Stella nodded. “You have a son, and you need to take care of him on weekends.”

Shea nodded as well. She was a little nervous when she said, “If it’s not convenient for you, I can arrange full daycare services for my son on weekends since it’s close to where I live. I really need this job.”

Stella took her time to make a decision and asked Shea a few simple questions.
