Ch. 36..40: I Will Never Be Yours Chapter 36-40

Chapter 36 Selena pov

He walks out of my cell leaving me a panting mess.

Trying to catch my breath and wrap my head around what happened.

I can still feel the sparks from his kiss.

The bond stirring to life makes my head spin, I can't let it happen.

I don't want any part of this! Laying down on my bed the room is completely dark, I don't care if he turned the light off, I just need to gather as much strength as possible before we try and break out of here.

If I only can step out of the cell I can easily escape this place.

But this wolfbane and silver keep my wolf dormant most of the time.She needs to build up resistance against it and I guess it will take some time.

It has been more than a day and I need to contact Jessie, I know it will take a bit of my strength to contact her since we are so far apart.I will probably sleep right after.I focus on Jessie and the moment we connect I start speaking to her.

"my mate found me! It was a trap.He is keeping me locked up for now! The moment I brake free I will come back" I tell her as much information I can in a short moment.

"We were so worried for you.Keep safe Selena! I will come for you if you need me"

"don't worry I will be back soon" ending the link I feel so heavy and tired.I can't keep my eyes open any longer.

Feeling sleep taking over me completely.

When I wake up the next morning I have a feeling someone has been visiting me during the night.I have a thicker blanket on me than before and his scent lingers in the room, I guess my mate came down to watch me last night.

The talk with Jessie drained my energy and I feel empty, my wolf isn’t awake either so I just lay on the bed.

I hear someone walking down the stairs and putting a tray of food in my cell.I am too tired to get up and eat.

"If you just start talking to him and behave you will be out of here in no time"

Turning my head to the side where the voice is coming from I see his beta behind the cell door.He was nice the last time I saw him.

"if you ever think I will forgive that asshole of a mate you better think again " I just say

"I understand your feelings for what he has done.I just want you to try and give him a chance to make it up to you"I just glare at him.How can he even think I will give him a chance after everything."

“I give him to you, he is all yours! Have fun with him" I say and turn around facing the wall again.

Not interested in listening to any dum excuse to try and make Kian better.

I hear him sigh and walk up the stairs.

Letting sleep take over again I woke up later in the afternoon, turning my head around I came face to face against my mate.He is sitting in the cellar on a chair looking at me.

"Why don't I feel your wolf?" He asks.

One of those questions I don't want to answer.

Since he didn’t put the alpha command on me I don't have to answer.

Turning my head again so I face the wall and he can stare at my back.I feel the bed dip on the side of my bed and I am forcefully turned on my back.

My mate straddles me with one hand on each side of my head and his legs on each side of me.I'm trapped underneath him, having no chance to escape him I just glare up at him.

"Answer me," he says and his alpha command washes over me like a tidal wave.

I try to fight his command, it's painful! I feel sweat starting to form on my forehead.

My vision starts to get blurry.I can't take it anymore and blurt it out.

"Because I don't want you to" the command instantly drops when I answer him.

I see his eyes flicker and become pitch black and I know it's the eyes of his beast.

I am not afraid of him, trying to push him away from me but my strength without my wolf is nothing against his strength and I emptied mine last night.

"you are my mate," he says.

Anger boiling in my veins who the fuck does he think he is! After everything he has done to me, he thinks I will have him as my mate! Never!

"I will never be yours" I spit at him and try to hit him.

He growls at me and takes my hands and put them over my head.

Pinning me in place.

I turn my head to the side and don't want to talk to him anymore.

He takes my hands in one of his and with his free hand, he turns my head back Making me face him again.

"Say that again!" He roars at me and I feel his anger.

"I will never be yours" I growl at him.

His lips come crashing down on mine and he devours my lips in a soul-destroying kiss.

Dominant and hungry! The bond stirred to life and a moan escape my lips.I don't want this stupid bond, fighting my urges I bit down hard on his lip, drawing blood.

He grunts but releases me.

"get off me" I roar at him.

He let me go and get up from the bed.

"You will come around.You can't fight the bond forever" he says and walks out of my cell.

Closing my door and head up the stairs.Leaving me alone again!

Chapter 37 Selena pov

I have been alone for a couple of hours and my wolf still isn’t up.

This is taking too long! if I just could get out of the cell for a little while she would wake up I am sure of it.

If I just could reject him and get this mate thing over with, but I know he will never accept it and I would only be revealing my name and that I am an Alpha of my pack.

It would do no good! I close my eyes and sigh.

The door on top of the stairs opens and I hear several people walking down, taking a sniff in the air 1 knowit's my mate and the beta and I guess his gamma too.

