"Bring it on!’ Leon was prepared and took out the Cuff of Doom.
He only managed to defeat the Fifth Elder by utilizing the element of surprise and he risked getting injured in doing so.
The Fourth Elder was also in the Peak Emperor State and was supported by several martial artists in the Intermediate and Advanced Emperor State, so the Mirror of Sovereign would not be sufficient to defeat them.
Hence, Leon did not hesitate to utilize his other weapon, the Cuff of Doom.
After offering his power to it day after day, there was a strike and a half stored inside the cuff. The complete strike reached the power of the Intermediate Almighty State; the half strike was only in the Semi-Almighty State but was not far from the Initial Almighty State.
Since there was a limit to how many times the cuff could be used, it would be challenging if the Golans decided to fight Leon one by one. Hence, Leon purposefully attempted to provoke them into attacking him all at once so that he could use the Cuff of Doom on them all at the same time.
"Take this!" Leon scoffed and activated the strike he stored in the Cuff of Doom, sending it flying toward the Fourth Elder and the others.
"How insolent!" Seth sneered in contempt when he realized that Leon intended to face the Fourth Elder and the others on his own.
Leon might be able to survive a while longer if he kept running around, but Leon simply took out a golden cuff and intended to face them directly.
Seth was certain that Leon would meet his demise, but what happened next shook him.
"Baam!"
Following a deafening sound, the Cuff of Doom tore through the combined power of the Fourth Elder and the others and darted toward them.
Though they were all martial artists in the Intermediate Emperor State or above, the attack in the Cuff of Doom surpassed the level of the Sem- Almighty State and was close to a full-force blow from a martial artist in the Initial Almighty State, so none of them were capable to counter its power.
Before having the chance to react, they were all sent flying into the distance.
Feeling as though their bones were breaking apart, they spewed blood from their mouth and lay sprawled across the ground.
The Fourth elder, who was ahead of the others, suffered the worst injury and could barely move at all.
"How's this possible?!" Seth gaped in shock.
He knew that the Fourth Elder and the others were far superior in power compared to Leon and were certain that Leon would die since he was surrounded.
To his bewilderment, not only did Leon survive, he managed to defeat all of them with a single move.
What Seth saw was beyond his comprehension and he could not help but freeze in shock.

"Ugh, Mister Seth, r- run! That golden cuff in his hand might be an almighty weapon," The Fourth Elder muttered weakly when he saw the confused look on Seth's face.
He was an experienced martial artist who saw his fair share of wonders in the world and managed to conclude that the cuff Leon possessed was an Almighty weapon after the earlier exchange, or Leon would have never been able to defeat them all with a single blow.
Naturally, the Cuff of Doom was tainted with gold, so there was no way for the Fourth Elder to tell that it was the infamous Cuff of Doom.
"What? He- He has even more treasures?!’ Seth was utterly stunned.
Treasures were extremely rare and it would be challenging enough for powerful families to obtain a single piece of treasure. Not only did Leon possess a defensive tool with power in the Peak Emperor State, but he also owned yet another weapon with power in the Almighty State.
Seth was shaken to the core, but knew that there was no time left for him as he was the only one left who was not defeated by Leon; even a fool would know that he would suffer a horrible fate at Leon's hand with no one else to help him.
"Somebody, help!" Seth lost all will to rob Leon of his treasures and turned to run.
"You won't get away!" Leon sneered and ran after Seth while holding Iris with one arm.
He swiftly caught up with Seth and scoffed. "Seth, prepare to die!"
He launched a powerful strike at Seth's back.
"Don't!" Seth was terrified and rolled off the ground to dodge the attack, but he was far too weak when compared to Leon and could not escape the range of Leon's attack.
He spewed blood from his mouth under the impact and was instantly sent flying into the distance.
"Baam!"
Leon took the opportunity to step on Seth's chest and pin him down.
"Leon, wh- what do you think you doing? I'm warning you! The others will be here soon and if you hurt me, they won't spare you!" Seth said in fear.
"I don't know if they're going to spare me, but if there's something I know for sure, it's that I'm not sparing you!" Leon sneered and raised his arm as he desperately wished that he could kill Seth right there and then.
However, he was in the heart of the Golans' territory and most of the Golans were alerted by the alarm earlier.
If Leon killed Seth, the Golans would go after him until the end of their days and he would waste even more time that could have been used to rescue Snow.
Hence, he decided to keep Seth alive and hold him hostage to get out of the Golans Mansion.
He suppressed his anger and landed two heavy kicks on Seth's knees.

