Ch. 1311..1320
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1311-Dropping the walkie-talkie and crushing it under his foot, Frank stared thoughtfully at the blazing inferno behind himself.
The woman in white who had just shown up at Lanecorp was none other than Silverbell, chief of Morhen's Martial Alliance.
Silverbell and Juno Enigma just so happened to be acquainted, and Juno called her when she learned that Troy Bearson was after Frank.
Like Kilian Lionheart, Silverbell was also in Zamri for the spiritron vein and headed toward Lanecorp post-haste when she heard there was danger.
Before she arrived, she called Frank when he reached the basement parking lot.
Wary of the threat, he arranged for Silverbell to hurry over and defend Lanecorp, while he would use himself as bait to see who the Bearsons were after.
And the result was surprising—the Bearsons wanted to take down both Lanecorp and himself.
That certainly made things intriguing.
Frank did not spare Bolt and Thunder out of kindness either—he wanted them to spill the beans on the Bearsons.
Soon, a subtle black local sedan arrived at the edge of the road and stopped beside Frank.
Frank glanced inside to see two middle-aged men who looked like mob characters seated up front.
In the backseat was a woman in white, fair-skinned and her presence haughty and ethereal.
"Frank." She smiled faintly, the coldness in her eyes melting when she looked at him.
Frank nodded and got in the backseat, knowing that Thunder and Bolt were seated up front.
And the woman in white was naturally Silverbell.
"W-Where are we going now? Back to Lanecorp?" Thunder asked, terrified even as he held the steering wheel, his voice shaking.
"Has Bearson Group sent others after me or Lanecorp?" Frank asked coolly, not answering his question.
"N-Not at the moment," Thunder replied, wiping the sweat off his brow.
He could feel the suffocating pressure emanating from behind. As he tentatively probed, he felt as if there were no depths to the man's vigor as if it was the ocean, and he could not sink to the bottom even if he were a rock.
He only felt more reverence and fear at that.
Beside him, Bolt's whole body was stiff in the shotgun seat, afraid that Frank would get a little annoyed and kill them.
"In that case…"
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1312-Thunder continued, "Most importantly, they are planning something. It's about a land lot that Lanecorp recently acquired, and the Bearson Group tried but repeatedly failed to buy it off their hands, so…"
At that point, Frank vaguely realized that Kilian Lionheart must want the same thing as Silverbell.
Turning toward her with a frown, he asked, "What's this about the spiritron vein over the phone?"
"Spiritron vein?"
Thunder and Bolt were immediately at attention, while Silverbell immediately fidgeted and appeared anxious.
"Silverbell?"
Frank had to say her name again to bring her to her senses, but she said, "I'm sorry, I think we should stay away from the Bearsons for now."
While Frank was surprised that Silverbell was immediately asking him to give up, he asked, "Why?"
"Kilian Lionheart." Silverbell sighed, her eyes flashing coldly. "That man is trouble—he's one of Volsung Sect's best and the elder of their Order of Talons. Moreover, he advanced well into Ascendant rank, and we'd never win in a direct confrontation. It seems that we need to retreat for now and think about this."
"No, we don't." Frank smiled confidently despite Silverbell's suggestion. "So what if he's that strong? He won't stand a chance against me even if he's reached the peak of Ascendant rank."
"What? Does that mean…"
Silverbell glanced at Frank in surprise before she sighed in relief and realization. "Well, if you're not worried, then I have no reason to argue."
"You didn't answer my question. What's a spiritron vein?"
"Spiritron vein…"
Silverbell glanced at Thunder and Bolt up front but decided not to worry after some thought. "It's the channels where the spiritual net energies in the country flow. I heard from my father that the one who takes control over all eight will become King Dragon, and no one will oppose his rule"
"King Dragon?"
Frank rubbed his chin in thought.
Silverbell sighed and leveled a troubled look at Frank. "Four et spiritron veins have been found in Draconia, but their existence is kept secret. Each of the Four Families of Morhen control one."
