"The two of us? He is just a brat, so why would that be necessary? Don't worry.
I've already sent three capable men to the hotel to capture Leon. They would return with him. Once I get the recipes for the alchemical pills, you can have your fun with him." The Western Boss scoffed at the Southern Boss's second request.
Though he did not know Leon, he assumed that Leon was weak judging from his age, yet the Southern Boss requested that they work together to fight Leon.

This was so ridiculous that he wondered if the Southern Boss went mad or was simply traumatized by the Thompsons.

Still, there was no way that he would tell the Western Boss about the Potential Energy Force, or he would never agree to fight Leon.
Both the Southern Boss and Hades predicted that Leon may not have a second Potential Energy Force, and without it, Leon was hardly a threat.
If the Western Boss could capture Leon, that would be ideal and the Southern Boss would not mind having him do all the work.

He felt that he left no trace behind and even if the Dragon Corps got involved, they would never link the crime to him, so there was no point in hiding.
"Are you sure? I heard from Felton that Jaxon is still alive. You didn't quite take care of that,” The Western Boss frowned.
"What? Jaxon isn't dead?" The Southern Boss was shocked.
Jaxon's chest had taken his life right there and then.
At the time, he was in a rush to find the Rainbow Flower, so he did not check if Jaxon was alive.
To his bewilderment, Jaxon was lucky enough to survive.
This caught him by surprise.
"It's fine. I was wearing a mask to hide my identity at the time. Even if Jaxon survived, there's no way for him to know who did it," The Southern Boss explained.
He only wore the mask to prevent things from going wrong, and reality proved that he was right to do so.

"Hugh seems more powerful than we imagine. When we arrived at the hotel, a lot of big shots gathered outside his room, including Elder Morrison and Elder Daglesh. With so many people around, we can't get any closer and could only return for the time being," Diego explained and proceeded to describe what he saw.
"What?" The Western Boss and Felton could not quite believe what they were hearing.
Since Leon was just a young man with no connection in the Western region, he did not see Leon as a threat.
To his bewilderment, the situation was not like what he initially imagined.
The insignificant brat he thought Leon was had the elders of various powerful families waiting respectfully outside his room.

The Southern Boss reminded him multiple times that Leon was formidable, but he paid no mind to it because Leon was far too young.

His expression turned solemn and he realized that he might have underestimated Leon.
"Dad, I got it. I know why Elder Morrison and the others are lining up outside Hugh's room." Felton slammed hard on the table as realization dawned on him.
"Why?" The Western Boss turned to look at Felton.
Diego, Milo, and Enzo all turned their attention to Felton as well as they were desperate to find out how someone like Leon had all these big shots waiting for him.
"During Jaxon's bouquet last night, a lot of the guests saw just how great the alchemical pills were! A lot of them proposed to work with Hugh, but he decided to prioritize the Morrisons. If I'm not mistaken, they are all waiting for him because they all waited to be the first to propose a partnership with Cynthion Group," Felton explained.
"I see!" The Southern Boss and the others came to a realization.
The Western Boss could tell the potential Cynthion Group held and it was normal for Caleb and the others to fight for a chance to work with Hugh for profit.
Upon consideration, it all made sense and he figured out that they were all waiting outside Hugh's room to be the first to negotiate with Hugh.
That must be all and there could not be any other explanation.

He initially thought that Leon was more capable than he anticipated and thought he needed to reconsider his plan to take over Cynthion Group.

Before the two could leave, they turned and noticed a bunch of people hurrying over.
"Huh, why are there so many people?’ Howard and Fletcher froze and showed confused expressions.
