Ch. 411..420

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 411-Not the Right Time It was the middle of the night, and Jenny was wide awake after her talk with Christopher. She examined her teachers’ information on the computer screen and found Christopher was right; they were all experts in their respective fields.

The martial arts, computer, art, and medical teachers were all renowned professionals in her country.

Even her seemingly ordinary design mentor, Jade, was once a partner of a wellknown domestic designer brand. Jenny realized that she might not be an ordinary person, and she became curious about her background. However, she didn’t know who to ask as her grandfather had passed away. Suddenly, she remembered Gilbert, whom her grandfather could have confided in “Jenny?” Gilbert answered the phone. It was not night yet in his time zone, so he answered almost instantly.

“I want to ask you something,” Jenny said. “Before Grandpa passed away, did he tell you anything?” Gilbert hesitated, having an inkling of what she would ask next. “What do you mean?” “Did he say anything about my background? Did he tell you anything about my family?” After a moment of silence, Gilbert sighed. “I don’t know much. Grandpa only said that you were not his biological granddaughter and that your family would reveal themselves when the time was right. Until then, he asked me to protect you.” He was telling the truth. That was all Horace told him before he passed away.

However, Gilbert had discovered more over the years but didn’t intend to tell Jenny yet. He wanted to confirm it again before revealing anything.

Jenny was stunned by the news that she wasn’t biologically related to her grandfather. She couldn’t help but wonder about her real family.

“Jenny,” Gilbert called her, concerned about her state of mind.

“Did Grandpa say anything about my family?” Jenny asked, hoping for some answers.

“No, he didn’t. Maybe he thought the time wasn’t right yet,” Gilbert replied.

Jenny decided that she needed to go to Bardoff City to find answers.

Christopher’s grandfather might know something, and so might Old Mr. Faust.

However, given her knowledge of Old Mr.

Faust, he wouldn’t tell her what was going on.

Suddenly, she realized how strange he was for insisting Alec marry her in the past; she wondered if it was related to her background. She felt chills all over when she thought about it.

Jenny forced herself to stop speculating and decided to wait until she had more information before making any assumptions.

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 412-You Begged Me Jenny had been performing surgeries for several days in a row before taking a leave of absence. She wanted to complete all her surgeries before her break.

Alec had also been busy recently. In the past few days, he had successfully persuaded several directors to support him. He now needed to unite everyone to remove Mortimer from his position as head director of the Faust Group. Once Mortimer was no longer in charge, he would have limited power and pose little threat to Jenny, so Alec could stop taking him seriously. However, he was oblivious to what Jenny was thinking at the time or that she was planning to go to Bardoff City.

In Jenny’s office, she had completed all the necessary surgeries for her inpatients and asked for leave. She could leave for Bardoff City at any time.

Before leaving, she thought of Stephanie, who she hadn’t heard from recently, and became worried.

She called her, and Stephanie answered, “Jenny.” “Stephanie, what have you been up to lately?” Jenny asked. “You didn’t even come to see me.

She found it strange that Stephanie only called her when she broke up with Alec. She hadn’t even contacted her when the news of Alec and Natalia began to spread.

Stephanie stared at the man beside her in frustration, replying, “Let’s meet another day. I’m busy today.” Jenny immediately became suspicious and asked, “Where are you? Are you with your family or at work? I’ll head over now.” It caught Stephanie by surprise. “No thanks, I’m busy.” Jenny continued to press on, saying, “Stephanie, we’ve known each other for a long time. You can’t fool me by saying that.” Stephanie was silent.

Jenny frowned. “Are you at Paul’s place? Did he threaten you using your family?” The thought of it made Jenny furious.

“No, I went to him voluntarily,” Stephanie replied with a wry smile. Although she put up a good fight, she and her family couldn’t beat Paul. If she didn’t compromise, the Walkers would have been done for.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” Jenny asked. “I can help you.” “You know, I still like him quite a bit.” Stephanie didn’t want Jenny to worry. She didn’t know what Paul might do if she angered him. After all, Jenny had just broken up with Alec and was still sad over it, so Stephanie didn’t want to add to her worries.

