About an hour passed before Sherry saw John come out with Caprice in his arms.

John walked steadily and soon arrived at the parking lot.

Sherry loved her the more she looked at her. The corners of her mouth curled up uncontrollably, and she reached out from John’s shoulder to poke at the girl’s fleshy face.
