Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using BaxterNovel (the "Service"), operated by Baxter Carson ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use BaxterNovel. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission, particularly for any purchases.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Content on the Platform
Author-Published Novels — Authors retain ownership of their original work. Publishing on BaxterNovel grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it through the platform.
User-Generated Content — Comments, reviews, and forum posts remain yours, but you grant BaxterNovel a license to display and distribute them as part of the Service.
AI-Generated Content:
- Personal continuations from "Continue With Baxter AI" are for your own private use only — never published, never part of the official story, and may not be redistributed or represented as the author's own work.
- Novels created through AI Story Studio are original works from your own idea and characters. You may read and download them for personal use; we make no guarantee of originality or that content is free of similarities to existing works, given the nature of AI generation.
- All AI-generated content is provided "as is," with no guarantee of accuracy, quality, or consistency.
4. Coins, Tokens & Payments
BaxterNovel uses a coin system to unlock premium chapters and a separate AI token system for AI-powered features. Coins and tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Purchase and Refund Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
The BaxterNovel name, logo, website design, and underlying software are our property. Published novels remain the property of their respective authors, subject to the license in Section 3.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or hateful content
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Uploading content you don't have rights to
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Using bots or scrapers without our permission
- Interfering with security features of the Service
- Harassing or abusing other users
- Misusing AI features to generate content that violates these Terms or the law
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaxterNovel and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of coins/tokens or reliance on AI-generated content.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaxterNovel and its founder from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Odisha, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
