Shirley paused. She did not know what the card Lillian handed her was.
She slowly reached out to take the card from Lillian’s small hand.
Shirley brought it before her and looked, then realized that it was a card with Lillian’s personal information.

Carter lifted the corners of his lips nonchalantly. “ I’ve told you, as long as you listen to me, I won’t do anything to her for the time being.”
“What do you mean by you wanting me to listen to you?” Shirley asked in confusion.
Carter extinguished the cigarette and slowly walked up to Shirley. His deep and charming eyes bore straight into Shirley’s eyes.
“Stay with me until the end of the world. Be my person in this lifetime.”
Shirley was shocked at what Carter said. She moved her lips to speak, but in the end, she still did not know what to say.
She realized that Carter had changed, but at the same time, he did not.

Madeline looked at Fabian with a serious look on her face. “Who was that on the phone? What happened to Lily? How do you know Carter Gray?”
Madeline questioned and walked up to Fabian.
The flame in her gaze glinted piercingly, shooting a terrifying power that would make people’s hearts shiver.
“Fabian, tell me, where is my daughter? How do you know Carter Gray?”
When Fabian heard what Madeline said, he stood there dazedly in silence. His eyebrows were tightly furrowed, but he did not speak.
