So, she decided to continue kissing his ear, leaving some teeth marks. Right now, all of his logical mind and calmness were consumed by her sweet kisses and childlike fragrance. His ripped and powerful arms were around Jiang Xiaobai’s soft waist as he pulled her toward him.

The more she said, the angrier she felt. Thus, she gave Xiao Su a thorough scolding. She didn’t know how long her tirade lasted, but she felt tired and fell asleep as she lay against the carpet. After a long while, she woke up to the sound of her phone ringing. Then, she got up and answered the phone drowsily.

“Is this Miss Jiang? We are from the moving company. The situation is like this: our car got into an accident on the road. Until now, we are unable to fix it. So, for the next two days, we are temporarily unable to help you with your move.”

At first, she was still dazed. However, she sat up after listening to those words. “What do you mean? Is your car still not repaired?”

“Then, shouldn’t you send somebody else to help me out? Does your company only have one car?”

Jiang Xiaobai considered her options, then she gave a call to Fang Tangtang in the end. When Fang Tangtang came to pick her up, she was sitting by the roadside with a dark expression. As soon as Fang Tangtang opened the car door, she got in and asked, “Do you have anything to eat?”

“Shut up!” Jiang Xiaobai snarled. “What is there to be so shocked about? It’s just a one-night stand between consenting adults.”

Fang Tangtang was left speechless. She was so shocked by the information that she could not find her words. On the other hand, Jiang Xiaobai finished off the chocolate in several bites and stared pitifully at Fang Tangtang. Looking at her expectant eyes, Fang Tangtang felt speechless again. Then, she reached out her hand and covered Jiang Xiaobai’s eyes. “Just how much did you suffer? Why are you so hungry?”

Hearing those words, the corner of Jiang Xiaobai’s lips twitched. Subsequently, she rolled her eyes at Fang Tangtang. “Don’t ask. If you must ask, it was seven times in one night.”

The hand of the driver, sitting in the driver’s seat, shook when he heard that. Fang Tangtang hastily stopped her. “Alright, stop talking nonsense. You are a girl. Can you mind yourself for a bit? If my family’s driver is so shocked by your words that he can’t drive properly, it could cost us our lives.”

Fine, I love my life. Jiang Xiaobai decided to keep silent since it would affect her safety.

“Come on; be a good girl and stop complaining. When we get back, I’ll ask the kitchen staff to prepare something delicious for you. I guarantee I will satisfy you then.”

Jiang Xiaobai snorted; she was too lazy to reply.

“Still, after sleeping together, shouldn’t you become a couple? Why did you come to me? Don’t tell me you’re the scumbag that refuses to take responsibility after having sex?”

“What?” Jiang Xiaobai replied snappily. “Don’t tell me I’m supposed to beg him to take responsibility? Or should I take responsibility for him instead?”

Jiang Xiaobai scowled. Why do these words seem a little strange? Then, she turned toward Fang Tangtang and asked, “Why do I feel as if you are deliberately digging me a hole with your words?”

“Stop right there! You are digging the hole yourself; not me.”

“You said it yourself that he has somebody else in his heart, so you don’t want him to take responsibility for your actions. On the flip side, doesn’t it mean that if he didn’t have feelings for another woman, you will agree to let him take responsibility?