“ What brings me the pleasure of all these high-rank wolves coming down to me, wanna try and have a chat with me again" I mock him.

Only for his men to push back a laughter.

"will you behave?" Kian ask me

"like you did before?" I sarcastically say.

I get a warning growl from Kian "This is your last chance! I will take you up so you can have a shower.Will you behave" He ask me again, if I could I would leave the second I get out of here.We need the brake from this cellar so my wolf can get some strength back.

"What’s the catch?" I ask

"Nothing! You just need to behave" feeling skeptical but a shower and some time out would be great for us.

“ Okay" he glares at me but opens the cell door.

I stand there and look at them but no one moves so I walk out of the cell.He shows with his hand that I should start walking.His gamma walks ahead of me and Kian and his beta after.

What are they so afraid of? Me a little woman beside these big bulky men.I look like a midget between them.

We walk up the stairs and I can’t help myself.

"you can’t handle a woman? since there are three of you" I get slammed into the wall and caged in by Kian, before I get a chance to react.

He growls at me.

"Yeah yeah I will behave! Just saying" he glares at me before he rolls his eyes and releases me.

I see his beta swallow and try not to laugh.

When we step out the door I find myself in a big hall.It’s beautifully decorated with big crystal chandeliers in the ceiling.

The room is big and the height of the ceiling is much higher than a usual house since it's an old castle.I can’t help but look around the rooms when we walk past them.

Most of the interior is marble white with gold.We are about to walk up some stairs and on the side before the stairs is a table with a large flower bouquet.

White flowers and some green petals.

I can’t help myself but walk over and smell the flowers, there are white roses and I have never seen anyone that big before.

Touching the petals I admire their beauty.

Hearing someone clearing their throat I remember where I am and turn around.

Kian stands there with an amused look on his face and the other two just smile at me, I roll my eyes and start walking up the stairs.He shows me to two big doors and opens them, his scent hit me like a wall and I know it’s his chambers.

The smell is so strong.

I halt on my spot and don't want to go into the room.He pushes me inside and my bond urges me to take a large inhale.I can't resist it and my body fills with his intoxic scent and I close my eyes.

Trying to calm the bond down.

"want more of me!?" I hear his husky voice beside my ear and I jump in surprise.

Opening my eyes I just glare at him.

He chuckles at me and walks ahead to another room and it’s the bathroom.

I follow behind him and stop right by the door to the bathroom.He turns on the shower and hands me a towel.

“ The door remains open," he says and I just stare at him.

He walks out of the door and I close it halfway.

Taking off my clothes I fold them and put them on the sink.

Adjusting the temperature I step under the water, It feels so nice.

I don’t know when I showered the last time is it three or four days ago? I open his shampoo and it smells of him, I don’t care at this point just need to feel clean again.

I rinse out the shampoo and wash my body.I feel his presence in the room and turn my head to see he is standing by the sink watching me.

"I think I am old enough to take a shower by myself," I say and turn back my head and close my eyes, letting the warm water wash over my face.

He growls at me!

"new clothes for you at the sink," he says and walks out.

I don’t give a damn what he thinks of me.

Taking my time in the shower, enjoying the warmth and how some energy comes back.

I could stay in here for hours but I know he would probably come in here and force me out and I will not give him that satisfaction! Turning off the water and getting out of the shower I dry myself on the towel.

Finding my toothbrush on the sink for me I start brushing my teeth and rinsing my mouth I put the brush down and look at the clothes he has put out for me.

Some of my underwear is at the sink but not my clothes.

Putting my underwear on I take up the shirt and smell it, it’s my mate's.

His scent is heavy on the shirt and I understand what he is trying to do.

Forcing the bond on me! Well, he can forget that! 1 hold the towel around my body and walk out of the bathroom with his shirt in my hand.He is sitting on his king size bed in the middle of the room.

"Where are my clothes?" I ask He looks at me and his eyes travel down my body.

I walk over to him and toss the shirt at him.

"Never"

I spit at him! He rises from the bed and I feel anger radiating from him.

“ That’s the only thing you get to wear" I hear a threat in his voice but don't care what he will try and do.

“ Then I will do fine without," I say and drop the towel on the floor and start walking to the door.I can find my way down the cellar myself.

If he thinks I give a damn being in my underwear and who will se me he is in for a surprise.

I get slammed into the wall and his body is pressed against mine before I reach the door.

His eyes are pitch black and I hear him growl at me.

I feel his hard cock pressed against my stomach and I hiss just by the feel of his size.

"If you don’t want me to mark you on the spot and take your body on my bed right now, you put on the shirt!"

