Ch. 1191..1200

Chapter 1191

Blake woke up sore all over. Last night was her first time after all, and she was not quite used to it yet. She found herself in a new set of pajamas, with Kevin who had been beside her already gone. As she heard noises outside the room, she stopped stretching. Noticing a tube of ointment on the bedside table, Blake picked it up and read the label. It was for reducing swelling and relieving pain.

She thought to herself, ‘This time, he’s been considerate.’

Kevin was busy with something outside. Thinking of his injuries, Blake put on her shoes and got out of bed. She walked over and opened the door. The mess on the dining table in the living room had been cleaned up. Upon seeing Kevin sweeping the floor, Blake approached quietly and hugged him from behind. “Good morning, darling!”

Kevin replied, “There’s soup in the pot. Go drink it now.”

Hearing the unnaturalness in his tone, Blake knew he must be feeling shy. She could even see the redness behind his ears. Their scents were the same, both carrying the fragrance of last night’s shower gel. Now, she felt that she truly belonged to him.

‘If only we could stay like this forever.’ Blake thought as she went and tasted the soup Kevin cooked. It was thick and satisfying. After a bowl, she felt full.

As Kevin continued to tidy up, he picked up a blanket from the messy couch and tossed it into the laundry basket after seeing a stain on it.

“Leave them to me. I’ll wash them,” said Blake.

Kevin suddenly said, “I have to leave for a while.”

Blake asked, “Where are you going?”

Kevin replied, “To do what I must.”

He thought, ‘Now that Cecilia’s men are protecting Mr. Jardin, there shouldn’t be any problems.’

Blake walked up to him. “Why do you only talk about the company and Mr. Jardin? Haven’t you ever thought about us? Marry me! We could start a family and have a cute little baby. Don’t you ever think about these things?”

Kevin’s silence was the clearest answer Blake could get. She added, “What exactly are you thinking, Kevin? Do you want to marry me or not? I don’t want to pressure you, but being with you, I feel so insecure. I’m scared you’ll leave… I’m scared that one day you’ll just disappear. I’m afraid of not hearing from you. I’m even more afraid you’ll leave me alone.”

Blake had never loved someone this much and she just wanted a peaceful life.

Tears fell as she threw herself into his arms. “I’m sorry… I know I shouldn’t lose my temper like this, but I just can’t stand to see you get hurt again.”

“If I don’t do this, no one else can. Once it’s over, I’ll give you an answer,” said Kevin.

With a heavy heart, Blake asked, “Can’t you give me an answer now? If it’s a bad one, I won’t listen. And how long will you be gone this time?”

Kevin replied, “It won’t be long.”

It would be a lie if Kevin said he had no feelings for Blake. But a stable life, to him, was like a distant, unreachable dream. He grew up in a different world, and he felt more like an emotionless robot than a human. He had no home, no friends, no family, no parents. He even knew nothing about his own birth and certainly did not know how to play these roles. Moreover, with things still unresolved, he believed he could not easily make a promise.

Chapter 1192

“How long is that? Your reply clearly shows that you don’t want to be responsible for me,” Blake pressed, her frustration over Kevin’s vagueness evident.

Kevin looked at Blake with an unreadable gaze, as if observing a complaining woman. “What do you want, then?”

“I just want a timeframe from you,” Blake insisted. “Even if it’s three years, or five, I’ll wait for your return. It’s not the length of the wait that scares me, but the uncertainty of not knowing when, or if, you’ll come back.”

“Let’s not discuss these pointless matters. Finish your soup,” Kevin said, picking up the laundry basket and heading to the master bedroom’s bathroom to load the washing machine.

Undeterred, Blake followed him into the bathroom. She waited until he finished with the clothes, then pushed him against the wall, standing on her tiptoes to confront the taller Kevin.

“Don’t think running away will solve anything. You can leave me, but you have two choices. Either we get married now or have a child with me.”

“Stop being ridiculous.” Kevin pushed her away gently, but Blake blocked the doorway, refusing to let him leave.

“I’m serious. I feel like this is the only way you’ll care about me, to have something that ties you down. Wherever you are, you’ll think of me, of our child. Kevin, I became yours last night. Once I’ve made up my mind, it’s for a lifetime. You can’t rid yourself of me that easily.”

Kevin knew Blake was stubborn and troublesome, but he had not expected her to be this unyielding. Kevin gazed down at Blake, who was holding his collar, and asked, “Marry me? Do you even know me?”