Frank did not seem to get it, however, as he was quickly doing the math. "The land we recently acquired, but Lanecorp refused to sell despite the Bearsons' offers…"
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1313-Helen then continued, "But since we have plans for that land lot, we didn't take the Bearsons' offer. They kept suggesting partnerships to develop it together, which I refused too."
"Okay, got it."
Frank was sneering even as he hung up.
There was little wonder, as the land that he bought off Gina proved to be a treasure, where a spiritron vein had been embedded.
He certainly had no reason to give it up now that he had it—no, he would rather destroy it than let Kilian acquire it!
Soon, their black car stopped by the curb.
They had arrived before a pair of towering steel gates, behind which stood a large mansion surrounded by gardens.
It had everything, from parking lots to gardens and the like. It would not measure up to the estates of the Four Families of Morhen, but it had the advantage of being in a quiet location. Moreover, it was not too far from the city, taking just half an hour of travel to reach Lanecorp Tower.

1313/1323 Frank was satisfied after just one glance, while Thunder and Bolt alighted and opened the doors for him and Silverbell.
"Um… May I ask why you came here?" Thunder asked tentatively and respectfully.
Silverbell turned quizzically toward Frank too—even if he wanted payback against the Bearsons, this was not the place as Troy did not live here.
"Just wanted new digs." Frank walked up to the gates and pressed the doorbell.
Both Thunder and Bolt traded glances, surprised that Frank would be so polite instead of kicking down the door.
"Yes? How can I help you?" an elderly voice spoke from the other end of the intercom.
"Gene Pearce sent me to discuss the sales of this mansion," Frank replied.
"I see. Just a moment, I—"
"Who's that, garcon?" a younger man's voice asked, clearly annoyed.
"It's the buyer," the elderly man replied respectfully. "Mr. Pearce made an appointment for him."
"What?!"
There were footsteps, as the younger man soon bellowed into the intercom, "I don't know where you're from, kid, but this mansion is not for sale! You hear me ?! Now get out of here!"
Thunder and Bolt were narrowing their eyes as they watched the youth barely in his twenties snap at Frank.
What the hell was wrong with that boy? Snapping at a Transcendent rank?
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1314-"What are you laughing at?!"
The bodyguard up front glared at Thunder and Bolt.
Both men quickly stopped smiling and shook their heads. "Nothing."
Still, they could barely contain themselves—the four people standing in front of the haughty bodyguards were all martial artists, each more ridiculous than the other.
That was why the bodyguards' threat was hilarious, and they just could not stop themselves from laughing at the thought.
On the other hand, Frank did not argue, since he would rather not fight if he could.
All he wanted to do was buy the mansion without fuss instead of spilling blood, especially when Helen, Winter, and everyone else would be moving in tomorrow.
Waving, he led the others away from the steel gates back to the car and called Gene Pearce as the bodyguards leered at them haughty.
By the time he was done telling his story, Gene was incensed. "That brat's name is Gerry Bearson. I'm the one who cleared his gambling debts because Home Categories Search…
even his father can't afford it, and he turned over the mansion to me in return.
"Don't bother holding back, Mr. Lawrence—if that brat keeps fucking around, just beat him up! I'll take responsibility even if you kill him, and I'm sending my men over to clean up the house!"
As he hung up, Frank understood—Gerry was just copping out on his debt.
Striding up and leveling an impassive look at the bodyguard in the lead, he said quietly, "Gerry Bearson incurred a gambling debt that he couldn't cover.
Gene Pearce helped him and had an agreement with his father that he could take the mansion. So, last warning—don't try to stop me."
"Hah!" The bodyguard snorted and spat at Frank's face. "I don't give a shit!
Who do you think you are, messing about on Bearson family turf?!"
Frank sidestepped the spit, glowering—it was not his fault that they were not listening.
He turned silently toward Thunder and Bolt, and both men promptly understood the look.
Crack!