It only made Jenny angrier. “You need to leave immediately. I’ll pick you up.” “Jenny…” “Stephanie, if you still consider me a friend, listen to me.” She didn’t believe Paul wouldn’t do anything to Stephanie. She couldn’t afford to take any chances.

Jenny hung up and left the hospital to drive to Paul’s villa.

Meanwhile, Stephanie stared helplessly at her phone.

“Is your best friend coming to save you?” Paul asked, holding a glass of red wine in his hand.

Seeing his wicked smile, Stephanie said coldly, “I won’t go with her but don’t do anything to her, or I’ll make sure you regret it!” “I’ll regret it?” Paul seemed to find it amusing. “Well, you can go with her if you want.” It shut Stephanie right up. She knew she couldn’t leave. If she did, Paul would attack her family.

“Let’s set the record straight. It was you who begged to be my lover. I didn’t force you,” he said with a snort before heading upstairs.

Stephanie smiled wryly. Yes, she had begged him.

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 413-Why Would I?

When Jenny arrived at Paul’s villa, she saw Stephanie waiting at the door and was relieved to see her standing upright.

She approached Stephanie and asked warily, “Where’s Paul?” Stephanie glanced toward the villa, indicating someone was inside. When Jenny pulled her to her car, Stephanie said, “It’s fine, Jenny. This Is my business.” “It’s my business too, Steph. Am I not your friend?” Stephanie smiled wryly. Because Jenny was her friend, she didn’t want to trouble her with her own problems.

However, Jenny pressed on. “No matter how powerful he is, he’s not omnipotent, trust me. Let’s go. If anything goes wrong, I’ll take care of it for you.” She pulled Stephanie toward the car, but Stephanie resisted, saying, “Jenny, my family can’t beat him. It’s an undeniable fact.” Jenny disagreed with her. “Even if your family can’t, my brothers and I are still here for you. I don’t believe that we can’t do anything about him.” Jenny knew that Paul was a force to be reckoned with, a capable man in his own right.

Stephanie understood that Jenny had her best interests at heart, but the more Jenny insisted on helping, the more Stephanie didn’t want to involve her. After spending so much time with Paul, she realized how unpredictable and dangerous he was, and she couldn’t risk Jenny getting hurt.

Stephanie pulled Jenny aside and said earnestly, “Actually, I’ve been thinking… maybe Paul isn’t that bad. He doesn’t have a girlfriend now, and I still have a chance with him.” Jenny’s response was harsh. “Stephanie, do you think of yourself as his lapdog? Paul is an asshole, don’t waste your time with him.” Stephanie’s face turned pale, and she looked pained.

Jenny continued, “Think about it; if your family finds out, would they agree?

They care about you and wouldn’t want you to suffer like this. Your parents would rather lose their business than have this happen to you.” Jenny knew just how much Stephanie’s parents doted on her. If they knew how many wrongs Paul had done against her, they might even murder him.

Stephanie knew Jenny was right, but she couldn’t give up on her family.

Jenny sighed and asked, “If I can resolve the issues your family is facing, will you leave him?” “If it wasn’t for my family, why would I put myself in this situation?” Stephanie asked, finally admitting it to Jenny.

Jenny nodded in understanding. “I’ll figure out a way to help you. In the meantime, protect yourself, and don’t let that bastard bully you.” Stephanie was worried. “What are you planning to do? Go head-to-head with Paul?” Knowing about Jenny and Alec’s breakup, Stephanie felt it would be difficult for Jenny to handle the situation alone. She was afraid that Jenny might put herself in danger without Alec’s help.

