Ch. 46..50: The Rogue is a Female Alpha chapter 46-50

Back Where 46.

I have been to the Lycan Kingdom a few times before, but never have I ridden in on the King’s own horse with the King himself behind me, holding me close.

I was still stunned from earlier at the memorial hall, his keen observance, the way his fingers lingered on mine, caressing my hands in a way Nyroth, my own mate never had. The way he asked no questions, only took me with him.

The horse galloped past the night guards, who bowed immediately as the King rode through. At last, we stopped at the Royal-

stable.

The stableman rushed forward to take the reins, while Lycannar dismounted and helped me down tenderly, almost reverently.

He knew I was a warrior, yet he still… pampered me?

I was lost in thought until his fingers laced with mine, firm and warm. Together, he pulled me through the Royal Hall.

It was my first time here, the towering stone walls swallowing us as we emerged into a massive hallway.

Two branching paths led in opposite directions. Lycannar veered right, then a maid appears, bowing his head to the King only to be ignored. I bowed politely in turn.

We stepped outside again, and for the first time, I stood at the foot of the Black Tower. The air around it was heavy, the shadows deeper than they should have been. The place was a living legend, rumored to be the prison of the Lycan Prince.

I barely noticed Lycannar slip from my side until his voice cut through the silence.

“Catch.”

I turned just in time to shatch the sword he tossed toward me. My pulse quickened as our eyes met.

He was serious. He wanted to spar.

Did he know who I was five years ago? If he did, he wouldn’t have handed me a blade and invited me to use it.

“Come,” he said, turning and leading me toward a large, soft–ground arena. The earth was worn, but the energy here was thick, like the ghosts of battles past still lingered. Goosebumps prickled my arms.

I glanced at the sword in my hand. My fingers itched to draw it but I didn’t want to hurt him.

When I looked back, he was standing in the center of the arena. No blade. Just him.

“If you strike me once, you win.”

I almost smirked. He was underestimating me. Without even unsheathing the blade, I lunged. My strike was swift and precise but a gust of wind swept past my face, and before I knew it, he was behind me.

A shove between my shoulders sent me sprawling into the dirt.

“You’ll die at this rate if you duel that rogue with these weak techniques. The Luna who trusts you her.”

The insult burned. I surged forward, striking again, but he sidestepped effortlessly, his counter sending me crashing down a second time. He was on me in an instant, pinning my arm. For original chapters go to fіndnovel.net

“Your moves are rusty.”

“Speak for yourself!” I snarled, unleashing my strength, twisting under his grip, breaking free and driving toward him with a flurry of blows. He avoided each one with infuriating ease until I feinted left and, with a snap decision, drew my blade.

It flashed in the semi moonlight, slicing across his arm.

The sight of his blood stopped me cold.

“Lycannar!” I rushed to him, reaching for the wound but it sealed instantly, healing faster than I could blink.

“Why didn’t you defend yourself?” My voice rose. I shoved at his chest, anger replacing concern. “Why would you just stand. there and let me…”

My words died as his hand closed around my throat, not in cruelty, but in something raw and consuming. His lips crushed into mine in a kiss that stole my breath.

I grabbed his arm, my nails digging in, responding to the brutal hunger between us. His grip on my neck tightened, almost too much.

I tried to pull back, but an animalistic growl rumbled from deep in his chest, ancient and primal, and his mouth moved with even more ferocity until I tasted blood.

Suddenly, he froze. The haze broke. He shoved me back sharply, turning away to steady himself.

It had happened again. He’d lost control.

Without meeting my eyes, he muttered,

“I will cool off,” and strode toward the Black Tower. His dark silhouette vanished into it, swallowed whole.

I stood there, tasting blood, my breath uneven.

Why does he have to be so hungry for me? Am I really that… alluring?

Back Where 47choose my steps carefully, walking in the direction he had taken, deeper into the Black Tower. For some reason, everything in me screamed to leave the Lycan Kingdom, but I couldn’t bring myself to do that.

I needed to know how he was faring. Was he even okay?

The dark hall stretched before me until I reached the familiar large dining room, the very one where he had once held me on the table, bruising my neck with his kisses.

My gaze drifted to the staircase that curled upward into darkness. His home.

