2. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the reported material, and make reasonable efforts to notify the user who posted it.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a good-faith statement that removal was a mistake, and your contact details with consent to relevant court jurisdiction.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant informs us they've filed legal action to restrain the alleged infringement.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat copyright infringers.