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 414-Won’t Let You Get Away with It Jenny didn’t answer Stephanie’s question, saying, “Don’t worry, there’s always a way.” Stephanie tried to stop her, “Jenny, you don’t have to-” “Okay, if you’re going to keep me in the dark like this, it’s clear you don’t see me as a friend,” Jenny cut her off angrily. Stephanie hadn’t even told her about the crisis the Walkers were facing. Did she not consider her a friend anymore?

Stephanie was silent, not wanting to upset Jenny further. She did see Jenny as a friend but didn’t want to burden her with her problems..

Unbeknownst to them, Paul stood on the second floor of the villa, watching them through the window with a menacing expression. Someone was behind him, and he promised they wouldn’t be able to leave if Stephanie left with Jenny.

After giving Stephanie some instructions, Jenny left the villa alone. She glanced up at the window where Paul was and knew he was watching her. “If you hurt Stephanie, I won’t let you get away with it,” she warned silently. With that, she drove off.

Paul laughed as he watched her leave, unsure if it was Jenny’s threat or Stephanie’s decision to stay that amused him.

“He knows about you and Miss Walker, sir. Please pay him a visit,” the bodyguard behind him said, very worried.

Paul’s face darkened when he heard him, “Tell him to get lost!” With that, the bodyguard turned to leave. When he opened the door, Stephanie was just about to knock.

“Miss Walker,” he greeted her.

Stephanie nodded at him and asked, “Is he inside?” “Yes, I am,” Paul called from inside the room.

The bodyguard left, and Stephanie took a deep breath before entering the room.

When Paul saw her, his gloomy face twisted into a pervading smile. “What’s the matter? Can’t bear to leave me alone?” he sneered.

Stephanie responded firmly, “Don’t hurt Jenny.” “Why would I? Your friend is quite cunning. She may use her tricks to threaten me to let you go,” Paul retorted disdainfully.

Stephanie replied, “You didn’t force me to stay. I made that choice myself, and it’s different.” “Heh,” Paul said coldly, mocking her. Seeing her stand so far away from him as if he were monster, he felt upset. Hence, he beckoned her to come closer.

“Come here and give me a shoulder massage,” he demanded.

Stephanie reluctantly approached him.

When Christopher received Jenny’s call, he couldn’t believe it. It was the first time Jenny had ever called him.

“Jenny…” “Where are you? I need to tell you something,” Jenny cut him off.

Christopher was taken aback but replied, “I’m at Perry Residence. Did you forget I moved here?” “Which floor?” “I’ll meet you at your apartment,” Christopher offered. Looking around his empty house, he thought it would be better not to let Jenny visit him.

Jenny was kinder to Christopher than before. Instead of belittling him, she treated him with respect. Although flattered, Christopher knew that Jenny’s sudden change of attitude was unlikely. She must have a hidden motive.

“It seems you need my help,” he guessed.

Without beating around the bush, Jenny poured him a glass of water and asked, “Do you know who Paul Wagner is?”

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 415-The Source of Joy Christopher drank some water and remained silent for a moment before nodding. “I know him a little. What’s the matter? Did he provoke you?” Jenny nodded. “You could say that. The Wagners are difficult to deal with, and I am no match for them alone. I want to ask for your help.” Christopher was surprised. “I didn’t expect you to ask me for help.” Jenny continued, “The Wagners’ influence in Parrington is not to be underestimated, and Paul has always been unscrupulous. He’s a difficult person to deal with. Of course, you’ll benefit from it. I don’t want anything. You can take all of their property if you can bring them down.” Jenny knew that getting rid of the Wagners was the only way to ensure Stephanie’s safety in the future.

Christopher was tempted. He had been in Parrington for a while and had nothing else to do besides meddling in Alec’s project. However, he hesitated.

Sensing his hesitation, Jenny said, “If you find it difficult, forget it. I won’t force you to do it.” “Jenny, don’t say that. I promise you I’ll do it.” Christopher nodded, eager to try.