“Tell me, then! How can I understand you if you don’t tell me? You’ve investigated everything about me. My absentee parents, my aunt and uncle, my cousin Mya… You know everything about me!” Blake exclaimed.

“I have nothing but this place,” Kevin replied.

Blake replied, “Even without a place to live, even if it’s just you, I wouldn’t mind.”

Reaching under his shirt, she felt his firm abs and said, “Since you won’t marry me, at least leave me with a child. Especially since I didn’t get a chance to fully appreciate your body last night.”

“Blake! Where did you learn to act like this?!” Kevin said, surprised by her behavior.

“This is who I am. Last night, who was the one acting like a wild animal, taking me over and over, leaving marks all over me? Since it’s still early, you’re going to do it again with me,” said Blake.

Then, Blake began to undo Kevin’s pants. The moment she knelt down, any semblance of self-control Kevin had was shattered.

In the warm bathroom, Blake leaned against the frosted glass door, moaning contentedly as she felt his movements. She said, “I knew you wanted it more than me.”

Fifteen minutes later, Blake felt her legs jellied from their activities. As they were about to finish, she kissed him from behind and said, “Just like that, don’t stop.”

Shortly after that, Kevin released inside her. When they finished their second round, Blake hugged him gently, avoiding his wounds. Their breaths intertwined as they rested. After a while, she kissed him again and said, ” This time, you lie down. I’ll be on top.”

Chapter 1193

At that moment, Kevin and Blake remembered the soup in the kitchen. Kevin, still naked, carried Blake in a deep embrace, eliciting a startled moan from her as they made their way to the kitchen. The soup in the pot had boiled over when they turned it off, creating a mess.

After their final round, Blake lay in bed for about an hour before waking up. They went downstairs for dinner. She took him to a steakhouse in a mall across their neighborhood. A hearty and comforting meal was perfect for this winter season. The food was still steaming hot when served.

“I’ve already talked to my aunt about us. She wants to meet you. When will you come with me to see her? She’ll definitely like you because you’re tall and handsome. But you have to be nice to me in front of her.”

Since Kevin had injuries, he could not eat fatty food, so Blake ordered some light and comforting dishes. Not knowing his preferences, she avoided ordering foods she disliked and opted for more standard meats and vegetables.

Blake was used to Kevin’s silence and kept talking, interpreting his silence as tacit agreement.

“I’ve never eaten these before,” Kevin said.

Blake was surprised. “How? These are common foods. You can find steakhouses anywhere.”

Kevin was silent, lost in thought. He broke the silence and said, “In my memory, such foods were a luxury. Where I lived, it was a dark, damp basement with nothing but rats running from the sewers…”

In Kevin’s memory, there were remnants of corpses and dying people. For him, having enough to eat was a struggle. If it had not been for Zach, he might never have left that place and never had everything he has now. And he certainly would not have met Blake.

In Kevin’s eyes, Blake was wonderful. She was cheerful, kind, lively, and had an unyielding spirit, like a sun-seeking flower blooming even in the darkest cracks. Kevin felt very lucky to have met her. But her smile always reminded him of his painful past.

Many people flattered Kevin for his position as Zach’s assistant. This was why he always thought Blake and Liam were better suited. Kevin worried that when Blake found out about his past, she would stop smiling at him.

He thought, ‘It is all an illusion. Like a bubble, waiting to burst. Once it does, everything will return to reality, and Blake will avoid me.’

Caught off guard by Kevin’s response, Blake suddenly smiled again. She said, ” Let’s not talk about this. If you don’t want to go, we won’t. Let’s just enjoy our meal.”

There was a flicker of an indefinable emotion in Blake’s eyes as she lowered her head.

Chapter 1194

After dinner, Blake was deep in thought about Kevin’s past. ‘The basement, the rats… What exactly had he been through?’

As the sun set and the streetlights flickered on, Kevin’s phone rang from his coat pocket. He answered without hesitation, “What’s the matter? Speak.”

Blake overheard the urgent voice on the other end. “Kevin, it’s bad. A group of unknown people found our hideout and the police have us surrounded. I’m hiding in a secret room, but they’ll soon arrest our people and take all the documents.”

Kevin’s frown deepened, his voice cold and reproachful. “I told you to destroy those documents. Why didn’t you listen?”

