed by a rhythmic “thud”.

She was worried that the two were fighting inside, hence she rushed upstairs and placed her ear to the door.

In an instant, she was startled. Her face turned red, her entire body felt weak as her skin tingled everywhere. She immediately ran off and went back to her room. After quite a while of hesitation, she opened her closet and took out a toy that was hidden at the back of one of the drawers…

It was calling to her as if it were a demon.

Spencer was currently sitting on a stool in an unfinished building in California. A woman handed him a document. “King Spencer, this is all the information you wanted.”

Colton was the Left-Wing Lieutenant of the Flying Eagles troops. The three Heavenly Kings worked under the lieutenant, and Spencer was one of them. Hence everyone referred to him as King Spencer.

Spencer opened the document bag and took out a list. It contained the names of everyone who was even remotely related to Alex.

As expected, the first was Brittany. The second, on the other hand, was Noah from the Rockefeller family. After Alex left the family, many heard that William was Bill’s adopted child. However, the woman who Spencer hired didn’t really research anything in detail, and since Noah was still technically his blood relative, he was naturally included within this capture list.

Almost all of the Rockefellers were listed here as well. Following them were the names of Alex’s ex-wife and her family.

Moreover, Brittany’s birth family, the Melvises, were listed as well.

Following those were Waltz, Maya, Hailey, Michelle, and Keith, who was considered quite close with Alex. Even Anna, Sky, and the others were listed as well.

Spencer skimmed through the list. “Alright, go capture them according to this list!”

The woman asked. “What if they resist?”

Spencer chuckled with an icy undertone. “Then bring their heads back instead. The Madame wants a bloodbath, so it would be no different even if we beheaded them.”

The woman smiled. “That’ll be way more convenient then!”

“To prevent this news from spreading, you should go in two teams,” Spencer said. “Start from the Rockefeller manor and the Assex’ for now. Head out by nine and come back before midnight, is that alright?”

“We will definitely complete this mission!”