Jenny smiled. Just as she was about to speak, Christopher added, “Of course, you have to give me some time first. I’ll go and investigate the Wagners first. If we think we have a chance of winning, we can find a way to take them down. If there is no chance of winning, there’s no point in risking the Spades, right?” Jenny agreed, feeling that the Spades were a powerful family in Bardoff City and should be able to swallow a small family in Parrington.

Jenny and Christopher discussed and divided their tasks: Jenny was responsible for gathering information about the Wagners, while Christopher would investigate Paul’s situation to determine if they had a chance of taking them down.

Meanwhile, Paul was in a bar, feeling unhappy despite having Stephanie, and he couldn’t explain why. Alec, who was sitting opposite him, seemed unhappier than him.

“What happened between you and Natalia? You seemed to have moved on so quickly.” Paul hadn’t asked him about it before. Since they had some time to kill, he decided to ask.

Alec set his wine glass on the table and said nonchalantly, “It was all just for show.” “For show? For whom?” Paul asked.

Alec didn’t answer and rolled his eyes at him instead, causing Paul to laugh.

“I thought you did it for Jenny to watch.” There was no way Alec would do that. The show was for Mortimer.

Although Paul knew the answers, he continued to ask, teasing Alec. “Did Jenny come to see you?” Paul thought of how Jenny seemed ready to tear him apart.

There was no way Jenny would allow Stephanie to remain by his side. She had to look for Alec to deal with Paul.

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 416-Complicated While Jenny was busy collecting information on the Wagners, Simone called to inform her that she had successfully taken over as president of the Bloom Conglomerate. In addition, Sam and Yvonne no longer had shares in the company and had only the money they received from selling their shares. Jenny was pleased with the news but didn’t have time to celebrate due to her efforts to save Stephanie.

“How do you want to deal with Yvonne?” Simone asked. If Jenny hadn’t helped her with the secret information she provided, it would be impossible for her to get rid of those old geese in her family. After thinking about it, Jenny answered, “It’s up to you. Just make sure she can’t harm others.” “Alright.” Simone had expected that answer.

Yvonne had harmed people in the past through her status as the eldest daughter of the Dickmans and using the Blooms as leverage. While things were different for her now, she still had a lot of money. If she wanted to harm someone, she could still devise a way to achieve her goal. Therefore, Simone had to make sure she was penniless to render her incapable of harming others.

After the call with Simone ended, Jenny stopped thinking about Yvonne and continued searching for information on the Wagners on her computer. She was trying to uncover information that would be unfavorable to them. However, things didn’t go so smoothly.

When Christopher came, she had just collected some information on them, but those alone were enough to give the Wagners a hard time.

She was going to discuss them with Christopher when she noticed he seemed down and asked anxiously, “What’s wrong?” She was a little worried. “Could it be because of Paul? Is it possible that the Spades can’t swallow the Wagners?” she wondered.

“Jenny, I’m afraid I’ll disappoint you this time,” Christopher sighed. After some investigation, he realized that Paul was not easy to deal with. The situation was more complicated than he had imagined.

Jenny groaned internally, trying her best not to let her frustration show. “What do you mean? Can’t the Spades take down the Wagners?” The Wagners were not very well-known in Parrington. They were not as famous as the Fausts or on par with the Blooms. Were they so difficult to deal with?

“We can’t,” Christopher confirmed her fears, feeling rather frustrated himself. “I thought he was just an ordinary person, but there’s more than meets the eye.

He has connections in both corporate and the criminal underworld. He also has sizable manpower in Bardoff City, so taking him down would be very troublesome.” Christopher was sure his family could do it if he had no choice but to take them down. But the question was: was it necessary?

Bringing down the Wagners would not be of great help to his family. If he had to risk everything, he would rather take down the Fausts instead. At least, this would help the Spades more.

Jenny was silent. Christopher’s words meant he had decided not to take action against the Wagners. She couldn’t say anything. After all, she was the one who asked him for help, and it was perfectly reasonable for him to refuse her request.