"Snap!"
Seth's legs broke following the crisp sounds of bones snapping.
He wailed in agony and saw stars as he was about to lose consciousness.
"Leon, you little bast*rd! Just wait! Once I have you at my mercy, I'm going to skin you alive and make you die screaming!" Seth cursed as his face twisted in pain.
"You talk a great deal! But I love teaching scums like you a lesson!" Leon narrowed his eyes and raised his arm.
"Wh- What are you doing?" An ominous feeling overwhelmed Seth.
"It's simple. I'm going to destroy your power once and for all. Let's see how you're going to hurt others from now on!" Leon said fiercely
Though he already decided to spare Seth's life for the time being, Seth must be punished for plotting with Joel against Leon repeatedly and kidnapping Iris.
After all that he did, Leon had no intention of letting Seth go unpunished.
Ancient lineages of martial artists like the Golans valued power above all and if Leon destroyed his power, he would be abandoned by his family.
Not only would he lose his identity as the family heir, but he would also lose everything he ever had and Seth could not bear to think of it.
"Don't! Leon, you can't destroy my power! I'm begging you, just spare me this one time!" Seth broke down and pleaded for mercy.
"It's too late to beg for mercy now! Spend the rest of your life in a wheelchair and reflect on your mistakes!" Leon sneered and was about to slam his fist against Seth's Energy Sea Point.
"Don’t!" Seth fell into despair.
"Stop!" An angered roar echoed in the air.
An intimidating old man in his seventies arrived with dozens of Golans and he was none other than the leader of the Golans, Eliam.
Behind him were the other three elders and core members of the family.
They were all in a family meeting and hurried over when they heard the alarm going off.
"Grandpa! Help me!" Seth saw hope once again and shouted for help in joy.
"What's going on?" Eliam's expression darkened when he saw all the people Leon defeated laying sprawled across the ground and noticed that Seth was pinned to the ground.
"This kid is the chairman of Elegante Group, Leon Wolf!" The Fifth Elder, who suffered the least severe injury, fumbled to get up and explained the situation.
"So that's him!" Eliam said darkly.
He knew about the conflict between Elegante Group and Hiltons Corporation, so he immediately had a general understanding of what happened.
The only thing that surprised him was that Leon dared to storm into the Golans Mansion on his own and managed to injure both the Fourth and Fifth Elder.

"Kid, you have one chance to let Seth go right now, or you shall pay for it!
Eliam glared at Leon maliciously.
He intended on killing Leon for being the Hiltons' enemy and for barging into the Golans Mansion to injure members of his family, and was not going to let Leon go even if Leon released Seth; however, he could at least allow Leon a quick death.
"Am I supposed to just do as you say? Who do you think you are, old twat?' Leon scoffed.
He was in a hurry to save Snow, so he might have considered letting Seth go if Eliam was understanding enough to apologize for what Seth did.
However, Eliam was just as unreasonable and arrogant as Seth was, so Leon saw no reason to show him any respect.
"Get over yourself, brat! I'm going to skin you alive if you don't let Seth go right now!" Eliam roared, desperately wishing that he could kill Leon right there and then. However, Seth was still being held hostage, so he dared not to move and could only suppress his anger for the time being.
"Save your breath, old twat! Not only will I not let Seth go, but I'm also going to destroy his power to make him pay for all the horrible things he did!' Leon scoffed at Eliam's threat.
"What?! You wouldn't dare!" Eliam's expression darkened.
"Let's find out!' Leon sneered, before landing a blow on Seth's Energy Sea Point without hesitation.
"Ah!!!' Seth screamed and slumped on the ground with a pale look on his face.
He thought that he would be saved, not expecting Leon to destroy his power in front of Eliam and the others. At this exact moment, the hope he felt shattered completely.
Eliam and the others were surprised by Leon's action as well and were all instantly enraged.
"How dare you?! Capture him! I want him torn to shreds to avenge Seth!' Eliam glared daggers at Leon, before commanding the others to attack
"Yes!" The others immediately darted forward to surround Leon.
"Come any closer and I'll kill Seth right now!" Leon was prepared and let go of Iris, before picking Seth up from the ground like he weighed nothing.
The Golans hesitated at his threat and turned to Eliam for further instructions.