I swallowed hard. I could stay here and wait for him to cool off… or I could go up there to meet him. Silence wrapped around me while I debated. Seconds later, I found myself climbing the stairs.

Step after step, until I emerged at a quiet hallway. Goosebumps prickled my skin. The walls were ancient, different, etched with a history I couldn’t name.

At the end of the corridor, the sound of flowing water beckoned. A door stood slightly ajar, and beyond it stood Chantel, motionless as a statue. He didn’t speak or move when his eyes met mine.

I was used to that by now.

Following the sound of water, I stepped into an open space and froze.

It was the largest bath chamber I had ever seen. With ancient candles around, The walls were lined with strange, ancient markings that made my heart shudder.

They meant something… something far beyond my understanding. Every instinct told me to leave, but my feet refused to

move.

Because before me, Lycannar was bathing in a vast pool. The water reached his chest, but it could not hide the breadth of his shoulders or the dark runes etched across his back and neck. His hair was loose and wet, gleaming in the dim light.

He gave no reaction to my presence, only sinking lower into the water until he disappeared.

And somehow… that called to me.

Heart pounding, I moved to the edge of the pool and knelt. When I dipped my hand into the warm water, my palm brushed a cheek and with that, he surfaced again, eyes glowing an eerie green that stole my breath.

This… this is power. Magic.

I forgot how to breathe, lost in his gaze, letting myself be ruined and manipulated all at once.

“Lycan…” I breathed his name, helpless. “Lycannar…”

He silenced me with a touch, his thumb brushing my lips, smearing the blood he’d drawn earlier. His gaze lowered in frustration.

“I can’t be gentle,” he said, voice tight. “I don’t know how to be.”

My heart ached at the rawness in his tone.

“But I’m fine,” I whispered.

“No, you’re not,” he replied softly. “You’re forged, but that doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to be handled gently by a man. I can’t give you that. Every time I kiss you… every time I want you…. I go primal. And I don’t want to hurt you.”

Silence pressed between us. I searched his eyes.

Then want me anyway you can,” I murmured, and he looked at me in awe. “Kiss me however you want. Rough, harsh… just

do it.”

“Zephyrine…”

I leaned in, lips almost brushing his, my gaze tracing the runes on his shoulder.

“You are very beautiful,” I whispered, unable to stop myself. “And I want to be touched by you.”

The water was the only sound between us. Then, slowly, he kissed me, just a faint touch of lips.

“I’m still healing from the full moon,” he murmured. “I can’t take you tonight.”

“I decide when you take me, Lycan,” I breathed against his mouth. “Whenever I want.”

His jaw tightened.

“You will give me your answer in three days. Will you share a bed with a man you have no bond with?”

I leaned even closer.

“Maybe I don’t need three days to know what or who I want. Maybe it’s the obsessive king I’d choose over an Alpha who cheated on me first.”

That was the last thing I said before his hand cupped my cheek again, not to kiss me this time, but to whisper an order.

“Strip.”

Cold washed over me at the command, my breath shaking. For the first time, I would stand naked before a man.

Not even Varyn had seen me this way since I came of age. Nyroth had never bothered to look at me twice. But this king…

Straightening, I reached for my dress, pulling it over my head without hesitation. This was it. what I wanted. One by one, the pins fell, the fabric pooling at my feet, my undergarments following.

Shoes discarded, I stood before him, bathed in the steady, unblinking stare of a man who saw everything.

He didn’t speak.

Instead, he extended his hand. I took it, letting him guide me into the water. His gaze stayed locked to mine before trailing down to my lips, my throat, the curve of my breasts half–hidden by the water.

His eyes worshipped me.

His hands touched my neck, his lips brushing mine with tenderness until he snapped, turning primal in an instant. I gasped as he spun me around, pinning me against the smooth stone of the pool wall, heart hammering.

I had chosen this man and the monster I would have to survive.

Zephyrine

The growl came first.

A hot, rough breath ghosted over my shoulder, and then I felt him. His hard length pressing against me. My heart plummeted when his palm curved over my waist… and then I sensed it shifting.

“Lycannar…”

“Stay still,” he whispered against my ear, but the voice wasn’t his own. It was his beast taking over. “Close your eyes.”

Every instinct screamed that I shouldn’t, that letting my guard down would be a mistake. But my eyelids fluttered closed just as he wanted, and then I could only listen., only feel. His palm grew larger, heavier…. and then wet, the fingers blooming into claws, sharp, but steady.

