Purchase and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on BaxterNovel, including coins, AI tokens, and subscriptions (collectively, "Digital Products"). Please read this carefully before making a purchase.

What You're Purchasing

Coins, tokens, and subscription benefits have no monetary value outside the Service, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Refund Policy

Because coins, tokens, and subscription access are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once coins/tokens are credited, a subscription period begins, content is unlocked, or AI-generated content has been produced.

Exceptions may be considered, at our discretion, for:

• A duplicate or accidental charge caused by a technical error
• Payment made but coins/tokens never credited due to a system error
• Unauthorized use of your payment method (also contact your bank/payment provider)

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period — you'll keep access through its end.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while the matter is investigated. Please reach out to us directly first.

Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes don't affect purchases already completed. Token pricing per AI feature may be adjusted from time to time — the price shown to you at the time of use is always the applicable one.