Chapter 38 Kian pov

I had to restrain my wolf the whole time she took a shower, her scent almost drove us crazy.I could have taken her on the spot.

But when she walked out with just a towel around her and with her hair wet I have never been so turned on in my life.

There is something special with her.I have never had these desires before! At the same time, she makes me furious.

When she dropped the towel and starters to walk to the door I almost lost it! Pinning her to the wall It took me everything I have not to mark and mate her on the spot.

“ Then let me go and I will put on the damn shirt," she says.

I lean closer and press my nose to her cheek and travel down her shoulder to the spot my mark would be.She shivers under my touch and when I press my lips to the spot she let out a moan.

I nibble on her skin and feel how she writhes under my touch, trying to fight the bond.

Pressing my body closer to her and take my hand under her cheek and pull her head up to face me.I crash my lips on hers and push my tongue inside her mouth, tasting every inch of her.

She rushes away from me and I see her trying to catch her breath.

She will be mine! I She put on the shirt and rush out my door, I try to calm myself down before I head out.

Cannon and Declan are just outside the door.I know she can’t run anywhere.

Walking out the door I see her taking the stairs down, they are right after her.

"She went back to her cell! And she closed the door after her" he laughs in the mindlink.

cutting the link I follow after and like he said she is laying under the blanket in her cell.

I had actually planned on letting her stay in a room upstairs, but since she wants to be down here I think we will let her stay.

"I know what you want to do! I will fix it" he mindlink back and have a smirk on his lips when he walks out the door.

We follow after him leaving her alone.I turn off the light before closing the door.

Leaving her down in the cellar while I go for a run, needed to blow off some steam before I boil over.

All I want is to sink my teeth in her skin and ravish her body on my bed for hours, taking her as mine in any way possible.

When I come back from my run I head up to my room and take a shower I think it’s enough time.

Drying myself on a towel I decide to only wear some boxers leaving my chest bare for what I am about to do now.

Walking over to the fireplace I lit it up and feel the warmth spread in my room.

Lifting off the covers on my bed before I start to walk to my door, open it, and step out into the hall I walk down the stairs and when I reach the hall to the cellar Declan is sitting outside the door guarding it.

"How cold is it now?" I ask him

"I turned on the cold so it is just 5 degrees down there now! I bet she is freezing a lot" he says and chuckle.

"Well just hold the door open for me when I get up" I say I start to walk down the stairs and the floor is freezing.

Her wolf is dormant with all this wolfsbane and nothing more than a blanket to try and keep her warm, knowing she would be freezing right now.I find her cuddled up in a ball under her blanket.

Almost feel sorry for her, but this was my plan.

I open the door and walk inside her cell, when I get closer I can her hear teeth rattle.

Lifting the blanket off her and pulling her up in my arms, she is like an ice cube.She tries to protest but soon gives up and snuggles in my chest trying to get warm.

I carry her up to my room, enjoying her body this close to mine.

Putting her on my bed I get in and pull her closer to me.

I drape covers over us when she tries to wiggle away from me.

"Relax"

I command and let my alpha aura slip out, and she has no other option but to relax.I drape my arms around her and pull her legs between mine.

Her breath is fanning my chest and I love the feeling of her close to me.

My wolf is finally calm! I rub her back with one of my hands and inhale her scent. she smells divine.I don’t say a word, just enjoying her this close.

My little mate.

"I…I " she tries to speak.

"Shyysh" I tilt her head up.

Her eyes almost glow in the dark I have never seen anything like it before.

"Don't fight it"

I lean closer.

Just giving her a light kiss on her lips before I tug her closer to me.I know the more time we spent together the faster the bond will come back for her.I did this to her and now I will have to give her some time to accept the bond to me.I won't lose her.

After some time she finally falls asleep in my arms.I lay awake almost the whole night, just enjoying her close to me, holding her close to make sure she really is there.

In the early hours of the morning just when the sun is about to come up the mindlink opens from several of my warriors.

Chapter 39 Selena pov

It was so cold in the cell, If I only could have shifted then we could have been there without any problem.

When Kian came down and picked me up in his bare chest I knew he had done it on purpose.

But I was too cold to fight against him.

Just needed to get warm I snuggled in his warm chest and let him carry me wherever he planned to.

When he laid me down on his bed I felt the warmth coming from the fireplace, I tried to wiggle away from him.I don’t want to be this close to him, I just need to get warm again.

“Relax," he says and I feel how he let his alpha command wash over me, at first I try to fight it but I am too cold.

I have no other choice but to do as he says.He pulls me closer and I inhale his scent.