"Take him down! If anything happens to Seth, I want that brat and the woman next to him to die!" Eliam commanded coldly.
As a seasoned martial artist and the leader of his family, he was through enough to know that Leon would not kill Seth as Seth was his only leverage at the moment.
"I guess I can't run from this fight, after all!’ Leon’s expression darkened and knew that he would have to fight.
He rolled his wrist and the Cuff of Doom appeared in his hand once again.
He did not know the extent of Eliam's power, but through his earlier duels with the Fourth and Fifth Elder, he could guess that Eliam was likely in the Peak Emperor State as well, and all the other Golans would be in levels below that.
There was one strike in the Intermediate Almighty State left in the Cuff of Doom and it would be more than sufficient to fight off Eliam and the others.
However, it did not change the fact that Leon was outnumbered and a single attack might not take down every single one of the Golans, which made the situation far more challenging.
"Stop!"
Just as a battle was about to break out, a powerful roar echoed in the air.
A luxurious car raced toward them and stopped right before the group.
The car door opened and Roanne stepped out with John.
"Who are you? Why are you here in our house?” Eliam and the other Golans were slightly stunned by Roanne’s and John's powerful presence.
"I'm John of the Thompsons, and this is our lady, Miss Roanne Thompson!' John announced.
"What? The Thompsons?"
The Golans were all shocked.
Ever since Joel was forced to apologize to Elegante Group in public, most of the families in the southern region found out that Elegante Group was connected to the Thompsons somehow and that Joel was only forced to apologize out of fear toward the Thompsons.
The Golans caught news of it as well but did not expect the Thompsons to hurry over and stop them from harming Leon so soon after Leon barged into the Golans' Mansion.
It all happened so fast that they were caught by surprise.
"Miss Thompsons, the Thompsons, and the Golans have steered clear of one another's way so far, so why are you here?’ Eliam asked darkly.
Though he already guessed why Roanne was there, it was only an assumption.
"I'm here for Leon and Iris," Roanne said.
After learning that Iris and Snow were in danger, Roanne called Leon right away to meet with him. However, Leon was in too much of a hurry to wait for her and arrived at the Golans Mansion before she did.

"As expected!" Eliam's and the others' hearts sank when they confirmed that Roanne indeed come to Leon's aid.
Leon had no status in the southern region and the Golans had no concern about hurting him, but the circumstances with Roanne were different.
The Thompsons were the head of all families in the southern region and as their eldest daughter, Roanne had extremely high standing in the community the Golans were instantly placed at a crossroads when Roanne interfered.
"Miss Thompson, let's cut to the chase here! Leon broke into our house and injured members of my family. On top of that, he destroyed my grandson's power! I've to make him pay for it! This is between the Golans and him, and the Thompsons have nothing to do with this! I'd like for you to stay out of it, or you might risk tainting your family name!" Eliam said.
He knew that the Thompsons valued their reputation and wanted to use it as a bargaining chip against Roanne.
"I'm not staying out of this! Seth was the one who kidnapped Iris and Leon only barged in here to save her! Even if Seth ends up getting his power destroyed, he has it coming and can't blame anyone for it!" Roanne argued.
"But," Eliam was instantly rendered speechless because Roanne was right to say that it had all been Seth's fault.
However, Leon was an enemy of the Hiltons and just destroyed Seth's power, which deepened the conflict between Leon and the Golans, so Eliam was reluctant to simply let Leon go.
Roanne ignored Eliam and hurried over to Leon and Iris alongside John." Leon, Iris, are you two okay?" Roanne asked worriedly.
"We're fine," Iris nodded.
"Good! By the way, where's Snow? I don't see her anywhere.’ Roanne looked around for Snow and was surprised to not find Snow anywhere in sight.
"Snow was captured by Gordon!" Iris said in concern.
"What?!" Roanne was stunned, "Leon, you need to go to her rescue now!"
She scanned the Golans who surrounded Leon and instantly realized the Golans were stopping Leon from hurrying to Snow's rescue.
"Leon, I'll get John to stall them. Hurry up and save Snow!" Roanne said decisively.
"Um, okay!" Leon was worried for Snow's safety as well and agreed to Roanne's suggestion right away.
"We won't let you get away! Golans, capture that kid, and don't let him escape!" Eliam commanded without hesitation.
Though the Thompsons were powerful, the Golans had the support of the Hiltons, so he did not fear Roanne.
So long as the Golans managed to capture or kill Leon right there and then, the Thompsons would not be able to do much afterward.
"Yes!" The Golans avoided Roanne and launched their attacks at Leon.
Roanne was far too important for them to hurt her, but they had no intention of sparing Leon.

