Chapter 396: Meeting Old Friends

Keira blush. "W-We are a couple now..." Her head hangs low to avoid Rose’s teasing smile.

"Of course, I know. I mean, have you guys kissed yet?" Rose’s smile grew wider when she saw Keira’s face turn like a ripe tomato.

Rose continued, "Damn it!! I knew it, that beast Oliver Hester was fast..." she couldn’t help but laugh.

"My dear pretty sister... I’m not a minor! Of course, we kissed. We, just like any other couple..." Keira was at a loss for words. How can her sister look like her father... old-fashioned. "Sis, someone said; dating without romance is like eating without drinking. It’s impossible to resist...."

Rose "..."

This gentle and innocent little girl turns out to be wild, too, huh!

"Sis, did you and Evan not kiss right away when you were dating?" Keira’s brows furrowed at her cousin. "Oh-my-god!! Sis, your silent expression meant YES!? No way! For real!? H-How long until you guys first kiss!?"

This Lass! Well, technically, for almost four years, Evan chased after her, and they kissed a few minutes after they started dating.

Is there anything wrong with that?

"Sister Rose, well, I understand you guys didn’t make out right away...." Keira patted Rose’s shoulder gently as if she comforted her. "Oliver and I need time too. Mmm... our first kiss after a week of dating." Keira said proudly.

"How about you and brother Evan? When was your first kiss?"

"Five..."

"Five weeks!? That fast, sis."

Rose shook her head.

Keira was shocked. Not 5 weeks!?

"Five days?"

Rose shook her head again.

"Oh, my lord.... Five months?" Keira was shocked. So long!?

"No! Five minutes..."

Keira, "..."

"Sis... I’m sorry. I thought you were a rookie, but you are a master!!" Keira’s jaw dropped. "S-Sister Rose, please accept my bow now to acknowledge you as my love guru."

Rose rolled her eyes and left Keira walking towards a table near the glass wall with a street view—waiting for their coffee. But before she sat down, she saw a figure she hadn’t seen in years.

A happy smile spread across her lips, causing her eyes to feel blurry; she was delighted to see that person. She silently looked at the long dark-blonde girl at the left table for a moment. Although that girl looked like her best friend, there was doubt in her heart.

Her best friend suddenly disappeared a few years ago, and this girl looked very much like her best friend. Still, somehow, this girl’s aura and the way she spoke were completely different.

Nevertheless, her heart told her that the girl was her best friend. After pondering for a moment, she forces herself to approach her, "Hi, Stella!?"

The girl looked at her with surprised-looking eyes. At a glance, Rose could see the shock in her eyes. She knew immediately that this girl was her long-lost best friend, Stella.

"You’re Stella, are you? Oh my God, Stella... where have you been?" Rose grabbed Stella’s hand as she sat on the chair beside her.

Seeing the girl just staring at her in silence, Rose smiled. "Waah... you forgot me? Damn Stella!! How could you forget me!? I’m Rose..."

The girl, frozen for a while, slowly turned her gaze to the man sitting in front of her. Through her eyes, she asked the man’s permission to speak.

At the same time, Rose realized that a handsome young man was sitting at the table with Stella. She was stunned to see the man’s handsomeness which was not much different from Evan’s. But their aura is much different—If Evan was like a warm and pleasant spring, this man was like winter, looking cold and aloof.

Who is this man? Stella boyfriend!?

After seeing the man in front of her nod, Stella’s tense heart finally calmed. "R-Rose Wilson... I, I remember you." An awkward smile framed Stella’s face as she looked at Rose.

"Hahaha, I know... You must be Stella, my best friend. Stella, even though you’ve changed a lot now, I still recognize you. I will never forget you..." Rose pulled Stella into her arms and hugged her warmly. After more than four years, they parted without a word, and now she found her again.

"Rose, can I speak to my friend?" Stella saw the man now standing.

"Sure! Sorry if I bothered you guys. Alright... continue your chat. I sat at the next table..." Rose then left Stella.