My body relaxes and I feel so calm and tired.

Like I haven’t slept in ages.

Letting sleep take over, for now, I will get my energy back soon.

Waking up the next morning I find myself alone in his bed, the spot next to me is cold.

He must have been gone a while, but how come he left me alone? Doesn't he think I will run off anymore? Getting up from the bed I find none of my clothes and I don’t want to go into his closet I head over to the bathroom and after I have washed up I decide to go looking for my clothes and grab my phone before I leave.

My wolf is almost fully recovered and I feel our strength is back.I can easily leave now but I would like my phone and clothes back first.

Walking out of the door I see no one outside, heading towards the stairs I hear someone talking downstairs.

Trying not to make any sound when I walk closer I hear their voices, saying something about being under attack and everyone is outside fighting.

I feel my wolf whimper and I know Kian is hurt somehow.

Standing there for a moment and debating to myself if I should go and help him, but decide it's not my fight and he is the Alpha king.He will make it! It's better to just get home even if I have to leave my stuff behind.

Looking around there is no one here I open a portal and walk into it, coming to the other side I'm met by an angry Emma standing and waiting for me.

"I hoped I was wrong but I see now I'm not! How could you leave him when you know he is hurt? You have to go back now!"

She barks out to me and I try to walk past her. She grabs my arm and forces me to stay.

"I don't think I owe him anything!" I say with venom in my voice.

Emma looks angry at me.

"You have a choice here, either you go back and save them or the kingdom, and everyone inside of it will be killed.Including your family and friends," she says and I feel her being serious about this.

I know she has seen it in a vision! I sigh and close my eyes for a moment before looking back at her.

"If I do I will expose myself, and there is no turning back from that!" I tell her.

She knows it too and it could come down to me being haunted for the rest of my life.I have been laying low with my gifts knowing I will be a target after that.

"We are here with you all the way! You are not alone in this fight!" She says and I know they are.

"go back now! I'm coming with you" she says and I take a deep breath and open a portal behind us.

I have no other choice.I can't let my family die because I'm scared for my own life.

We walk out of the portal on the other side and stand on a slope I see the fight under us.

There are wolves everywhere, I sniff in the air and I know it’s rogues.

But I also smell a lot of silver and blood, seeing the king's warriors fighting and bleeding.

They don’t heal and I guess the rouges have done something more.

The King is easy to find in his big black wolf, he is injured but still keeps fighting.

He is bigger than the others but I see four more big wolves one is black like him which I guess might be his dad, the former king.

And the other two have to be the beta and gamma.

Everyone is injured but fighting like they don’t care! Turning my head I whimper in pain when I spot my little brother he is down on his knees and a rogue is about to attack him.I can't let him be killed.

We shift in the air and gather all energy we can from the earth we are running on, jumping down the slope we come running as fast we can.

Need to get there before it's too late for my brother, I can't lose him! Heads are turning and I know in the sunlight with our power on display our white furr will almost look a hint of gold.

Gather all our energy to our paws from the earth and just before we reach the fight we jump in the air and when we land we push the energy into the ground and the ground underneath us starts to shake violently, letting our power slip out and shoot up from the earth like a shock wave, taking all the rogues out.

They fall down unconscious! The king's warriors shift from the impact.

We stand there and try to take in everyone.

I see my brother standing up and I feel relief we made it in time.I never wanted to reveal myself but for my brother and family, I will.

Standing there I know there is no going back from this! My secret is out.

All heads are turned our way, everyone is silent.

Not a whimper is heard.

I feel how scared they are of us and waiting to know what we will do.I don't blame them, we are not part of their pack and they have no idea who we are.

The closest warriors take a stand ready to fight us.

Seeing this my wolf let out a warning growl, ready to fight them if they try.

"Stand down," Kian says to his men.

They instantly take a step back.

Slowly starting to walk over to where Kian is.

My wolf is a big white wolf and we almost reach up to their chest.

I know whe are not as big as the king's wolf but we are not as small as other she-wolves.

The men we walk by taking a step back and my wolf let out a warning growl to everyone, not letting anyone come close to us.

Walking past men and rogues who still lay on the ground we reach Kian and his closest men I guessed were his beta and gamma, and I was right even with the former king.

The resemblance between father and son can not be questioned.

Kian is a copy of his father! When we almost reach Kian we stop and look at him, he is injured from his hip up his chest with a large deep wound that won’t heal.

Sniffing in the air I know they all have silver in their wounds.

He stretches out his hand to touch us and we take a step back, I don't want him near my wolf!

