Chapter 231

“We haven’t crossed anyone!”

Hadwin analyzed the situation, “If it were just one thing, then we can consider it a coincidence. However, several things have happened simultaneously. Consider things carefully. Have you not offended anyone recently, Uncle Dermot?

“Come to think of it, your collaboration with Tang Fusion Studios was a done deal, but they suddenly

to the cancellation of the

notified us that you offended someone you shouldn’t have. That led 2,

collaboration.”

Dermot’s heart dropped when he heard that. He remembered his daughter arguing with Bonnie when Tang Fusion Studios canceled their collaboration with his family. Back then, he dismissed the idea that Bonnie had anything to do with it.

With so much happening just now, he could not imagine Bonnie being the culprit. After combining these two incidents, Dermot agreed it was not all just a coincidence. He finally began to consider if Bonnie was behind all this.

Dermot whipped around to glare at Bonnie, eager to see if things were as he suspected. Meanwhile, Bonnie looked back at Dermot with a lukewarm smile. The latter grew increasingly anxious when he saw Bonnie’s casual demeanor.

A moment later, he muttered a name, “Bonnie.”

“What was that, Uncle Dermot?” Hadwin froze upon hearing the name. “Did you just say Bonnie’s name? Do you think she has something to do with this?”

“I–I don’t know. I-” Dermot stopped when his wife received a call from Tang Fusion Studios.

“Sorry to bother you, Ms. Nia, but I couldn’t reach your husband.”

Nia did not understand why Tang Fusion Studios would call so suddenly. She asked, “Is there something I can help you with?”

“You’ve been causing trouble for Tang Fusion Studios repeatedly. Mr. Hamish stated that the Dyngards and Tang Fusion Studios cannot coincide in the same city.”

Since Nia’s phone was on speaker, Dermot, including Hadwin, who was on the line with him, heard everything. Hadwin’s heart pounded as he asked in astonishment, “Is it all Bonnie’s doing? Why would Mr. Hamish do so much for an intern like her?”

“Bonnie’s an intern at Tang Fusion Studios?!“–

“Yeah, Trina and I went there to bid for a project a while back. It was for the same project they terminated with you, Uncle Dermot. We encountered Bonnie there, and she was the reason they chose to cooperate with the Swifts.

“She was also why Mr. Hamish told the security to throw me and Trina out,” Hadwin said through

gritted teeth.

Dermot’s head buzzed as he gazed at Bonnie. Meanwhile, Hadwin added, “You mentioned Bonnie just now. Is she with you now? What happened between you two?”

Dermot felt bitter. After everything he and his daughter said, he might as well be dead if he believed Bonnie had nothing to do with his family’s downfall. He told Hadwin, “I’ll explain things later. I need to get through this crisis first.”

After hanging up the call, he gritted his teeth and approached Bonnie. “There’s no deep–seated grudge between you and my family. Why go to such lengths to kick us out of the city?”

Avril and Daken had exchanged countless glances at this point. They could see the overwhelming shock in each other’s eyes. Indeed, they realized Bonnie had something to do with those earlier incidents.

Still, the duo did not know how she managed it and who she was. It was as if the more they knew, the more mysterious Bonnie became.

Chapter 232

Bonnie calmly looked at Dermot, saying, “It’s amusing that you said that, Mr. Dermot. Would your daughter have criticized me if I wasn’t this capable? Do you think it would’ve been okay if you that private room from us if I were this capable?

“What about the rest of you, who mocked me as a country bumpkin? You all looked at me with disdain. Brittany instigated you all into ganging up on me. I’ve shown enough mercy by allowing the rest of you to remain in this city.

“I simply can’t bother to deal with you all. Otherwise, I can send all your families to jail for slandering me.”

Dermot reddened with anger while Nia sneered at Bonnie. Meanwhile, their daughter, being so young, could not contain her temper. She scolded, “Don’t push it, Bonnie. My dad already apologized to you, yet you insist on being aggressive. Why are you so malicious?”

Bonnie’s patience grew thin for the trio as she said, “So, it’s okay for you to come at me, but I’m malicious for retaliating? When did your family get the right to dictate the rules?”

Brittany was about to retort, but her mother stopped her in time. Although Nia halted Brittany’s actions, the former’s gaze toward Bonnie remained disdainful. Even Dermot stood with forced tolerance, ready to avenge his family’s dignity when the opportunity arose.