"Abort the mission!" The man whispered.

"Y-Yes! I’m sorry, sir...." Stella was upset that she had made a fatal mistake—she didn’t expect anyone to know her while on this vital mission. Rose wouldn’t have recognized her if she had disguised herself correctly.

Now that this critical mission was aborted, Stella realized a punishment was waiting for her. She could only curse herself in her heart and shut her mouth tightly, afraid that the following words would make her leader even angrier.

"Ten minutes! You have ten minutes to clean up this mess!" The man whispered and left without looking back.

Stella looked at the man’s back with mixed feelings. After the man disappeared from her sight, she adjusted her facial expression—with a warm smile, she looked at Rose and walked towards her.

"Rose, sorry to keep you waiting..." Stella’s voice sounded cheerful, but a storm raged in her heart. She had to clean up this mess quickly or be in huge trouble.

"Stella, I’m sorry if your boyfriend is mad because I interrupted your date..." Rose felt sad to see the man leave Stella with an annoyed look. "Forgive me, huh? I can’t control myself. I’m too happy to see you. Where have you been? Why did you suddenly leave East city?"

Rose looked at her best friend, who looked much different from the one she knew.

This girl used to look weak. But now, her aura was the complete opposite. She looked freezing. Her body was no longer thin, but the muscles in her arms and calves were clearly visible, making her aura feel domineering, like a female soldier.

Did she enter the military academy?

Chapter 397: Kidnapping (1)

Stella smiled, seeing Rose so eager to ask about her. This girl is still the same as before.

"Rose, sorry if I didn’t tell you. But my parents suddenly moved, and I didn’t have a chance to say goodbye to you." Stella felt sorry because her parents suddenly moved to another country, and at that moment, her life changed.

"It’s okay, Stella. What’s important now is you’re safe and healthy...."

"Thank you."

Rose couldn’t hide her joy at seeing Stella’s warm and friendly smile. It was like seeing the old version of Stella she knew, different from the cold demeanor she had seen earlier.

"Stella, you knew my phone number, right!?" Rose saw Stella nod. "But, why do you never call me even once after you move?"

When Stella suddenly disappears, Rose thinks someone has kidnaped her family and killed them. Because there’s no way Stella can move without contacting her by phone or letter, right?"

"I remember your phone number. However, we moved to a remote island with a poor signal at that time. So, I can’t call you..." Stella said while she pushed her thoughts away from glancing at her sports watch. Her time is only ten minutes, she can’t stay here long, or someone will take her life.

Rose softly smiled when she saw her best friend looking guilty, "Hahaha...don’t worry, Stella, I was just wondering where you have been all this time. Now I understand why you suddenly disappeared. All this time, I thought you were swallowed by the earth."

"Well, sorry, Rose. I’ll make sure to stick with you from now on." A faint smile appeared on Stella’s face.

Rose could only reply with a smile. And then Stella continued, "Rose, it looks like you have well-settled in this town. And... you look younger and prettier than the last time we met."

"Hahaha, Stella, stop joking around. You are much prettier than me." Said Rose back, with a laugh at her words of flattery. "Yeah, you’re right, though. I just moved to this city after graduating from college. Ah, you still remember Oliver, don’t you? He also moved to this town...."

"Oliver!? The Oliver in our class? I can’t believe he finally left East City."

"Hahaha. Yeah, surprising. I forced that guy to move out of the city instead of him living there alone. Now he’s helping me build my company. So, we’re working together now. Aah, Stella, if you have time, how about we have dinner with Oliver tomorrow?"

Stella was silent, unable to reply to Rose.

"Are you coming back here for goods or a holiday?" Rose asks.

"For vacation. I’m leaving tonight..." Stella stood up from her seat. She stared at Rose anxiously for a few moments before finally saying goodbye. "Sorry, Rose, I have to go now. I’ll call you later..."

She left so fast!?

Why is she in such a hurry?

When Rose emanated from the shock, Stella had already strolled away hurriedly.

She hasn’t given me her number. How can I contact her if I don’t have her number?