“It’s my fault. I didn’t warn them in time. And some, blinded by greed, wanted to profit from this situation. I’m hanging up. The police are closing in.”

After the call ended, Kevin immediately accessed a backend system and deleted all the data.

Seeing Kevin’s troubled expression, Blake asked worriedly, “What happened? What’s with the police? Are you in trouble?”

Kevin replied, “It’s about the underground casinos and some personal information trading organizations. They’ve been exposed, and everyone has been arrested. I need to handle this. You should head home.”

As he hurried to leave, Blake grabbed his hand. “No matter what, promise to let me know you’re safe. I know many influential people. If you’re in trouble, I’ll find a way to help you.”

Kevin gently removed her hand. “Don’t open the door to anyone but me. Keep yourself safe. If there’s danger, go to Southern Haven Villas. Mr. Jardin’s men are there, and they can protect you. Even Cecilia can’t get in.”

Blake nodded in agreement.

‘If Mr. Jardin really anticipated everything, then the first thing he’d want to protect, aside from Madelyn, would be everyone in that villa. Since Hayson died because of Mr. Jardin and Madelyn’s family was destroyed, then Mr. Jardin would also try every means to keep the villa. After all, Dalton is still there,’ Kevin thought.

However, trouble was brewing at Southern Haven Villas. In the yard, Margaret, carrying Dalton, wondered, ‘ The wedding went well, but neither Mr. Jardin nor Ms. Jent had returned.

Instead, a group of strangers in uniforms appeared out of nowhere, guarding the outside; it’s so terrifying.’

Dalton had been unusually quiet. Normally, without Madelyn’s embrace, he would cry and make a fuss. But now, he was calm, eating and sleeping on schedule. Then, Margaret noticed a red car approaching and recognized it immediately. She knew the car because it came several times a day, and she thought the woman driving it was no good. Margaret hurried back to the room with Dalton.

Cecilia stopped the car and got out of it, with Susan following her. But as they tried to enter, they were stopped by two men at the gate.

“No outsiders are allowed without Mr. Turner’s orders.”

The man who spoke was Zachary Zimmerman, one of Fred’s deputy wardens, dressed in a black uniform with an eagle emblem on his chest and a pistol at his waist.

“So soon you forget who I am?” Cecilia asked, removing her sunglasses to reveal her almost mocking eyes.

“Ms. Samford? Of course, I remember. I didn’t expect you to rise so high as the deputy CEO of Jardin Corporation. But as far as I recall, Mr. Turner has no connection with you anymore. If you’re here to see him, you should go to Ventropolis Prison, not here. You’re at the wrong place, Ms. Samford,” said Zachary.

Cecilia smirked coldly. “Since I’m here, I intend to take what’s mine before leaving.”

As she took a step forward, the man beside Zachary immediately blocked her path.

“Sorry, but as per Mr. Turner’s orders, aside from the master of this house, no outsiders are allowed. If anyone tries to sneak in, we have enough armed men here to accidentally fire a shot. It’d be unfortunate if someone got hurt, and we don’t want that.”

Cecilia could not miss the threat in his words and could only respond with a forced smile. She cursed inwardly, ‘ Zach, you actually had Fred guarding the Southern Haven Villas! Very well! We shall see how long Fred can protect it. Once I find Madelyn, I’ll bring her corpse to you.’

As Cecilia was leaving, her eyes caught a glimpse of a child held by a servant at the third-floor window. Her eyes suddenly widened in shock. “That child… No… It can’t be. It must be my imagination. That child is supposed to be dead. Surely, it’s just my imagination.’

Cecilia felt a chill in her heart. Susan rarely saw her in such a dazed state, as if she had seen a ghost.

“Are you alright, Ms. Samford?” Susan asked.

Cecilia got into the car, followed by Susan.

“Just drive!” Cecilia commanded.

Susan did not dare to linger and drove off. On the way back to the company, Cecilia was still reeling from the shock.

Back in the CEO’s office, sitting in that chair, Cecilia sought a sense of reality. ” What’s the deal with that child? Who’s he?”

Susan replied, “Ms. Samford, the child is said to be an orphan adopted by Mr. Jardin from an orphanage. We investigated before, and Mr. Jardin’s wife, I mean, Ms. Jent, can’t bear children. Mr. Jardin raised the child to keep her company.”

“Photos! Get me photos!” Cecilia shouted.