In a split second and without saying a word, Thunder and Bolt leapt forward, with screams and broken bones ensuing.
Those bodyguards stood no chance against both Birthright ranks and were floored in five minutes.
"Bleh!"
bodyguard leader who tried to spit at Frank, as if venting. "Getting alle cocky without even taking a good look at who you're messing with …
That was when he caught himself before he could finish, and both him and Thunder were suddenly trading looks of embarrassment.
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1315-Frank could tell that he could not take Thunder and Bolt's oath of undying loyalty at face value.
However, they had nowhere else to go.
Not only had they failed to carry out their mission, but they had leaked the Bearson's secrets. Forget taking them back—it would be mercy if the Bearsons did not send killers after Thunder and Bolt.
And someone like Kilian had even less reason to take them back in.
In contrast, the olive branch Frank was offering was simply bewitching.
For the average martial artist, trying to develop without any heirloom meant training in sub-par martial arts they would obtain from the black market—and at astronomical prices.
As for anything advanced, they were either hoarded within various sects as treasures. None of those would ever fall to the black market—even if some would, Thunder and Bolt would never be able to afford them.
But things were different now—if they took Frank's offer, any martial arts form a Transcendent rank like him could teach was far above any of the trash available at the black market.

1315/1323 For their own sake, sucking up to Frank was their ultimate ambition.
There were no martial artists who would not want to get stronger. And even if Thunder and Bolt were Blackrank, they were still martial artists.
If anything, the only reason they wanted money so badly and accepted the Bearsons' payroll was just to buy those ridiculously priced martial arts manuals.
That was why they were dead set on working for Frank now.
"Hmph."
Seeing how delighted they were, Frank tapped his finger on their forehead, directing his pure vigor into their bodies.
As he let his pure vigor flowed throughout their meridians, he said, Remember the paths my pure vigor flowed. This is called Two Lives One ace-you can project a combat ward with this once you've mastered it. You could defeat even the average Ascendant rank if you're fighting together."
Two Lives One Face was an above average martial arts form even back in Mystic Sky Sect, and it was very fitting for these two to cultivate it.
Even as Frank withdrew his pure vigor, Thunder and Bolt repeated the flow movement and quickly realized the key to it, and how powerful it was.
Delighted, they were ready to kowtow to Frank, but he held up a hand to stop them. "Save it-just el assist Terry Cotton in Lanecorp's health and safety department after joining us. If you get any funny ideas …
"That would never happen!" Thunder promptly held up his fingers to swear an oath. "If we do, may lightning strike us where we stand!"
Funny ideas? No way!
Just one casting is enough for them to see how profound the technique Frank taught them was—it certainly eclipsed anything they had learned over the four decades!
Compared to Two Lives One Face, they could even use those expensive martial arts manuals they bought as toilet paper.
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1316-Despite being thrown to the floor, Gerry was still cursing. "Fuck! You've got balls to lay a finger on me! Do you know who my uncle is?! The Lionhearts have his back, and if you touch me again—" Seeing that he was still threatening them, Thunder strode up and stomped his foot, breaking one of Gerry's fingers with an audible crack.
"Argh!!!"
The heartrending agony was real-Gerry was left clutching his hand as he lay sprawled on the ground, screaming hysterically.
"Are you going to be reasonable now, Mr. Bearson?" Frank asked, impassive even as he arched his back.
"F-Fuck you! Just you wait… Just you wait!" Gerry cursed as he gasped in pain.
"Watch your mouth!" Thunder snapped and crushed Gerry's palm under his foot this time.
Even as Gerry shrieked, rolling around the ground, he was finally relenting, his tone actually tearful. "W-What do you want?! How dare you mess with me on my family's turf. Are you so bored?" Frank shook his head. "Like I said, we're here in peace. We just want to buy the house, but we have to take some necessary action since you're not cooperating. So? Are you willing to cooperate now?"
Knowing that resisting would bring more pain, Gerry turned and found in shock that all his bodyguards were floored beyond the gates.