Suddenly a strange feeling rose in her heart—she felt that Stella was trying to avoid her like she wanted to cut ties with her.

Why does she do that!?

"Stella... What happened to you? Why did you turn out like this?" Rose muttered to herself, her eyes flashing with sadness.

Her heart hurts.

Somehow, she felt like she had lost her best friend for the second time.

"Sister..." Keira stood beside Rose while giving her coffee. "Let’s go back to the office. I have a meeting with my division right now." Keira glanced at her watch—she was five minutes late.

"Ah, I’m sorry, Kei, I made you late. You go first. I’ll be waiting for Oscar...." How could she abandon her fool bodyguard!? Someone would be angry if he found out she left without Oscar.

"Are you sure, Sis? I can accompany you for a while until Oscar returns..." Keira was worried about leaving Rose at the coffee shop alone.

"Keira Spencer, you think I’m a first grader!?" Rose shook her head in disbelief. She ignored her as she sat again.

"Hahaha... alright, bye sista..."

Rose, looking at Keira, walked towards the Wilson Tower. But moments later, she saw two burly men in black suits dragging Keira into a black van.

"What the fuck!! Someone kidnapped Keira!!??" Rose sprinted out of the cafe and chased the car, but her efforts were in vain.

At the same time, a taxi stopped near her.

Rose got in as soon as the passengers got off. "Sir, hurry, chase the black van in front!!"

"Sorry, miss, I can’t. My workday is over, and I must return this car to headquarters..." The curly-haired driver smiled kindly at Rose.

"It’s urgent, sir. My sister was kidnapped..." Rose pleaded with the driver, who seemed reluctant to take her.

Rose quickly took out all the money in her purse.

"Sir, this is all the money in my wallet. Please, please take that as your payment..." Rose handed over all the money. "If this money is not enough, I will give more after you help me..."

Her heart sank as the black van got further away. Fear began to take over her mind when she realized that if she couldn’t tail the van, she might never see her cousin again.

While waiting for this middle-aged man driver to answer, her mouth was busy praying—the van would get stuck in traffic.

"This..." The taxi driver was confused. If he picks up this passenger, he will be fined for late returning the car at the base. But hearing this girl’s reason—her sister was kidnapped—he felt guilty if he refused.

"Okay, I’ll follow them..." He stepped on the gas deeper and focused on catching the kidnapper.

"Sir... please hurry!!" Rose’s heart skipped a beat. She was so scared. Fear of losing the car and kidnappers will harm Keira.

After a while, their car was at a safe distance to follow the black van.

"Miss, I suggest you call someone for help because even though we can catch them, I’m afraid we can’t help your sister..."

Instantly Rose cursed herself—she forgot to contact Oscar.

Just when she wanted to make a call, her cellphone rang.

Chapter 398: Kidnapping (2)

She was happy to see Oscar’s name on her phone screen, "Oscars!! K-Keira... someone kidnapped Keira." Rose’s voice trembled, unable to hide how panicked she was.

Oscar’s heart sank. Instantly, he ran out of the mall, "Where are you?"

"I was in the taxi following the kidnapper’s car."

"Boss! Send your GPS now! I’ll find you as soon as possible. And please don’t do anything before I arrive. You can only follow the car from afar..." Oscar ended the call and made another call.

He was standing by the roadside typing fast on his cell phone—He sent a series of instructions to the base. And at the same time, he received Rose’s live location.

It wasn’t long before a black SUV stopped right in front of him.

"Go west!!" He immediately entered Rose’s location into the GPS in the car. "Follow the car on the GPS. Drive faster. I’ll make the road ahead empty..."

Oscar had instructed the base to manipulate the traffic lights. Hopefully, this way, the distance between him and Rose will not be too far.

For the first time in his life, Oscar felt so frightened.

Why!? When he was escorting Rose, there was this incident!? Who dared to kidnap Keira Spencer in broad daylight, in the middle of a busy street!?