Leon was prepared for the ambush and immediately tossed Seth into the air at the other Golans.
"Watch out! We mustn't hurt Mister Seth by accident!"
One of the martial artists shouted and the others immediately ceased their attack to catch Seth.
Instantly, there was an opening to their line of defense and Leon took the opportunity to run outside with Iris in his arms. ’Mister Thompson, please stall them for me! I will take off now!"
He originally planned on using the remaining strike in the Cuff of Doom against the Golans, but was unsure if it was sufficient to defeat such a large group.
Thankfully, Roanne and John arrived in time and there was no need for Leon to waste the power of the Cuff of Doom.
His priority at the moment was to rescue Snow and had no time to waste on the Golans.
"Where do you think you're going? Prepare to die!' Eliam sneered as he stood back to prevent Leon from running.
As soon as Leon darted out of the crowd that surrounded him, Eliam did not hesitate to lung himself at Leon.
The Golans were one of the oldest lineages of martial artists in the southern region with a training method in the Advanced Power class, so one could reach the Semi-Almighty State at best.
As the leader, Eliam reached the Semi-Almighty State two years ago and he did not doubt that he would be able to kill Leon with a single blow.
"Damn it!" Leon's expression darkened as he knew that he could not rival Eliam and he immediately started considering if he should use the remaining blow in the Cuff of Doom.
Before he could act, John leaped into the air. "Eliam, how could you bully a youngster? Let's see what you are made of!' John scoffed and released his true energy at Eliam.
"Baam!"
The attacks launched by John and Eliam clashed.
Though they were both in the Semi-Almighty State, John studied a far more powerful training method as a member of the Thompsons and reached the level long before Eliam did, so he was close to reaching the Almighty State.
John remained as still as a mountain under the impact, but Eliam could not help but back from the clash of sheer forces.
With their brief exchange, it became clear that John was slightly stronger than Eliam.
Seeing how Eliam was stopped by John, Leon did not hesitate to dart out of the yard with Iris in his arms.
"What are you lot doing, standing there? Go after him!' Eliam roared at the other Golans.
"Yes!" The others snapped out of it and hurried after Leon. However, before they could get any closer to Leon, John sent his energy at them to stop them from moving.
By the time they managed to dodge the attack, Leon was nowhere to be seen.

After leaving the Golans Mansion, Leon and Iris arrived where Leon parked his car and drove off to save Snow.
"Leon, it's already been some time since Snow was captured! By the time we get there, it might be too late! You should call Mister Hughes to get his help. Maybe he can get Snow out!" Iris said worriedly.
"Yeah! You're right. I almost forgot!" Realization dawned on Leon.
They were currently near the Golans Mansion, which was a distance from the Hughes Mansion.
By the time they arrived, Snow might have already suffered a horrible fate.
Darius was the eldest son of Hughes and Gordon's brother-in-law. If Darius was willing to offer help, they might be able to save Snow from danger much sooner.
Leon immediately took out his phone to call Darius and briefly explain the situation.
Darius was furious after learning what happened.
The cosmetic products of Elegante Group were swapped a few days ago and he had a hunch that Gordon was involved in it. Hence, he made a point of giving Gordon a stern word of warning, before taking away his power to manage all distribution channels as punishment.
His blood boiled with anger at the realization that not only did Gordon not reflect on his mistakes, but his action also escalated to kidnapping Snow.
Afterward, Darius promised to rescue Snow in time and make everything right with Leon.
After the call ended, Leon instantly recalled Yuri. "Oh, that's right. Yuri!"
He mistakenly thought that Iris and Snow were kidnapped by Joel and asked for Yuri's help to confront the Hiltons.
Since Joel did not seem to be involved, Leon had to contact Yuri right away to prevent any unnecessary conflict between the Hiltons and the Thompsons.
He immediately gave Yuri a call to explain the situation, before following the trail of Soul Searcher to rescue Snow, all the while praying that Darius would succeed in finding Snow.
If something bad happened to Snow, Leon swore that he would tear Gordon to shreds.
Meanwhile, in the Golans Mansion.
Once Leon escaped, John no longer needed to fight the Golans and forced them to back away, before jumping into the car with Roanne and driving off into the distance.
"Damn it!" Eliam was livid as he watched the car disappear into the distance.
However, Roanne was not someone that the Golans could afford to cross, and since John was almost in the Almighty State, no one in the Golans could defeat John at the moment, so Eliam had no choice but to let them leave.
"Grandpa, Leon broke my legs and destroyed my power. You have to avenge me!" Seth wailed in agony, his eyes filled with resentment and the urge to tear Leon to shreds.