Susan stammered, “Sorry, Ms. Samford, I don’t have any photos. Mr. Jardin rarely allowed them to appear in public. The photos taken by the media at the wedding were all deleted at Mr. Jardin’s request.”

Cecilia, feeling restless, threw an ashtray in anger. “If there are none, then find them. I give you one day to get a photo of that child, or you’re fired!

Susan did not expect Cecilia to react so violently. “Yes, Ms. Samford, I’ll get on it right away.”

Chapter 1196

Under the unpredictable wrath of Cecilia, Susan hurriedly fled the office. Shortly afterward, Cecilia received an anonymous call.

The caller said, “We did as you asked and found an underground organization. Why didn’t you mention they were associated with the Jent family? Now we’ve offended them, which means we’ve offended Mr. Jardin of the Jardin Corporation. If he seeks retribution, we have no way out. You’re pushing us into a pit of fire!”

Cecilia was indifferent to their plight. ” Where are the items I asked for? Why haven’t you found them yet?”

“The items you want? We’ve turned the place upside down and found nothing. We’re going to lay low for a while, You should find someone else for your tasks, “the caller said before hurriedly ending the call.

“A bunch of useless fools,” Cecilia muttered, scattering the documents on her desk in frustration. Her face twisted in malevolence. “Zach, you brought in Fred’s people to protect Madelyn and that adopted child. Don’t think this will stop me. Just wait, I’ll make sure both Madelyn’s belongings and that child are destroyed, leaving no trace.”

‘Knowing Zach, he must’ve prepared the documents beforehand, transferring all his assets to Madelyn. I can’t let that happen, not after all my painstaking efforts. I can’t let my plans fall apart. If anyone is to blame, it’s not me for being ruthless,’ Cecilia thought.

Meanwhile, Blake was restless at home, feeling increasingly uneasy as the evening progressed. Even when night fell, Kevin still had not returned.

Hearing a knock on the door, she wondered, ‘Is that him?’

She rose from the couch and stood in the dark living room, hesitating at the door. Then she remembered Kevin’s warning, ‘Don’t turn on the lights or answer the door if I’m not back. If someone claims it’s about me, ignore them. If I don’t return by morning, call the police and ask to be taken to Southern Haven Villas. Fred’s men will protect you there. Stay inside if you notice anyone following you. I’ll come get you once I finish handling the matter.’

Peering through the peephole, Blake saw two men dressed like plumbers in the hallway. But their menacing eyes gave them away. Blake believed they were not here with good intentions.

Blake covered her mouth to stifle any sound. She leaned against the wall in the silent darkness, her heart pounding wildly.

One of the men outside remarked, ” Maybe there’s no one home.”

“That’s impossible. I’ve been watching all day. She’s definitely inside.”

“Let’s pick the lock and check.”

Chapter 1197

“No, let’s wait until tomorrow. I’ve studied the security system here. Without the specific key, the alarm will be triggered, drawing the police. That won’t be good for us,” said one of the suspicious men.

Blake heard their conversation and the fading footsteps as they disappeared at the end of the corridor. Only after they were completely gone did she let her guard down. Closing her eyes, she felt as if all her strength had been sapped away. She slid down the wall, feeling like a survivor in the aftermath of a crisis.

That night, with a dagger in hand, she remained half-dozed, half-awake. The heating was off, so she wrapped herself tightly in a black down jacket to ward off the cold. The barking of stray dogs awoke her the next morning. It was only seven o’clock. Recalling the previous night’s events, Blake immediately called the police.

After the police arrived promptly, Blake showed them the surveillance footage on Kevin’s computer. The two officers tried to identify the suspects’ faces from the night before but could not find any matches in their system. Fearing she was being targeted, Blake requested the police take her to a specific location, Southern Haven Villas.

When the police agreed, Blake quickly packed and got into the police car. In the rearview mirror, she saw those two men from yesterday in a car, but they did not follow. She breathed a sigh of relief.

In a black car, a man with a tattoo on his neck made a call. “Ms. Samford, Blake has taken a police car. We couldn’t follow, but as you guessed, she’s headed to Southern Haven Villas.”

“I know. Leave the rest to me,” Cecilia replied. She thought, ‘By going to Southern Haven Villas, do you think I won’t have any way to deal with you?’

Cecilia fiddled with the cell phone in her hand and sipped her coffee. “If one wishes to climb the social ladder, one can’t afford to have weaknesses. One must nip it in the bud. That’s what you taught me, Zach.” She caressed a photo of Zach, who had deep, striking features. It was the first photo she ever took of him.