He caressed my belly in a slow, deliberate stroke before sliding upward, brushing against my breasts. I shuddered at the sensation, at the knowledge this was the first time I had ever felt such a thing.

Lycan…” I moaned.

That massive hand came to my neck, tilting my head back before his mouth descended, kissing my throat savagely. The scrape of fangs almost made my eyes fly open for a heartbeat.

My moon goddess! He had fangs? Did normal Lycans have them?

I barely had time to think before his lips claimed mine, devouring my breath. I kissed him back, stunned by how easily I surrendered to something… someone… I didn’t fully understand.

I let him grip my neck harder, loved the way it tightened, until he pulled away and just like that, the air went still. Quiet. His presence was gone from inside me, and my chest ached at the loss.

I opened my eyes and turn. He stood there, human again, watching me as though weighing what I might do next. Get full chapters from Find[ɴ]ovel.net

I swam toward him, and he waited. Our gazes locked, neither of us speaking, until he reached out, brushing his thumb over my

lower lip.

“You’re a virgin.”

The sound of his voice made my breath hitch. Low, accusing, almost dangerous.

“Isn’t that better?” I murmured.

“I won’t be gentle,” he said, eyes narrowing in something close to anger.

“Lycan.”

“What if my beast hadn’t sensed it? I would’ve just slammed into you without knowing, I don’t deserve that piece of information?”

I swallowed hard, heat pooling between my legs at his tone.

“You make it sound like you’ll be gentle even now that you know.”

His jaw tightened.

“You asked for this, Zephyrine.”

Before he could say more, I closed the space between us, my fingers sliding over the hard planes of his chest, down to his solid stomach.

My gods… he was built for sin.

“Break every barrier, Lycannar. Make me a woman. If you hesitate… another man will.”

His grip on my waist turned possessive in an instant, and I smiled into his chest. Finally, a man who would be too

obsessed to let me go.

“Do that,” he vowed darkly, “and you’ll have blood on your hands.”

Every word sank deep into me until his lips found mine again but he didn’t linger there. His tongue traced down my throat to my breasts, and when he took my nipple into his mouth, I gasped, my legs winding around his waist.

“Lycan…”

He didn’t answer. Instead, he kissed me harder, lifting me out of the pool as tension coiled like a storm in the air.

One moment, we were both tender. The next, I was grinding against him, desperate for his hips to slam into me.

He carried me down the hall and into a room I’d glimpsed earlier. A living room, sparse but centered around a small dining table with only one chair.

Setting me on the table, he stepped back, breathing hard. I wanted him more than I’d ever wanted anyone.

For the first time, I saw all of him naked, unashamed. The runes I thought stopped at his neck and shoulders sprawled over his chest, arms, and torso. Even his ankles bore delicate golden chains, beautiful yet somehow chilling, as if they bound him.

My gaze dropped at his hard length and my breath caught. I would bleed tonight.

He turned, closed the door, and leaned against it, eyes locked on mine.

“Spread your thighs.”

My heart plummeted. This was it.

I obeyed slowly, baring my soft, untouched flesh.

His hand traced my cheek, down my throat, over my breasts, and to my thighs before he swallowed.

Gently he came to kneel with a slow, reverent sigh, as if he’d been thirsting for me for years.

“At last… this is you, Zephyrine,” he murmured, and before I could reply, his mouth covered me.

My hands gripped the table’s edge as his tongue worked me, relentless, as though he had been starving for me all his life.

“Lycan…” I moaned, almost loosing my sanity but he only suck me softer.

When he finally pulled away, he licked a slow trail along my inner thigh down to my toes. Then he rose abruptly, one hand gripping my neck as his beast surged forward.

Positioning himself at my entrance, he gave one brutal thrust, breaking through everything that had marked me as innocent. I gasped sharply, the pain sharp and real… but the pleasure came just as quickly, wrapping around it like fire.

Blood spill out from inside me and when he saw this, he simply held me close.

Primal, merciless, he drove into me again and again before dragging me down onto his lap in the single chair. Straddling him, I took him in deep, my legs tangling around his hips.

“Lycan…” I whispered.

He slowed, his glowing gaze searching mine,

“Please don’t stop. Please.”