"Damn you, kidnapper!! You are dealing with the wrong people. Whoever you are, the punishment you will get is the last day you breathe on this earth!!!" Oscar couldn’t take it anymore. He vented his anger by cursing the kidnappers in his heart.

Then...

He suddenly felt like he was at a crossroads—should he tell Boss Evan about this kidnapping? Is it wiser to inform Boss Evan now or later when he has met Lady Boss?

While in the taxi.

Rose stared intently at the black van in front.

Several times she reminded drivers to keep a safe distance, so the kidnappers wouldn’t notice they were following behind.

She didn’t stop praying, hoping Keira was fine—the kidnapper won’t hurt her.

Who is the kidnapper? Why did they kidnap Keira?

Countless questions appeared in Rose’s mind, and as time passed, her head started to feel hurt from the sudden stress and panic.

Then, she tries to remember this accident in her past life. However, as far as she could remember, there had never been news of the kidnapping of Jayson Spencer’s daughter.

Suddenly, Rose’s body stiffened as she realized that this incident was one of the butterfly effects of her rebirth.

"Oh my God!! Did I cause Keira to be kidnapped?" She was quietly talking to herself as she tried to hold back her tears—too frightened by the situation.

After a few minutes....

"Miss, their car went into the harbor, the old town...."

The taxi driver’s voice pulled Rose out of her thoughts. She was shocked to see her surroundings; only empty streets and old buildings could be seen. It was as if this place was uninhabited, like a ghost town.

This was the first time she had visited this area, and for some reason, she felt uneasy.

"Old town?" Rose muttered. Her eyes were busy searching for the trail of the black van they were following, which had now disappeared.

Their car crossed an empty street flanked by huge buildings—like an abandoned warehouse—on either side. The further they entered the area, the rarer the buildings they passed.

"Sir, what is this place? I had never heard about this place before in the Capital...."

"In the past, this area was used as a warehouse and container port. But, because now there’s a new port and warehouse complex, this place has become empty and mostly abandoned. There are only a few companies still using this area..." The taxi driver explained.

Before long, the taxi stopped near the empty gate, and several shabby warehouses were ahead, radiating horrid views.

"Miss, sorry, I can only escort you here. I can’t go any further...."

Like someone doused her with a bucket of ice, her body froze hearing the taxi driver’s words.

She saw the road ahead, "Sir, is the car we followed in the area?"

"It must be... I can see tire tracks on the road ahead."

"Ah!" Rose could also see tire tracks. She felt a little happy because she succeeded in following the kidnapper’s car. At least she found Keira’s kidnapper’s current position.

"Miss, sorry, I would like to accompany you, but I must return to the city now. And you need to call the police now." Guilt flashed across the taxi driver’s eyes. "This dangerous area. I hope you do not take action before your friend arrives..."

"Thank you for your advice, sir! I have called my friend to come here. He’s a policeman." Rose lied to ensure the taxi driver wouldn’t call the police instead.

Soon...

As the taxi leaves, Rose is now alone in this eerie place. The surroundings were quiet. Not even the sound of the wind could be heard. That place was a bit creepy even though the sun still shone brightly.

After walking discreetly in the area for a few minutes, something worried Rose even more. "Shit!! The phone signal has suddenly gone here. Someone or something must have jammed the signal." Rose said when she saw her cell phone. She couldn’t reach Oscar. "What to do? How could I know Oscar knows my position now!?"

Rose wanted to ask where Oscar’s current position was. But how could she contact him!?

She wanted to wait for Oscar but remembering Keira made her hesitate. She had to do something. She can’t just wait, without doing anything, right!?

After thinking for a while, Rose finally decided to move—to find Keira.

She pulled out a small gun from her bag—she always carries it. After making sure her weapons were ready, she walked towards the warehouse area.

For some reason, she felt like she was in the Combat Shooting Drill arena—shooting practice.

She felt much calmer, having gotten used to doing this—she had completely forgotten that this was not training but a real deal.

One of the first things she did when she entered the area was to look for CCTV.