Bonnie knew arguing with such despicable people was less effective than resorting to fists. She said, ”

I advise you to leave the city voluntarily, or I’ll bring this case to court tomorrow.”

“You despicable little bitch! I’ll rip you to shreds!” Brittany tried to break free from her mother’s

grasp.

However, Nia and Dermot pulled her back together, saying, “Brittany! Don’t be impulsive!”

“Let’s leave.”

Avril felt satisfied as she watched the trio leave in a pathetic state. She watched until they disappeared wholly before turning to look at Bonnie. “Now you can admit you were behind those things, right,

Bonnie?”

Bonnie nodded and said, “Yeah, I’ll admit it. I notified Hamish about them. As for the sudden discovery of the artifacts, that wasn’t my doing. I texted Hamish just now, and he was just as surprised as I was.”

Avril was stunned and then burst into laughter. “Wow, it sounds like a natural disaster! I bet even God couldn’t stand Brittany and her family and had to intervene.”

Bonnie found the coincidence amusing.

“By the way, Bonnie, my mom is returning from her business trip soon. She’s been wanting to meet you. Would you like to visit my house sometime? My mom wants to cook for you.”

Bonnie felt she could not refuse Avril’s generous invitation and could only agree.

Meanwhile, the Dyngards sat in their home, looking miserable. Brittany whined, “Dad, I don’t want to leave the city!”

“I don’t want to, either, but Mr. Hamish is on Bonnie’s side. We’ll go bankrupt if we resist!” Dermot scolded.

Nia added, “No one would’ve expected Mr. Hamish to be Bonnie’s backer.”

At that point, the Dyngards would be idiots if they could not figure out who Bonnie’s benefactor was. Brittany gritted her teeth in hatred. Suddenly, she had a bright idea.

Chapter 233

“Mom, Dad, I heard Bonnie has a secret lover. Still, I don’t know whether or not it’s true. We can hire someone to follow her. If the rumor turns out to be true, we can catch them in the act and then inform Mr. Hamish.

“We can show him Bonnie’s true colors. She won’t be so arrogant then. Mr. Hamish won’t continue oppressing us once he sees that.”

Dermot and Nia lit up. One of them asked, “Is the source trustworthy?”

“A friend of mine told me about it. Bonnie’s classmate is spreading the word. There must be some truth to it, right? That’s why I suggested tracking Bonnie and contacting some of her classmates. We’ll find out the truth sooner or later.”

“At this point, it seems like the only thing we can do.”

Since Ivor’s birthday was on the fourteenth of August, Bonnie took a leave of absence from all her work to accompany him to the mall. Ivor brought her to a women’s clothing store, picked up a dress, and held it against her, saying, “This one suits you.

He then placed a pair of shoes near Bonnie’s feet and said. “These shoes will go perfectly with that dress. We’ll pick a suitable bag and some jewelry to complete the look later.‘

))

He pictured how Bonnie would look after dressing up. Looking at Ivor bustling around, she said, Today’s your birthday, not mine. I’m supposed to buy you gifts. Why are you buying me things instead?”

((

Ivor smiled. “What’s the difference? Whether it’s your birthday or mine, I want to be with you and make you the happiest person in the world.”

His words touched Bonnie, but she suppressed her emotions, saying, “I didn’t expect you to be such a

smooth talker.”

“That’s where you’re wrong. That wasn’t smooth talk. It was just the truth.” Ivor looked at Bonnie indulgently.

“Whatever.” Bonnie could not bear his gaze, so she avoided it and went to the other side of the store.

Ivor smirked and then picked out a few more clothes to compare them to Bonnie.

“All right, let’s go.” Bonnie pulled his hand away. “I’ll take you to the men’s clothing store across the street. Since it’s your birthday, you can pick whatever you want.”

Ivor felt good when Bonnie held his hand. “You can help me pick a gift. I’ll pay for it.”

Bonnie glanced at him disdainfully. “So, you think I can’t afford to buy you a gift?”

Ivor knew he had hurt her pride and quickly explained, “Th–that’s not what I meant. It’s just that

things in this mall are expensive, and you’re still a student. I feel bad experting you to pay for me.”

After leading Ivor to the men’s clothing store, Bonnie released his hand and said, “Don’t worry about the price, and pick whatever you want. I can afford it.”