Chapter 40 Selena pov

Kian let his hand fall to his side.He got our message! Closing the distance between us we sniff at his wound and stop at the end of his chest.

Looking around I see every one of his men is injured and bleeding and we know what we have to do.

Looking at Kian I search for his connection with his men and when I found It we pull on our power and she starts to lick his wound from his hip over his chest.

The deep gap starts to glow and he gasps.

Looking around I see all the men heal up with a faint glow from our healing power we transferred through Kian's bond with his pack.

His men are all healed up and I look around that’s when I feel a hand touching our furr and little sparks dance on our body.

Turning our head to the side it's our mate who is touching us.

Caressing our head, my wolf starts to purre and I try to stop her.

I know she wants our mate and love to be close to him, but I don’t want him.I try to fight her for dominance but she starts to stroke her body to Kian's.

Earning a chuckle from him.She is like a good dam cat, purring and stroking her body.

Then she accidentally comes into close-up contact with his big cock on her face, making her step back and snort in shock.

Kian and his closest men start to laugh.

"Well it isn’t my fault.It was you who started to assault my body when I am naked" he says She snorts and turns her head making eye contact with Jaden She starts to wag her tail, our little brother! Our family.

At least he has put on some shorts.

I let her have this moment, we have both missed our family.I feel tingles on our furr and look up to see Kian standing there with a shirt for me in his hand.

Shifting back I take it from him and pull it over my body.

It covers everything down to my thigh.

"Let's go back to the castle and talk," he says and grabs my arm.

I snap my arm back from him and take several steps back

"I am not going anywhere with you, ever again! And if you come any step closer to me I will make you sorry you ever met me!"

I spit at him, meaning every word I say.I'm angry about everything! He starts to walk closer to me and reach out his hand to me, I slap it away.

Don't want him to touch me ever again.

"Don’t you dare touch me! Ever again" I say to him through gritted teeth.

Swirling around I find Emma standing frozen to her spot a bit away and Kian's Gamma growling.

Oh no, this isn't happening; I'm not letting her come to any harm again and she can't defend herself against a werewolf, she is just a witch and has no power to defend herself.

Shifting we run over to where he stands and get in front of him.He will have to go through me first to come close to her! I'm not afraid to fight him for her safety.

Giving a warning growl and all teeth on display for him to see we take a step closer and are ready to defend her.

Furr starts to coat his arms and I see he is about to shift, I'm ready to fight for her life.He will not come anywhere near her if she doesn't want him close.He shifts to his big grey wolf and takes a stand ready to attack me.He growls at me and I see he is angry.

"Cannon stand down!"

Kian shouts out and comes to stand between us.He doesn't back down and I feel how he places his alpha command over him, he whimpers in pain before he shifts back.

We growl at him one move and I will kill him, I have no hesitation.

"Selena don't kill him!" I hear Emma's voice and try to calm down.

Cannon is sitting on the ground with his head hanging low and Kian forcing him to stay that way.

I feel Emma's hand stroking our furr and I start to calm down.I don't want to do anything that will hurt her in the end.

"It's okay Selena.Let him be and we can go home instead" shifting back I stand there in front of them naked.

I hear Kian growl and his men avert their eyes.His beta comes over and gives me a shirt.

Taking it on me I look between Cannon and Kian.

Taking a step back and reach for Emma's hand and take it in mine.I know she never wanted to find her mate but here we are.She looks at me and I see sadness in her eyes.

"Let's just go home" she pleads to me and I turn to walk away with her.

“Where do you think you are you going "

I hear Kian say.

I don't answer him! I'm done talking to him and don't want to stay here another minute.

"Stop! He says and forces his alpha command over me.I turn around and let go of Emma's hand. walking closer to him, I have put up a barrier now when my wolf is awake so his command can’t get to me. I saw surprise on his face that I could ignore his command."

Your alpha command doesn’t work on me.

Let me know when you are ready to be rejected then you know where to find me! "I spit the words to him, and then I turn around and walk back to Emma and take her hand in mine again.

When we are about to go from there I see several of his men caging us in, a large circle around us with no way out.

"I can’t let you leave Selena," he says.

Turning around to look at him.

Everyone is standing some steps away from me just waiting for the signal.

I start laughing! it’s hilarious he thinks he will be able to stop me.He surely has no idea what I can do.

"And you think you have any say in that? " I raise an eyebrow at him.

"Still haven’t figured it out have you," I say to him with a smirk on my lips.

I let my energy out when I look at him, want to see his expression when he understands.

Opening a portal I quickly take a step in with Emna and the last thing I see on his face is shock.