Even as his last shred of hope was crushed, he growled through his teeth, "FFine, I'll leave! You can have the house!"
"Heh…"
Frank chuckled, shaking his head. "Don't take us for robbers. Give me your bank account number-I'll wire the money to you."
Soon, Gerry was taken away by Gene Pearce's people after leaving his bank number, while Frank was satisfied after checking out the mansion.
It was necessary for repainting and renovations, and that was a task for Gene, who had already anticipated that.
Over hundreds of contractors were soon in the mansion, seizing every moment to revamp the mansion.
Since Frank and the others had no reason to stay, they returned to Lanecorp.
After getting Thunder and Bolt settled in on their new roles, Frank and Silverbell quickly had a meeting with Helen and Vicky.
He told both women about the spiritron vein.
Vicky nodded, not particularly surprised, while Helen was shocked.
She was at a loss, since she did not е expect the land lot that the Bearsons were obsessing over to embody such a treasure. "What should we do. Frank?"
"I think…"
Frank glanced between Vicky and Helen, frowning. "Silverbell will protect both of you, while your people start excavating that land in secret I'll continue to run interference against Kilian Lionheart and the Bearsons."
Are you sure? The Bearsons are quite powerful." Helen frowned m slightly, a little worried .
"Don't worry. I'm plenty confident." Frank nodded.
Someone knocked on the conference room door just then.
"Come in," Helen said and turned.
It was Lily, her secretary, who was leveling an awkward look at Frank.
We have a problem Ms, Lane. A large group of people just rushed into our building and started to beat up everyone they could reach They're demanding to see Mr. Lawrence …
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1317-After Gene's men gave Gerry a stern warning, they left him at one of his family's hotels.
But that was exactly what Gerry wanted-ignoring the looks of shock from the front desk receptionists, he limped over to the counter and called his girlfriend, Stella Favoni.
The Favonis of Norsedam were a family of famed martial artists. As such, their main business was security services, along with other gray to illegal businesses, which was why they basically ruled Norsedam.
Stella was the second daughter of the main family and had always been close with Gerry. Naturally, Stella certainly would not just idle away upon seeing Gerry
given such a thorough beating and having his mansion stolen.
She immediately led a group of her family's martial artists to Zamri, storming the Lanecorp Towers lobby.
They were unstoppable, beating and leaving the security guards bleeding all over the floor.
"Bring me Frank Lawrence!" Stella bellowed viciously, stomped a foot on a chair.
She was no looker, but she was quite the loudmouth like most martial artists, not afraid to make a scene despite so many others watching in the lobby.
"Yeah! Bring us Frank Lawrence!" Gerry was snapping too.
He did not ask his uncle or father for help this time because Gene was a big deal, and he was at fault in the first place.
However, while his family might not support him, that was not the case for his girlfriend.
Moreover, the Favonis would not fear Gene!
As Gerry watched a silhouette slowly emerge from the stairs, he was laughing as he gloated, "Frank Lawrence! You didn't expect me to be back so soon, did you?! Don't think you're the only martial artist around I have some myself!"
While he was waiting for Stella, he also did a background check on Frank.
He found out that Frank was the head of Lanecorp's health and safety department soon enough, and that Lanecorp was at odds with Bearson Group.
In fact, Frank left his cousin Ivor Bearson disabled for life!
And now, he and his girlfriend would take down Frank and Lanecorp with him.
What was that if not killing two birds with one stone? And when it was done, his cousin Ivor would have to suck up to him!
It was simply marvelous!
Hence, after planning everything with his girlfriend, they brought over thirty martial artists as they stormed Lanecorp Tower, leading to the present situation.
"Heh…"
Frank could see that Gerry was getting cocky because of the feisty woman with him, and said quietly.
the yes, you're back earlier than I I really should reflect on it."
Gerry laughed as every Lanecorp employee watched. "Hah! Then kneel before me right now!"