That was the last thing I said that night.

Lycannar didn’t just claim me. He devoured me, body and soul. I let myself fall over him completely, trusting a man I should never have trusted.

I feel too tired to even lift a limb when I woke up again. My stomach grumbled in hunger and I turned in the bed I lay on alone.

For a brief second, I wondered where I was until I saw his cloaks and the row of black clothes. He had no other color. His boots lined up in their place, all black, polished and shiny.

My eyes gently pulled upward. There was a veil around the bed, and at the side was a small library. A lot of ancient books lined the shelves, making it clear he loved reading.

I sighed and was about to drop my gaze when the sight of claw marks on the wall made me stiffen. Wait a second. I stared longer, scanning around.

Claw marks and ancient prints on the wall. I’d swear it was a spell to keep a beast at bay. My eyes fluttered tiredly again, wondering where he was when the soft sound of footsteps came through.

My heart went still at the sound, and I fixed my gaze on the door, which was already open. Lycannar appeared after a few seconds, his hair falling deliciously over his shoulder, wearing only trousers.

His upper body was bare, and I nearly smiled at the nicest view ever.

We stared at one another in silence, and for a heart–beating moment, I wondered what he’d say now. What I was to him now.

Just then, he walked toward the bed and his gaze softened. His palm came to my temple, checking my temperature, and I could only stare into his eyes, lost in their depth.

“You slept for a long time. It’s already dusk,” he said softly and that jerked me back to reality.

“What?!” I tried to get up, but exhaustion sent me flopping back on the pillow with a groan. Lycannar looked worried.

“Are you okay? How do you feel?”

I blinked, testing my body, and when I had the answer, I lowered my gaze from him and murmured, ʀᴇᴀᴅ ʟᴀᴛᴇsᴛ ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀs ᴀᴛ find•novel.net

“I feel sore.”

“I’m sorry,” he said softly, and I gently looked up at him to see him smile boyishly.

“What’s funny?”

“Your cheek is red.”

“Get off me.” I pushed him, but he only caught my wrist and leaned in to kiss my lips. When he pulled back, he looked deep. into my eyes, and I sighed.

“Dessyn will be worried about me. The Dusk household.”

“They know you are here,” he said, and before I could respond, he added, “I will bathe you. I know you’re exhausted.”

Bathe me? I suddenly pulled away from his hands.

“That’s another trick,” I accused, and he raised an eyebrow.

“Why should a King use a trick to bed with his woman?” he asked, and I frowned. “And stop creasing your face like that. It’s

He pulled away from the bed.

“I will draw your bath and come soon. Prepare.”

After he left the chamber, I realized I had been holding my breath. What… what did he just say?

He appeared at the doorway, startling me so much I almost screamed. Lycanmar walked toward me to carry me up from the bed, but I pulled away further, my eyelids fluttering. I needed to get something straight.

“Lycannar…. what do you mean by…” I swallowed, searching his eyes. “By what…”

“My family are downstairs. Zephyrine. I’m introducing you to them as my woman. If you have any family left and want me to pay respect, I will. What I want from you is eternity, the rest of your life. I want you to give them to me.”

“Lycannar…

“Come on. I can tell you’re starving and they’re waiting. Plus, don’t let the dinner get cold.”

He lifted me from the bed so easily and headed toward his bath chamber. I couldn’t move in his arms. I could only circle my hands around his neck and trust him to clean me up.

When he lowered me into the warm pool, I let out a soft sigh and hugged him closer, savoring the moment.

He came in with me, his fingers wrapping around my tender skin as lust flared between us again. Then I turned to stare at him, my heart thudding at what was happening.

The tension. The connection. The bond we had shared now.

He kissed my lips at first before I felt his fingers slide to my inner thigh, massaging my aching pussy.

I leaned on his broad shoulders, sighing softly as his movements stayed gentle until I suddenly began to shiver. I clutched at his arm, digging deep until my wolf took over for a brief moment, my fingers turning to claws as I dug into his skin.

“Lycan..”

“Heal first,” he whispered, knowing exactly what I wanted. “Heal from the soreness first, and you’ll be the one begging me to stop thrusting into you.”

I gasped softly at those words, they only made me wetter. But I obeyed him. I leaned in and let him bathe me while I moaned helplessly at his touch, which kept roaming over my skin.