If there was CCTV in that area, then her movement would be limited, but in a remote location like this, she couldn’t find any CCTV—that should help her a lot.

Chapter 399: Kidnapping (3)

Rose’s body trembled as the cold air pierced her bones. Her btrench coat couldn’t resist the wind that blew from the sea a few meters ahead. If only she could have foreseen an incident like this, she would have worn a thicker winter jacket.

She walked faster while tightening her coat, ignoring the chill in her body. For several minutes following, the visible tire tracks on the snow-covered road made her impatient. She wanted to find a black Van immediately—time was precious now—afraid the bandits would hurt her cousin, Keira. But, after passing several warehouses, he didn’t see the car.

The soundlessness in that place made Rose’s fear begin to appear again.

What if this place is haunted?

He doesn’t like creepy things—like ghosts. So, throughout her life, she rarely watched horror movies.

"God!! If you are near me, please, keep me away from such things...." She silently prayed. But a second later, Rose cursed herself. "Stupid girl!! There’s no ghost during the day!?"

She laughed silently as she quickened her pace.

Not long after, she saw the last shabby gray warehouse near the beach. There was a huge parking lot, but no vehicle was seen there. Only a few rusty containers were stacked in several places in the parking area.

As if the warehouse was waiting for her, its gates opened wide. And just like the warehouse, the security post where people supposedly stay to guard it was empty.

"This must be the place! Is it?" Rose wondered.

She scanned the surroundings to see if the kidnappers were hiding in not-easily-see spots. However, after observing for a while, she didn’t notice any movement in the warehouse area with two large doors—closed tightly.

This warehouse is so long. Maybe about two or three football fields long, with a height of about 8 to 10 meters. Rows of glass windows above are neatly lined up to the end. And there are two small buildings near the main warehouse.

When she looked at the area beside the warehouse, she saw a black van parked beside the building. Instantly, her heart beat faster.

Finally, she found the car that took Keira.

"Kei! Please wait for me. I will save you." Rose quietly talked to herself and moved forward near the car. She wanted to check if Keira was still in that car or...

When she got to the car, she saw nothing in it. And near the vehicle, she saw neither the window nor the door.

How could she enter the warehouse if the door was tightly shut?

Suddenly she felt her head spinning.

After some time, she walked behind the warehouse. Her faint smile appeared when she saw an open window at the end of the building.

She has a chance to save Keira!

Even though Rose didn’t have any grand plans to save Keira from that place, she was determined. Right now, the only thing on her mind was; she had to find Keira.

When she arrived by the window, she felt like crying. How could she climb that almost two-meter-high wall if there were no trees by the window and no ladder?

Damn it!!

Rose was eager to learn from Sam how to climb a wall without a ladder. She had seen Sam climb the wall several times without any effort. He was a martial arts expert, and this kind of wall was a piece of cake for him.

"Sam!! If I get out of this place alive. You have to teach me that trick!!!"

Although it was difficult to climb the window, she was grateful—to find his way into this warehouse.

Now, she was trying to find a way to get good up there—observing her surroundings, maybe there was something she could use to get up there.

Later...

She saw several wooden packet boxes on the far side of the building, near the small building she had seen earlier.

After finding the area safe, she hurriedly moved the wooden box under the window. She arranged five wooden boxes—she was finally able to reach the window.

Before Rose climbed up, she tried to hear any sound from the room. A few seconds passed, and no sound was heard. She climbed up and entered the room without difficulty.

She was proud of herself because today she was wearing jeans and sneakers. She might have had difficulty entering this room if she had been wearing a skirt.

And, the physical training she had gone through so far was beneficial. She could jump gracefully on top of the machine by the window without making any sound. She hid as she landed on the floor.

Rose was stunned when she saw the room filled with rusty machines. The room was huge and could accommodate about twenty SUV cars. On the other side, she saw a tightly closed door.

For a while, she didn’t dare move. She could only hide behind the machine while hearing the voices around her. Worried that someone is in the room.

After making sure no sound could be heard from behind the door, she decided to open the door. She felt lucky that the door wasn’t locked.