Stella was in turn pointing at Frank and snapping, "Frank Lawrence! don't care who has your back. You will bow before my boyfriend and apologize for hurting him, or Lanecorp will go down now!"
"No, you're mistaken…" Frank shook his head, smiling at their rehearsed duet.
Then, turning toward Gerry and flashing his white teeth in a grin, he said, "I'm just reflecting on why on earth I spared your life earlier. But since you've come to me on your own can just tie up this loose end without fuss."
Gerry's whole body flinched from Frank's murderous glare.
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1318-Gerry felt terror from the bottom of his heart.
Frank was not joking-he would really kill him!
"How dare you, Frank!"
Stella strode up between her boyfriend and Frank, smirking. "You sure talk big, but look around-my family's martial artists are standing all around you! You're the one who's going down!" "Oh, really?"
Frank chuckled sinisterly. "Care to test that theory?"
"You prick! You really won't give up, huh?! Go, take him down and skin him!"
At Stella's bellow, the martial artists around Frank leaped toward Frank, ready to attack him with their martial techniques.
Terrified, the Lanecorp employees fled the lobby.
"It's your fault for messing with Ms. Favoni, brat! Now, you can watch while we skin you!"
The Favonis' martial artists actually proved to be skilled-unlike other martial artists Frank encountered before, the Favoni were serious about grooming them with their resources.
Every individual movement and positioning was planned and executed perfectly, and they quickly cut off all escape for Frank.
"Mr. Lawrence! Run! They are all martial artists!" one of the maimed security guards shouted at Frank from the floor.
Stella laughed coldly in turn. "Run? Too late!"
The martial artists she brought were all Birthright rank or vigor wielders trained by her family, and even an Ascendant rank would have trouble against them.
However, Frank simply watched as the men closed in with their martial techniques, showing no intention to run.
They would take down Lanecorp he did, bathing the building in blood the Favoni martial artist.net were the type who could kill without batting an eye.
"Five-Peat Archaeus!" he barked, pure vigor flowing throughout his body as he projected a subtle circle of protective vigor. Clang!
The machete of one of the Favoni martial artists struck Frank's neck with an audible metallic clang.
"What?!" he exclaimed, disbelief showing all over his face.
After all, he had expected to spill blood, and he had even held back just to keep Frank alive long enough to skin him!
Naturally, the other Favoni martial artists ran into the same problem too, their fists and whatever weapons they wielded proving ineffective even as they struck Frank.
Even as a foreboding sensation gripped them, they mustard themselves, ready to go all out…
"Hah!!!"
But at the next instant, Frank bellowed so loudly a shockwave erupted, knocking the Favoni martial artists away.
"What?!"
They had certainly never encountered such a sight beforeet and they could actually see the contempt in Frank's eyes even as they were sent flying.
"Is that all you have?"
Even as everyone heard that scoff of disdain, the leader of the Favorim martial artists stuttered, "I … "
Still, before he could catch his balance and strike Frank witho m everything he had, Frank was suddenly in front of him like a ghost!
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1319-"No, w―"
Even as the Favoni martial artist's eyes widened, Frank exploded his head with a punch before he could finish.
A gruesome grail of blood and pure vigor continued past his body, shattering the curtain wall and killing six other Favoni martial artists.
And before the other Favoni martial artists had time to react, Frank was already onto them. Though he only used conventional moves with his kicks and punches this time, the Favoni martial artists could not withstand the pure vigor he unleashed.
Thud.
Soon after the first body dropped, the rest of the thirtyish Favoni martial artists were dead, as if frozen in the moment Frank sent them flying.
It did not even take a single second.
"What…"
Stella was left dumbstruck, standing and frozen in place.
She was staring at the mangled bodies of her family's martial artists, alive and kicking just a moment ago and ready to take down Frank.
Who on earth was Frank?! They could not even last one blow!
As she stared blankly at Frank, he started toward her.
She flinched two steps backward but gritted her teeth for the sake of her boyfriend and assumed a fighting stance.
