Ever since he obtained the inheritance from his ancestors, his life took a dramatic turn and he found himself surrounded by beautiful women all the time.
Iris, Cynthia, Roanne, and the others were all great beauties, so after spending time with them, he began to grow numb toward beautiful women.

Considering everyone's safety, it was best for Leon not to reveal his true identity so that the Southern Boss would not be alarmed.
Hence, he claimed to be Hugh Wolf, the vice-president of Cynthion Group, hoping that he would be able to find traces of the Southern Boss with this identity, before eliminating him once and for all.

"Miss Morrison, our chairman has something important to attend to, so he can't come. He sent me here to produce the alchemical pills and seal the deal with the Morrisons. Once I'm done, he'll come to the western region in person," Leon explained.
"So you're here to make the pills!" Realization dawned on Renee.
She never saw Leon in person and did not know that Leon was the only one capable of producing alchemical pills, so she assumed that Leon was far too occupied to travel to the western region and sent an alchemist to his place.
Instantly, she was convinced by Leon's words without a single doubt in her mind.

He assumed that Hugo would welcome him alone and all he needed to do was explain his stance to prevent Hugo from exposing his true identity. To his bewilderment, Hugo came with Renee, which caught Leon by surprise.
Still, he could not tell Renee his true identity and instantly, he felt like he was stuck and could only put up with her attitude.

Who are you to apologize in his place?" Renee scoffed with a dark expression.

"It's fine! This is our chairman's fault, so I don't blame Miss Morrison," Leon said with a smile, not thinking much of her words.
"That's right! You're pretty just, at the very least. That makes you better than Leon, who can't keep his promise." The expression on Renee's face eased slightly when Hugh pointed out Leon's mistakes.
She immediately changed her mind and decided that Hugh was still better than Leon.
"Thank you for the compliment, Miss Morrison." Amused by her comment, Leon smiled.
Seeing as Leon was not offended and Renee was gaining control of her temper, Hugo changed the subject. "Alright. Mister Wolf, let's talk inside. My dad, grandfather, and everyone else is waiting for you in the main hall." "Sure," Leon said, before following the two into the Morrisons' mansion.

Once everyone was seated, Caleb cut to the chase and asked, "Mister Wolf, what's Cynthion Group's plan regarding this collaboration with the Morrisons?"
Though Hugo reached a consensus with Leon that they would work together, that was merely a verbal promise and there were still a lot of details to be decided.