Back then, Cecilia was just an ordinary girl, bullied and unexposed to the world. She had seen the worst of people and circumstances. To ascend the social ladder, she studied relentlessly. Then, she met Madelyn, the “innocent princess” envied by everyone.

Cecilia had always dreamed of shining like Madelyn, making those who looked down on her bow at her feet. Years ago, as a pawn for her father’s debts, she almost fell victim to vile men. In her darkest moment, she encountered Zach. That encounter made her his weapon.

Zach financed Cecilia’s education and provided her with a lavish lifestyle. She did not disappoint him, getting into a prestigious university and studying abroad. Returning to Jardin Corporation, she stayed by his side as his assistant and his woman to dispel his loneliness. Men like him were irresistible to women.

Cecilia had seen his ruthless methods, his hands stained with blood. And each time he killed, her love for him deepened.

Chapter 1198

Cecilia thought to herself, ‘I may not be able to confront Fred directly, but I dare you, Blake, to stay in Southern Haven Villas indefinitely.’

When Blake stepped out of the police car at Southern Haven Villas, she was initially barred from entering. However, a middle-aged woman called out from behind, “Let her in, young man. I know her. She’s a good person.” It was Margaret, holding Dalton.

Zachary compared the photos and, after receiving information from a guard, permitted Blake to enter.

As Blake entered, she noticed someone hiding in the bushes with a camera. She shouted, “There’s someone in the bushes taking pictures! Catch him!”

The discovered photographer attempted to flee, but Zachary fired a warning shot, declaring, “Run again, and the next bullet won’t miss.”

The loud bang startled the birds in the forest and caused the photographer, now terrified, to wet himself and fall to the ground. Blake hurried over and checked his camera, finding it full of pictures of Dalton.

Feeling that something was wrong, Blake demanded, “Who hired you to take these photos?”

“I don’t know! I was just paid to do a job. I swear I don’t know anything! Please, don’t kill me!” pleaded the photographer.

“Show me the phone number of the person who contacted you,” Blake insisted.

The man displayed a string of unfamiliar numbers. A familiar voice answered when Blake dialed the number, “Have you gotten the photos I requested? They’re for Ms. Samford. Mess this up, and you’ll deeply regret it.

Blake recognized it was Susan’s voice. She learned that they only wanted photos of Dalton. After confirming that the photos had not been sent, Blake destroyed the camera’s memory card and smashed the camera. She could not take any chances with Cecilia’s intentions, especially since a child was involved. Blake thought, ‘It was a close call.’

“Ms. Dion, would you like some water? “Margaret’s voice broke her train of thought.

Returning to reality, Blake asked Margaret, “You know me?”

Margaret replied, “Of course, Ms. Jent mentioned you and showed me your photo. Ms. Harper is your cousin, right?

Blake nodded. “Yes. You know her as well?”

Margaret laughed. “Oh, absolutely! Every time she visits, the food I prepare is never enough. I recall a few months ago, she consumed two whole pots! Mr. Jardin appeared displeased. If Ms. Jent hadn’t intervened, Ms. Harper might’ve eaten even more. By the way, Ms. Dion, I’ve been curious since the wedding. Why did Mr. Jardin and Ms. Jent suddenly disappear? And those strangers at the gate, I have no idea where they came from.”

Chapter 1199

Blake was stunned as she watched Dalton in overalls playing with toys on the floor near the couch. She had not paid much attention to him during the wedding, but now, observing closely, her eyes widened in shock.

“Is Dalton really the one Mr. Jardin adopted from the doorstep of an orphanage? Not a child he had with another woman? Or did Madelyn forget that she had a child?” Blake asked.

Margaret, taken aback by her questions, clarified, “Oh, no, no, you can’t just say things like that! Mr. Jardin’s assistant can verify that Dalton was indeed adopted. He was brought home so Ms. Jent wouldn’t feel lonely and had someone to accompany her. Dalton does resemble Mr. Jardin and Ms. Jent, but it could just be a coincidence. There are many unexplainable occurrences in the world.

Blake asked, “May I hold him?”

As soon as she spoke, Dalton seemed to understand and toddled over to Blake, extending his arms. His adorable behavior melted her heart. Observing him closely, she could not help but exclaim, “His eyes are just like Mr. Jardin’s, and the shape of his lips. If you cover his eyes, doesn’t he look just like Madelyn? I wouldn’t believe anyone who says Dalton isn’t theirs.”