Finally, Ivor remembered something. He said, “I forgot about the time you tricked Xavier into giving you so much money.”

Bonnie resisted the urge to roll her eyes again. “What do you mean trick? I told you I outsmarted

him.

“Oh, right. You outsmarted Xavier. Sorry.” Ivor laughed and then looked at the clothes in the store. You can help me choose now.

Bonnie started carefully picking the clothes. She wanted to choose them based on Ivor’s

temperament, but she realized handsome men looked good in anything.

Ivor tried on several sets of clothes she picked, and each one was stunning. Bonnie could not help but mutter, “You’re a male version of a femme fatale.”

“Hmm? What was that?” Ivor suddenly leaned closer to Bonnie.

Chapter 234

Bonnie’s heart pounded as she tried to conceal her nervousness. She quickly grabbed a random piece of clothing and pushed it to Ivor, saying, “This one will look great on you! Quick, try it on!”

Ivor beamed, saying, “If you think it’s good, then it must be amazing. Wait, I’ll try it on for you.” Bonnie patted her chest as she watched him enter the fitting room. “This guy’s trying to seduce me,” Suddenly, a familiar voice sounded, “Who’s seducing you?”

Bonnie froze before turning, only to see Avril’s curious and nosy expression. “Come on, Who’s trying to seduce you? Also, who just entered the fitting room?”

When she came just now, she only saw Ivor’s back.

tell me.

“He’s, uh…” Bonnie frowned. Before she could properly introduce Ivor, Avril exclaimed, “I got it! I know who he is! It’s the owner of the Maybach, right?!”

Bonnie was about to nod when Ivor opened the door and walked out, looking elegant and charming.

“Oh my God! He’s so handsome!” Avril covered her mouth, her jaw almost dropping in shock.

Bonnie did not think Avril’s expression was exaggerated. After all, Ivor’s stunning looks were undeniable.

“Bonnie, you’re so lucky! You have such a handsome boyfriend!”

Bonnie smiled and walked up to Ivor. “This outfit looks good, too, plus the dozen or so sets we bought

earlier.”

“How generous of you.” Ivor gave Bonnie a thumbs–up. “You’re splurging.

“It’s nothing.” Bonnie took out her card and approached the cashier, which puzzled Avril. She quickly caught up with Bonnie and asked hushedly, “Why are you paying?”

Avril was in disbelief, thinking Ivor was a gold digger for letting Bonnie pay. It was not that women should not pay, but the mall was well–known for its luxurious pricing. Every piece of clothing was

costly.

“Today’s his birthday,” Bonnie explained.

“Oh, no wonder. Still, there are over a dozen outfits to pay for. That must cost quite a bit of money. Do you have enough? If not, I can lend you some.”

It was Bonnie’s first time encountering someone who offered to lend her money. She thought it was pretty novel. From that, she could tell Avril was a genuinely considerate friend.

“Hello there, I’m ready to pay.” Bonnie placed the dozen or so outfits on the counter as she spoke. After scanning the items, the cashier said, “Your total is 6,359.99.”

Chapter 235

“Whoa!” Avril gasped.

‘That’s a scary amount! It’s almost as high as my family’s monthly profit.”

She was shocked at the amount of money Bonnie had.

Beep!

The sound of the card swipe signaled success. Avril stared at the card Bonnie had just used in disbelief, stammering, “B–Bonnie, where did you get so much money from?”

“I earned it, of course.”

“You earned it? What do you do for a living?”

“Well, um, it’s hard to explain. I’ll tell you when I get the chance.”

“Okay, I won’t pry, Still…” Avril looked at Ivor, waiting at the entrance. She frowned and added, Bonnie, as a friend, I can’t help but say this guy’s handsome. Still, you can’t always be the one paying. You may end up suffering in the future.”

Bonnie was about to say Ivor had always been spending money on her. Instead, she said, “I’m living at his place now. I eat, drink, and use all the utilities without paying.”

“Wait, you’re living with him? Are you two housemates or something? Bonnie, although that’s normal these days, you mustn’t let him deceive you. When he uses all your money and uses your feelings against you, you’ll be heartbroken and desperate.”

Avril was genuinely concerned about Bonnie’s living situation.