Through the gap in the open door, she peeked. Again what she saw surprised her. In front of her was lined with machines bigger than the ones in the room. And she still didn’t understand what kind of machines were in that place. She also saw many large pressure tanks two meters high in the corner and many large boxes neatly arranged.

The room was lit by light pouring in from the neatly arranged glass windows above, close to the high ceiling.

"There’s no one here! How could it be?"

She was sure the black van outside the warehouse was the car that kidnapped Keira.

But why is this place empty? Is there another room at the end?

"Should I move now or..." The fear of being caught filled her mind.

Rose worries because she doesn’t know how many people are in this warehouse. She felt confident that if there were only 10 people, she could beat them all—though with difficulty and with the help of a gun she was holding now.

However, if it was more than that, she wasn’t sure she would be able to get out of this place alive. Because her ammo is limited, and her martial arts are still at beginner level. So, she could only rely on her gun.

She had to find out where those people had hidden Keira, so she could make her next move.

Before she moves forward, she prays in her heart—she hopes Oscar finds them soon.

After walking to the other side of the warehouse, she saw that there were two doors and a staircase. She decided to go up to the second floor. She was sure these people were hiding Keira there.

While in Oscar’s car, the situation is equally intense.

"Mr. Jennings, we lost the GPS signal!!"

Oscar jumped in surprise when he heard the driver suddenly shout. He looks at the GPS on the dashboard. His heart tightened when he saw Rose’s position stop a few miles ahead.

He didn’t know much about the city because he rarely came to this country. He would only go to headquarters or Aidan’s restaurant if he visited here.

"Has she arrived, or is the signal gone!?" Oscar asks. From the look of the GPS screen, he wasn’t sure if Rose had stopped at that point or if her phone had lost signal.

The driver didn’t say anything.

"Do not talk too much!! Hurry up... follow the last location before the PGS signal stops!" shouted the black-haired man sitting next to the driver.

"Yes, Sir!!" The driver stepped on the gas, and the car moved fast.

Oscar pinched his temples and suddenly felt his head hurt, hearing them, "Do you know which area it is?"

"If I’m not mistaken, the location is in the old town; the warehouse and port area are no longer in use. That area is an underground place for lowly gangsters in this city. Mr. Jennings, why is the lady boss going to that area?" The driver asked.

The driver was confused by the sudden assignment he had just received this afternoon. He was asked to be on standby around Collins Mall. He had just parked his vehicle when he was suddenly asked to pick up Mr. Jennings in front of the mall—he didn’t know what mission he was on. What he heard from Mr. Jennings and the Leader, they’re now following Lady Boss’s GPS live location.

The black-haired man frowned as he turned to look at the driver beside him, "Stop asking! Just take this car as fast as you can!!"

Oscar took a deep breath hearing the conversation between the two people in front. But he didn’t say anything. His mind is in a mess right now. He was too scared to know that Lady Boss was in a remote area, and why did her cell phone signal suddenly disappear? Was she also arrested!?

Instantly he could feel his thoughts tormenting him.

"Lady boss! Please wait... I will find you..." Oscar said quietly to himself.

Chapter 400: Kidnapping (4)

Inside the warehouse.

"Boss, this beauty is so alluring. Can we taste her beauty?" The man with a scar on his face said. His eyes sharply looked at the girl sleeping on the bed; Even though the girl’s hands were tied and her mouth was gagged, she was still attractive. Her seductive body was curled up on the bed.

When he kidnapped and brought this girl here, he couldn’t forget the scent of her that lingered in his mind. It felt like he wanted to hug her and fuck her.

The bald man sneered at the man with the scar on his side. "You forgot? The employer forbids us to touch her!"

"Don’t worry, Boss. People that hire us will never know if we don’t say anything, right!?" The man with a scar laughed slightly. "Look, how beautiful her eyes are. This little girl’s eyes beg us to fuck her. Just do it, Boss. Opportunities like this don’t come every day...." he said. There was a glint of fire in his eyes. He also wanted to get a chance after his Boss finished with her.

