Alex’s consciousness reached out towards it, causing it to be absorbed into the bubble.

Alex was shocked to see the outside from within the bubble. To his surprise, the Kylin Phantasm within the bubble was alive. Moving its limbs, it slowly stood up straight. It then made a deafening roar, staring at Alex with its mouth still agape…
Realizing that Alex was reacting much, it went back to using all fours and spoke up. “It’s been so many years since I’ve seen a living thing.”
After saying that, it even started sobbing.
Alex was stunned. “What are you crying for?”
The Kylin said, “You try being stuck in here for a million years then. I didn’t even go insane, and I didn’t die either. There’s no one here, so is it really that weird for me to tear up from happiness when another being ends up getting sealed in the same place as I am?”
“Haha, I finally have a friend to talk to now!”
Alex froze. “What did you say? You’ve been stuck in here for a million years?”
‘Damn!’
‘I wouldn’t end up getting sealed away for a million years, too, right? I just came in here without thinking!’
‘That’s just… I’d rather die! ’
As the Kylin continued to cry, Alex asked, “Who shut you in here?”
The Kylin replied. “Who else? There’s no one else in the demon realm that could capture me, apart from that danmed Lotus Demon!”
“Uhm, the Lotus Demon you speak of… Are they a person?”
The Kylin blinked in confusion and suddenly stopped crying. “Were you not sealed in here by the Lotus Demon?”
“No, I came in here myself.”
“You came in here yourself?” The Kylin seemed shocked. Yet after a few seconds, it seemed to have remembered something. “Could you be… The legendary Great Dao Womb?”
“The… What..? Huh..?” Alex nearly bit down on his own tongue.
‘What in the hell is it saying? Great Dao Womb? I am a man. How could I have a womb?’
Just as Alex wanted to deny it, the Kylin hopped up and said, “You jerk, how could you be so late? You made me wait for a million years. Everyone even thought that the Lotus Demon lied about you… Whatever, my Natural willpower will be following you from now on.”

The Kylin then jumped right into Alex’s consciousness.
“Argh!” Alex instantly felt as if his consciousness was being torn apart. An immeasurable pain exploded within his soul.
The Kylin’s voice could be heard. “This is a soul imprint, my pattern as the Kylin ancestor. From now on, you will earn another skill called the Kylin Transformation. And I will finally regain my freedom now.”
“Freedom? Where are you going?”
“To reincarnate!”
After that, it started yelling to the skies. “Hey Lotus Demon, I’ve already imprinted my Natural Willpower on the womb according to our contract, so that means my mission is accomplished, right? Can you free me out of this damned place and let me reincarnate?”
Yet there was no response.

After a long while of waiting, the Kylin finally saw a ray of light in the middle of this space. It then rushed over, disappearing into the white light.
‘Did it really reincarnate?’ Alex thought as he watched from afar. After that, his consciousness returned back to his body.
‘I wonder if the three thousand lotus flowers are hiding some kind of scheme from me? Else why would the Kylin make that pitiful expression before leaving?’

Alex decided not to think any further. It seemed that the lotus flowers had been benefitting him for now, nor did it give him any disadvantages either. He figured it was only natural to take all the benefits first.