The latter feared Avril would jump to conclusions and explained, “His grandfather has known me for a long time. I moved into their house because of our relationship.”

“Jeez, you scared me half to death. I thought he was taking advantage of you.” Avril sighed in relief and patted her chest.

Bonnie chuckled at Avril’s analogy. The former wondered how Avril would react if she realized she had accused the CEO of Knight Group of taking advantage of Bonnie.

Suddenly, Bonnie stopped and abruptly turned around to look somewhere. Avril asked in puzzlement, “What’s wrong? What are you looking at?”

Bonnie squinted. “Someone was taking pictures just now.”

“Who would be taking pictures?” Avril was stunned before running toward the direction Bonnie was looking. After turning the corner and looking around, she did not see anyone there.

“No one’s here. Are you sure you weren’t seeing things? Besides, we’re not celebrities. Why would anyone want to take pictures of us?”

Meanwhile, Bonnie stroked her chin, lost in thought.

Although Avril might not be a public figure, Bonnie’s identity as Ms. Bonita was even more attention- grabbing than that of a celebrity. Very few people knew about her identity, and everyone who did was highly reliable at keeping it a secret.

Bonnie wondered who was taking her pictures and even thought Avril was the target. Nonetheless, the former could not discern the purpose behind it.

Avril said, “All right, let’s not worry about that. It’s not every day I get to see your boyfriend. Let’s find a restaurant to eat at. My treat.”

Ivor had an excellent impression of Avril when he heard the term boyfriend. He said, “How can I let a lady treat me to dinner? Since I’m Bonnie’s boyfriend, I should treat you two to a meal instead.”

Bonnie raised a brow at him. “You’re my what now?”

“You will be soon enough.” Ivor smiled.

‘So, this guy isn’t Bonnie’s boyfriend yet. Still, I feel their relationship is moving fast, considering Bonnie didn’t object to him being her boyfriend and how they interact.‘

“You don’t need to feel embarrassed. Bonnie told me it’s your birthday today. I can’t let you treat us

to a meal. Besides, we’re meeting for the first time, and I didn’t prepare any gifts. I can’t face you if you don’t let me treat you.”

Since Avril said so, Ivor did not argue.

Chapter 236

Afterward, the trio found a nearby restaurant and ordered food. Meanwhile, Hamish received photos of intimate moments between Bonnie and Ivor.

“Who’s spying on Ms. Bonnie?” Hamish muttered, and the phone rang

“Mr. Hamish, these photos were taken by someone I sent. They’re unedited. If you don’t believe it, you can have technicians verify them. I suggest you don’t waste time. Bonnie and that guy are at the Agate Hotel. If you come over now, you can catch them red–handed.”

Hamish frowned. “Who are you?”

“I’m Dermot from the Dyngard family.”

Now, Hamish understood what was going on.

Hamish continued calmly, “What’s your purpose in doing this?”

“Mr. Hamish, I know you and Bonnie have a close relationship. I was shocked when I saw her with another man. She’s even using your money on him. I couldn’t stand it, so I took these photos and sent them to you. I hope you won’t let Bonnie deceive you anymore”

The whole Dyngard family was relying on Hamish to put Bonnie down.

After tapping the table several times, Hamish asked, “Where are you all now? In Pyralis?”

Dermot suddenly became nervous, sweat dripping from his forehead. He was scared and dared

not to answer. “I… I…”

“Don’t try to lie to me,” Hamish said coldly.

Dermot wiped the sweat from his forehead, trembling. “Mr. Hamish, we didn’t deliberately disobey your orders to leave. It’s just some things delayed us.”

Hamish narrowed his eyes, “Oh? Did you get delayed for so long? All right, you said Bonnie is now at the Agate Hotel?”

“Yes, Mr. Hamish.”

“Do you want me to go over?”

This question puzzled Dermot. He thought, ‘Bonnie is your woman. Your woman has already cuckolded you,

and she even used your money to keep another man. Aren’t you concerned at all? Aren’t you anxious? Aren’t you angry?”

“All right then. You should come with me as well.” Hamish stood up, put on his coat, and headed out.

Chapter 237

“Okay, Dad, I got it. Don’t worry, I won’t cause you any trouble,” Brittany assured.

“Let’s not waste any more time. Hurry up.”

Bonnie was still unaware of the situation between the Dyngard family and Hamish. With all the dishes on the table served, the three of them began eating.