"I know! Don't worry. Leon might be able to run this time, but he can't run forever. This isn't the end of it. The Golans aren't done with him yet! He has the support of the Thompsons, though, so it's not going to be easy to get rid of him! We might need the Hiltons' help on this!" Eliam said with a malicious look in his eyes.
Not only did Leon barge into the Golans Mansion, but he also injured numerous members of the family and destroyed Seth's power.
Even if Leon managed to escape, Eliam had no intention of stopping.
"Let's go to the Hiltons Mansion now, then! Joel was the one who told me to go after Leon. Now that Leon destroyed my power, the Hiltons won't stand idly by!' Seth gritted out.
"Very good! As long as the Hiltons are willing to get involved, Leon's fate will be decided!" Eliam said.
Though Leon was close with the Thompsons, he was not a member of the family and they could not protect Leon for his entire life.
With the Hiltons' help to hinder the Thompsons, the Golans should be able to crush Leon with ease.
Eliam ordered his men to bring the family doctor over to treat Seth's legs and injuries, before having them carry Seth into a car and driving toward the Hiltons Mansion.
In the Hiltons Mansion, Joel was resting in the living room.
His arm was broken by Leon a few days ago and he was once again injured when Yuri went after him in the office of Hiltons Corporation.
Joel's father lectured him about not getting his own hands dirty, and he learned his lesson.
He did not get involved in Seth's actions and simply remained home to wait for good news from Seth and Gordon.
Just then, he heard footsteps approaching and a Hiltons' guard came into his sight.
"Sir, Elder Golan, and Mister Seth are here. They said that they have something important to discuss with you,’ The guard said respectfully.
"What? Can it be that Seth succeeded?" Joel's eyes lit up and he stood from the couch abruptly.
He knew that Seth and Gordon plotted to capture Iris and Snow on this day and his first reaction when told about Seth's arrival was that Seth already managed to obtain the recipes for purified water and alchemical pills from Iris.
Overwhelmed by joy, Joel snapped out of it and commanded, ’Bring them here to see me!"
"Yes, sir!" The guard went out of the living room.
Shortly after, Eliam strode inside with a few other members of the Golans, carrying Seth on a stretcher.
"What!" Joel froze and the smile on his face faded when he saw the state Seth was in.

"Seth, what's going on? Why are you so badly injured?!" Joel was stunned by the sight before him.
"Cousin, Leon broke my legs and destroyed my power. You have to make this right for me," Seth cried in agony as he explained the situation.
"What?!" Joel was utterly shocked.
He thought that his plan for Seth to capture Iris was perfect and did not expect Leon to track Iris down so soon after she was captured.
He knew that Leon was in the Peak Overlord State at best, whereas there were countless powerful martial artists among the Golans, with a few who reached the Semi-Almighty State.
With such force, it would be easy to crush Leon.
However, Leon managed to rescue Iris and destroy Seth's power under the eyes of all the martial artists in the Golans.
It was so surreal that he could not begin to fantom how it happened.
"Apart from the defensive tool, Leon has another Almighty Weapon,’ Seth explained when he saw the confusion on Joel's face.
"I see! I didn't even expect him to own other treasure! We've all underestimated him!’ Joel said enviously at the realization that Leon was lucky enough to have so many treasures.
"Grandpa and the others were close to capturing Leon, but Roanne Thompson arrived in time to rescue him," Seth said resentfully.
"Roanne Thompson? The Thompsons again? How dare they?!" Joel slammed his palms against the table.
Due to what happened to Elegante Group, Yuri injured Joel and forced him to make a public apology to Elegante Group on behalf of Hiltons Corporation.
Not long after that, Leon barged into the Golans Mansion on his own and was about to be eliminated, when Roanne got in the way.
At that very moment, Joel's rage and resentment toward the Thompsons reached their peak.
"Joel, Leon destroyed my power. You have to avenge me!" Seth pleaded.
"Don’t worry! I heard that Angel's Fruit can help martial artists recover from any damage to their Energy Sea Point. I will try to find you one to see if you can recover your power. As for Leon, I will never spare him for injuring you to this point," Joel consoled him.
"Good!" Seth's spirit was instantly lifted when he learned that he could recover his power, but his hatred toward Leon remained.
"Mister Hilton, Loen is just a nobody, but it's troubling that he has that Thompsons backing him up! I would like to ask for the Hiltons' help to stall the Thompsons. That way, the Golans will be able to focus on hunting Leon down to avenge Seth!" Eliam proposed.