“Hey, I’m back, young lord! Thank you so much. Without you, I wouldn’t have been able to learn these skills. Besides, there are just too few divine legacies in the Wastelands. You probably don’t know this, but a random Immortal could easily rule over the world two years ago.”
Alex seemed to be in a good mood when he returned to the domain. He even smiled brightly when facing Julius.
Julius was already impatient from waiting. “Stop with the bullsh*t. Show me the Kylin True Arcana you stole from me. Let’s see if it’s even one-tenth of my power!”
“Kylin True Arcana Punch!”
Suddenly, Julius summoned a Kylin Phantasm with his fist, which was stronger and larger. It towered over the domain and looked very powerful.
Alex grunted as well. “The Great Kylin Spell!”
Roar!
Alex’s spell had summoned a Kylin as well. It was a fire Kylin, which looked extremely real.
Upon seeing this, Julius’ pupils constricted from disbelief. ‘What is this?!’
‘Both ofus are using the Kylin True Arcana, so how did this guy summon an actual Kylin?’
From his point of view, the Kylin above Alex’s head wasn’t just a mere phantom. It seemed like an actual Kylin. However, Alex’s Kylin concentrated its true arcana in the air and roared, then wrapped itself around his arm. Hence, his entire arm was now covered by this Kylin.
Roar!
As Alex’s Kylin howled loudly, the Kylin Phantasm that Julius summoned was terrified, disappearing before it could even attack, whimpering even.
“How is this possible?” Julius was utterly stunned.
This punch was his biggest ultimate card hence he didn’t expect to lose to Alex’s fake Kylin in such an embarrassing way.
‘I won’t believe this! I simply refuse to!’
“Again! Kylin True Arcana Punch!”
Boom!
Julius’ Kylin True Arcana Punch shattered once again. Alex’s attack just felt as if it were a large meteorite. This time, the Shura Diagram on him was bombed to ashes. The Shura spirits within were burnt by the Kylin fire as well, screaming and dying from the pain.
On the other hand, Julius’ chest was punched harshly.
Pfft!
Julius had then vomited blood after a direct attack from Alex. His eyes were widened and red from rage, unable to believe this. He looked down and noticed a black punch mark in the middle of his chest.
“The Kylin True Arcana?”
“You actually managed to learn it without sacrificing any Kylins. I have to admit that I’m impressed by your learning skills, you certainly are stronger than me in that field…”
“But your cultivation level isn’t high, so even if your true arcana is a higher level than mine, I can still defeat you.” Julius glared at him while concentrating yet another punch.
“Die!”
Alex yelled as well. “Die!”
Both sides were still using the Kylin True Arcane. Julius’ Kylin was yet again restrained and shattered, yet he seemed even more determined. He knew he had to use the Kylin True Arcana to defeat Alex.
Boom!
After that punch, Julius was sent flying back and vomiting blood. Alex had to back a few steps as well, spitting out just as much blood.
“Let’s continue!”

The two acted as if they were stubborn mules, using the same methods to attack each other over and over again. After colliding with each other one last time, they both fell to the ground, seemingly injured.
With this, Julius smiled and jumped up out of nowhere. Despite being severely injured just a while ago, he managed to regain energy after merely taking a few breaths. He then brought out a rope and tied Alex up, cackling.
Approaching Alex, he kicked him on the stomach and shouted. “You son of a b*tch, how dare you steal my ultimate skill?”
“Do you really think I only have this much power? I was just tricking you. Now that I’ve sealed your cultivation, let’s see how you can escape with your tiny formations.”
Alex was kicked a hundred meters backward, then dragged back to his initial position with Julius’ bare hands. Despite this, Julius noticed that the man was chuckling.
“You bastard! What are you laughing about?!”
“I’m laughing at you!” Alex said, “Do you really think I don’t know you’re retaining your actual strength?”
“Then you…”

The rope restricting Alex immediately loosened.
“This is my domain! Stupid! I can change the laws any time I want, right? Besides, I’d still like to learn one more trick from you!”
Alex’s words made Julius extremely annoyed, which resulted in losing his temper. “Learn my a*s! I’ll kill you!”
This time, he no longer hid his true strength, taking out a weapon as well. “Die now!”
Alex took a step back. “Kylin Transformation!”
Alex had no idea what a Kylin Transformation was, so he really wanted to give it a try. The old Kylin didn’t specify anything about this skill either. When he activated this skill, the old Kylin’s Natural Willpower was activated along with it. The results petrified Alex himself too. He realized that his body was transforming.

Julius shouted as well. “You b*stard! You’re a Kylin!”
Alex cursed him out. “You’re the damn Kylin! Your entire family’s a bunch of damn Kylins! ”
However, his cursing still came out as angry roars.

Alex dashed towards Julius right there and then, with flames all over his body, along with an endless amount of power.