Avril picked up a dish for Bonnie. “Try this. It’s their specialty. See how it tastes?”

“Okay.” Bonnie took a few bites, generously praising, “The chef’s skill is pretty good.”

“Right? So, for my mom’s fiftieth birthday, my dad specially invited the head chef from this place.”

Bonnie put down her utensils. “Your mom is turning fifty? Why haven’t you mentioned it before? Are we not friends?”

Avril hurriedly explained, “No, of course not. I didn’t mention it before because my mom didn’t want to celebrate her birthday. My dad only persuaded her several days ago, and they just decided on it.”

Afterward, she added, “Bonnie, you must come.”

“Okay, I’ll be there.”

Just then, there was a knock on the door.

“Is that the waiter? That’s strange. They’ve already served all our dishes. Why are they still knocking?” Avril muttered in confusion as she went to open the door.

After opening the door, Avril was instantly stunned.

It was Dermot, Brittany, and Hamish outside the door.

Bonnie was also surprised, looking at Hamish, who silently signaled to her, indicating there would be a show soon.

Seeing Bonnie and Ivor sitting together, Brittany couldn’t hold back and shouted, “Mr. Hamish, look! We didn’t lie to you. Bonnie is a fickle woman, cheating on you with other men, keeping a lover behind your back! She’s a disgraceful woman!”

With a sharp smack, Hamish mercilessly slapped Brittany’s face.

Brittany’s face swelled visibly in an instant.

This slap left Brittany bewildered while Dermot stood in place like a stump, not moving.

At this moment, Dermot had sensed a hint of something unusual.

“Hmph! Brittany, your mouth stinks! You’re not bad–looking, but every word she says is offensive. Dermot, is this the daughter you raised?”

Dermot gulped. “Mr. Hamish, wh–why did you do this? You’ve already seen it for yourself. Bonnie is meeting other men. My daughter just spoke the truth. Wh–why would you hit her?”

“Dermot, are you blind? They are a perfect match. What’s wrong with them dating?” Hamish’s words once again stunned Dermot and his daughter. They didn’t know what

was going on.

Hamish smiled at Ivor. “Mr. Ivor, sorry to disturb your meal. These people are relentless, always picking on Bonnie. To completely eradicate the problem, I had no choice but to come here with

them.”

“Mr. Ivor? Which Mr. Ivor is this?!” Brittany exclaimed sharply.

Hamish looked coldly at Brittany. “How many Mr. Ivors are there in Pyralis, and how many people would I treat so politely?”

Chapter 238

Dermot and his daughter trembled, their incredulous gaze shifting back and forth

between Bonnie and Ivor.

Avril gulped and couldn’t help but ask, “B–Bonnie, is he the CEO of Knight Group?”

In this situation, Bonnie had to reveal the truth.

“Yes, he is.”

Avril gasped. She finally understood. The person who drove the limited edition Maybach the night Trina and Hadwin got engaged was Ivor, the CEO of Knight Group.

While Brittany and Dermot were shocked, they felt fearful. They were trembling and sweating profusely, their clothes gradually soaked with sweat.

After a while, the two gradually recovered from their shock and fear. When they looked at Bonnie again, they didn’t dare to look down on her anymore.

Hamish looked at the trembling duo and shook his head.

After tonight, there would be no more Dyngard family in Pyralis.

Hadwin called Dermot several times, but no one answered.

“Mom, do you think something happened to Uncle Dermot?”

“It shouldn’t, right? Didn’t your uncle say he wanted to find a way to deal with Bonnie?” Demetria said so, but she still had some hidden worries in her heart.

Hadwin fell silent for a few seconds, his face becoming increasingly gloomy.

“What’s the relationship between Bonnie and Hamish? Could it be true what Uncle Dermot analyzed, that Bonnie hooked up with Hamish?”

Every time he thought about this, Hadwin felt deeply resentful.

If this matter were to spread, people outside would think it wasn’t him who dumped Bonnie but that Bonnie moved on to a bigger giant.

“This is impossible!” Demetria vetoed firmly. “That incompetent girl Bonnie, without any manners, is not even worthy to enter our Rhodes family’s door. Hamish is the CEO of Tang Fusion Studios. How could his family possibly look at Bonnie? As for why Hamish is targeting your uncle’s company, it has nothing to do with Bonnie. It’s probably because

your uncle offended Hamish somewhere else.”