As if he was afraid that Jenny would be upset, Christopher hurriedly said, “But I can help the Walkers get through this difficulty for the time being. At least, I can free them from the Wagners’ control.” “For the time being?” Jenny frowned.

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 417-How Dare You!

Christopher sighed, “Unfortunately, for now, it’s the only option we have. You know that my family’s headquarters are in Bardoff City, and I’ll have to go back there eventually. Once I’m back, I won’t be able to intervene in Parrington. If Paul continues attacking the Walkers, I won’t be able to help.” As long as Christopher was in Parrington, he could prevent Paul from attacking the Walkers, but once he left, the Walkers would not be protected.

Jenny’s heart sank, knowing Christopher had done all he could. “I understand.” “The only way to truly solve the Walkers’ crisis is to leave Parrington,” Christopher proposed. It would be very troublesome, but it was the only way.

Jenny hesitated. “But where can they go?” Even though Paul may not have that much influence in other cities, it would still be challenging for the Walkers to survive in other cities on their own. Hence, the situation might not change.

“They can go to Bardoff City,” Christopher suggested, “Paul’s influence there is weak, and I can still help to some extent. It won’t be worse than in Parrington.” Bardoff City was the Spades’ territory, so Christopher felt confident saying that.

Before Jenny could speak, he added, “If the Walkers go to Bardoff City, I can help them. I can’t guarantee how good the protection will be, but it would definitely be better than what I can do in Parrington.” His offer was not insignificant. Jenny looked at him, grateful for his offer despite his motives. Jenny hesitated and said, “I need to discuss it with Stephanie and her parents first.” “Okay, no problem,” Christopher replied. He was confident that the Walkers would not refuse the offer since it was their best chance to improve their situation.

He was helping the Walkers for Jenny’s sake. Nonetheless, it was common for powerful families in Bardoff City to provide protection for smaller families, and the Spades were no exception. Hence, it was not a big deal for him to take the Walkers under his wing.

“I was actually planning to go to Bardoff City these next couple of days,” Christopher said. “Why don’t you come with me and help the Walkers find an office address?” He was looking forward to their trip to Bardoff City.

Jenny agreed. However, she knew she had to discuss it with the Walkers first.

She couldn’t make such an important decision without their approval.

After discussing business matters, Christopher smiled and asked, “I did you a favor. Can you treat me to dinner?” Jenny thought for a moment and replied, “Sure.” Christopher had invited her to dinner a few times, and she felt it was time to return the favor. They walked out of the apartment and drove to a restaurant.

Meanwhile, The Faust Group was holding a board meeting. Mortimer’s face darkened when he heard Alec propose to dismiss him as head director.

“How dare he dismiss his father!” Mortimer thought.

Alec called for a show of hands, saying, “If you agree to remove Mortimer, please raise your hand.” He showed no emotion and didn’t look at Mortimer.

Mortimer watched as everyone raised their hands one after another, except for a few who had a good relationship with him. He felt even worse when he saw their faces.

Alec felt proud that his efforts had paid off, while Mortimer was bewildered by the situation. He never expected Alec to contact those old men and hold this board meeting. Nonetheless, Alec had always been so conceited.

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 418-You Have No Right The meeting ended successfully, at least for Alec. Mortimer sat across from him, looking confused about how things had turned out. Alec sneered to himself, not caring about Mortimer’s confusion. He got up to leave, but before he did, he needed to make a statement: he was breaking up with Natalia.

The relationship they had was just a pretend collaboration to make Mortimer let his guard down while Natalia could stop her parents from matchmaking her.

Now that Mortimer was no longer the chairman, Alec didn’t need to pretend anymore, and he had to explain it clearly to Jenny.

“Why did you do this?” Mortimer couldn’t hold his tongue and asked as Alec was about to leave. “I don’t understand. I’m your father. Why are you opposed to me being the chairman?” Alec found Mortimer’s question amusing and looked down at him, saying, “Why?