After turning into a Kylin, he couldn’t use any more weapons. On the contrary, his strength, speed, and defense had significantly increased. The most special skill in this form was the Kylin Flame. This was technically a Ten-point Forbidden Spell…
‘No… This is a Forbidden martial skill, supported by the three thousand Forbidden Great Dao patterns…’
Julius’ weapon was then slapped away, then he had to face a direct attack from Alex. It felt as if he was just crushed by an entire galaxy. It was just that painful.
The transformation had automatically worn off three minutes later due to the time limit.
Seeing Julius frothing at the mouth as he lay on the ground, Alex said softly, “You’ve lost! I initially didn’t want to kill you, since we need all the help we can get, but…”
“You said you’d kill my entire family, and that is something I couldn’t possibly forgive. So, be a good person in your next life!”
Alex retracted the domain with the wave of his hand and left the boundary as well. Upon exiting, he still had to spit out two mouthfuls of blood.
The Kylin Transformation was strong, but it would injure himself greatly too. Hence, it was best to not use it until it was absolutely necessary.
The boundary merged together once again.
Julius was now exhausted, with tens of his bones fractured as well. Knowing that he was going to die under this boundary, he screamed. “You can’t kill me. I am the young lord of the Lunula sect! If you kill me, you’d have to deal with even bigger trouble!”
Alex said, “I’m not afraid of any big trouble.”
He then used the Great Flame Spell, hoping to burn Julius to death.
Just then, yellow light shone from Julius’ body as an elder’s phantom appeared. He looked rather stern and cold when staring back at Alex. “Let him go, and I will let you die peacefully.”

“Who in the hell are you, you old fart? You’re already dead, so stop looking down on others just because you’re older. Is your coffin not nailed shut or something?”
Alex couldn’t care less about this old man, who had the eyes of a snake, cold and distant He just straight up started insulting him without any hesitation.
With this, the old man was extremely irritated. His pupils looked as if they could shoot needles when looking at Alex. “You bastard, do you not know who One is?”
“What the f*ck, One my a*s, how dare you call me a bastard? Which sh*thole did you even come out from, you old bastard? How is your mouth so dirty?! Buzz off! You’re asking me to let him go, yet you’re still acting so arrogant? Where’s your damn brain? And is this little pest your grandchild, you old fart? If so, then grovel before me. If I’m satisfied, I might just keep his body intact.”
“Ahhh!” The old man shook his head, letting out an enraged howl as he couldn’t take it anymore.
At the time, Lena, Frostine, and Cecilia had come from the other side.
They were absolutely freaked out when they saw Alex enter the boundary to battle Julius. Even he couldn’t tell how powerful he was. Hence, they would naturally be more unsure than him.
Alex had to rely on formations not to lose this fight to them. Hence, it would be indispensable to fight within the boundary. Yet he still somehow won in the end, which was out of their expectations.
“Ah!”
Suddenly, Cecilia screamed out of instinct. Her eyes were fixated on the old man, as she covered her mouth with her hand. Her expression implied that she was in sheer shock.
Lena asked her, “What’s with you? Do you know that old thing?”
Even she was calling the phantom an old thing.
Upon hearing this, Cecilia shivered from fear, replying anxiously. “He… He is… The North Emperor!”
The old man seemed to have regained some dignity when he overheard Cecilia’s words. He huffed coldly and said, “At least this little girl is knowledgeable.”
Alex chuckled coldly. “So if someone knows you, they’re knowledgeable. Yet if they don’t, you call them b*stards? How shameless are you, old man? I don’t want to stoop to your level, so take the hint and get lost, else I would kill you too!”
He didn’t stop in the slightest, using his Chi to make the Great Flame Spell stronger right after saying that to the old man.
“Ahhh! Arghhh!” Julius cried out loud.
Several of his defense tools had been burnt by Alex’s spell, so it was basically burning his body at this point. As a Heavenly Deity, he had already achieved in forming his Divine Fetus. As long as the fetus doesn’t die, his body would never be demolished. He would be able to use natural law power to rejuvenate after all. However, the Great Flame Spell was a Forbidden Spell, thus, it could burn his Divine Fetus as well.
Julius couldn’t take the flames anymore once they had reached his Divine Fetus. He screamed and shouted while rolling on the ground. “Ancestor, save me, please save me..!”
The North Emperor was furious. “You b*stard, are you really going to take it this far? Are you not scared that I would come to seek revenge and kill off all your friends and family or destroy your entire planet?”
Cecilia spoke to Alex. “Alex, he’s the North Emperor, he he really can do that!”
Alex turned around. “So, what do you think I should do now? Choose a method to die peacefully, hmm?”
“’Well…”
Alex’s eyes were frosty and disdainful. “I don’t care what his damn title is. I just know that the old thing is the same as this little pest. They’re not actually as powerful as they seem. They just like to threaten me with my family and friends.”
“How despicable, you useless pieces of garbage. Now that you’re here, you can just die along with your little b*stard!”