Hearing Demetria’s words, Hadwin nodded in agreement.

“Mom, you’re right, but why haven’t we been able to contact Uncle Dermot until now? We don’t know what’s going on?”

“Who knows? Your uncle said he wanted to catch Bonnie cheating. I told him on the phone that Bonnie couldn’t possibly be Hamish’s girlfriend. If she were, wouldn’t Bonnie be flaunting it everywhere?

“But your uncle insisted on thinking that way. Now we can’t reach him. Who knows what the situation is? Hamish probably didn’t even go, and your uncle also realized he was wrong, so he’s thinking of other ways to turn the situation around. You should send someone over now to check.”

“Okay, Mom, I’ll send someone over now.”

Time was flying by, and school was starting in a week.

It was late at night, close to 11 o’clock. Ivor didn’t come back today because of company

matters.

Jim quietly arrived under Bonnie’s room window, looked around, and swiftly climbed up the wall after confirming that no one was around.

His movements were very clean and neat, leaving no trace.

Just as Jim climbed up, Floyd emerged from behind a nearby tree.

Chapter 239

Today, he was supposed to handle company matters with Ivor, but as they were about to leave, he suddenly had stomach trouble and temporarily stayed at the villa.

Hed

He didn’t expect to witness such a scene.

He wanted to see if Tim was climbing Bonnie’s window in the middle of the night, intending to do something indecent to her.

“Darn it, Tim! I treated him like a brother, and he wants to cuckold my boss?! Let’s see how I catch you today.”

Floyd also quietly climbed up to the second–floor window and saw Bonnie and Tim standing face to face. It seemed they knew each other. It wasn’t as he thought. Tim had no intention of doing something improper to Bonnie.

‘What are they talking about?‘ Floyd couldn’t hear them through the window.

Jim reported on the work he had handled earlier. “Flynn wasn’t sent abroad in the end. Sydney intercepted him in the city and even opened a bar to cover up. Do you want me to send him abroad and keep an eye on him?”

After two seconds of silence, Bonnie replied, “Forget it. Even if Flynn is worthless, he’s still Mr. Sigmund’s grandson. Out of respect for him, we’ll let Flynn go for now. If he does anything bad again in the future, he’ll be dealt with immediately.”

+

“All right, I’ll keep an eye on it. Oh, there’s also the Dyngards. Hamish not only drove them away from Pyralis, but he also expelled them from the country,” Jim continued the

report.

“They brought it upon themselves,” Bonnie said coldly.

Floyd, who was lying on the window, felt anxious. ‘What are they talking about? It seems they’re close! What’s their relationship? Should he report this to the boss now, or should I wait a little longer?”

Currently, nothing happened between Bonnie and Tim. Even if he reported it to the boss,

it wouldn’t cause much of a stir.

‘So it’s better not to alert the enemy and continue to wait here. Maybe I can catch them red– handed.”

Jim rubbed his stomach. “I’ve digested all the food from tonight. Now, it’s perfect for a

late–night snack. Since Ivor isn’t here, let’s go for a late–night snack together, shall we? My treat.”

“All right, I won’t refuse your offer.” Soon, the duo left the villa together.

Floyd followed stealthily, muttering, “What are these two doing out so late at night? Was my previous guess correct? Does Tim have ill intentions and wants to take advantage of Bonnie?”

Floyd became angry again.

‘Tim’s just a snake in the grass!‘

Bonnie looked at Jim and stopped. “You should change back out of your disguise. If Ivor’s people see you like this, they’ll suspect your identity.”

Jim touched his face. “You’re right. It won’t be convenient for me to stay with the Knights and guard you if they find me out.”

“Just wait for me. I’ll be right out.” With that, Jim turned into a nearby public restroom.

Floyd scratched the back of his head. “Tim’s identity? What identity? Isn’t he just a bodyguard?”

Floyd stared at the restroom. Just as he was about to rub his eyes, he saw a familiar person walking out of the restroom.

Jim greeted Bonnie. “Okay, now Ivor’s people won’t find out.”

Bonnie nodded. “Hmm, let’s go for supper.”

Whoosh!

A sound came from nearby. Bonnie and Jim immediately looked toward the sound, only to see Floyd emerging from behind the bushes.