You should ask yourself what you have done.” Mortimer asked, “Do you still hate me?” Alec grinned, then fixed his eyes on Mortimer. “Don’t you deserve it?” Mortimer’s expression changed slightly. He stared at Alec for a moment, as if he was thinking of something. Then he said, “Is it because of Jenny?” Mortimer believed that Alec hated him deeply, but he probably wouldn’t go to such lengths if it wasn’t for Jenny. He thought that if he continued to be the chairman, he would have the power to harm Jenny at any time, so Alec couldn’t let him continue.

Alec did not deny it.

Mortimer let out an angry chuckle, stood up, and glared at Alec. “I forced you to break up with her for your own good. That woman has absolutely nothing, what help would she be of to you?” Instead of growing angry, Alec laughed aloud, finding Mortimer extremely ridiculous for saying that to him when he had abandoned his wife for a married woman.

“When you left with that woman, was it because she could help you?” Hearing that, Mortimer was so angry that he raised his hand to slap Alec.

Alec was quick to react. He grabbed Mortimer’s wrist and slammed it away. “If you want to live a long peaceful life, just keep your mouth shut. Otherwise, don’t blame me for the consequences!* Alec felt that he had been kind enough. As long as Mortimer did not appear in front of him, he would not seek revenge from him. Mortimer had killed Alec’s mother, but Alec knew killing him would not bring back his mother.

“That being the case, it is best for us not to meet each other.” “I never thought that your mother would-” “Shut up!” Furious, Alec punched Mortimer in the face. “You have no right to even speak of her! You and that bitch killed her. Don’t you dare think that I’ve forgotten what happened! I won’t hem you because I promised Grandpa that I won’t cause him to lose his son at such an old age.

long as he’s alive, I won’t lay a finger on you. You’d better pray that Grandpa lives longer.” After saying that, Alec left without looking back.

Meanwhile, Mortimer remained on the ground, watching Alec’s retreating figure.

His gaze was cold and unreadable.

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 419-Breaking Up So Soon?

In his office, Alec took out his mobile phone and called Natalia.

“Hello, my dear boyfriend. What can I do for you?” In the middle of a manicure session, Natalia was surprised to receive Alec’s call since it was the first one since they made their relationship public. Hearing her call him her boyfriend, Alec wasn’t pleased, but he didn’t make a big deal out of it. Going straight to the point, he said, “I am going to issue a statement to announce a breakup, and you are going to do the same.” Since it was all just business, Alec informed her to make sure they were on the same page.

Natalia was taken aback, “Break up? So soon?” They had only publicly announced their relationship two days ago. If they broke up so soon, her parents would be furious.

Alec explained, “The issue on my end has been resolved.” Frustrated, she asked, “Am I merely a tool to you? You’re so ruthless.” Alec was displeased. “What do you mean? Didn’t we discuss this before?” Natalia clarified, “I didn’t know you were going to break up so soon. My parents just stopped pestering me two days ago. If we just announce a breakup, they’ll think something is wrong with me.” Natalia didn’t want to break up as it would mean her parents would start their shenanigans again.

“What do you suggest then?” Alec asked, his annoyance starting to show. He knew he had to control himself, or he might lose his temper soon.

Natalia pondered for a moment before responding, “Can you wait a few days until I find a new boyfriend? That way, my parents won’t be too upset.” “How many days?” Alec inquired.

“Maybe seven or eight days?” Natalia suggested.

Alec didn’t reply, but Natalia could sense his frustration over the phone. “What about three or four days?” “Let’s make it three days,” Alec agreed. “I’ll issue a statement by then, and you do what you need to.” With that, Alec hung up, not wanting to say anything further to Natalia. He regretted even bothering with her since she proved to be unreliable.

Luckily, Alec only had to endure for three more days, and then he could focus on his company’s affairs and Jenny. He wasn’t sure what Jenny was busy with, but he knew she had dinner with Christopher again, as his bodyguard had informed him. Although he was angry, he chose not to confront her about it.