The boundary became smaller and smaller.
Since Julius and the random phantom of the North Emperor were trapped inside of the formation, they wouldn’t be able to get out, let alone cause any harm. Julius’ body had been turned into charcoal, and his Divine Fetus was burnt out of his body. That fetus was the most important thing for anyone who was Immortal or of a higher cultivation level, as it was the foundation of achieving divinity. When they had become a Divine Monarch, they might have a chance at attaining divinity then. Hence, that was how important the Divine Fetus was. Yet now, Julius’ Divine Fetus was so burnt that it ended up melting.
“Ah!” Julius’ Divine Fetus yelped in pain.
The North Emperor was drowned out by fury, yelling and cursing at Alex. However, he was nothing but a mere soul phantom here. He even had to use some kind of object to appear at this place, unable to be here in person. Moreover, he couldn’t do anything inside the formation in Pompeii.
His phantom was demolished before the Divine Fetus had completely perished, no less.

The phantom disappeared, along with a bubble popping sound. Before he vanished, he was glaring at Alex with a chilling glare.

As the North Emperor who ruled over an entire galaxy, he had to watch as a brat humiliated and killed one of his soul phantoms.

The North Emperor’s face darkened. He was extremely pained by this. Hence, he came out of his training room and headed straight towards a particular direction, disappearing into the horizon with great speed.

Within the formation around Pompeii Fairyland, Alex called the women over to collect their battle rewards. Although Julius had died, his storage rings and weapons still remained, and they were obviously high-quality items. Besides that, the other disciples of the Lunula sect were all dead, leaving their storage treasures here.
Their battle rewards were indeed quite brilliant. However, Cecilia was still quite sorrowful, turning to Alex. “You’ve really done it this time, Alex. You killed the descendant of the North Emperor. He will be mad, and he will definitely look for you in the shortest amount of time he can. You have to run!”

“They are the East Emperor Mooncrate, the South Emperor Fehlerlos, the West Emperor Paraiso, the North Emperor Dust, and the Central Emperor Yeshaya. And that was Dust, the North Emperor”
“No one knows what his actual cultivation level is, but he is definitely one of the top hundred most powerful people in the universe. This old man is known for his bad temper and cruelty too. He definitely wouldn’t let you off this easily. He’s going to seek revenge!”
Frostine was shocked. “Is he that powerful?”

Alex shrugged. “What are you even scared of? I literally just destroyed his phantom. If he dares to come to me, I’ll just kill him off… Let’s go and check out the tomb instead!”

Alex said it lightheartedly, but he did not believe it in his heart. Even if it was dangerous, he only had one option.
A group of people then invaded the sword grave.
Due to the fact that none of the divine swords that flew out of the sword grave corresponded to the Godslayer, Lena suspected that the Godslayer was still inside the sword grave. But after breaking through several layers of internal boundaries with great difficulty and finally entering the interior of the sword grave, only a bare sword mountain remained.
The sky-rushing wind blades were still present inside.
“Because they’re all jacks above this sword mountain, did they all once have divine swords inserted on them?” Cecilia stated this.
“That’s right,” Lena said, “Once upon a time, every sword here was a supreme divine sword.”
The sword grave was devoid of any weapons. There was no sign of the Godslayer. Alex and the others had no choice but to retreat.
Cecilia, on the other hand, did not lose sight of the reason for her journey, which was to save her grandmother.
She returned to the sea, the base of the control formation, and found Jennifer.