Margaret observed. “Ms. Dion, it seems Dalton is quite fond of you! In this villa, aside from Mr. Jardin and Ms. Jent, he hasn’t let anyone else hold him without making a fuss.”

Blake inquired further, “Has Mr. Jardin ever done a paternity test with the child?”

Margaret replied, “Oh, Mr. Jardin would never consider such a thing. Besides, as Dalton was adopted, he definitely doesn’t share blood with Mr. Jardin.”

Blake frowned. “So, neither Madelyn nor Mr. Jardin ever did a test?”

Margaret confirmed. “Yes, that’s right.

Blake suggested, “Is there any way to find a strand of Madelyn’s hair in the house? Mr. Jardin’s would work too. I think it’s worth investigating. What if there’s a blood relation?”

Margaret laughed off the suggestion. ” Ms. Dion, you really have a wild imagination. I think it’s just a coincidence.”

However, Margaret’s smile faded as she looked into Dalton’s clear, watery eyes. She swallowed hard and said, ” Well, it’s hard to say.”

Margaret had spent many days with Dalton and always sensed something unusual about him. He would sometimes talk in his sleep, and during thunderstorms, he would cry nonstop.

Shortly afterward, Margaret hurried upstairs and returned with a comb from the master bedroom. Handing a strand of hair she found on it to Blake, she said, “I’ve been cleaning Ms. Jent’s room, and I found her hair from her comb.”

Blake carefully wrapped the hair in a tissue. Contemplating plucking a hair from Dalton, she hesitated, recalling Mr. Jardin’s stern expression. Swallowing nervously, she said, “I-I can’t do it. Could you?”

Margaret refused, “Mr. Jardin instructed that not a single hair of Dalton should be touched. If he finds out, I’ll lose my year’s bonus. I’m not risking it!”

Blake thought, ‘Even though Dalton might be related to Mr. Jardin by blood, he is, after all, Mr. Jardin’s child, and his existence is of great significance.’

Ultimately, Blake devised a plan to use nail clippers to snip a tiny strand of Dalton’s hair without him noticing.

Chapter 1200

Blake spent several peaceful days at Southern Haven Villas, and before she realized it, the five-day holiday had swiftly passed. Despite sending numerous messages to Kevin, she received no response. She even informed him of her intention to conduct a paternity test on Dalton, but still, there was silence from his end.

Accustomed to this lack of communication, Blake set her phone down after sending today’s message. Unbeknownst to her, her phone was being monitored, and all her texts were intercepted by Cecilia.

At Jardin Corporation, Cecilia looked at the computer screen displaying Blake’s messages and smirked. “You’re really devoted to him, aren’t you, Blake? What’s so special about Kevin that keeps you so fixated?”

Cecilia was curious about the depth of Kevin’s feelings for Blake. After allowing Blake a few days of freedom, she decided it was time for Blake to face some challenges.

Using Kevin’s phone number, Cecilia sent an address to Blake without any further explanation, then shut down her computer, satisfied to wait for her prey to take the bait.

Blake’s phone vibrated with the new message. Seeing it was from Kevin, she was puzzled. ‘Why just an address?’

Despite sending several follow-up messages, Blake received no further response from Kevin. Although suspecting a trap, the address led to a private room at the Nightfall in Supreme World. Her unease suggested it could be a setup, but she could not ignore the chance that Kevin might genuinely need her help. She knew that if she did not go and something happened to him, she would never forgive herself.

Without hesitation, Blake hastily packed her belongings and hailed a cab. Margaret, observing her departure, cautiously warned her about Cecilia, known for her swift and decisive actions.

Blake instructed Margaret, “If I don’t call the villa by five-thirty this afternoon, please inform the police that I’ve been kidnapped. Say it’s Cecilia! If the police can’t help, find my cousin Mya. She knows Fred, and he’ll surely find a way to save me.”

Margaret nodded in understanding. ” Be careful, Ms. Dion.”

Blake then made her way to Nightfall in Supreme World. Upon entering the private room, she felt a sudden chill, and goosebumps formed on her arms.

As she reached to turn on the light, a forceful kick struck her back. Blake tumbled to the ground, her forehead striking the edge of a marble countertop. Blood immediately began to flow as the lights finally flickered on.