The bald man was tempted when he saw the girl’s slightly exposed chest area. He could see her long neck and cleavage as if calling him. He was confused now—he’d never done anything like this, breaking a deal with the employer. Especially if he knew the person who asked him to kidnap this girl.

Should he do it!?

His eyes fell on the girl. He could see the anger in her sharp gaze.

He massaged his forehead, trying to think for a moment before deciding.

"Boss, this girl is still young. I can guess she’s still a virgin...." The man with the scar on his face strolled toward the girl. Then, he sat on the edge of the bed, holding her chin.

When his eyes met the girl’s furious gaze, he smiled. "Boss, this girl was sent by a God for you to enjoy. When will you get a beautiful girl and still be a virgin like this? Just do it, Boss...." He stroked the girl’s hair and brought his head close to smell her flowery scent.

Just before his nose touched the girl’s hair, he suddenly felt his head hurt, like a rock hit his forehead. He moved away from the girl and met her fiery eyes staring intently at him.

Damn it! This girl dares to smack her forehead against his!? How dare she!

In anger, his strong hands grabbed the girl’s hair tightly.

"Bitch!! You can’t wait to sleep with me, can you!?" The man with a scar on his face laughed at the girl’s annoyed expression. "No worries... I will fuck you later after my Boss is satisfied playing with you..." With his other hand, he caressed the girl’s cheek. His heart felt hotter when he touched her soft cheek.

"Where are the others?" The man with a bald head asks in his low and hoarse voice.

The man with the scar on his face stood up. He walked over to his Boss. "They were in the underground, having lunch and doing their job as usual. Boss, you are our leader. No one will intervene if you play with this girl..." he said while a playful smile framed his ugly face. "But Boss, I hope you also allow me to fuck her. This girl is so sexy. I can’t hold my urge to fuck her."

The bald man just nodded. What his men said was true. This girl is very sexy. She can awaken his lust that has been buried for a long time. He never touched women after they lived in this secluded place. And somehow, seeing this beautiful girl sleeping on his bed made his heart shake.

"Okay, Boss! I’ll be waiting outside to guard the door..." The man with the scar on his face smiled widely. He was too happy that his Boss had agreed to his idea.

"There’s no need to guard the door. You can check the underground and make sure those boys there have finished packing before we send the ’package’ to port number seven. Remember! Transaction at 9 pm. Don’t make any mistakes..." The bald man warned him.

"YES, BOSS!!" The man with the scar on his face shouted. He left the room in a hurry. He had to return to this room again to wait his turn.

For a moment, the man with a bald head stared at the girl silently.

He could see the girl glaring at him as if she wanted to kill him with her flaming eyes. He was smiling, looking at her. This was the first time he had met a brave woman like her. There was not the slightest bit of fear in her eyes.

"Do you want to say something?" When he saw the girl nodding her head furiously, he slowly walked towards her and removed the gag.

"You bastard!!! Who sent you to kidnap me? Do you know who I am?" Keira Spencer’s voice trembled with anger. Even though she was petrified, she was trying not to show it. If this damn man saw her scared, he would probably treat her even more cruelly. She wouldn’t give him a chance to treat her like that. Never!

The bald man laughed softly.

This girl is fearless. Shouldn’t she be crying and begging him!? Interesting.

The bald man ignored the girl’s angry gaze. He sat on the side of the bed. "Is there anything else you want to say? If not..."

"Listen... I’ll pay you ten times what you received from the person who asked you to kidnap me. Let me go...." Keira Spencer knew this man was the leader. She’s going to try to get this guy to change sides.

This was all she could do—she couldn’t fight them even if she knew martial arts. Their bodies were much bigger than hers, probably stronger too. She could only try to negotiate with this man. She could sense that this man was not as bad as his fool subordinates.

The bald man didn’t answer Keira. He just laughed as his hand slowly grabbed Keira’s shirt and took her shirt off forcefully.

Keira’s eyes widened in shock.