Her lips were trembling-her brother and father would avenge her even if she died here!
But that was when doubt gnawed at her.
Would they really win against the man before her?
No.
Stella found the answer soon enough-no one in the Favoni family would win against Frank.
Even Stella's own father needed over dozens of blows to subdue their martial a artists, while Frank destroyed them with a single strike!
"S-Stay away!" Stella cried, saying words e would never expect f velost herself-words that were the furthest from her mind!
After all, she was shaking in sheer terror as a predator who ran into a much more fearsome predator than herself. Thud, thud, thud…
Frank's footsteps never stopped despite Stella's cries.
Even as he reached her and looked her in the eye, she collapsed on the floor with a thud, actually unable to look up.
At that very moment, she realized why certain prey completely when a large predator seize 20%!
its talons.
Like those poor prey, she felt despair and only acceptance for her fate even as she cringed on the floor, trembling. But the footsteps never stopped.
Stella looked up right then and saw that Frank had strode past her his target was always Gerry, who was behind her.
Even as she rejoiced in her good fortune, she was soon caught in thorough humiliation.
"Stella! Help! Help me!" Gerry kept begging even as he stumbled backward. "PPlease don't kill me!"
However, Stella's legs could well be jelly just then.
Help? She could not even stand!
The Girlboss Begs For Remarriage Chapter 1320-"Please, Frank… I get it now! It's all my fault, and I won't ever do it again…
Please, just let me live-"
Crunch!
As Gerry's neck snapped audibly, his pleas stopped instantly.
Stella's breath was caught in her lungs and she almost fainted.
Who was this war deity that they had just provoked? Could Frank actually be Transcendent rank?!
Her family's martial artists were tried and true elites too-not many across the East Coast could win against them, let alone in Norsedam!
But Frank massacred them without even really making an effort!
As the lobby of Lanecorp Tower became eerily silent for a long while, Frank quietly spoke, "I will give you one chance-go home, and don't mess with me ever again." Stella promptly turned in disbelief he was sparing her?
Frank seemed to read her mind from her expression alone and waved her off.
"I have no reason to kill you. Though I don't mind playing along if you have a death wish. Oh, and another thing…' Frank shot her a cool look. "You have to pay the medical fees for hurting Lanecorp employees."
With that, he strode away, while Stella was left smiling bitterly.
She did not expect Frank to be so outrageously strong.
Still, it begged the question-what would she tell her family after losing so many of their family's martial artists?
Soon, she left Lanecorp Tower, feeling completely muddled and disembodied. It was a stark contrast from her haughty attitude when she first strode through those front doors.
Just two days after the incident, the Favonis and the Bearsons received word of what happened, and the Favonis were livid.
However, they did not blame Stella for losing so many good men-they insisted Frank was using some dirty move to massacre their men. How else would they be wiped outso easily?!
It was a clear act of provocation.
Despite Stella talking herself hoarse trying to dissuade her father and brother from messing with Frank, they stubbornly held on to their opinion.
With the Bearsons inciting them endlessly, the Favonis absolutely loathed Frank.
On one hand was a mysterious martial elite who killed over thirty Favoni martial artists, while on the other was a famed martial elite who came second in Sky rank. Many had rushed to Zamri, intent on watching the fight.
All eyes were on Jaden Faovni. He was not even thirty, but he was one of the best among all East Coast youths, and an Ascendant rank second only to Ehud Lionheart.
Being a rare martial arts prodigy and reaching second in Sky rank, he sent all of the East Coast into a frenzy after announcing that he would come to Zamri and take down Frank.
And with the Bearsons and Favonis directing sentiment, Frank became subject to endless slander.
At first, he was a mysterious martial elite who played thirty Favoni martial elites, but eventually, he became a poisoner who ensnared those martial elites, having no sense of shame or honor.
Either way, no one believed that Frank killed those men through sheer power, and the due turned from a fair fight between champions to Jaden's campaign of righteousness.
The hype was absolutely tangible.