Meanwhile, Natalia put her phone away, feeling dissatisfied, She didn’t expect to be single again so soon. She wondered what kind of woman could make Alec sacrifice so much. Maybe she should meet her herself?

Thinking about it, she urged her manicurist, “Hurry up, I have something to do.” Jenny had dinner with Christopher, but instead of heading home, she decided to visit the Walkers. She didn’t look for Stephanie, knowing that Stephanie wouldn’t want her parents to move away from Parrington. However, Jenny resolved to tell Stephanie’s parents everything as she was sure they wouldn’t want to see their daughter suffer. Even though she shouldn’t be meddling in their affairs, if Stephanie wasn’t going to say anything, Jenny would do it for her. Ultimately, as long as Stephanie was safe, nothing else mattered.

To Be Yours Again by Taylor Chapter 420-What Are You Doing Here?

When Jenny met Stephanie’s parents, both of them had unpleasant expressions on their faces, and it was obvious they never expected that Stephanie was the root of their problems.

What surprised them more was that their daughter had taken the initiative to go to her for their family’s sake. Upon knowing that, they were angry and distressed.

aggressor Stephanie’s father, Charles, thanked Jenny for informing them about the situation. “Jenny, thank you for telling us. Otherwise, we would have thought that we somehow miraculously solved all the problems that came out of nowhere,” he said with a wry smile.

Jenny shook her head. “Let’s not talk about that for now. We need to find a way to get Stephanie away from Paul.” Charles was torn between his anger toward Paul and his concern for Stephanie’s safety. He knew rescuing Stephanie could ruin the Walkers!

business, but his daughter’s safety was his priority.

“Jenny, please bring Stephanie to us. We’ll take her away. At worst, we’ll leave Parrington, Charles said. He had decided; their daughter was much more important than their business.

Seeing that they valued Stephanie so much, Jenny was pleased.

“I came here today to tell you something.” Jenny suggested they take Stephanie away to Bardoff City, where the Spades could help them start anew and avoid the Wagners’ influence.

As they hadn’t expected her to plan so thoroughly and far ahead, they were at a loss for a while. “I know it’s hard for you to leave Parrington, but for Stephanie-” “Jenny, say no more. We are willing to leave,” Charles replied before Jenny could finish speaking. With her plan, not only could they rescue Stephanie, but they could also keep the Walkers from going bankrupt, which was great.

If remaining in Parrington meant that they would be harassed by that bastard Paul for the rest of their lives, then they might as well leave.

Jenny laughed and breathed a sigh of relief, “Okay, I’ll go to Bardoff City soon to help you find out the situation in Bardoff City first. If possible, I’ll first find a suitable place for your new headquarters there so that you can quietly move.” “I’ll get Stephanie out after everything is settled and try not to attract Paul’s attention,” she added. Jenny was worried that if Paul knew about the plan, he would restrict Stephanie’s freedom, making it difficult for her to leave.

Stephanie’s parents nodded in agreement. “Jenny, we’ll follow your plan.” The two of them had no plans of their own, and they trusted Jenny to take care of everything.

As she left their house, Jenny breathed a sigh of relief. It appeared that she had to speed up her plans to go to Bardoff City as there was no time left to waste.

After leaving the Walkers’ piace, Jenny hurriedly drove home to find Christopher and discus What Are Kundang !

plan to return to Bardoff City. However, she still didn’t know which building Christopher lived in, so she had to call and ask him to come and find her.

As she approached her apartment, Jenny noticed a beautiful woman standing at the door.

“Hello,” the woman greeted Jenny with a smile.

The woman seemed familiar. After a few seconds, a name popped up in her mind. “Natalia?” “Yes, it’s me,” Natalia confirmed. She was surprised that Jenny knew who she was and seemed to be keeping tabs on Alec.

“What are you doing here?” Jenny asked, her expression darkening