“What are they up to?”
Through the image display of the formation, the crowd saw that half of the people who were following Jennifer had actually knelt down for her. Swords were drawn on both sides of the remaining few, and the fight was about to begin.
“Alex, hurry up and take me there!”
“It had to have happened on my grandmother’s side!”
“Good!” said Alex, nodding.
Alex took Cecilia with him and arrived in the formation alleyway where Jennifer was in an instant.
“Grandma!” Cecilia yelled.
Jennifer, surrounded by a crowd, turned around and saw Cecilia, froze for a moment, and said, “Why are you here, Cecilia? Didn’t you visit Yukon?”
“I came from Yukon to look for you,” Cecilia said, “what happened to you?”
The words have just ended.
“This girl is the granddaughter of Old Lady Peach,” a middle-aged woman said, pointing to Cecilia.
“If we catch her, we can make the old poisonous fella give in and undo the poison on us.”
“Go for it!”
Several people struck out at Cecilia while shouting. Jennifer’s expression was solemn. “How dare you!”
“Explode, Divine Record of Ten Thousand Poisons!” Jennifer let out a stern yell, and the toxicity of those people erupted violently.
They all let out a pitiful scream. However, these people’s cultivation levels were eventually very high, and they possessed a plethora of magical treasures.
All kinds of light rushed up from each person’s body. That was the magical treasure battling the toxin. “Right now, grab her granddaughter; we still have a glimmer of hope!”
“What’s the point of kneeling down, old head, you fools?”

His right hand had fire, while his left hand had ice. Alex’s ability was thought to be one-of-a-kind. Ice and fire collided, obstructing those people‘s paths. He then wrapped his arm around Cecilia’s waist and moved instantly. The next second, his formation hand seals were finally struck, controlling the formation changes and isolating people in a separate area.
“Ahh, who is this kid? He can actually manipulate the spell formation force field here…”
The group of people decayed quickly, and their toxicity increased.
Alex had now ruined the plan to capture Cecilia in order to threaten Jennifer, and they were enraged and frantically attacked the boundary. It was, however, doomed to fail.
Alex then took Cecilia and arrived next to Jennifer.
“Grandma, are you all right?”
She noticed Jennifer’s legs were missing when she looked closely.
“Grandma, what happened to your legs?” exclaimed Cecilia.
“How come… They’ve vanished?”
“I was caught in the curse here. My legs were chopped off. Grandma is fine, even with two legs missing, grandma can still walk with her hands,” Jennifer explained.
The focus was then directed to Alex. “Who is this young man, Cecilia?”
“Grandma, he is Alex, whom I mentioned to you before. Now with Yukon under his control, no one can attack the mountain! ” Cecilia said.
“Also, there were nine deaths in Yukon. If it hadn’t been for Alex, I would have died a long time ago and been abused by a horde of beasts. And, my brother was assassinated.”
Tears streamed down Cecilia’s cheeks as she said that.
Jennifer nodded, “This matter, I already know! Do not cry, lack of knowledge is bad, being killed is common, the important thing is to learn a lesson!”
After saying that, she returned her gaze to Alex and nodded.
“Young man, you are a talented man, the future generation should be afraid, Cecilia, your choice is good, grandma likes this young man very much, let’s do what you want and betroth you to him, how about it?”
Cecilia’s cheeks flushed. She hurriedly glanced at Alex, then back at him, “Grandma,” she said.

Alex was on the verge of passing out. This old lady was causing quite a ruckus!
However, the point was that the old lady, who was now Alex’s last hope of saving Hayley, Jade, and others, could not be insulted.
“Cecilia, please explain to your grandmother. We didn’t mean it at all,” he hurriedly said to Cecilia.
Unexpectedly…
Cecilia blushed and lowered her head, saying, “I’m sorry, Alex, but I… It’s true that I had daughterly thoughts about you ever since I arrived in the underworld; I thought you were a nice person to be around, and after I left, I wondered every day what you really looked like… Until this time in Yukon, when you appeared again to save me in my most desperate and helpless moment, I knew I had fallen madly in love with you…”

Lena also put up with it for Alex‘s sake.
After learning that Alex had entirely controlled Pompeii Fairyland’s formation, Jennifer’s eyes were filled with many hues as she pointed to a divine mountain and said, “Alex, go there. That’s where the core of the Pompeii Fairyland is.”
Alex examined the area in the direction of her finger. He felt fanciful all of a sudden. Only to witness the odd location of that divine mountain, buried among the countless hanging divine mountains, hidden and sometimes completely invisible.
Alex fixed his gaze on Lena.
“The core soul should be in Pompeii Fairyland’s formation,“ Lena remarked, nodding. “If you wish to take this formation into the secret realm, you must go there.”
“All right, then let‘s go!”
One couldn’t just teleport over to that divine mountain because it wasn‘t in the formation, so one would have to take a detour and go via the suspended divine mountains where the formation was located, one stop at a time.
There were numerous roads to walk. Alex and Frostine spent the most time together along the road.
